Due to the recent events caused by the Coronavirus, Beachfront Only Vacation Rentals has adjusted our cancellation policy to accommodate guests that are affected by the ever changing regulations imposed by the local and national government. 


Cancellations between 0-30 days of arrival will receive a credit of 100% of the TOTAL will be applied towards a future stay. Otherwise, the standard cancellation of monies not being refundable apply.Cancellations between 31-60 days of arrival will receive a credit of 100% of the TOTAL will be applied towards a future stay. Otherwise, you may elect to receive a refund of 50% of the TOTAL.Cancellations with 61+ days from arrival will receive a credit of 10% of the TOTAL will be applied towards a future stay. If you have already paid in full, 90% will be refunded to the original form of payment. Otherwise, the standard cancellation of forfeiting the 10% apply.

Credit is valid for use before 12/31/2020 and for stays within 12 months from the original booking stay dates.

Cleaning and Check-in
We always clean with anti-bacterial and anti-viral solutions and use silver impregnated rags, concentrating on commonly used surfaces. We have focused our efforts per the CDC cleaning recommendations (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/prepare/cleaning-disinfection.html).
We are a keyless check-in company, the entire booking takes place online and you are given a garage door or front code to enter directly into the property so no lobby, check-in, or keys.
