Good location by the beach!<br/>No coffee, but a spice rack.<br/>Heater was very loud and on a timer, weird.<br/>No laundry availability....washer and dryer on a high shelf in garage.<br/>Home decor poor, a little old and run down.<br/>There was a bit of a sewer smell.<br/>We called regarding flooding outside by bedroom sliding doors, but the call was basically ignored as no one came to remedy the clogged drains outside.<br/>Not worth the money we paid.<br/>Shower door missing!<br/><br/>

This house is amazing,I stayed here for 6 days and enjoyed every minute. Sitting in the Jacuzzi with the ocean and beach just steps away from me to a fully stocked kitchen,comfortable bedrooms,game room and and propane BBQ for enjoying outdoor dinning. We had a lovely time at Beckoning Beachfront Duplex! The duplex is much larger then the pictures and descriptions which is so nice. And the view and direct access to the ocean is hands on the best. No streets in front of your ocean view or people looking inside. Very private. We enjoyed our stay and had the best weekend! The property management were extremely helpful and supportive when we needed an emergency location to stay at during a red flag fire warning that kept my family without electricity for days.

We stayed out of beautiful beach house in Oceanside California. Everything was perfect from all the amenities, silverware, view, betting, toiletries, in basically everything you needed except food. My kids loved waking up and looking at the ocean and playing outside in the Jacuzzi. They loved playing with all the games we made delicious dinners and cupcakes. My daughter said this was her best vacation ever and we have been a lot of places. I'm a nurse fighting on the front line of covid And this was just the break I was looking for. We made so many great memories.

We have stayed with Beachfront several times and each time it is the same result. Great experience once again! Easy to work with and no hassles at all. Show up and get in and start enjoying your vacation! Love the ocean and waves right in your backyard!! The property description was not accurate. This is a shared rental where the top floor above you is another rental altogether. Not only was there constant noise (think giants walking around above you in an apartment), but the entire backyard area that you see in the pictures is SHARED with the above unit. The rental company does not make this clear at all. Since this family in the other rental checked in prior to us, they took over the backyard which left us feeling awkward even going out there. The pictures do not make it clear that there is no beach access from the backyard because you are right along the rocks - not a huge deal, but something to keep in mind.<br/> <br/>The interior of the unit was very outdated structurally. The sliding patio doors constantly got stuck and the front door was hard to close/lock. The flooring is very poorly laid vinyl that feels strange under your feet. The bathrooms have these weird exhaust vans that have a motion sensor on them, which creeped us out because it felt like a camera turning on. The walls and floor separating you from the other unit are very thin and you can definitely hear the faintest sounds through them. <br/><br/>Another annoying aspect of the property - the internet is terrible. Maybe this doesn't bother most people, but when you need to be available for work or have kids who use devices, this is an issue. My husband and I both have brand new Note20's on Verizon network and neither of us could even make or take a phone call from the lower levels of the property. Even on the balcony the service was spotty. I think more than anything this made us feel weird being downstairs at night sleeping and knowing that our phones wouldn't dial out if we had an emergency.<br/><br/>The Positives:<br/><br/>-The property was clean<br/>-There were nice linens and plenty of towels, even some beach towels<br/>-The décor was nice and beach themed<br/>-There were plenty of dishes and various cooking items<br/>-The view is quite beaut

We loved this beach front property. While you weren't able to walk out the door and right on the beach the raised patio deck was tremendous for sitting, relaxing and enjoying the Ocean view. A short walk in either direction out the front door in either direction (right around the corner or down one block) provided easy beach access.<br/>The customer service from Beachfront Only was terrific. We had two minor issues - when we arrived one of the chairs on the deck was broken and the large sliding door was missing a screen. A call to management had the chair replaced in less than an hour and the screen door replaced the next morning. Could not have asked for anything better.<br/>Beds were very comfortable and the overall amenities were excellent. We went out to dinner only two nights - once in Oceanside and once in Carlsbad (just 10 minutes away), the rest of the nights we were having such a wonderful time we elected to stay in and enjoy each others company in this amazing property. Would definitely recommend this place to friends!<br/>

Out of all supplies. Maintenance was still there when we checked in. Garbage outside was already full. The stairs to the beach had a 5ft drop off from the last stair to the sand.

The property met our families needs to a tee with the sand in the “yard” and the ocean below with steps. Our oldest ones could enjoy the ocean and we could enjoy the little ones in the sand without any worries. The property was a bit outdated and from the front looked a bit opposite of a diamond in the rough. We had multiple garage door issues, non functioning ice maker and a smoke alarm that went off in the middle of the night repeatedly. We called, filled out a form thru the app, and texted and never got a response. One day our child’s wheelchair was stuck in the garage for over four hours. We continued to try the key pad and finally we were able to get it out. Disappointed in the overall service provided.

22 of us gathered in a Beachfront Only home and the three condos next door to be all together as a family...our 14th time in a Beachfront Only property...we love the beach and the exquisite care you take of us during our stay...a great week was had by all, from age 1 to age 76....thank you. We are sad.however about the disappearing beach and the difficult access to the beach now from the we will move to Carlsbad to regain accessibility for young and old

Our experience was very relaxing. It was perfect for the amount of guests we had. I loved having the private garage and the sound of the waves 24 hours a day. We would definitely come back. There were a few set backs in the beginning, the home was not ready until approximately and hour later than expected. We could not get the bbq to work and the shower doors were broken in the master bath. Other than those minor set backs we enjoyed our family get away.

Everything was perfect for our large family get-together.

The home was clean and it comfortably accommodated 18 of us! The hot tub looking out over the ocean was a fabulous place to relax. The access is to the rocky part of the beach, but it felt very private and my children had fun collecting rocks. Parking was not a problem at all. We loved staying here!!

Overall we were very satisfied with our week on the Ocean. We rented it in order to celibrate Christmas and our 50th wedding anniversary with our kids and grandkids so there were 12 of us and it easily accomodated us. The property was everything we expected it to be from viewing the pictures and description on the website. Our only complaints were minor issues: difficulty closing a couple bedroom & bathroom doors, shortage of electrical outlets due to the age of the building (12 people trying to charge phones, iPads, etc.). We would definitely go to for any future plans.

The condo was everything we expected and then some. Very roomey and very functional for out family of 11. The beach is literally off the deck making it easy to get food, drinks, and use of restrooms. Hot tub great after hours in the ocean. This is an excellent condo in evry way. One DOWNSIDE. Be aware that there is another unit above this one and you can hear every step and jump form the people above. Forget sleeping until the occupants above retire for the night. Very annoying, but other than that, this condo is outstanding.

We have vacationed several times and it has mostly been very enjoyable. This time our car window was broke and items were stolen from our car. This did make us feel a little uneasy and unsafe. I was also a little upset due to the fact that 2 of your staff had been to our unit and the upstairs one that morning and not one of them mentioned the window was broke. I called and nitified the staff and they said they would send someone over to clean up the glass. They never came so I cleaned it up. The rental is nice and the beaches are unforgettable. We had a great time this time as well as the others.

Our family rented the house wanting absolute beachfront and the house delivered! The PROs: place can sleep lots of people, three bathrooms, open kitchen/dining/living space, huge table for large gathering, great deck and outdoor area, the sun and moon set RIGHT in front of the house (-: , great beach outside the door, the entrances to house and garage were managed by a keyless system which was very easy to use, you could walk to a few restaurants and other places were a quick drive away. The ways to improve: put a notice to keep the master bath door closed to avoid sewer smell (the bathrooms use a sump pump), stock the kitchen with better cooking utensils--all of the pots were missing lids! Aluminum foil, etc. would have been nice. Two CONS that were easily overcome: the two bedrooms that slept the most people were a flight of stairs away from their bathroom and the only exit to the beach was through the downstairs bedrooms so kids and their sand streamed through. Overall, a great place and we would rent again!

We really enjoyed our stay. However, one of the king beds is broke and the dining tabletop is tacky from the finish wearing off, ocean air does that. Also, bring chip clips for the bedroom curtains or the neighbors are getting a view;)<br/>We were shocked by the cleanliness for the size of the home. It is a huge rental and very clean. There are 2 washers and dryers, which is a big help. FYI the white dryer is heat. Also, the king rooms have no windows for the breeze and the doors are not an option to leave open. It gets hot even with a fan. You really need a window in the summer. Overall, we love the location and would stay the cooler months. Beach Front Only is super easy to rent through and we had ZERO problems from start to finish.

Very nice experience. Had a couple of issues that were addressed in timely ways. The hot water heater was not working initially, it was promptly fixed. The entry code on arrival was wrong. A phone call got a prompt correction and access. The sump alarm went off on several occasions which unfortunately woke sleeping little ones. The management was prompt on assessment. Having said all that, the condo was well equipped to handle a large party like we had. Convenient location to groceries, theatre, beach activities such as fishing and surfing

This was our second time at this property. The furniture is looking really worn, smelly and not so fresh. The rooms had a dirty smell. The bathrooms looked pretty worn out and grungy. The whole place could use fresh paint and updated furnishings. A little<br/> disappointing considering the price.

A great time was had by all at our family beach adventure. The location and size of the beach house was perfect for our family of 10. The positives far out weigh the negative but for a house that sleeps 14 to only have 5 chairs at the dining table was not acceptable. My guess is that originally there were 8 but since they were inexpensive, when the other 3 broke, they were not replaced. The linens need replacing as the sheets and bath mats had holes in them. The hot tub was great but in a house that size again should have been larger. But those were minor set backs for a very, very enjoyable vacation. Thank You.

We loved this beach house. We received good value for the money we spent and we had a fantastic time. There were no hidden or additional costs when the bill came, and everything about the house was just as it was advertised to be. The area is safe, and very central to many different family activities.<br/>The house had some general maintenance issues, but nothing major and we listed them when we checked out, so I'm sure they will have been taken care of.<br/>

DVD did not work well, but otherwise everything was great

ONe suggestion is for a more direct path to the beach instrad of over the large rocks. A few houses down they had some stairs that we used, or we needed to walk out the front of the unit and use the public access down the street. I was not aware of the rocks and wall between the property and beach. THe photos do not show this. For some this would have not been a problem, but for a blind, mildly disabled individual like my daughter this did pose a problem. In the future I will ask about modifications for the disabled prior to registration.

our family beach vacation was very enjoyable. everyone had their own bed,towel sets and they loved thehot tub! the weather was cloudy but warm and the hot tub was a treat to jump into to warm up after swimming. Enjoyed all the amenities of a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. thank you for making our stay enjoyable. plan to rent another beachfront rental next year.

The condo was very nice and well supplied. The only issues we had during our stay was the master bedroom downstairs had lighting issues. Half of the lights did not work. The light switch even said not working? The lights over the sink not being on made it hard to see putting on make up and such. Access to the beach was GREAT but not as private as we would have liked. Too many passerbys walking between the condo and the ocean.

Once again, for the 12th year in a row, our family stayed for a week at a Beachfront property....we all love the service you provide and this home fits our needs for a relaxing time...thank you

We adore being in this home....probably the 9th time in the 11 years we have come to Oceanside as a family...we all love the beach...from the 14 month great grand baby to the 82 year old uncle....the beauty, the waves, the games, the foof....you have ever every thing we need and immediately fix what isn't working....we always leave looking forward to our next visit...thank all of you for contributing to our wonderful stays

It was a wonderful vacation for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. The beach is right in the backyard so we enjoyed the ocean to its fullest, when the kids were tired they could play in the sand while the adults lounged. The patio area gives you a wonderful view and has everything you need for oceanfront dining for every meal. The rooms, kitchen are very well designed to make good use of the proximity to the ocean. There's plenty to do around the area too, the carlsbad village, state beach, oceanside pier etc. All convenience stores are within a few minutes driving distance. We really enjoyed our stay here and will come back for a longer stay. Hopefully, it will be low tide during the next visit so the ocean would be more kid-friendly.

While 14 of us stay together 4 more family stay next door and five travel from their home in diamond bar to stay with us daily. ..we have a ball in this home...our 9th year in this home...we love our time at oceanside

Wonderful accommodations! Love being so close to the beach and everything we need is provided. This was our third stay with Beachfront and we have never been disappointed.

Overall is was absolutely wonderful!! The beach was amazing and the house was great. It was an awesome vacation. The only small problems were that we ran out of toilet paper and had to go buy our own. Also, someone poured a bunch of coffee all over one of our vehicles the first night. Other then that it was perfect!!

It's everything you can ever ask for! Not even a boardwalk separates you from the sand. Beautiful sunsets and great surf in the morning, can't beat that! I would recommend this place to anyone looking to have a good time! Thanks, we'll be back next year!

We expected our check-in and check-out to be non-eventful and it was! We will rent from BeachFront Only again and again. The 1027 Pacific property is older but in good condition; however there is a foul odor near the fridge/pantry that needs to be attended to. Other than that, this property met our expectations and thus we'll return. This property delivers exactly what it promises and is ready to move in and enjoy. Lots of everything you have in your own home. Renting from BeachFront is a Zero risk rental.

I will most definitely return in the future. Stayed for two nights...wish i could have stayed longer.

The property was excellent for our family of 12 Christmas stay. The weather was great which added to the overall enjoyment. Being on the beach and having a hot tub are big pluses for the propery.

The only negative was that it was advertised that the kitchen was very well stocked...even if you "were going to cook a Thanksgiving dinner". We found some very basic spices, sugar etc. not available which surprised us because of the way it was advertised.

Everything is so well cared for and provided for us that we move right in and feel right at home....any issues we have are handled right away, which makes staying in the home very enjoyable...we love the location and found everything we needed. Thank you.

The staff at beach front only were very professional and took care of every detail. The house was spotless clean. It was not fancy or luxurious- best described as basic. Feels very much like a rental in that there are signs and instructions throughout house but they are helpful. A little quirky with some things like the sheeting in one shower ceiling which moves when the doors open and close & washer and dryer in master bathroom. Larger cars like our suburban will not fit in garage. BUT we would come again in a heartbeat- hottub is always ready - awesome views from kitchen and patio.

Family time at the beach ... It truly doesn't get any better! From the beach front location to the condition of the property everything exceeded our expectations. When in Oceanside don't miss burgers at Ruby's on the pier and dinner / drinks at the Flying Pig. We'll definitely be back!

Really great, shared the house with another family of four and there was PLENTY of room, total of 4 kids ages 2.5, 4, 7.5, 7.5. right on the beach, nice walk to the pier, good restaurants/grocery close(most not really walking distance with those kids)! Very clean, still with privacy even with all those folks, definitely would stay here again. Only one garage space, but street parking was never a problem.

Nice property for families. Would like gate to street but otherwise great. There was a dampness in all of the bathrooms that could be addressed with better ventilation. Overall would definitely recommend.

We did not go everywhere we wanted because we just loved staying there and enjoying the beach life. <br/>It was even better than it looked on the internet. <br/>Everywhere we did go everyone was so nice.<br/>We played volleyball, horseshoes, football and tried to surf. It was so much fun.

This location was a great place for a family vacation. There were 11 of us staying at this location and it was very comfortable. With the beach right there some of us could be on the beach yet some of us be in the house and still be right there together.

This property was exactly what we were looking for for our family. The fact that it had so many bunk beds was perfect for our grandchildren. We loved the beach, the hot tub, and all the amenities of the property. It was expensive, but well worth it!<br/>

We've been to San Diego several times, but this location and our luck with the perfect weather made this our best family vacation ever. Everything we could possibly need was supplied from towels to dishes. Directions supplied ahead of time were extremely well presented and easy to follow. The only problem was that the water heater was unplugged by previous renters to allow for plugging in a DVD player in one of the bedrooms. Once we discovered that, we had no other problems. We chose hot water over watching DVD's. We especially liked the patio area where our toddlers could play in the sand while adults were in the hot tub. We all (five adults and five children) wish we could have stayed longer and hope to return someday. The BeachFrontOnly management are the best we've ever worked with. Thank you very much!

Parking wasn't a problem. Those who lived upstairs, 1029 wasn't a problem either. The only thing we encountered was the internet connection. However, the maintenance guy came and fixed the problem! Overall, a wonderful stay!!

This unit was great - with the possible exception that the yard (spa, BBQ, etc) is literally shared with the adjacent upper unit in the duplex. Zero sense of privacy. The property would be much better if the area was properly divided by a small fence or more vegetation. Even with this minor problem the condo was great and we had a wonderful time. I would rent this unit again. BeachFront Only (as a company) really seems to have its act together. They were professional and friendly at every step in the process.

It was our fourth year in this home so we felt right at home.There were several 'small' maintenance issues this time...seems like lots of people must be staying in this property so things were breaking...none of which interfered with the great time that we had...probably the biggest issue was the outside drain which was not draining properly...the children seemed to enjoy the puddle, particularly the little ones.<br/>WE enjoy the location of this property, the layout, having everything that we could ever need provided...the hot tub, the outside area...the barbecue. We were sad to not be able to stay here next year but one of our grandchildren has to go to a running camp the week we were going to stay. We look forward to our stay next year with you all at 815 B. Thank you for all of your responsiveness and helpfulness and kindness to us. It was wonderful to have the recycling and garbage taken away so often this year because there are so many of us. Fourteen of our family stay with us and another one of our children and his family come to visit daily while we are at the beach, along with friends of ours who drop in during the day. It is a truly wondrous week for all the Miller beach lovers. Thank you!!!!

My husband and I gathered our 2 sons, their wives and 4 children combined (ages 15 mo, 3 yrs, 5 yrs and 8yrs, for a week on the beach. We were so lucky to have gorgeous weather and dolphins and even a whale visiting us very close to shore. The house was well equipped and comfortable, with an ocean view that can't be beat, for all 10 of us and we had a week full of wonderful memories

This was our second year at this beach house and we had just as great of a time as we did last year. It fits our family of 8 adults and 5 kids perfect. Last year it was right on the sand ,but due to heavy rains this year, that washed away the sand, we had to climb down rocks. Was a bit tricky for some! The house is well stocked and very comfortable! Thanks for a great family trip!

Although the home was lovely, it is in need of some minor repairs. It appeared that all the screen doors were torn at the handles. The mirrored closet doors are all rusting where the mirror meets the metal - probably from sea air. Overall a great place that we would consider for a longer stay.

We love our time as family at this property--each of our four children and their children are able to be with us. One lives in Diamond Bar so he and his wife and three children travel back and forth each day. The other three children and their spouses and their children stay with us in the home. We love our bach level room as does our child and hid wife with no children. The bedrooms are on a level away from the living level so they are quiet and restful. The living area is great for being together, whether at the dining room table or on the patio table and chairs. We love the courtyard with the table to view the beach and the hot tub--the favorite gathering place of the grandchildren. Thank you for all you do to have out time there be so wonderful for each and every one of us. Each of us has friends from the area who travel to visit with us and they, too, feel so welcome and cared for. Blessings to all of you who make this possible for us! We had an awesome time. We had 12 people at one point in our stay and there was plenty of room in the house. Plenty of aminities and towels. We all agreed we were suprised at everything that came with the house.<br/>We did have a few unwanted guests crawling around, but I guess they are everywhere.<br/>The location to the beach and town was outstanding. <br/>We will most difinitely stay at the beach again in a Beach Front rental.<br/>I have already recommened it to friends and will continue.<br/>The only bad thing was we had to leave!!<br/>

The property was amazing. it was impeccably clean & the beach & back yard were great. Jacuzzi was spotless. everything worked. we will be back!

Our family from three states met in Oceanside to enjoy the beach and the attractions of Lego Land and Sea World. We all enjoyed watching the dolphins and the surfers and playing in the sand as well as going to the parks. Great memories!

We had a wonderful stay at the Beach House. Plenty of room for 8 adults and 4 children. Location was great, we loved being able to walk out the door and be on the beach. Staff was very helpful and accessible. Thanks for a great family vacation!

The condo is even better than the great looking pictures online. This is the best location on the beach! Wil be coming back again.

This rental property comfortably housed a very large group of people for a full week. Everybody was comfortable, the neighborhood was great, and there were no issues with the stay.

What an amazing view!! This was the perfect place for our group.The balcony and patio were awesome.
