Beautiful, newly built (Est. 2017), 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom, LOWER LEVEL unit, sitting on The Strand in Oceanside, Ca. Walk a few steps out your front door and you are on a wide sandy beach with picnic tables, barbecues, and the Oceanside Pier, all right in front of you This home is fully furnished and professionally decorated. Kitchen has all amenities you could imagine, with ocean views and granite counters. The living room looks straight out to the ocean with AMAZING panoramic doors that open to your private deck. Enjoy your own patio area looking straight out to the beach! This unit also features a gorgeous rooftop deck with a spa.

BEACH ACCESS: Beach access is out the front door and across The Strand, straight onto the sand. The Strand is a single lane 15mph access way for the properties along this road and is pedestrian friendly. The Strand is not a thoroughfare, and there is no parking on The Strand.

PARKING: 2 assigned parking spaces in the underground garage

Additional parking is available at our office, located at 1640 Oceanside Blvd., Oceanside CA 92054.

This home is located in the coastal town of Oceanside, where the beaches are nothing short of spectacular, with wide sandy beaches and gorgeous water year-round. After a day at the beach, take a walk to the pier, watch the surfers, go fishing, or take a sail boat out at the harbor. When it is time for dinner, there is an endless amount of delicious restaurants Flying Pig Pub & Kitchen) and cafes Buccaneer Cafe) for you to choose from, but many choose to cook their meals at the vacation rental. Life doesn't get much better than enjoying a glass of wine and preparing a scrumptious meal as you watch the sun go down on the horizon of the Pacific Ocean. Fall asleep to the sound of the lulling waves, wake up and do it again.

*The San Diego Airport is roughly an hour drive from our Oceanside properties.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

Gorgeous View and Location for this home. It was spectacular. Everything was clean. We had a bathroom in all the bedrooms which was great. Convenient parking in the garage, short walks to get everywhere. Would definitely recommend staying here. We had 1 problem with the dishwasher and it was fixed within 10 minutes by the nicest service men we have ever encountered

Great place for a family vacation. There were 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. We never felt crowded, even when eating meals. Everything you need except for beach stuff, is provided. The beach is just steps away. I do wish that there were screens on the windows in order to let the fresh air in without the flies. When there were people in the room above, you can here them walking around. A place to rinse the sand off outdoors would also be nice. Overall a great place for a beach vacation.

The view and the ease of getting to the beach was amazing! The house is a great layout as well with bathrooms in each room plus a half bath in the hall. The only negative was the grill which was old and took us a while to get working, and never did get to working properly. Other than that we had a wonderful time, we will definitely be back!

This rental was everything we hoped for and more. So comfortable for a family with a dog and so much space for extended family. Everything was beautiful and worked well. We had a slight hiccup with the AC but they fixed it within an hour. You absolutely can not beat the location. Walk right out on the sand!

This condo is a dream come true! The location is absolutely perfect. Great beach access, waves, view, and amenities; the list could go on and on. The condo itself is absolutely gorgeous and the configuration of the bedrooms, bathrooms and living area is awesome. Our family wants to make this a yearly vacation spot.

The only small issue we had was the air conditioner didn’t work in the main living area the first night, but was quickly repaired. Also an outdoor shower would be much better than the plastic tubs they provided for your feet as you entered the condo.

The surfers surfed, the little ones dug in the sand and learned to bodysurf, all under the watchful eyes if parents, grandparents. Every thing was close enough to not be inconvenient but far enough away to allow quiet evenings.

This rental was suitable for our family vacation. The location of the rental was good and it had the basics stocked upon arrival. The pictures are definitely deceiving as it’s not quite as nice as it portrays (both the unit and the view). The WiFi signal was weak and the one television didn’t work properly until the last day of our trip.

This is the second year my adult children and their kids have used this gorgeous condo. The location is absolute perfection. One only has to cross a small street to access a very nice part of the Oceanside beach. The inside is just beautiful too. We love the way the front windows open completely to enjoy the sights, sounds and smells of the ocean.

Our entire family was so happy with our stay at this location, to be able to walk right out to the beach, or to view family from the deck was fabulous. The house set up was great! Ice Machine BONUS!! The only thing I would of liked is better pots and pans. We had a large number of people and the cooking pans were not in such great shape. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend this place and rental company again.

My wife and I are local, this was our second time using Beachfront Only for a local weekend escape while my sister watched our kids. We had some friends join us, now they want to book a family reunion. Parking is great, unit well kept, views are amazing and there is a restaurant nearby that makes some top notch calamari.

We loved this property. It's stunning from the outside and clean, bright and comfortable inside. It slept 8 of us there easily. Every room has an en suite bathroom and it's own air conditioner. We couldn't figure out how the ac units kept shutting off so a call to beachfront and boot even an hour later someone was there helping us. I do wish they would install some sort of outdoor shower or at least have a hose to wash off the sand from the beach. The buckets they provided weren't ideal. With that being said, we would likely stay here again.

We had an amazing vacation experience! The unit itself was 5 star quality and extremely clean and well stocked! Communication was excellent and timely responses to any questions we had. Beds were reasonably comfortable with each room having its own AC which all operate off of the main remote that is located on the wall near the dining room. It would have been helpful to have more info on additional parking ahead of time. We found extra 24 hr. parking in the lot by the North Coast Village Condos just north of the unit at Pacific & Breakwater Wy. for $7 per day. Other than a couple of minor things it was an excellent experience! Thank you Beachfront!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property! We loved the location to the pier, bike rentals, harbor and restaurants. The views were OUTSTANDING!!! We felt the kitchen had almost everything we needed for our stay. We wanted to cook and eat in so the kitchen was equipped properly. My only suggestion would be a larger toaster for such a large home. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. However, the bedrooms in the front had an interesting wall that wasn't quite private (made of shaded glass). The floors were not clean when we arrived, but the rest of the house was spotless. The doors didn't open and close well for half of the bedrooms making loud squeaking noises when they opened. We ddi not use the roof top deck or hot tub since it was colder and rainy while we were at the property. We would recommend this property to friends for sure. The company was very professional and sent emails and updates until our stay and provided all the information we needed. We enjoyed eating at The Blade for amazing pizza and Italian food and we had a wonderful Christmas dinner at 333 and both were walkable as well. This is an excellent condo . We used it to stay for a lacrosse tournament my kids were participating in . I will say , it’s perfectly laid out for a family of 2 or a large family . It has plenty of bathrooms and the living room and kitchen has ample space .. you can’t beat the views .. it’s also beach front , with actual beach not rocks ...
We plan to go back in the summer

The unit was amazing and the location was perfect. The beach in front of the unit was completely swimmable. The property management was responsive to our issues and I can't say enough about how wonderful our experience was.

A long weekend on the beach. Incredible views easy walkable area! We were a family of 6 and it worked well. 13 would be pushing it in my opinion but there are 13 spots to sleep if needed. The retractable doors opens the condo to the outside.

Our stay was a fantastic one. The beach house had exceeded my expectations. A new house with extraordinary beach views. The only challenge was the tight parking and the noise coming from the top unit. No big deal. I will certainly be going back and requesting the same house. My family had an epic time!

The condo was beautiful, clean, and the view was fantastic from the panoramic window off the balcony! The ocean view from bedroom was difficult (would not really say ocean view). It was just across the small street right onto the sand. All in All was very very nice

Our family spent fall break at this location and loved every minute of it! We had two families together, 13 total people. There are enough beds to sleep 13 however one down side is that two king beds share one of the rooms. Two bathrooms are from that one bedroom. This is the only downside of the property. We loved everything else. In great condition.

This property is really good Home Getaway with great location amenities.We felt sitting furniture is inadequate and that too with wood dining chairs are not comfortable and there was no outdoor furniture.

My family and I loved...loved staying at the Beachfront Condo...loved the Bi-folding doors facing the ocean. I was only a little disappointed that we did not get S207-2 which has the corner view of the ocean and pier. I will make sure to request that in the future. I definitely would consider staying there again though. It was peaceful, kitchen well equipped and very clean. Well worth the amount we spent for the days we stayed there. Thank you.

We loved the vacation. The property is an A+. The facility was fantastic. Beachfront organization was very helpful with all of our needs. The only issue was the re-cycling of the elevator. Loud. Needs to be looked into. But when we used the elevator to take all of our stuff out of the unit, that was very helpful. The front room and kitchen were fantastic. All modern appliances. Views were the bomb.
