I rented this space for my family and I to gather together for some quality time before the Holidays! This property did not disappoint!! The views were spectacular, we woke up to dolphins and ended the day with amazing sunsets. The cooks in the family throughly enjoyed the spacious kitchen, and there was more than enough space to eat together. The rooftop deck was a bonus for us all… in addition it was super convenient charging my car in the garage during my stay. This property had everything we needed and more. We cannot wait to come back to create more special memories.

Amazing place

We had a great time during our stay. The proximity to ocean access and the ability to enjoy morning coffee at the beach were wonderful perks. The place was within walking distance of the pier and various restaurants. It was also impeccably clean, well-stocked with kitchen essentials, and had ample bedding. We would definitely stay there again!

The Ultimate Getaway!

I have stayed in so many vacation rentals in Oceanside and I am so glad I came across this unit, P835-4. It is brand new and you feel like you are in your own personal luxury resort when inside. The views do not get better than this. You get your own personal water facing balcony and then you also get access to the HUGE rooftop deck up above. There is plenty of room up there to share with the other units in the complex. Parking was easy as it comes with 2 assigned spots in the garage. My family loved that all of the bedrooms featured comfy King size beds, so there was no arguing over who got the better room, they are all great! The best part was the big dining table so our family could enjoy every meal together. I am very thankful for Beachfront Only and I am already in the process of booking our next stay.

Honeymoon Getaway

Beachfront Only - Thank you for providing us with a wonderful home to spend our honeymoon. This home was a little bigger than we needed but it met all of our expectations. From the location to the service - it was all we could have asked for. We enjoyed the clean and cozy living room and dining room area. My husband and I are both cooks, so we enjoyed using the kitchen and new appliances. The staff was very accommodating and made sure we were well taken care of - They even delivered an extra cooking for us when we asked! Would recommend.

Hello, Thank you for being so accommodating. The view was spectacular. I appreciated how well managed the property is and how quickly you responded. We could tell the unit was recently completed. A few suggestions/feedback for you. We'd definitely stay there again! 1. Need at least two wicker chairs on the outside balcony from the unit. We had to pull the inside or dining chairs outside. 2. I'd put signed on interior doors, especially in garage to get up to units. It was a bit confusing as to where to go when we got into garage the first day. 3. Interior locks on bedroom doors is a huge liability and fire hazard. If a toddler accidently locked the lock, no way to get inside other than to break door. 4. Some end stands by couch would be nice to put drinks. 5. Some places still not finished...exposed drywall. Assume those will still be completed. Otherwise, great place!
