Overall, the place was amazing. Had a great time. Will visit again.

The location is beyond amazing, and it gets us every time. Unfortunately both stays have had issues with the condo. The elevator broke on BOTH trips, and I have a disabled sister so it really did impact us. Yes, it was fixed over two days, but still...that's too long when you can't do stairs. The jacuzzi was also broken on BOTH visits. This visit it was not fixed in time to use, and yes there was another one available, but again, this is a lot of money for major appliance not to work. The little things (door knobs, lack of good drainage in bathroom sink)etc, are manageable. So that's my reason for downgrades.

It was great! The house was beautiful and the ocean view was amazing! Having a bathroom in every bedroom was a game changer. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We want to come back next year but unfortunately the dates we need are already booked. ☹️

My family of 4 absolutely loved this rental! The stunning views of the ocean front living room was amazing and breath taking. We received the best treatment and loved the caring and updating via text message. The unit itself was super clean and well maintained besides the foosball table that looked like it was going to break if someone leaned up against it. But besides that, I have no complaints. We received the amenities of a hotel with the feel of a home. Great rental. We will be back!

Our family loves this unit. Fantastic location a 20 foot walk to the sand. Easy walk to the pier and restaurants too. Great views, we hardly turned on the TV instead open the doors and enjoyed the scenery and the activity on the beach. Will be looking to book again for next summer!

Great house! Awesome view Would rent again! Only complaint is that the tile stair way in the common area leading up to the house in the building was dirty, had blood spots, would like that to be cleaned and kept nice

My husband and I only stayed in this location, because the property we had booked was no longer in your catalogue. When we entered the property we could see that the floors looked dirty and unvacuumed. I was going to vacuum myself, but the cord to the vacuum cleaner was not in the closet. So, my husband swept the floors with a broom and picked up quite a bit a dirt, food, and pet hair. There was some red food stains on the rug, and the corner of the rug made a tripping hazard. So, we placed a chair in the middle of the room to cover it. In the bathroom there was some type of white powder on the floor, the toilet paper, and the counter. We still don't know what it was, but we cleaned it up. It was difficult to move the dog up and down stairs and open all the doors required to get our pet outside. We ran into another dog at one point, which was difficult. There are 20 chairs in this property and not one of them is very comfortable. You need a more comfortable sofa than the futon/folding couch bed thing and some ottomans. The entire building appeared to be under remodel work, so there was some noise and construction dirt. Now, the good points. The location was excellent. The house was well stocked. For very large families this location would probably work, but it is not a place I would like, since it is just for my husband and myself. I like the two parking spaces. The elevator is great. The beds are comfortable. The BBQ was a nice touch. Love having a washer/dryer. The staff at Beachfront is always top notch, which is why we have chosen you several times for our vacation, but I would not stay at this property again. Thank you.

This house is located in our most favorite spot in Oceanside so it made for an amazing vacation.

Great property and location. We had a couple maintenance issues but they were handled efficiently by engineer Wyatt. Can’t wait to return.

We had such a wonderful stay. The Condo was amazing. We loved the wall to wall doors that opened onto the beach. We had them open early morning to late at night. The beds were very comfortable. The beach was immaculate white sand, beautifully cleaned twice a day by the city. I couldn’t say enough about how great this unit is. Perfect location, beautifully maintained, off street parking, everything you could want. I highly recommend it. We had a small issue with a slow draining sink when we first got there. I called and we had someone there to take care of it in less than half an hour. Great customer service‼️ Thank you for a wonderful time at the beach.

Great property!

Could have used more beach & shower towels. Also, the side door & gate to the side street were not shutting or locking and were open so anyone could walk in for our entire stay.
