This LOWER LEVEL unit sits on beach level, with an open kitchen, living room and dining room. The living/dining area opens right up to the oceanfront patio. Enjoy ocean views all day long in the gorgeous, luxury kitchen. The oceanfront patio has a BBQ, patio furniture, etc. Nothing was spared in this home, from the cookware and bakeware to the linens. There are 2 washer and dryer units, so when you return home, you will not have loads and loads of laundry! Come escape to luxury on the beach!

The home is stocked with everything you'll need at your fingertips - beach towels, linens - even spices and cooking gadgets. We want you to have everything you need to cook as much as you'd like during your stay!
All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

Great location, good size for 3 families.
One issue: water heater went down from 11 pm one night until the next afternoon, I contacted the text line and a dispatcher sent out a facilities maintenance crew within the hour. They were able to band-aid the problem so we got hot water immediately afterwards, and then sent another repairman the next day. Great follow-up and service on a holiday weekend. Will book again!

Nice home in a great location

We had a great time at this beachouse. It\'s nice that there are 2 separate living areas upstairs and downstairs. I took away a star due to the following:
Was told that someone would greet us to do a walk through when we arrived, this didn\'t happen and wasn\'t ever followed up
Microwave downstairs didn\'t work
Hot tub water didn\'t appear to be clean - water was oily , was hoping to have clean water to start.
I would say if the hot tub issue was handled we would give this place 5 stars.

I really liked the home. The location is great, it was clean and nice to have 2 car garage. What I was frustrated with was the way it was advertised. We rented this location because it said there was a spa, BBQ and firepit. When we arrived Wed evening I sent a message to the managing company telling them a few things. First, there was a hose in the hot tub left on and overflowing. We shut that off immediately as there was water puddled outside around the deck. After turning off the water it was obvious that the spa was leaking out the side. I immediately sent the company a message alerting them to this issue as well as telling them that there was no propane for either the bbq or firepit. They told me that they would be on it and have the things fixed. (This was Wed evening) Thursday came and went with no one coming over to fix it. Friday morning our internet went down. At 10AM I let the company know this. At 5pm nobody had come over to address any of the issues. around 7:00PM Aaron came over after I had sent several text message asking for help. (I had to leave the house to work off site so that I could get internet coverage - I was not very happy about that) Come to find out the construction next store had overloaded the circuits in the garage where they were plugging in their tools and equipment to do work causing the internet to go down. (I was not happy about construction crews coming in and out of the garage at their free will) Aaron also went to another location and brough us Propane after 8PM on Friday. The hot tub was never fixed. We never got a chance to use it nor the BBQ as it was not running for 75% of the time we were there. With this many issues, I would hope that the management company would refund us some of the money paid. Like I said, the location and building are great but there were many of the amenities that were not available to us even though we were told they were. Broken Garage Door would not open/close from either outside or inside keypads.
Communication about repairs and status of requested repairs not good IMO.
Construction mess next door especially beach front less than appealing.
There should probably be some sort of credit for this reservation?

We had a wonderful overall experience. There was construction going on next door which woke us up in the morning and was detracting from the view/ambiance. The fact that there was no dishwasher downstairs so inconvenient and we could have used a few more serving size bowls.

WE stayed two days and two nights. I definitely will recommend this place. Though the floor is not totally well clean because there's still dust in the living room under the couch ( got some proof), and dust to those corners of the second bedroom. However, generally it is very clean. We love our stay and I love the soft water too.

Remarkable rental

I went on vacation with 4 other adults and 6 teenagers. This 6 bedroom home was perfect for us. All the teenagers slept upstairs and all the adults downstairs. The home is in a terrific location. The ocean right outside the back door is not accessible as a beach area. Beach access is about a half mile north and easy to walk to. Plenty of towels, plenty of plates/bowls/drinking glasses (water and wine)/cooking amenities. It is very well maintained and clean. Management responded promptly for two different inquiries that I made. Super happy with our time in Oceanside and this home is a big reason why.

Overall it was very good and would stay here again. There were minor inconveniences, such as spotty wifi and the television didn't seem to work, other than that the place is spectacular. The property managers are on top of it and if you need anything, they're very responsive. A+ in that department for sure.

A great getaway

We had a lovely stay at this property. The home was very clean and was the most well-stocked home we have ever stayed in! The location was great and we could smell and hear the ocean all day long—we loved it!! The management company was very professional and catered to our every need. My only concern was that the wifi signal was very poor and our phones and the tv signal would go out repeatedly. But that just reminded us to get out and enjoy the location more!!

Great, spacious home

We loved our stay at 829-2. The condo was much larger than I was expecting and had everything we needed. My husband loved being able to walk outside to go surf. The views were incredible - great sunsets. The only issue we had was with the hot tub but I'm sure that has been rectified, and the staff at BeachFront Only was always extremely prompt and accommodating when we need assistance. I know a previous occupant mentioned spotty internet, and we experienced that occasionally as well but I never cared enough to reach out to the rental company. I'm sure if I had they would have attempted to fix it for us. Overall, we loved the home and it would be a great stay for anyone.

Second time renting from you. This time with my kids and family. They LOVED it! It was beautiful and relaxing! Close to everything by car and by walking depending on your liking. Family Get Together

Great location and very spacious. Recently built and a few bugs need to be worked out. Access code that was provided for the garage door was incorrect which delayed access initially. All thermostats need to be set on the same mode otherwise one cannot be changed (ie;heat to cooling). Main kitchen on bottom floor needs a dishwasher and a refrigerator with water dispenser. Hot tub was not working but maintenance got it going although the temperature never got above 90degF. Enjoyed the stay but these problems were frustrating. Management was very cooperative in addressing all of these issues.

We are sorry to hear about any issues with regards to the garage code, as all of gate and garage information is tested regularly by staff and previous guests did not have the same issue. The home is permitted for one kitchen, the lower living area is a bonus room we provide as an added convenience. Beautiful location, lots of room

Great View and Location.

The view is spectacular and just what we needed. The overall unit is very nice and Big!! We had plenty of room and were very comfortable. The unit was not very clean upon check-in, but cleaning people were sent that day and recleaned. None of our codes worked upon arrival and luckily I called just before 8pm and management was able to open the door remotely and reset. The internet connection was very poor. It stated that we were to connect to our unit number, but there was no connection listed. We had to connect to the next door WiFi and the signal was weak. This didn't help when we were trying to connect to video calls for work. Management responded quickly, but the issue was never resolved. Overall, the unit was in a great location, short walk to the beach, restaurants, etc.

Fantastic Vacation

My family and I were looking at a quick getaway and the beach was one of the only places open during COVID. This place provided us with the perfect vacation. Loved the great ocean views from our living room. We enjoyed walking from the rental to the beach. Overall wonder rental.
