We had a fantastic time celebrating my mom's 70th birthday in this gorgeous condo in Oceanside, CA. The kitchen is massive, with a giant island for all your cooking and baking needs. Everything was clean and tidy upon our arrival. The management company was very responsive. You will enjoy opening the panoramic doors and watching the waves crash 15 feet away from you patio. Our party included seniors, age 70, 79, and 91, and I was thrilled to see how easy the condo was to navigate. No stairs, and the parking is directly at the back door. We had a wonderful time and are already scouring the calendar for a return visit!

Stayed here 5 nights while our flooring was being replaced and this is the 2nd time we have rented a beach cottage from BeachFront and we enjoyed our time. Condo was gorgeous and had all the amenities you could hope for in the kitchen. Our only complaint was that our propane tank died on the 2nd night on the outside fire grill and while there was a replacement it was only 1/2 full and died the last night we were there and the other propane tank on the other firepit was completely empty from the start. There was probably one in the BBQ but it wasn't worth the hassle. Also where are the lounge chairs? Great place to people watch but next time we would pick somewhere a little off the beaten path with more privacy. Overall great stay though.

This spot is perfect and the place were very clean. The layout is great, especially the “closet” with the bunk beds! So cool to think of that! I will forever cherish the memory of my grandson making s’mores over the fire table on the patio. We will definitely be going back and staying here again. <br/><br/>Just a note: The patio umbrella is broken and needs to be replaced. Didn’t hinder our stay though!

This was our 4th time enjoying this property. We have ALWAYS found it to be spotlessly clean in every aspect . . . bathrooms, washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, etc. etc. etc. And, I mean spotlessly clean.<br/>Everything you could want in a vacation home is there, right down to the laundry and dishwasher soap. They have now added shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel dispensers in the shower as well as shaving mirrors. It's amazing to see the attention to detail. They never allow anything to become worn or dingy. Things are replaced as they wear and new decorator items are exchanged or added. It's always fun to see what's changed since our last visit.<br/>And, the white furniture (crazy for a beach rental) has always been kept spotless which is amazing because pets are allowed. The patio has a wonderful "fire in the middle" dining table for 6 with a million dollar view of the ocean. But, the over the top feature we LOVE are the panoramic, full-glass fold back doors on the living room and ocean-view master bedroom. You can open those doors and the ocean breezes and relaxing sound of ocean waves fill the space. Stainless steel, marble, and beautiful decor provide a minimalistic elegance. It is truly a place to unwind, relax and rejuvenate in comfort. We love meeting the many wonderful people that pass by during the early morning and lunch hour as they too, enjoy the views along "The Strand". This company listens to your feedback, makes changes quickly to improve the guest experience, and provides excellent customer service in every way. When we had a DVD player that was "acting up", they came and immediately replaced it with a brand new one ( previous visit), within 20 minutes. We can't say enough about the caliber of this rental property, the interior finishes, the location, and the overall experience. We have already booked this unit for 11 days next year. Try it, you won't just like Beachfront Only Vacation Rentals, you'll LOVE it!

First I will tell you of all the good. The strand # 102 is amazing. The unit has everything you could want and is very comfortable. The view is spectacular being mere feet from the ocean. Sounds of the waves crashing on the beach is so relaxing. Sitting on the patio watching occasional Dolphins playing in the surf is amazing. This time we even saw a couple of Whales. The staff at Beachfront was very responsive to all our needs . “Now for the almost “.Cleaning needs to be improved as the floors seemed to be be somewhat dirty. The sheets on the larger bedroom were put on improperly. Security needs to be improved around the property as my vehicle was broken in to. Although the garage has coded security gates for entry of pedestrian and vehicles, the two side pedestrian gates are low and can be reached from the outside to gain entry. On our last night there someone stole the the chase lounge that was on the patio......Overall our stay in paradise was fantastic and we should be back again. Although I am concerned about security.

Weather was excellent. Sound, view of ocean & sunsets were soothing. Condo was very nice with the exception of no duvet covers on either beds, especially master which could be viewed from sidewalk/street. Pictures should match unit & that has been our experience in past years. Kitchen was well equipped with plenty of seating for family. Relatively new unit but it needs some detailed cleaning on floor moldings & corners. FYI foxtails planted in planters on patio very danagerous for unit that allows pets & they could kill them. Our dog was rushed to the vet after sniffing in one of the bairs that fell onto patio, but they can become airborne also. We vacuumed everyday & still found them in condo. Very scary & a $500+ expense we didn’t expect. Thankfully our Shih Tzu has completed recovered.

This was not only in a super location, it was<br/>a state of the art rental. During our stay we had a couple of question that were taken care of immediately. Everyone we dealt with were very professional and friendly. It was very easy to reach the managers of the property. The rental itself was immaculate. We spent the month of February in California. We stayed in Carlsbad, Fallbrook, and lastly this condo in Oceanside. Being from Nebraska, we loved the 60-70 degree weather and the opportunity to spend time near the ocean without the summer crowds.

Weather was excellent. Sound, view of ocean & sunsets were soothing. Condo was very nice with the exception of no duvet covers on either beds, especially master which could be viewed from sidewalk/street. Pictures should match unit & that has been our experience in past years. Kitchen was well equipped with plenty of seating for family. Relatively new unit but it needs some detailed cleaning on floor moldings & corners. FYI foxtails planted in planters on patio very danagerous for unit that allows pets & they could kill them. Our dog was rushed to the vet after sniffing in one of the bairs that fell onto patio, but they can become airborne also. We vacuumed everyday & still found them in condo. Very scary & a $500+ expense we didn’t expect. Thankfully our Shih Tzu has completed recovered.

Wow. What an incredible rental. It was in pristine condition, the perfect location and was simply GORGEOUS. This it our second time renting from BeachFront rentals in Oceanside, and both times have been great. They are super on top of everything, and it’s a simple, seamless check-in and check-out experience. The online portal is very easy to use and includes all the important details to make the stay run smoothly. And if anything goes wrong or you need anything, they are VERY responsive. We ran low on propane for the grill and outdoor fireplace on our last day there, and they brought two fresh tanks within 20 minutes of us calling them. All in all, I’d recommend this rental and BeachFront Only to anyone planning a trip to Oceanside. Looking forward to planning our next trip soon!

The condo on the strand is BEAUTIFUL, relaxing, and quiet!!! My best friend and I enjoyed the split floor plan... with a master suite on each end of the condo, you can close your door and have time to yourself. We loved the patio with the gas fire pit. Loved that our SUV was secured behind a locked gate. The only negatives were, the patio is not private, with cars (loud stereos) and walkers going by all day and night, it's hard to enjoy the serenity of the location. The outlets in both master baths did not work and a few times we blew fuses. Oh... and I think the propane on the grill was leaking and ran out as we tried to grill, but couldn't start the grill, so ended up cooking inside. But these are minor issues that would happen in your own home; the staff was GREAT in helping to correct all issues. Otherwise, Oceanside has a LOT to offer! Lots of restaurants in walking distance and the beach right there. Truly a WONDERFUL place to stay. I wished the weather would have been warmer so we could have opened up the doors in the living room!

We stayed at this condo for the Ironman 70.3 race, this is our 3rd condo stay on the Strand for the race. This place is absolutley beautiful and in the best location. Everything is new, high quality, and well maintained. I recommend staying here! Anytime we had a question the staff was quick to respond. Only complaint was cell phone service, but honestly why would you be on the phone this is a great place to relax.

We spent my husbands 87th birthday week at this beautifully decorated condo with the ocean in sight every day. This picture shows our view from our bedroom and the view from the living room was even more beautiful. We had 24 children, grandchildren and great grandchildren with space for everyone to enjoy our lunch. Between the kitchen bar where five sat, the dining room table where six sat the patio table where four more sat and chairs scattered where everyone else sat. Never feeling cramped. My husband sat on the patio every day just enjoying the ocean and saying Hi to all the people enjoying their walk on the strand. The condo itself lacked nothing. And your car was safe in the garage right at your back door. I would go back in a heartbeat never going anywhere else. Loved it!

This unit is brand new and right on the water. It's so new I had to take the wrap and tags off several kitchen items. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possible need. The management company was very responsive. I needed a DVD player, a fan, and ant spray and they brought it promptly. There was a security guard on premises which made us feel safe. At certain times of day there was a lot of traffic on the road in front of the unit but it is one way with a 10 mph speed limit so it made for great people watching from our patio. There was a nice fire pit table on the patio and a grill which we used frequently. We walked down closer to the pier to go to the beach as there is not much sand in front of the unit. We rented a surrey bicycle near the pier and that was a lot of fun. We drove to Carlsbad beach one day and it is nicer than Oceanside beach if you are looking for more sand and space. We shopped and ate in Carlsbad as well, as it has a nicer village feel. We had a wonderful vacation here with great memories for a lifetime. I have recommended the unit to other friends already.

This is an amazing 2 bedroom and 2.5 bath condo located in Oceanside, California. There is a large spacious living room and the kitchen comes with all of the necessary appliances. The unit has a view of the Pacific Ocean and is just moments away from the beach. The unit also features a private enclosed patio facing towards the ocean. This unit has everything you could possibly need for an amazing beachfront vacation! As if the beach is not enough, all off the Oceanside rentals are able to easily access popular tourists' sites like the Birch Aquarium, the USS Midway, Legoland, and the San Diego Zoo Safari Park.
