This beautiful 3-bedroom 2.5 bath upper level condo overlooks the ocean, with views to the west, north and south. The living area has a fireplace, large windows, and balcony access. Kitchen comes fully equipped, with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and all the utensils and cookware you need. The master bedroom has balcony access and windows looking straight out over the ocean. The ensuite bath has a large jacuzzi tub.

Additional parking is available at our office, located at 1640 Oceanside Blvd., Oceanside CA 92054.

This unit is easily accessible via the parking garage and elevator. Overflow parking is also available at our office in Oceanside, located at 1640 Oceanside Blvd, Oceanside, CA 92054.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

View from property was excellent. Access/entry information was incomplete, inaccurate, and misleading. Condition of unit was poor: screens missing or torn, windows dirty, couch needs replacement, junk in closets, icemaker disconnected, bunk beds in 3rd bedroom need maintenance (or removal since they are too big for room) Counter staff was friendly and accommodating. Service calls were quick and efficient. The early part of our stay was during the heat wave and without A/C the temperature exceeded 87 degrees making it uninhabitable. We would never consider staying there again without A/C.

Dear Mr. Gibbs and Ms. Spata,Thank you for your comments.  We really do appreciate all comments so that we can understand areas we excel at and areas we may need to focus on.The view is breathtaking from the home you stayed in.  All of our homes have such amazing views of the Ocean that it is hard to leave.  During your visit, our city was hit with an unusual heat wave.  Normally the ocean breeze creates the ideal environment to cool down our beachfront homes.  Unfortunately, it was so hot for a long period of time, this “natural” A/C did not provide the cooling needed.  We recognize that this may continue so we are currently in the process of adding A/C. units to all our bedrooms and homes that do not have it.   This is a big task but we are hopeful to have this project completed by the end of October.  Our main concern is our guests comfort and we know adding these A/C units will help meet that expectation.We look forward to your next visit.Sincerely,The Beachfront Only Team

Lots of things were wrong about the property including screen doors with holes and falling off track , door from laundry room blocking our bedroom closet, and late in the rental the dishwasher went out. The management company was fantastic at getting to things right away. The unit itself is in need of updating with older appliances and stained and coroded cabinets, showers and screens. It is a great location. But at the price it should be in better shape. Also the BBQ was filthy so we never used it. Again we were very happy with the company as they responded very quickly. We are looking for a two bedroom near the beach in the Carlsbad area next summer in the $7 to $8 thousand range per month. As we said we have no dog as ours passed away in late June.

Fabulous Views and Dolphins too

The unit has a great location, easy walking along the beach, to spend the day at the beach is about 1/2 mile because of rock berms. So many great restaurants. We went to Sea World, Whale watching, Lego Land, Universal Studios, and the best outlet mall in San Clemente. The Strawberry Fields were amazing and tasty too. The daily dolphin sightings from the balcony were marvelous.

Oceanside Views

We loved our month at the property. The views from the windows were spectacular. It was fantastic to wake up to the view from the bedroom windows. We work while we are traveling. We set up our tables to take advantage of the great views. It was fun to watch all the Marine activity in the ocean out front through our binoculars. It was also fun to watch the activity on the pier and the Strand. We were close enough to just walk downtown and along the beach. Being close to San Diego and the other communities along the coast was great. We explored the whole area.
