Beautiful, newly built (Est. 2017), 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom, upper story, sitting on The Strand in Oceanside, Ca. Walk a few steps out your front door and you are on a wide sandy beach with picnic tables, barbecues, and the Oceanside Pier, all right in front of you. This home is fully furnished and professionally decorated. Kitchen has all the amenities you could imagine, with ocean views and granite counters. The living room looks straight out to the ocean with AMAZING panoramic doors that open to your private deck, and 1 of the bedrooms also has ocean views. Enjoy your own patio area looking straight out to the beach!

BEACH ACCESS: Beach access is out the front door and across The Strand, straight onto the sand. The Strand is a single lane 15mph access way for the properties along this road and is pedestrian friendly. The Strand is not a thoroughfare, and there is no parking on The Strand.

PARKING: 2 assigned parking spaces in the underground garage

Additional parking is available at our office, located at 1640 Oceanside Blvd., Oceanside CA 92054.

This home is located in the coastal town of Oceanside, where the beaches are nothing short of spectacular, with wide sandy beaches and gorgeous water year-round. After a day at the beach, take a walk to the pier, watch the surfers, go fishing, or take a sail boat out at the harbor. When it is time for dinner, there is an endless amount of delicious restaurants Ty's Burger House) and cafes Buccaneer Cafe) for you to choose from, but many choose to cook their meals at the vacation rental. Life doesn't get much better than enjoying a glass of wine and preparing a scrumptious meal as you watch the sun go down on the horizon of the Pacific Ocean. Fall asleep to the sound of the lulling waves, wake up and do it again.

*The San Diego Airport is roughly an hour drive from our Oceanside properties.

Great staycation since I live only 20 minutes away. This condo was perfect for my family of 8. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It was comfortable and enough space for all. Being right in front of the ocean was the best part for me, very relaxing. The only negative was that internet was not very reliable.

Having our kids together is always a wonderful treat, but this wonderful condo made it all the more perfect. The unit is roomy and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the beach, the views, the location, everything. Initially there was a problem with one of the beds but the management company was very responsive and fixed the problem the very next day. The home is truly so beautiful! We loved enjoying the views of the ocean & even woke up early to see a sunrise. Everything was very clean & organized. At one point, the toaster in the kitchen broke and we were provided a new one the same day! Directions to the home/garage/entry were very easy to understand. All went well, some problems: AC in a few rooms with a speedy service to repair. A few kitchen items: pot holders, can opener frozen, plastic basin for kitchen sink to wash dishes ( no plug for sink). This is all minor, just suggesting of what we would supply. All in ALL it was GREAT.

Overall they did everything that is asked of rental. Its was clean, had plenty of kitchenware, beautiful set up. All is all its exactly how they advertise it. Great condo with an amazing beach front view. The only thing they should add is black out curtains. The curtains in room are thin and dont black out the room so at 6:30 the rooms are totally bright.

This place is amazing!!!! A short walk across the street (the strand) to the beach. If you have older kids, they can play at the beach and you can sit with the doors open and watch them. Everything felt fresh & clean. The kitchen includes everything you need + more! We stayed at the height of quarantine which meant bringing all of our own food. There was nothing we needed for as far as kitchen supplies!

You do have to walk up quite a few stairs to get to this unit (4) so if you have small kids with a lot of stuff, you may consider a different unit.

My only complaint is that the bedroom are very bright at night as there are no dark window coverings. So if you need it black to sleep, you may want to bring a sheet or something to cover the window.

We already have our next trip booked and can’t wait!!!

This is our 2nd year staying in this property, last year unit 1 and this year unit 4. You really can't go wrong with any of the 4 units as they all over incredible views and easy access to the beach (you don't even need your shoes, just walk out the door and across the Strand and you are feeling the sand between your toes! The units are set up to be centered around the panoramic windows where you can sit and watch the waves all day long. The staff at Beachfront Only are extremely responsive and great to work with. Any issues or questions are quickly resolved. Highly recommend (and we will keep coming back!)

It was amazing. What put it over the top was the panaramic views and porch window doors. We had them open at all hrs. The weather was great. The beach water was warm. The home was super clean. Walking distance from restaurants and Pier. Highly recommend this place. Just a heads up it’s two flights of stairs to make it to the condo, for those who find it difficult to climb. We had no problem with it, we had children 5, 3, and 1 and had ease climbing them. We would definitely stay hear again.

We had a wonderful experience at the property. It was clean, well-furnished, and quiet. There was ample parking for our family. The location and view were spectacular and we especially like the folding doors. It felt like we were on the beach even though we were still in the property.

The staff at Beachfront Only were very responsive to our questions and were professional at all times.

My only complaint is the trip was too short.

We had a blast. The location was perfect, steps from the sand, shopping and food. But we spent most of our time just on the beach or relaxing on our balcony enjoying the amazing view.

Had everything we could possibly need- kitchen cooking supplies, towels, washer & dryer, 4 bathrooms with showers! Best of all was the spectacular beachside view. Since it was a bit chilly, we could sit on the couch and be warm, but still take in the panoramic view of the ocean... open the door and we could hear it too! Loved this place so much. Relaxing and cozy. Only 4 units, so not busy with others, and 2 parking spots. It’s perfect.

We rented this property for our son's 12th birthday. The home itself was very spacious for our entire family. The location was perfect, the kids were able to play in the sand and we were able to watch them from the huge decks. The entire family took a nice beach walk to the pier and bought fresh fruit from a local vendor. A few of us rented bikes and cruised the strand, some walked along the pier to get burgers and shakes from Ruby's. You cannot beat the location. Thank you Beachfront Only staff for being extremely helpful and responsive before and during our stay. We can't wait to come back to create more family memories at the beach.

So much fun with our family at this nice location. Lots of rooms and bathrooms. Could use another sitting couch and another tv or two. Internet was good to have. Staying for a week with a full house needs an elevator. Don’t bring too much stuff for the 4 flights of stairs -LOL

The place is nice but the management company was a huge disappointment. I rented the second floor because there was an elevator on the premise. However, when we arrived the elevator had a sign posted that it only was for unit 1. I spoke with the office and they said they were not advertised as handicap accessible, and they couldn't do anything for my husbands comfort. They were not helpful especially since the elevator did go up to the second floor.

The rental was in a great location with super easy access to the beach. There was plenty of room for our large family of seven and two dogs. We did contact the property management once because we couldn't figure out how to use the fire pit and they responded super quick. I would definitely stay there again or in one of the other units in the building.

This vacation was wonderful! We had a great time with a great view, we would stay here again in a minute. It was so close to the beach that even if you only have an hour, it is worth it. If you don't feel like going to the beach you can sit and watch the whole thing in front of you! Absolutely amazing!!

We had the opportunity to stay in unit S207-4. It was the best beachfront vacation rental we've ever stayed in. The place was immaculate and the beach was literally right outside, just like the pictures show. What a treat to wake up in the morning and take a long stroll along water to the Oceanside pier and to the harbor in the other direction, and again at sunset. Just beautiful.

As for the unit itself, it's got everything in it, including underground parking with an electric car charger, LaCantina doors which open up the entire wall of windows facing the ocean, top line appliances, furnishings, and linens, and lots of space for big groups.

Finally, the service was amazing and our entire stay was super convenient from the moment we arrived. Oh, and one of the best restaurants we've ever eaten at is .9 miles away called the Local Tap House. If you're a foodie, this is one not to miss!

We'll be back for sure. Thank you!

The condo is by far the nicest north of the pier! The views are breathtaking! There were a few quirks with the condo itself but maintenance responded quickly to resolve the issue.

We came to this property with another couple to celebrate birthdays and completion of semesters in school. We couldn't have picked a more picturesque place. The sound of the waves and the ocean breeze were perfect compliments to the beautiful, airy condo. There was plenty of room for us with some to spare. We enjoyed having our morning coffee facing the ocean and watching sunsets from our living room. The full-length doors being open made our experience feel like we were sitting on top of the beach. I couldn't think of a more perfect way to spend a hard-earned vacation!

The best place on the block and the best unit in the building! Clean, lovely, awesome, relaxing, perfect for ocean lovers. We love this place and used every inch of it including the awesome kitchen. We only went out to eat once, when we got there because the traffic was so bad and we were so tired to cook. Other than that, we cook every meal and enjoy the family bonding. Couldn't ask for more...except for the elevator, lol! We were on the 2nd floor and we have to go ups and down several times to carry all our stuff!

This condo is just gorgeous! The view is mesmerizing. Perfect for 5 girlfriends to have a wonderful weekend together. Beach right out front. Beautiful décor as shown in the pictures. Only negative would be the non-working elevator and 3 flights of stairs to take up your luggage from parking garage. Other than that, total A+ for this place. Would definitely recommend!

We loved the spectacular ocean view, listening to the gentle surf at night, the clean, well-organized unit, and its proximity to fun local eateries and entertainment. We parked our car in the safe, clean garage, and didn't move it all weekend.

I booked this home last minute for my mom's birthday. I booked it several days before our arrival and it was also Memorial Day weekend so I was surprised that anything was even available. The website has professional photos, video, floor plan, and virtual tour video so you have a good idea of what you're booking. The website description was accurate and in all honesty, it's even better in person! The view was absolutely stunning and the location was beyond amazing. It's steps away from the beach and walking distance to the pier and harbor. The house was very clean and well maintained. It was also equipped with all the necessities (pots, pans, dinnerware, silverware, towels, etc.) We were initially looking for a single family home for privacy and were unsure about how much privacy we would be able to get with a condo but we had absolutely no issues with that either. Check-in and out were a breeze! There is no office location or keys. Everything is code operated and even though I had issues gaining access when I initially arrived, they responded to me right away and reset the code within seconds so I had virtually no delay or wait time. Lastly, the customer service is fantastic! I had issues with my card when I was booking and contacted them via email. They responded immediately and were so accommodating and helpful with resolving the issue. It's such a breath of fresh air (no pun intended) to have people working around the clock to ensure your experience is nothing short of perfect.
