Located across from the ocean this rental has amazing views and the sound of pounding surf. <br/><br/>Finding it was not difficult and located within easy distance from restaurants and grocery stores. <br/><br/>I found this place to be very clean and furnished with comfortable furniture. <br/><br/>The rental process was not complicated and the cost more than reasonable for the location. <br/><br/>Beach Front was immediately response in sending someone for a TV working tutorial. In addition their rental instructions and information was thorough. <br/><br/>I will not hesitate to use them again. <br/><br/>Only suggestion to future renters who use any of the pod coffee makers, as I the rental has a Mr. Coffee so you need to add coffee filters to your shopping list. I knew about the Mr. Coffee and forgot about filters. <br/><br/>

The location was great and the deck was very nice to relax on. It was nice to have the French doors open to listen to the crashing waves. Unfortunately, the bed was really uncomfortable and we actually had to sleep on the couch the second night which was hard, because we’re both tall.

My boyfriend and I live in Oceanside and wanted a little staycation so we rented this condo for my birthday. It was PERFECT! It was right on the water and we listened to the waves crash all day and night. It was super clean and had all the amenities that we wanted/needed. The property management company was extremely helpful and when we called, they were super friendly and answered our questions right away. We went surfing every day and hung out on the patio. We are definitely going to stay here again! We have already recommended this place to family and friends!

This vacation spot was everything. My family and I loved it. I think the only thing it was missing is AC and our stay was in the middle of a heatwave. Also the refrigerator is old and completely rusted, I believe that can be changed out. But other than that it was perfect and bed was comfy. Will definitely rent again.

Prefect spot on the ocean. All essentials included. Small but again everything needed was there. Lack of air conditioning made it very hot in later afternoon. Parking was very tight. Overall would recommend our experience as positive.

The condo was clean and great location. The permanent neighbors next door have barking dogs which was a real nuisance. The king mattress needs replacing. Really bad. Come on, a mattress these days is not a big expense. For that reason alone, I could not recommend this unit. The deck furniture needs pads.Also, the shower head is terrible. Sounds like little things but for the price they should be perfect.
Great spot for 2 - 3 folks.

We rented the whole triplex with family. All of us got tested before we got there so we were comfortable sharing the common area between the houses. When you walk up it's not very impressive but the condo is so cute inside! It's not huge, but the view from the deck was great. The bed was comfortable. There was plenty of storage for everything we brought for a weeks stay. The kitchen was really well equipped. The knives were sharp, which is a total plus for me who likes to cook, The putting green ended up getting so much use. It really was a great added feature. There is a lot of foot and car traffic on the street in front, though. Overall I was really pleasantly surprised by this place.

The stay was practically perfect. The location is great, the condo was clean, and had all the amenities we needed, and was just as described on their website. We had one issue with the bathtub draining, and they sent someone out within an hour and it was fixed. Great customer service!

We visit Southern California beach area’s twice a year. We like to check out different areas. This was our second time to Oceanside. 5 years ago we rented a larger house for a bigger group gathering. This house/condo was perfect for just my husband, myself and our 2 small fur babies. We all had a great relaxing stay. Great view and loved hearing the waves from the balcony deck and even inside while doors where open.

We had a wonderful time. Service was impeccable, even before we checked in. Customer service was extremely attentative & took care of every need expeditiously. Very clean cottage with all necessary supplies. Loved spending time on the deck & bbq'ing. It's right on the boardwalk and the sand is steps away. Shops & restaurants are also close by. Loved the fact that there are 2 parking spots. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

GREAT LOCATION. Being right it on the Strand was an awesome experience. Great deck to hang out on, especially in evening with fire pit there. It would have been much better with some pads on the chairs. Home was easily accessible, very clean and had everything we needed for the week. Management was extremely responsive when contacted regarding entry codes. <br/><br/>There were a few minor annoyances. The TV in the bedroom did not have any channels available. Not a big deal. For some reason, it would turn on in the middle of the night. The TV in living room had only ROKU and did not access any local channels but could watch movies. <br/><br/>Parking was a little confusing. Did not realize there was assigned parking. We arrived late and did blocked another renter in. No big deal, just left cell phone number on window and they were wonderful people as well. It would be nice to have parking map in unit booklet in the unit. <br/><br/>Otherwise I would highly recommend this unit. Can’t wait to return next year!

This lovely oceanfront home is the UPPER LEVEL unit of a duplex. Perfect for a romantic getaway, this quaint property is located right on The Strand in Oceanside, CA.
