Sit and relax right on the beach! This LOWER LEVEL unit sits on beach level with an open kitchen, living room, and dining room. The living/dining area opens right up to the oceanfront patio. Enjoy ocean views all day long in the gorgeous kitchen with granite counters and top of the line appliances. The oceanfront patio has a BBQ, patio furniture, and your own private spa. Nothing was spared in this home, from the cookware and bakeware to the linens. Portable AC units are available upon request. There are 2 washer and dryer units, so when you return home, you will not have loads and loads of laundry! Come escape to luxury on the beach!

Great location, clean, beautiful

I would’ve given a 5 star review, but there were some minor issues and after reading a previous post from September 2022 looks like same issues. The screens were missing and the electric issues were same as previous post, the lights on dining and part of front nook weren’t working, people do block the garage, the parking super tight but able to skillfully park the SUV. They were quick to respond to entry code not working and the oven repair. Inconvenient that they would charge $500 for 2 hour early checkin even when unit was ready…but now that I’ve seen how clean and diligent the housekeepers work it would be difficult with parking and unloading for early checkin. But $500?! The home was beautiful, clean, supplies stocked! Very convenient! Yes, we would definitely rent again, there were some minor issues. Location perfect easy walking to pier, shops, and eateries. No smoking which I appreciated! Someone definitely smoking in hallways outside, could have been anyone from street, the door to street didn’t lock. But I felt safe. We had the limit on family of less than 10, 4 adults and 5 kids fit very comfortably enough towels, but bring more toilet paper. The kitchen had plenty of spices, cooking supplies, loved that they stocked detergents for dw and laundry!

A few issues, ceiling light and fan did not work in Dining Area. Power outlets on one side of room did not work. Screens missing on one bedroom window and kitchen window so unable to leave open to help with excessive heat. Microwave door was falling off. Although repairs to ceiling fan were fixed within one day. Other than that had an enjoyable vacation despite the excessive heat warning in effect. Love the location and the unit is well stocked.

Oceanside beach rental

The location and property itself was beautiful and walking distance to everything. However when we got there the ac was not working. They promptly brought us 3 ac rentals and placed them in 3 of the 4 rooms. The 4th room we were sleeping in with our 6 month old baby girl and they didn’t bring anything for this room. She woke up upset every two hours and was sweating through her pajamas. There is also no fan in this room or anything. We found some small fans in the other room, but they literally blew no air. We were told that they “move air like a jet plane” which was untrue. We tried multiple times to call the numbers listed as well as the after hours number and never received calls back, we were only able to get ahold of the management through text. We finally got them to bring us two normal size fans for the room which made it more bare able but not a very comfortable vacation with our baby. Also, when we arrived the driveway and garage was full of cars because the cleaners were not finished cleaning the upstairs units so we could not park to unload our stuff for an extra hour. The cleaners had told the renters for the upstairs unit that their rental was ours and let the entire family into our unit and they were unpacking and had all their stuff already in all of our rooms when we arrived. They had to unpack and move everything back out.

Great Stay

We hosted a 60th birthday family gathering here at this home and I must say all of our expectations were exceeded. Our stay was very comfortable, the staff were extremely responsive and the location is very convenient. The instructions for accessing the home are clear, I absolutely loved the outdoor space and the home was stocked with everything we needed for our mini family celebration. I have nothing bad to say about this rental at all. The property management company is really professional too, communication was always above standard. The waves were beautiful and I enjoyed the people watching opportunities.
Things to note:
*you're right on the beach, so while things were clean there is a slight film of sand on certain items in the home
*this location is not easily handicap accessible (several stairs to get to home)
*the home is on the bottom/sea level floor and at certain angles you can see into other homes and neighborhoods can peer into your home. Also location is reminiscent of townhome/apartment style so while my stay was quite for the most part, there were times past midnight when you could hear upstairs rowdy neighbors. (Ocean wave sounds drowned out some of the noise though)

It is very clean and with amazing ocean view. Very close to the Oceanside Pier. Just make sure you find out where to park your cars as there are only 2 assigned parking spots on premise.

Great location and beautiful view but could use some easy updates

This property is located in Oceanside right on beach and really convenient to things however there are rocks along the beach with no actual beach access. The view is beautiful. Overall the place was comfortable and clean but many found sand in their beds and the bunk bed mattresses need replacing or some toppers to make more comfortable. They are also hard to get in and out of as no real ladder which makes it hard for adults. The shower in guest bedroom also needs to be replaced. We could have also used extra blankets as they were very thin. Checking in and Out was easy but feel check out should be at 11, not 10. Overall happy but would not rent again unless those changes were made. This place would be good for families with children.

Beautiful Home and Fun Location!

The size of the home was prefect size for our group of 20 people and we had a wonderful time. We called Beachfront Only for a coffee maker and they delivered it about 10 hours later before the next morning, so that was nice! We wish there had been at least one pan to cook on the stove so that made cooking difficult, but besides that it was great! We loved the location as well--perfect distance from the pier!

Oceanside 2 Family Vacation

Our 2 families had a wonderful week at this rental home! It was very clean and clearly well maintained. Plenty of room for all 14 of us. Everyone loved the full wall of windows at the back of the house that could remain open most of the day. We were impressed with how well stocked the home was. At other rentals we have stayed at we have had to purchase our own essentials like dishwasher detergent, dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, etc. But this rental provided an ample supply of most necessities, even coffee filters and laundry detergent! We loved the location. No road between the rocks/beach and the house. The kids could walk right out our back gate and climb down the rocks to the beach. And it was a short walk to the pier and larger beaches. The hot tub and BBQ were added bonuses. On the negative side, you couldn't access the house from the garage. After parking in the garage you have to walk around to the far end of the house to get in. This wasn't clear in the rental description. Also, the garage doors are extremely narrow. We had to fold in both side mirrors on our minivan and still could barely fit through. Getting in and out of the vehicle was very difficult. Also, beware of noisy neighbors. The houses are very close together and I couldn't sleep one might because the people next store were having loud conversations until the wee hours of the morning. But overall, we had a wonderful experience! We would definitely recommend to others and plan on returning ourselves in the future.

Great (mostly) stay

Our first three days were great! We were able to enjoy the property to the fullest. The fourth day the unit directly across from our entrance was rented for a “company retreat”. There were far more people in the unit than beds so their things were in the walk way and they were standing in front of our view while drinking and partying. All other neighbors were quiet and respectful though.

We loved our stay at this beautiful beach house.

The house was perfect. Lots of beach towels and bath towels. Comfortable beds. Any time I had a problem it was fixed within a very short time. The cover spa was perfect to the kids. They would have gotten sun burns without the cover. They spent a lot of time in the spa. Everyone loved this vacation. We had 16 to 17 spending the night and 20 during the day. One family lives close buy. We were all very comfortable.

Fantastic Family Vacation

What a great vacation and destination. 21 family members stayed in this unit and it was perfect. It was exactly as advertised and was exceptionally clean. A couple of maintenance issues were taking care of I mediately, for example our television stopped working, they brought a brand new one over to replace the old one in about 30 minutes after We called!! The only thing that did not work out was the grocery delivery from Vons. We expected the groceries to be delivered Sunday night between five and seven, and they called at 6 o’clock and said they could not fill our order and would not deliver it. They gave us a phone number to call to refund our money, and we were on hold for about 45 minutes. This had nothing to do with the unit we rented, but beware if you use the grocery delivery service . That was the only thing that didn’t go perfectly on this stay .

We have come to Oceanside for the last 4 years. This once on of our favorite place. We had 10 girls staying and it was just great. The view is awesome and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had an issue with one of our toilets and when we called they had someone their to fix it in 10 minutes.

Oceanside family vacation

Great management company! We had a few maintenance issues and they were quick to take care of everything. The unit is the bottom unit - depending on who the upstairs neighbors were, we had two really loud nights ( family was celebrating their moms 70th bday). Once they left the new neighbors were very quiet. The house is right on the ocean however much of Oceanside is separated from the sea by large rocks for water control. So there really wasn't much beach but rather just huge rocks. We had to walk down the road to get to an actual sandy beach. The property was well equipped with extra towels and the kitchen had everything necessary. All quality furniture and fixtures. Very big and spacious home!

Exceeded Expectations

We rented this home for our girls soccer team (12 girls and 6 adults). It was absolutely gorgeous. Much more spacious than the photos show! The house was clean and very well equipped. We could not have asked for a better location and beach front home. The view was breathtaking!

Fantastic Beach vacation

We were on a family vacation/reunion with five adult families, grandparents and 8 small children ranging in age from 6 months to 7 years. Everything we needed was provided except our own groceries. The location could not have been more perfect. There were several layers of barrier from the public beach so that we could easily keep the kiddos safe while still enjoying the view, the sounds of the surf and easy access to the beach below the stones.
There was a gas fire-pit, a gas BBQ grill, a hot tub and comfortable furniture behind a glass wall on the patio , which was unbelievably pleasant for everyone. We had a couple minor issues with th refrigerator and the hot tub, and they were addressed immediately, by courteous and knowledgeable staff. I would recommend this to anyone.

Great vacation rental!

Rental was in a great location, very clean, staff was very prompt to answer our calls and responded quickly, and were friendly and nice! WiFi connection was the only problem - we had to go outside or up by the garage to get a good connection

Great Escape

100% positive - no complaints whatsoever! The unit was perfectly equipped. The location was fabulous! Nice quality of items within the unit; comfy beds, sheets & pillows. Staff was exceptional to work with; from the booking agents to maintenance (we didn't need them they happened to be onsite and where very pleasant). Loved It!

This rental was great! we loved the closeness to the shore and the spa was great for the cooler weather days. our family of 10 had plenty of room and plenty to do. We were in 823 b and liked being on the ground level and liked the covered patio.

A Week in the Sun

Great location! Staff very responsive to repair and replacement issues! The bedrooms were wonderful and having a private bath with each bedroom was heaven! The appointments in the kitchen were better than other rentals where we've stayed in the past. Beach Front Only was very easy to deal with and provided excellent service. Thanksgiving at the Beach

Overall this house and the location were perfect. Closest to the house there is little or no beach at high tide but just a short walk to the north and there is plenty of beach regardless of tide. Management company was extremely quick and responsive to issues; although two issues were not resolved during the week we stayed at the home. The issues did not negatively impact our experience. Patio appears completely enclosed but it is not. There is a locked gate to enter the property from the waterfront side but the property to the north has unfettered access from the exterior path to its patio and that patio is open to this home's patio at the east end of the block wall. From this construct it does not make sense to have a locked gate when anyone can walk in the unsecured property next door and come onto this home's patio. In addition, the home to the south shares a walkway so there is open access to its patio as well. Thus, if you have pets, note that you do not have a fully enclosed private patio. Despite these idiosyncrasies we would rent this property again without hesitation. It is really beautiful and the perfect location.

An Amazing Rental

We loved our stay at this beach vacation rental!! The only thing we didn't love which wasn't a big deal was in the morning till early afternoon there would be no beach since the tide was high. And the wi-fi was not very reliable and didn't work in the back rooms. We also LOVED having a washer and dryer! The house and location were amazing!!! This beach house was a amazing. There was plenty of room for our large group and I loved that this house was on the bottom floor as it made it easy for my Mom. I that extra parking would be an issue, but it was not. Would love to go again next year! I was disappointed that we did not have any beach front as the tide was in, but there was a beach area only a few house down. I would recommend identifying which garbage cans and washing machine were in the garage belong to which unit. We may have used the wrong ones. Sorry. Love, Love this place.

Loved the property it was spotless and well equipped. The only thing we did not care for was the lower end rental to the north. The unit brought some shady late night partying tenants. Also being on the bottom floor it got a bit loud but we preferred that as it had more direct access to the beach.

A very nice place to stay

House was great, great features, great views, everything you could want / need inside the home for your vacation. At first it was a little confusing on which unit ( A,B) you belonged in, there are not any numbers on the front doors or garage doors. The cooking pans / pots could be updated ( starting to get worn ) but overall a great place, fans in every room, plenty of beach towels, the place was very clean and comfortable. aside from some very minor inconveniences I will be back to stay !!

Perfect use of space

This house accomidated our family of 7 very comfortably. The use of space & finishes were top of the line. The accesability to the beach was perfect for families with kiddos. Far enough that noone could wonder in, but close enough for easy trips back & forth. Make sure to verify if the unit is ground level or top floor. The bottom was better for us with kids & a dog.

Overall a great home and I would definitely recommend it to a friend and stay there again in the future. The furniture was beautiful and the house was comfortable. There were a few inconveniences however. Phone reception was terrible which was very inconvenient. I literally had to step outside to the front patio in order to make phone calls. Also one of the gas burners were not working which made cooking a slower process. The toaster was broken which was no biggie since I just used the oven. Aside from those few details, great location, great deal, great house!

Perfect location, especially if you surf. The break in front of the house had two A frames. After surfing you can rinse the salt water off your board and yourself right outside. There's an outdoor shower. The neighboring guests were from Europe and were really cool people as well.

Fabulous time!

I rented this property for my family to enjoy during my brother's wedding. The ratio of bedrooms to bathrooms makes it great for big groups. The view is to die for and the kitchen was created for those who love to cook! We did several meals at the place because we just didn't want to leave. Tennessee Family Loves Oceanside

Our family recently visited Oceanside - staying at Beachfront Only house. We were all very pleased with the layout of the house, the location, the amenties. There were 9 of us and it worked great - room when we all wanted to be together yet private spaces as well. The hot tub/patio area watching sunset or early morning was our favorite. The only suggestion I would have would be to add more counter/vanity space in the bathrooms. We debated as a family whether TVs in the bedrooms would have been good or bad. On one hand, IF we were watching TV (which we did not do a lot of)it was hard to find something that nine people agreed on. On the other hand, it kept us from all going to separate rooms to watch TV. So, just take that into consideration. Overall though we would go back and stay again and again if we could. Waking up to the sounds of the ocean, seeing dolphins from our windows, walking to the pier to fish, etc. were awesome experiences.

Perfect vacation

Last year, some friends and I decided to rent a beach house for "girls week". We had such a GREAT time, we decided to make it an annual trip, and we did it again this year. Security Issues

Just a few issues with secuirty. People coming onto our property during our stay at night which was a bit concerning. Cops were called and an actual chase was happening right out side our doors. Someone actually urinated right in fron of our doors as well, as our kids watched. Recommendation would be to have somewhat more secured patios.

We also have gates in the front and back that are secured with a code system which I believe were not installed when you had stayed with us.
