- 817-821 S. Pacific St.: 5 unit complex wiht a common space including a fire pit, spa, golf tee, barbecue area, and meeting/event space for up to 50 people. Each unit sleeps 5-7.
- 811 / 813 / 815 S. Pacific St.: 9 bedroom homes each with 2 kitchens, rooftop deck, and oceanfront patio, each unit sleeps 26, event maximum of 75 people.
- 823 S. Pacific St.: 10 bedroom home with 2 kitchens, two large rooftop decks, sleeps 29, event maximum of 100 people.
