You can't possibly desire a better view than this - three floors of spectacular ocean views. Home was brand new, clean, spacious and fully stocked! We enjoyed the roof deck and hot tub immensely, loved having main areas like kitchen/dining and family room front & center on the ocean....literally all you can see. We will be back & highly recommend.

Our stay was amazing! And your company is so attentive with continued emails and text messages before, throughout and after our stay.. Our grill wasn’t working and someone came out immediately to fix after we called. Then at check out we were cleaning and then read your check out requirements and realized you don’t require anything but to enjoy our last morning stay and to lock all doors. You really do what’s needed to take care of your guests and not to mention the home is gorgeous and views are speechless! <br/>Thank you!

Overall this property is fantastic. It's located directly on the water and the views are as great as the photos. It's located in a long line of other Beachfront properties all on the same block. Our group of 10 had a wonderful time. <br/><br/>Pros: <br/>-Location and view far outweigh some of the concerns. The retractable walls make the space even better.<br/>-Plenty of sleeping arrangements and space. A daybed and several sleeper sofas provides lots of bonus space. <br/>-There are actually 6 bathrooms (and 7 toilets). One restroom has two showers and two toilets... if they had just put wall in the middle it would have been two different bathrooms. <br/>-The kitchen is well stocked with enough place settings for 12 and even serving platters which was a nice touch. <br/>-The rooftop is stunning. A great place to enjoy your company, relax and soak in the sun. <br/>-Maintenance was quick to respond when needed. <br/>-Because the property was new, everything was clean and the furnishings were in good shape. <br/>-Two car garage (but tandem and shared with another unit) is nice. Street parking could typically be found within a few blocks.<br/><br/>Cons: <br/>-By far the most frustrating thing was the lack of cell service... even on the balconies and rooftop (strange indeed).<br/>-The wifi wasn't much better so it didn't help. The service is daisy-chained from one building to the next on the block so not super surprised. <br/>-The property was VERY new when we rented so a few things weren't exactly figured out. We had to contact maintenance when circuit breakers popped after turning on normal lights.<br/>-Some of the key codes for all the various doors weren't as noted in the arrival information<br/>-No sheets/blankets left in the property for the sofa beds so we had to contact housekeeping to bring more.<br/>-Difficult to get a hold of management when there was an issue due to lack of cell service and poor wifi.<br/><br/>All in all, we enjoyed our stay and wo

We LOVED staying here for our thanksgiving family gathering. Just the 6 of us could not have asked for a better get away. SUPER clean and all needs met. Location, location, location! Just perfect!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! We had 9 people and there was plenty of space for everyone. The views were incredible and the location was awesome. The place was sparkling clean and we all felt very comfortable being there.
