I was provided with excellent customer service! This apartment was perfect for relaxing & romantic right on beach. I listen to the waves hit the rocks all day and night. Sitting on the Balcony and saw whales very close and that the best part of my stay!It was so peaceful and relaxing. The home was nice and clean, with all necessities you need to have a perfect stay. I will be staying with Beachfront properties again!

Always Awesome!

Hate to leave a glowing review because it makes it harder to find open time slots. 5th or 6th stay here and each one is better than the previous. Sitting on the deck watching the dolphins go by is amazing. My only wish is that there was a table on the deck to enjoy meals rather than just the coffee table.

We really enjoyed this rental and it was the perfect size for us. There were more amenities than expected (ice machine, updated washer dryer, full kitchen fully stocked with kitchen tools). The recliner was a great surprise but could use a deep cleaning as there are black marks on the edges of the upholstery. The rental was clean overall but the floors could use some tlc and a magic eraser for the walls would make all the difference. We aren't sure if there was a car show in town or if this is typical of the locals on the weekends but there was very loud bass music coming from the cars passing on the road well after midnight. Overall a great stay but not sure the location is for us.

Overall we enjoyed our stay although some of the property’s furniture and kitchen items were in need of replacement. Many of the kitchen items we used had to be washed prior to using also. We had also asked if it would be possible to check in early if the unit had not been rented the night before (so there would not be a tight cleaning turnaround). For $50 we could have but we thought it would have been a nice goodwill gesture and way to gain a long term relationship with us to offer it without the fee. We rent in the area each year. We were the only ones on property for the whole week we were there - except for a couple of days where the unit in front of us was rented so did not appear to be a timing issue.

Stunning views! Adequately appointed with off street parking. So cute and cozy. Walkable to the pier and restaurants. Enjoyed this place, the deck is great. Wish there were better screens! Kitchen screen just pops off. The side windows on the front door would benefit GREATLY if there were fixed screens on them for sure. We, as well as our furry friends would love to have a breeze, the sound of the waves and a lookout to enjoy. ? Great place!

Love the location…it is a big part of the choice and a bit more affordable then some other properties. Overall it’s in pretty good condition and we were very comfortable there. We didn’t want to leave! Perfect for our needs. I was thrilled that there was a standing portable ac to take some of the humidity away. There are a few things that need to be looked at, such as electrical outlets in The living room area that are not working and loose. That’s dangerous. The deck porch lights were not working either. They came on once when I first put it on but never again. Again this tells me there are some electrical issues that should be looked at asap for safety and fire hazard. But I love this place and we’ll will be back! Thank you!!
Perfect little beach house

I brought my dogs here while our house was being tented for termites. Couldn’t have chosen a better place! Clean, well stocked, cute and comfortable. The crashing waves are so soothing and the deck is big and inviting. There’s a sandy beach just a short walk north and plenty of walkable eateries but mostly we just lazed on the deck in the sun. Management gets 5 stars as well - very responsive!

The unit we rented is perfect size for two people and a small dog. It was clean, comfy and the vieww of ocean is great and kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils. The only recommendation we have is the balcony porch could use a small patio table and chairs for better seating because this is where we spent most of our time.

My daughter and I stayed in 510S the strand for a two nights. It was perfect for the two of us as we both worked remotely all day Friday but with an amazing view of the ocean. We would definitely book here again.

Great vacation rental, just a few bumps to start

The location is perfect and normally this is one of or favorite vacation stays. This trip was a little disappointing. When we arrived the balcony screen was popped off and lying on the ground. The 2 side windows next to the locked front door were unlocked and not closed all the way. We had a large roach in the kitchen that was still alive. There was dirty baking sheets with food on them in the oven and a glass with lipstick on it in the cabinet. The steps going up has a loose step (if I remember it was the 9th step from the bottom).
Normally the place is very clean. I always expect to do some spot cleaning upon arriving, but this trip was very disappointing. Our family loves visiting Oceanside and we love this rental. All of the units on this property are great. Overall it was still a great trip, just a rocky start.

Great location and view!

We loved our stay on the strand! So easy to walk or bike everywhere. Our dog loved it too! The large second floor deck has amazing views of the beach and sunsets but it could use a table and chairs not just the loungers. The windows and fans work well but some of the blinds are rusty and feel like they're about to break when you pull on them.

Our rental was immaculate and had everything we needed. Great location. Easy walk to beach, pier, or downtown. It was very quiet, but we were the only renters at the three units. I would definitely go back. King sized bed was very comfy. Has big doors that open up for the cool air and sound of the waves. The property back up to a hill so there is no noise coming from behind.

Best Getaway Ever!

We LOVED our stay here! I booked a weekend getaway for my husband's birthday and our doggies. This place was perfect...the sound of waves 24/7, the beautiful view, convenient location we walked everywhere! The place was immaculate, so cute, comfortable and cozy. We spent most of our time on the huge balcony enjoying the sights and sounds of the seashore. The sandy beach is about a 10 minute walk down the strand. At night, the mini fire pit was just what we needed for a bit of warmth and ambience. Loved our stay here and will definitely be back!

Restful haven

Located across from the ocean this rental has amazing views and the sound of pounding surf.
Finding it was not difficult and located within easy distance from restaurants and grocery stores.
I found this place to be very clean and furnished with comfortable furniture.
The rental process was not complicated and the cost more than reasonable for the location.
Beach Front was immediately response in sending someone for a TV working tutorial. In addition their rental instructions and information was thorough.
I will not hesitate to use them again.
Only suggestion to future renters who use any of the pod coffee makers, as I the rental has a Mr. Coffee so you need to add coffee filters to your shopping list. I knew about the Mr. Coffee and forgot about filters.

Relaxing but couldn’t sleep

The location was great and the deck was very nice to relax on. It was nice to have the French doors open to listen to the crashing waves. Unfortunately, the bed was really uncomfortable and we actually had to sleep on the couch the second night which was hard, because we’re both tall.

AMAZING Condo! Will definitely stay again!

My boyfriend and I live in Oceanside and wanted a little staycation so we rented this condo for my birthday. It was PERFECT! It was right on the water and we listened to the waves crash all day and night. It was super clean and had all the amenities that we wanted/needed. The property management company was extremely helpful and when we called, they were super friendly and answered our questions right away. We went surfing every day and hung out on the patio. We are definitely going to stay here again! We have already recommended this place to family and friends!

Beautiful Location

This vacation spot was everything. My family and I loved it. I think the only thing it was missing is AC and our stay was in the middle of a heatwave. Also the refrigerator is old and completely rusted, I believe that can be changed out. But other than that it was perfect and bed was comfy. Will definitely rent again.

Nice needed getaway!

Prefect spot on the ocean. All essentials included. Small but again everything needed was there. Lack of air conditioning made it very hot in later afternoon. Parking was very tight. Overall would recommend our experience as positive.

We rented the whole triplex with family. All of us got tested before we got there so we were comfortable sharing the common area between the houses. When you walk up it's not very impressive but the condo is so cute inside! It's not huge, but the view from the deck was great. The bed was comfortable. There was plenty of storage for everything we brought for a weeks stay. The kitchen was really well equipped. The knives were sharp, which is a total plus for me who likes to cook, The putting green ended up getting so much use. It really was a great added feature. There is a lot of foot and car traffic on the street in front, though. Overall I was really pleasantly surprised by this place.

The stay was practically perfect. The location is great, the condo was clean, and had all the amenities we needed, and was just as described on their website. We had one issue with the bathtub draining, and they sent someone out within an hour and it was fixed. Great customer service!
Birthday getaway

We visit Southern California beach area’s twice a year. We like to check out different areas. This was our second time to Oceanside. 5 years ago we rented a larger house for a bigger group gathering. This house/condo was perfect for just my husband, myself and our 2 small fur babies. We all had a great relaxing stay. Great view and loved hearing the waves from the balcony deck and even inside while doors where open.

Relaxing staycation

We had a wonderful time. Service was impeccable, even before we checked in. Customer service was extremely attentative & took care of every need expeditiously. Very clean cottage with all necessary supplies. Loved spending time on the deck & bbq'ing. It's right on the boardwalk and the sand is steps away. Shops & restaurants are also close by. Loved the fact that there are 2 parking spots. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Visiting family

GREAT LOCATION. Being right it on the Strand was an awesome experience. Great deck to hang out on, especially in evening with fire pit there. It would have been much better with some pads on the chairs. Home was easily accessible, very clean and had everything we needed for the week. Management was extremely responsive when contacted regarding entry codes.
There were a few minor annoyances. The TV in the bedroom did not have any channels available. Not a big deal. For some reason, it would turn on in the middle of the night. The TV in living room had only ROKU and did not access any local channels but could watch movies.
Parking was a little confusing. Did not realize there was assigned parking. We arrived late and did blocked another renter in. No big deal, just left cell phone number on window and they were wonderful people as well. It would be nice to have parking map in unit booklet in the unit.
Otherwise I would highly recommend this unit. Can’t wait to return next year!
