This UPPER UNIT has an unbelievable rooftop deck. Views of the Pacific Ocean do not get better than this! Enjoy the views all day long in the gorgeous kitchen and living space. All your bakeware, cookware, and linens are included. There are 2 washer and dryer units, so when you return home, you will not have loads and loads of laundry! Nothing was spared when this rental was built. Come escape to luxury on the beach!

This vacation rental is a home away from home. Each room has character, and everything is professionally decorated. We have stocked the kitchens keeping in mind you might be cooking a Thanksgiving feast. Just imagine all of the memories that will be made on your vacation on the beach! All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

Wonderful Stay

We had a terrific experience and would definitely use Beachfront Only again! The house was well-equipped for our 10 adults and 3 little ones. We loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom, and the proximity to the beach and downtown Oceanside made it so fun to walk around. This is clear from the photos and the floor plan, but the only downside was that there isn’t a living room/gathering space that fits all guests. The upstairs living room only seats about half of the house’s capacity. We ended up sitting in the kitchen most of the time to hang out so everyone would fit — not a big hassle, just something of note! The property management was super quick to answer questions and requests, and they made everything clear and easy for us. Thanks for the great stay!

This was our second time renting this property, and the beautiful rooftop deck makes it all worthwhile. The views are amazing and there’s plenty of room for everyone. I also love that everyone gets their own bathroom.

The Home was nicely updated and equipped. The location was good. It wasn't too far from the pier, beach or restaurants. The only downside was the check out at 10am without exception unless you pay a $300 fee. Most places I've ever stayed at would make an exception for late check out of noon or 1pm when there is no guest the following day. A 10am check out is too early in the first place. Even 11am would have been more fair. The property management is just too strict if the Home is clean ans ready to check in early or if it doesn't affect another guest to leave an hour or 2 late. Yes, we did call them and as. We parked close to the house ans saw the cleaning crew completed and leaving about 45 mins before check in and we knew there was no guest for the Sunday that we checked out.

We had a great experience & stay! The ac in one of the rooms went out and the maintenance guys came quickly to fix. They were very polite and fixed it quick. The only thing this house is missing is a pantry. Other than that it’s great!

We have rented numerous properties through Beachfront Only may times and know what to expect.....pictures of the property will always be better just due to the nature of being directly oceanfront and the wear that causes on a property. We could not have been closer to the ocean, which is what we were looking for and we were not disappointed! It would be nice to see a loyalty program or some type of acknowledgement for return customers. As I mentioned, we have rented properties from Beachfront Only almost every year for the past 10 years and there is no customer appreciation shown for that. It does make you feel that for Beachfront Only, it is only about the money and not true customer experience.

Honestly, this place was perfect. Location, price, cleanliness, amenities, and views, and everything in between was more than I could’ve ever asked for. Would highly and definitely recommend this stay/place to anyone. Customer service was so responsive and so accommodating, and that in itself made our weekend family stay so much better. The ocean views from the kitchen and from the balcony are just stunning. This is where you need to book your next getaway!

Great views!

Had a great experience. The views from the kitchen and roof were simply amazing. The property management company was also great - very responsive and great communication. This is a nice place to stay right on the water for a big family trip. Sandy beaches are about a 10 minute walk from the house.

Family vacation

Overall good experience. Clean and great location. Beds were comfortable. Good amenities. However, living room space was too small, couches were not big enough to accommodate the number of guests that this unit can have and there is no ocean view when sitting in the living room. The living room was not inviting at all. Top patio doesn’t need the jacuzzi (unsanitary) takes up too much room. Patio furniture inadequate for number of potential guests: only 2 chaises and 4 chairs and one table. Kitchen patio, had great ocean view but was very narrow and could only hold 4 small chairs. Kitchen doesn’t need 3 tables, suggest putting some type of sofa, seating arrangement as it is the kitchen that offers the beautiful ocean view. The lights need dimmers in kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, living room. The shower curtains were too short and the water spilled on floor. One bathroom’s bathtub/ shower was poorly designed which made it very awkward to shower.

Birthday Getaway

It’s so hard to find a place to begin! This property was absolutely incredible top to bottom. I really appreciated how well kept and clean the entire home was, literally every room, bathroom and all the common areas were clean. The views from the kitchen and top deck were amazing. I think that was our favorite part of the stay. We have already started planning another trip! The only thing that was out of the ordinary was a defective fire alarm that went off for 20 mins at 1am, which woke up our guest and made our ears ring because I couldn’t figure out how to get it to go off. On the bright side, we know the alarms are very loud just incase there is a real emergency. I contacted their emergency number 3 times without an answer but I did eventually receive a text back from a staff member. The restaurants we visited were not far from the location and we had good experiences at both places. The surrounding neighborhood off the beach was a little surprising. I though since Beach Front Rental Only properties were so well kept and upgraded the surround properties would be too but a majority were eyesores. We didn’t get a chance to walk down to the pier but it’s not a far walk just for reference next time. Overall, the trip was a knock out of the part. Everyone enjoyed themselves and the beach house! We will be back, very soon!! Thank you to Beach Front Rental Only staff for all the help prior to our stay and during. Excellent customer service from every person I encountered. My suggestion is BOOK NOW!

Alison’s 40th birthday with the family

We loved our beach house. It was spacious, very clean, and perfect for the birthday reunion. We found the Oceanside house and it was a blessing. Our family has been thru so much and this was a wonderful bonding time. Each night we had a theme representing things that our daughter loves. It was hilarious. Thank you for letting stay there.

Rooftop was amazing

I loved this house, I rented it for my boyfriends birthday it was a bit big for us, but the reason I got it was the panoramic kitchen and the rooftop which was prettier than I imagined!! I got text from the agency throughout my stay checking to see if the house and everything was good for us. I can’t wait to rent this again .

Overall, we had a very relaxing stay in Oceanside. The rental was great. Clean, quiet, little touches that signaled luxury went a long way. It started rough with parking occupied by the other tenant and the main lock code not working.
