COVID-19 Rental Agreement
As the COVID-19 situation develops our team is continuing to provide exceptional service while complying with local ordinances regarding short term rentals. Every stay must be observing the Good Neighbor Policy and one of the following reasons to travel:
-To provide COVID-19 mitigation and containment measures (for example, isolation and quarantine or the housing of displaced persons)
-To provide housing for essential critical infrastructure workers
If your stay purposes do not observe the above reasons please contact us so we might find alternative solutions for you and your group (which may include 100% credit for a stay when restrictions are lifted).
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to verify documentation or with any questions. If we do not hear from you prior to your scheduled arrival our team may have to cancel your booking. Please consider this a formal notification of our current policies. Should you arrive outside operating hours and have not verified documentation we will not be able to provide access to the property or consider that breach of contract which may lead to eviction from the property.
