Perfect for a romantic getaway, this NEWLY RENOVATED UPPER LEVEL
property with a modern aesthetic features fantastic views of the Oceanside beach, right outside the great patio. Crack the door open and take in the cool ocean breeze and gaze out while the sun sets from your wonderful living and dining space area. This area leads into a fully stocked kitchen with anything that you can possibly need. There is an additional dining area located directly on the sand but be sure to grab it as soon as possible because this is shared among the other 807 units. This unit is pet-friendly so please feel free to bring along your best bud (*after being noted in reservation).

PARKING: Street parking only along South Pacific Street; street sweeping is every 2nd and 4th Monday of every month)

Beachfront Condo P708-1 was great. Cute place that sits at the street level which provides a fabulous view of the water. We took full advantage of the porch everyday, so peaceful. Having the pullout sofas in the front room so we could fall asleep listening to the waves definitely made this a place to remember. Definitely recommend this place.

Great location! We were in town for just the night so it was perfect. We watched the sunset over the beach from the balcony, and it was beautiful. The shower had pretty much no pressure so that wasn’t great. But overall really great for the price and location.

We loved the location and being able to see and hear the ocean, that is why we came. The condo was comfortable and clean. The property had a lot of weeds that need to be pulled or sprayed. The neighbors partied until way last 11:00. The condo and location made it the best!

I love this little cottage been coming here for quite some time. Always interesting location. Beautiful sunsets at pier. Beautiful of the surf right outside the living room. I would live here if I could. Love Love hope to see it again next year.

The rental had a great view of the ocean. We were close enough to hear the waves at night while we relaxed in the living room. We were close enough to walk to a few restaurants and cafes. Parking on the street was challenging, especially when we arrived with our suitcases because there were no spaces close to the unit. The unit was nice. There is room for improvement for the amenities for the location and the price. Overall, it was a decent place to stay for a short amount of time.

I love this little cottage been here quite a few times, love the nostalgia of cottage. I would live here if I could. Posts on the front says they are tearing it down for condos, no Bueno, it is making it hard to rent old cottages on the strand any longer.

I really enjoyed our stay in this very lovely, inviting, and commodious beach house. It was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Most nights during the week is pretty quiet at night, however,the noise from the street traffic on the weekend was a little disturbing. We have visited this area almost every year in Oceanside for around 21 years. It was nice when we could just walk outside our door and plant ourselves on the beach. I guess the cycle has changed because we have had to drive further down the beach the last three years because this part of the beach where we stay is under water all day. But we are willing to do that because we love staying in this area of Oceanside. I would love to come back to this lovely property.

With new owners, everything had been redone and upscaled--fresh paint, new appliances, furniture,landscaping,lighting. We return because we LOVE the easy in/out street access and especially the view porch. Breakfast out there is wonderful but the table/chairs for doing that was missing. Management brought us some chairs and anything else we requested. Noisy wedding party in neighbor unit (in picture) Friday evening stopped promptly at 10:00PM; we didn't get surf sounds that evening. Otherwise a perfect vacation--we love Oceanside.
