Whether it is from the private beach backyard, the grand rooftop deck, or from the living spaces, P5371-0 is a single-family home that features several vantage points of the ocean out front. The phenomenal rooftop deck is the perfect place to bask in the sun while enjoying a nice refreshing glass of lemonade. Some other highlights of this property is one of very few properties that has a media room with a ping pong table.
There are multiple decks off of the home, including a large rooftop deck, and a beachfront covered patio area. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the tools and supplies you need to cook a large holiday meal! With 2 living rooms, there is room for everyone in the entire family to spread out and enjoy oceanfront living!

S207-4 is among our employees’ favorites for a few reasons. The primary reason is that it has a great wrap around deck that faces directly towards the Oceanside Pier! In addition, this unit is one of our more newly remodeled units with wonderful modern furnishings and a gorgeous kitchen with bar top seating. This unit also has some of the greatest beach access as there is no rock barrier out front.
Walk a few steps out your front door and you are on a wide sandy beach with picnic tables, barbecues, and the Oceanside Pier, all right in front of you. This home is fully furnished and professionally decorated. The kitchen has all amenities you could imagine, with ocean views and granite counters. The living room looks straight out to the ocean with AMAZING panoramic doors that open to your private deck, and 2 of the bedrooms also have ocean views. Enjoy your own patio area looking straight out to the beach!

E059-0 is Beachfront Only’s favorite Encinitas properties. With it’s gorgeous backyard patio on the bluff, it has one of the greatest unobstructed views of the ocean. Another star quality of this unit is that it does feature 2 living spaces, allowing guests to spread out and enjoy themselves.
This home is the lower level of an oceanfront duplex, sitting on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Coastline. There is a large oceanfront patio, with a private spa, patio furniture, barbecue, and a private putting green! Practice your putting skills as you watch the surfers down below! The kitchen with granite counters opens up to the family room area, which has a fireplace. There is also a separate living room area. There are two master bedrooms, one with access to the oceanfront patio, and the other lofted above the living room, with amazing views of the ocean. Central AC is available to help cool you off on those hot, sunny days. Beacon’s beach access, a famous surf beach, is located directly next to this vacation rental.
Although not our #1 choice, P3201-0 is placed within our Top #5 due to its’ undeniable fantastic access to the beach, just mere steps down. P3201-0 also just received some new recent remodels just a month ago, so be sure to check out some of the new photos featuring these changes here.
This unit has a fully furnished kitchen with granite counters, travertine flooring, and large and open dining/living room with a fireplace that opens up onto an oceanfront balcony with a private spa. There is balcony access also from the master bedroom, which boasts a huge ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, which both have access out to the rooftop deck, with sweeping views of the Pacific Coastline.
P9191-0 shares many similarities with P5371-0 in that it is a single-family home and also has a large private beach in the backyard. What makes P9191-0 one of our Top #5 properties is its’ variety of nooks and crannies available to gather around including a media room. This media room is the only one of our rentals to have a foosball table, so if you are a table football/soccer fan, be sure to check out this unit. It is one of Beachfront Only’s unique properties as it has a completely different design aesthetic then a large majority of our homes.
Upon entering, there is a private courtyard area, perfect for barbecuing, then when you walk in on the first level of the home, there is a large beautiful granite kitchen with stainless appliances and cherry wood cabinetry, and an oceanfront living room with amazing views. Also, on the first level is the master bedroom and bathroom, all with ocean views, and an enclosed veranda/sunroom area for either accommodating extra guests or enjoying dinner as you watch the sun go down. There is also another small bedroom on the street level. One level down you will find 3 more bedrooms and another living area with 2 queen size futons, as well as access to a huge beachfront balcony/patio. Another level down is your sand level, with another bonus room with sleeping space, a patio and a private beach area, and a bathroom for convenience. Central AC is available for those hot sunny days.
