Location is right on the Strand with amazing views of the Ocean. Exit the patio and take a 5 minute stroll to the sandy beach area in either direction. Patio is great for people watching but not to loud. Parking outside your door was a huge plus for us. Inside is as described and shown in pictures. We will be back.

Couches were damp when we arrived and the floor had a slippery coat throughout the living room and kitchen area. Also, it seems checkout has moved earlier to 10 a.m. (we've stayed multiple times at the same property and check out was always 11 a.m.). We were quite surprised of the time change. Other than these items, great stay as always.

The vacation was nice, we loved the area, The unit was nice and had everything we needed. Not early as decorated as the pictures though. Very minimal. The tile floors,kitchen and bathrooms were well sanitized and clean. However, the carpets in the bedrooms really needed a shampoo and the area rug in the living room kept sliding around. There were some annoyances that occured. The patio fire pit in the table doesn't work and the tower only worked for an hour and ran out of gas. No umbrella for shade but there is a stand for one. We also didn't know the strand was a road with full time cars! We thought it was just a walkway/bikeway. There was no mention in the description. We were surprised very early on Tuesday morning to find a man on our patio getting a hose. Turned out it was a window washer. The Garbage truck came by everyday and stopped in front of our unit blocking our view for a while. He kept his engine still running and manually picked up garbage. He did apologize since we were on the patio. Nice fumes! I'm not sure we would rent this unit again but I would definitely use beachfront only to book. They were really on top of things well organized and regular communication.

Location is wonderful! The carpet in the primary bedroom was disgusting. It was filthy. Considering the price we paid for our ten day stay, we expected the property to be cleaner. Beachfront Property was very responsive to our needs, but the carpet was something they could not fix beyond throwing several rugs over the filth. It would have been nice to have dresser drawers in the bedrooms instead of a desk and nightstands as it is an extended stay property. We basically had to live out of our suitcase. The dishwasher, coffee maker, and Keurig are also on their last leg. They should be replaced.

The bliss you need

I cannot say enough good things about this unit, location and Beachfront staff. First and foremost, the ocean views and sounds are out of this world. The unit is perfect and really has all you could need. My only suggestion would be more storage containers for those that like to cook and store things or bring your own.
Patio is amazing and perfect for watching the ocean and if you’re a people watcher this is the place for you. Lots of people driving by on the strand, people walking, biking, running, blading, skating: lots to see here and engage with; sooo many dogs too!
The staff is warm, welcoming and accommodating.
The beds are super comfy and the only downfall we had was there were cable boxes in the rooms that did not actually work so, if you need a TV to fall asleep to that was out but they were very responsive in having someone come out to check them out.
This was the relaxation we needed and have already recommended BeachFront and will definitely be booking through them again in the future!

The outside furniture was pretty worn out. It would be nice to have had instructions for the TV. The throw carpets could have used a cleaning. The hide a bed had a piece broken on it. Everything else was very nice. Yhe view was beautiful.

The home was beautiful! Carpets are stained, but we really didn’t mind. My husband said he could hear upstairs neighbors, but I didn’t at all and overall we were happy with the lack of noise other than the obvious and unavoidable street noise. Please fix the fire feature on the table because it really is a such a cool spot on the property to hang out! The kitchen was amazing, I wanted to take that stove home with me! Overall, we loved our stay. We may choose a second store unit next time just to avoid the gawkers, and to get an even better view of the dolphins each morning. Communication was great. Checkin and out were easy peasy. Thanks for having us!

View was beautiful. Condo is beautiful. You either need new cleaning people or better cleaning products. Mirrors, refrigerator door, dishwasher were all filthy. Carpeting needs to be replaced, rugs need to be replaced. Dishwasher needs to be replaced. If a little TLC were giving to this unit, you would have had 5 stars all the way. 4 stars were given for property management because we were not told of the $250 fee for bringing a pet. It was just charged onto our credit card with not one notice given.

My only critique is the couches were very uncomfortable. There was no support left. I know its difficult to keep furniture in good condition in rentals. We brought our own covers so that helped and we could allow our dog to be next to us. We used the sofa bed one night for an overnight visitor. The mattress is super thin and could really use a foam topper for comfort. The beds were great in this unit! Very comfortable compared to other units we have stayed in at 700 The Strand. The kitchen was well stocked and very organized. Overall we were very pleased with 104.

We’ve rented several times but this unit was somewhat disappointing. The rugs/carpet were very dirty and there was an ant problem. The patio light didn’t have a bulb. We weren’t initially sent a log in text with directions. Somewhat disappointing compared to previous stays.

Beautiful Condo & View

This was the second time we stayed at this condo and we just love it there. The patio facing the ocean is so relaxing and the sunsets are amazing. The condo came fully furnished including a blender and toaster which we used. There was also a large fire table on the patio that we used every night. The condo was clean, except for the dishwasher which needed a good scrubbing. There is gated indoor parking which was great. And the beach is just a short walk away.

Anniversary getaway

Everything about this condo was perfect. The location was awesome being right on the strand and just a short walk to the beach. The entire place was spotless and private, we never had to worry about hearing our neighbors and got to relax. Relaxing Getaway

I have stayed in this complex (and this unit) previously. Obviously things are a little different in a COVID World but it was still nice to chill by the Ocean and relax a little. I will say from the first time I stayed in this unit two years ago to today there is some wear showing - mostly in the pots and pans that had falling off handles (but we tightened them all). The water dispenser on the fridge is really slow so if you are a big water drinker I would recommend bringing a couple of gallons. Other than that the unit is nicely appointed with everything you would need and plenty of space.
The master bed was a little too tall for my gimpy self to get in but the management office helped locate a step stool for me that was perfect!

Oceanside...Our Little Slice of Heaven

To begin, this was our 4th consecutive year in Oceanside. It was also our 4th consecutive year with Beachfront Only. Never disappoints. This unit had great views and because its location, a great people watching spot. This was, however, our first rental without windows that could be opened in the evening to hear the surf. Walk to the Pier, Up Wisconsin to a wonderful coffee/sandwich shop, and a small general store for all your last minutes. This unit and Beachfront will not disappoint. Oh and the sunsets from this location....Stunning!

Exactly As Described With An AMAZING View!!!

We had wonderful time at this property! The photos are completely accurate. This property is well stocked, spotless and in a fantastic location. Walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. Less than 10 min drive to Camp Pendleton in one direction and Carlsbad in the other. Easy drive to LA and downtown San Diego. Patio furniture has been updated with a great pub table for 6 with a fire gas pit in the center. Patio has a nice grill and large umbrella as well. Unit comes with 2 parking spots in a gated garage right in front of the door to the unit. We would definitely return to this property and highly recommend to others!

Best Oceanside Location

Loved the area! Condo is beautiful. Upon arrival we noticed the master bedroom patio doors were not secured - unlocked and open - a bit alarming since getting into the garage and unit seemed very secure. There are stains and burns on the carpet in both bedrooms. Master bathroom barn door rod needs a serious dusting. I recommend getting rid of the cheap frames with crab photos in the kitchen area - the oil water abstract is nice by itself. It took me 3 nights to figure out why the master bedroom was so hot - too hot to sleep and my 80 year old mom was freezing in her room - had to use the step ladder and close vents in the other areas to push cool air my way and also switch the bedroom fan direction. Then our fourth and last night we were awakened by loud, high or drunk maybe homeless people sitting on our patio. Again a bit scary. It is so beautiful there and the unit also is very nice and comfortable, but renters need to know that there are lots of questionable pedestrians and even cars driving by. We booked through Air B n B I found out I paid $250 more than booking through Beachfront Properties, also the extra fees put our 4 nights at $1288 - that seems way too high but I wanted ocean front for my mom's 80th. We kept close to the unit, enjoyed the ocean right out our doors and made the best of our 4 nights. It is a great location so I would go again but check prices more thoroughly.

Beautiful condo!

Our family greatly enjoyed our week's stay in this beautiful beachfront condo. We especially loved the ability to open the large glass panel doors facing the beach so that we could see the ocean and smell and feel the ocean breeze right from the living room sofa! We spent evenings enjoying the sunset from the patio, while relaxing around the firepit table.
We were pleased that the management was able to accommodate my handicapped elderly father, who was unable to get into bed because it was too high for him. They immediately sent us a maintenance worker who was able to remove the boxspring and find a piece of plywood to support the extra deep mattress in the bed frame. The solution worked well and the bed was still comfy.
The one small drawback to this property is the presence of the road in front of the condo. It being mid-September we had hoped that the traffic on the road wouldn't be too bad and for the most part, during the week, it was fine. Late evenings it tended to pick up some with cars "cruising" the road, radios blaring. This was definitely a more popular pastime on the weekends.

Most unique place we've ever stayed

We absolutely loved this rental. It was perfect for our family of 4. Very clean, and had everything we needed. The tide was high, which created such a unique experience for us, and our 6 year old was mesmerized by the waves crashing up onto the road. The last night we were there, the gate to the patio was pushed open by a wave! The only unfortunate thing for us, is that we couldn't get the fire pit to work, which would have been so wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Just be aware, as many reviewers have said, that you'll have people walking and driving by at all hours, which for us, wasn't a big deal at all.

Paradise on the strand

This rental is absolutely amazing! The kitchen is equipped with just about everything you could every need. The beds are super comfy and I made use of the washer and dryer a great bonus for a rental! The inside of this unit has a warm home feel but the patio is where it’s at! I loved spending every evening sitting around the fire and listening to the ocean with a glass of wine. Money well spent I plan on returning!

We have stayed at this unit twice over the past two years. We love opening the doors and relaxing listening to the waves roll in. We come here to relax and chill. I run along the strand and Oceanside harbor for an enjoyable outside run. We stay here because it is beautiful and enjoyable.

It is fully stocked with everything you'll need (except we did have to buy dishwasher pods) including paper products, shampoo, soaps, laundry detergent, etc. Well stocked kitchen with every pot, pan, and utensil you'll need. Very secure and the best part is it has 2 assigned parking spots right outside the front door. It is walking distance to the pier and to many great restaurants. The patio is as close to the water as you can get and is the perfect spot to watch the spectacular sunsets. We were there with my daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter and they said it was one of the best vacations they'd ever had. I give this condo my highest recommendation.

This house was perfect for our de-stressing getaway. The kitchen was such a gem, I cooked more there in a few days than I had in months.
We warned with this rental there is traffic right in front and people will look in when you have the glass wall open. It gives you a good show of humanity.
The beds have a bazillion pillows to burrow into at night too.

Best Family Vacation!

The beach front condo was AMAZING! Location was spectacular and the view could not have been better.
The rental property had everything we needed and was spotless. The property manager was always available to answer any question. When our fire pit ran out of propane(crucial for roasting marshmallows)the maintenance crew arrived in no time at all. They were curteous and asked if they could assist in any other way. We can't wait to return!

Wonderful Condo on the Ocean

The condo was in excellent condition and very well stocked. The kitchen was great to cook in and had everything we needed. Outside grill worked well too. Master bathroom is very nice. Parking is control access and secure.
The only item to note is the condo is on a one-way road and a lot of cars and people go by the patio. When windows are open to get the full effect of the Pacific breeze, you will have people looking into your unit. We got used to it but is only a small negative of an otherwise great unit and great location.

Family vacation

This was our first rental experience and I would definitely rent through this company again. The condo was very clean and decorated beautifully. We needed nothing other than our food and belongings. They supplied everything else we needed during our stay. It was a bit of a walk to access the beach play area for our children but overall I was very satisfied with this experience.

This was an amazing place to create memories, enjoy the sunshine and enjoy the beach! The decor of this condo was incredibly modern and tasteful. The two and a half baths were absolutely fabulous! There are two large bedrooms,(each with it's own bathroom), and the beds were as cozy as being at home. The kitchen can seat many people comfortably, and the kitchen island was my favorite part of the condo! Loved it! The patio is perfect for just slowing down and listening to the ocean. There are many pedestrians passing by the patio area, but almost everybody walking by was friendly and quick to smile and say hello. The air conditioning was a nice touch for those warm afternoons.
My husband, our 21 year old son, and I stayed at this property early 02/2018. The weather was chilly in the morning, perfect for a brisk walk/workout on the beach. And it was warm and sunny in the afternoon, perfect for taking a short drive to one of many, many restaurants, movie theater, and several bars about a mile away.
We also went fishing off the pier, which is within walking distance. A bait shop, located directly on the pier, provides souvenirs, friendly owners, and different types of bait/fishing poles.
Management treated us like gold upon arrival, as we had difficulty gaining entrance. We called management and they corrected the problem immediately. Thank you management!

Good Quality and So Relaxing

My wife and really enjoyed our stay at Oceanside. Our accommodations at the Strand #104 was first rate. All was clean and tidy when we walked into our unit and we had no glitches with anything, except to reset one breaker on a bedroom plug. The kitchen was very well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. Thank you all for helping make our stay there so pleasant and stress free.

Excellent for parties

This is a beautiful, brand new, modern vacation rental. The managing company is superior to most, and they promptly met all of our needs. That being said, this unit is directly on the Strand, like street level. Plan on having 100's of people per day look into your windows,and make eye contact with you while walking by beginning at 6:00 am. Also the amount of cars driving by your patio, at eye level,with booming loud music will be in the triple digits per day as well. Oh by the way the loud music from passing cars begins around noon, and ends around 3:00 am. We had our boogie board and long board stolen from our patio as well. I would say that this is an excellent vacation rental, that is extremely well managed. If you are looking for a constant party this is your spot! I would recommend the upstairs units for family's, they cost a little more, but they will be more private.
