Inviting family friendly oceanfront home

This was our 3rd family vacation on Neptune Ave but 1st time staying in this home. We love this area and will continue to return. This place stood out to us because of the pool and the amazing oceanfront access/views. If those items are on your list, stay here! We saw whales and dolphins in our own backyard regularly! You will not be disappointed. The house is well stocked, clean, and inviting. The beaches are not crowded. The neighborhood is laid back and friendly. Management was very responsive and provided great customer service. If I had any questions or concerns they were resolved promptly.

Overall a really good stay

We loved it. Had amazing views and was very clean. Just a couple disappointing things. The jets did not work in the jacuzzi. The pool would not heat so it was really cold. Also there was no lights on the stairs going down to the ocean so it was scary if the sun went down.

Our week on Neptune

We absolutely loved our stay but the house needs some TLC. Many light switches and lamps did not work, kitchen faucet is very loose, pool deck flaking near edge of pool, loose tile around edge of fire pit, stairs to 1st floor very loose, driveway gate remote not working (2nd remote), front gate extremely difficult to open/close risking injury, cans on garage workbench leaking (could be toxic substance). We requested maintenance our first day for the remote, the gate, and the faucet but no one ever showed up to do repairs. Despite these things we had a wonderful stay - the ocean, the views, the location made up for any inconvenience.

30th Birthday Staycation

Chose this place for a staycation to celebrate my 30th birthday with my family. The house matches exactly with the description & pictures listed. The furniture was maintained very well & the house was very clean upon arrival. They provided 2 remote controls to open the garage & front gate but only 1 of them worked. There is no AC unit but they do have a heating unit, fans, & space heaters. The master bedroom toilet has a weak flush so keep that in mind to prevent any clogging. Bring extra toilet paper! The master bedroom closet light didn’t work, but we managed with the light from the bathroom. If you’re in a big group, I would space out showering times. We ran out of hot water, but it came back after waiting awhile. The indoor grill is a very unique addition to the house & was convenient on a cold night. I would bring paper towels, but there are some kitchen towels. The lighting fixture over the dining table wasn’t very bright, but it gave a nice ambiance. There is a Roku stick so you can watch all of your streaming services. The pool & spa are heated, however we had issues with the spa. It was cold & rainy during our stay & it would’ve been nice to enjoy it. Management was very quick to respond via text for all of the issues we had & sent maintenance over every day. The spa would get hot, decrease during the day, & end up cold at night. There are about 96 steps down to the beach. Great exercise! You will see a lot of people walking on the beach during low tide. Keep in mind anyone can walk up the steps to the house so be cautious. It was very convenient to have a small shower at the top of the steps to rinse off all the sand. The next door houses were unoccupied & being renovated during our stay. We weren’t bothered by any of the construction sounds either. Overall, great house to relax & unwind in. Family Beach Time

ble. Work every morning with a sore back.
Lights out in closets, bedrooms and downstairs bathrooms. Need bulbs changed.
Dirty and dusty under the beds.
Bottle opener broken
Need more plates and glassware for a house that sleeps 11.
Would be nice to have two towels person. One to use and one to launder.
Area rugs very dirty.
Needed more seating area in living room being that there is only one tv.
Ordered massages from your concierge service and the masseuse never showed up. Very disappointing as this was a Christmas gift.
Add more salt and pepper to your spices.

Everything We Hoped For

You can't beat the views of dolphins, surfers and boats.

Pros - the pool was perfect for our little one, views from every level, direct access to private beach, super clean, walking distance to restaurants and bars, hot tub, first floor shower was nice, kitchen and indoor grill, and private parking

This place was perfect for our family. We are thinking of making this an annual trip now. It was worth every penny.

Location Location Location!

This is a great family beach house perched on an idyllic bluff above the glistening Pacific. The view is awesome! The gated house is on a bluff right on the ocean on a nice residential street. The beach below was largely uncrowded. The sand disappeared at high tide in early evening but otherwise had plenty of room to play, boogie board and hunt for shells.

There are 100+ private steps to the beach that are in good condition. It’s a workout, and not suited for those with physical limitations. The heated pool and spa are perfect for family fun.

The home is sandwiched between two other homes, but there was no one at either for one our entire stay. If there had been people at both, it might have been a bit cozy. There is some construction going on at one neighbors’ but it was not bothersome at all.

The house is nice, with a good layout for two families or a multi-generational family. It has some wear and tear - it’s not sparkling new or pristine. But we liked that since it’s a beach house and we didn’t want to be afraid to touch anything. It was pretty clean, except for some sand here and there.

It was well stocked - but we advise bringing extra beach/pool towels, paper towels, hand & dish soap, and laundry detergent if you’re staying a week or more. The bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner & body wash and hair dryers. There is a Smart TV, wifi and plenty of places to sit.

Our chief complaint was the kitchen. Although well stocked, the stove burners were finicky (one never worked). The fridge and freezer died while we were there. The property management got a repairman out quickly but he could not fix it so we lost some food. Otherwise, one of the toilets clogged frequently and a few other small things were in disrepair - which was somewhat surprising given the rental price.
Overall, however, we loved the place, enjoyed our time and would go back in a heartbeat!

Hidden Gem

We had a fabulous experience. Not being familiar with Leucadia/Encinitas we were not quite sure where the location was. We were delighted to discover we had private stairs down to the beach.
The house is in good condition. 1beach 1 bath towel each worked for us as we drove and could bring more of our own.
The bed in the mid level bedroom was a bit hard. It would have been great to have the king bed on the lower pool level instead of the upstairs level.

Awesome vacation

We spent a week in June at this location. First, all the pros; We lucked out with nobody in ether home on each side of us. Both appeared to be under construction, however, no work was done during our visit, very private. The home was clean and had everything we needed with a few small exceptions. Ocean views from almost every room in the house. The neighborhood was quiet and the private beach access was quite a luxury. We would see people walking up and down the beach but for the most part it was like our own private beach. Walking distance to several coffee and bakery shops as well as doughnuts and cafes. Private, gated parking as well as two garage spaces. Hours were spent lounging on the oversized outdoor furniture, swimming and boogie boarding. The pool and hot tub were heated and we had control of them ourselves, no issues. Truly one of the best vacations we've ever had, I fear my standard going forward will be very high. The cons; its pricey but hey, get what you pay for. Kitchen needs BBQ spatula and tongs, we resorted to a pie cutter. Home had a full size vacuum but would of benefited from a handheld dust buster type vacuum. One beach and one bath towel provided for each guest, however, its so humid nothing dries even overnight so lots of laundry was done (laundry detergent provided). Would of been nice to have toilet paper provided for duration of stay but in the great TP shortage of 2020 I suppose exceptions can be made. We were told there would be no scheduled maintenance but received 3 visits. not a huge deal but when inquiring we were told none. Lastly, lots of small deferred maintenance (burned out light bulbs, slow shower drain, garage door opener button hanging by wires, etc.), however, nothing that would deter from our enjoyment of the home, simply things that would not be expected for the price point. We will definitely be back and would recommend to family and friends.

Family Staycation

This place had a great location. It was better than expected to have a pool and spa which made our trip even more fun. We had some overcast in the morning and the days turned out great. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was nice, not cheap. The place itself is clean and spacious. My biggest complaint was the property management. The spa was not working with instructions and documentation. It took a whole day to have someone come out and help. They left without instruction and just said it worked. Still, the buttons didn't work as they said it would and people were out the next day. It just wasn't easy to work with them and their process was very delayed with very little communication. We were only there 3 days so having issues was disappointing. Outside of the pool/spa functionality, our trip was amazing and we had a great time. The property was very well kept.

Golf trip

It was a very nice place. Perfect for our golf trip. The views were amazing. But we’re very disappointed that the hot tub and the pool didn’t have heat or jets working. That was why we picked that place. I think the refund should be a little bit more robust than just $400 because we couldn’t even use the pool or hot tub.

2020 - 7th year visit at 1220 Neptune

Any problem we reported was very quickly dealt with by property management. We had a great visit celebrating my mother-in-law's 96th birthday. So glad the dolphin picture was put back up.
Fry pans need to be replaced, especially the largest one - coating is eroding. Also, none of the knives are really sharp. A couple of good paring knives would be helpful. A grilling glove would be good for the inside grill. I can attest to easily getting burned by top shelf when flipping food. Would be nice to have larger coffee cups. We buy 6-7 each year at Dollar store to make due. Drain in upstairs master shower is pretty slow. The inside banister going from pool level to main floor needs some work on the left side going up. Miss the repeat visitor discount we use to get. Price was high this year. We had a lovely visit and hope we will be able to do it again next year. Thanks!

Great family vacation

We rented this beach house to have a family reunion and it was perfect. The ocean view was amazing and there was plenty to do for all members of the family. Lounging for the adults, basketball for the teen boys and the pool was fun for all. We also spent a great afternoon on the beach and then had s’mores around the fire pit in the evening. Girls' getaway

We enjoyed this house because of the view and swimming pool. Good location and close to everything.
Property was clean and well maintained except for the jacuzzi, fire pit and fireplace. Jets in jacuzzi won't come on. No way of knowing how to turn gas on in fire pit. Key for gas fireplace didn't work. Manager did have a pool man come to try to fix jacuzzi but no jets. They brought over a new coffeemaker when the original one wasn't working. Housecleaning crew could do better. I would recommend this property to friends and relatives if they get those things above taken care of.
We enjoyed the beach, hiking, browsing in downtown Encinitas and the Chart House (restaurant).

Family reunion

We stayed for 2 nights and wish we could have stayed longer! Gorgeous views! There were 10 of us and plenty of room as the house is 3 floors. The third floor is very warm at night even with the fans and doors windows open. I wasn’t made aware of scheduled maintenance. I got nervous when I saw the side gate open and a man in the front, he turned out to be the gardener. Later that afternoon a young man came in while we were swimming, the kids got scared and went into the house, I was outside and it was obvious he was a pool guy. He didn’t introduce himself, just started throwing all of the stuff out of the pool, it was unpleasant. Before he left he was pouring chlorine in so I asked him how long the kids had to stay out of the pool. He told me and apologized for our earlier encounter. If your staff is coming into an occupied property they should introduce themselves and tell the renters what they are doing there and what to expect. I’m sure he wouldn’t have said another word to me if I hadn’t asked about how long the kids have to remain out of the pool post chlorine dump. Other than that we made great memories as a family!

Fantastic Vacation Rental

Loved staying here and enjoying the view! The private pool and hot tub got plenty of use from our family. The stairs down to the beach are overgrown, however, and it was a little difficult to get down to the beach. Grandma was unable to go down at all. Minus some small issues with doors and screen doors and keeping the pool and hot tub warm, this was a great property and we would absolutely stay here again! ��

Encinitas beachfront

We had a wonderful stay at the Encinitas home! 9 of us (5 adults and 4 children) slept comfortably. Suggestions on how the home could be better kept for future renters:

- the dishwasher and microwave didn’t work well. We had to rinse thoroughly (basically wash) all dishes before using. The microwave would act finicky by ‘shorting out’ when trying to use.
- we loved using the pool and hot tub, but might have appreciated more instructions beyond turning on heat. We had to replenish hot tub with hose in middle of week.
- the weeds around the fire pit and hot tub should be better maintained.
- there was only one working tv in the house. During March Madness, the younger children would have rather had their own choice of channels.
- it would be nice to have access to a broom during our stay.

Overall, it is a wonderful location (and yes, both sides of home are under construction but it was no bother) within walking distance of great restaurants, bars and shops. The sites and sounds of the ocean could not be beat!

Beautiful Location

Pros: Beautiful home, Amazing location, very clean property.

Cons: Internet didn't work consistently (turned off and required a reset every hour); pool and spa water levels were very low; pool was dirty; spa heating instructions in book were wrong; property management very slow to respond; numerous lights inside and outside of the house did not work.

Family Reunion

Better than adveritised

Amazing location, super clean house with picturesque views of the ocean and a great pool and hot tub to relax in. Something that was not billed is a selling point is possibly the best part about the house- private beach access to amazing waves for professional surfers like myself. Brand new, huge TV for football viewing and both an indoor and outdoor grill made our trip one we'll never forget.

Awesome House Location!

Perfect location ! Can walk down one street to the coast highway shops & restaurants . Lots of steps to the beach, but well worth the climb. Everyday sat on deck & watched the surfers! Pool & spa exceptionally enjoyable. Home was immiculate upon arrival. Booked baby equipment & a fabulous Chef for brunch through Key service. Both amazing.. immaculate baby equipment as well as responsiveness of Key! Beachfront was also excellent with responses to any home issues. Only down side was no central air, but had fans. Rehabs on both sides of home, but we were there over a holiday weekend so it was not an issue with noise. Would use Beachfront & Key again !!!

Great Location

The pictures do this place justice. It is a great location and you can walk to places to get good food and coffee. There are two construction projects going on both sides of the property so it is not perfectly quiet, but it is nice at night when no one is around on either side. No AC which is normal, but the house gets a little hot. Side door to garage does not seem to lock but it is a safe neighborhood. I would come again. $250 cost to check in 2 hours early seemed excessive and unnecessary. Pool was not cleaned until after we got there. Keep screens closed to avoid flies getting in to the house.

Great House, pool and beach!

The house was perfect for us. The pool was clean and warm, the beach was perfect for boogie boarding, surfing, and swimming. We stayed late august and the ocean water was so warm! We enjoyed the hot tub at night and the gorgeous views from the upper deck off the kitchen in the mornings! the views are seriously unmatched anywhere I've ever been! Gorgeous ocean views for miles. The only downsides at all were that there was loud construction going on next door on BOTH sides of the house, starting at 7am! Our kids were equally as loud in the pool though so it was just an annoyance. The other downside is there is no AC and we stayed during a heatwave so the house was very hot. They provide fans but the upstairs rooms were still very uncomfortable. We will definitely come back and just bring more fans! Overall we loved it.

Incredible beach side home

This home is in the perfect location to just stay locally or if you want to drive to San Diego. The amenities are truly perfect. Beach access, hot tub, and pool made this so perfect for us. Plenty of places to sleep, sit, and just hang out. We felt very safe since the property is gated.

Best Family Vacation

The house is exactly as described. Beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the beach at day and the pool/ jacuzzi at night. Cooking together and many meals together. Very relaxing vacation.

Amazing beach home

From the moment I open the door, and look down the hallway and saw the ocean I knew I had made a good decision and picking this home for the weekend. It was amazing. I wish I lived here! The easy access to the beach allowed for me and my friends to go surfing in what seems like our own private little spot, and we witnessed one of the most spectacular sunsets we seen in a long time.

We had a great stay yet again at this property located on Neptune Ave. The view is breathtakingas is the coastal breeze. We were there the last week of March and the weather was perfect! We saw sea lions and dolphins swimming from our balcony. We also enjoyed the pool, hot tub, grill & fire pit. Holiday week with family

The home was the perfect location for our family over the Christmas Holiday week. Plenty of room for entertaining/cooking/relaxing. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect for the cooler temperatures. The private stairway to the beach was key for the walkers/runners/surfers. Easy walk to shops and restaurants in Encinitas. There is construction going on next door, but they were respectful. It did not hinder our vacation in any way. The house could use a bit of maintenance, which I will share with the rental company. just some easy fixes. Overall, recommend for families for certain!

Very good. The only issue was we paid to pre heat the pool/hot tub and it was cold when we arrived. It was ready though by the morning of the third day though. Great location and views. The place next door was being totally remodeled but the site was draped off and the construction workers were very respectful.

Beautiful spot!

We had a great time in Encinatas. The 116 steps to what amounted to a private spot on the beach was great swimming and boogy boarding were great. No lounging on the beach since the sand was always wet but Oceanside and. Carlsbad beaches were very close. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. No AC but ocean breeze kept us cool enough. We would definitely go back.

Our Family Reunion

The house was roomy and well stocked. The 100+ stairs to/from the beach was a bit of a surprise and workout. Nights were a little hot with no A/C. Having the pool and hot tub made a big difference. Felt great after the ocean to relax and socialize. Town had good shopping and restaurants so didn't have to travel too far. Other activities were not far away also. Everyone loved the house.

Beatiful house in a great location

This house is spectacular. Right on the ocean with its own heated pool.

The Pros:
1. Heated pool.
2. Location close to shops, beaches.
3. Staff at Beachfront are very responsive.
4. Very spacious, clean and comfortable.
5. Amazing view and access to the ocean (we saw dolphins swimming by almost every day).
6. Affordable.
7. Great neighborhood.

The cons:
1. The pool wasn't heated in anticipation of our arrival. Took a day and a half to heat it which, out of a 5 day trip, is a considerable amount of time.
2. Internet kept cutting out.
3. Not enough toilet paper. Also could use some aluminum foil/tupperware/wrap for food storage.
4. As of our trip they are building a house next door. Though it was mostly quiet, there was still some banging next door during the day.

Summary:
Overall, we loved our stay here. We would happily come back to this location in the future.

We don't provide maid service so unfortunately we can't provide items that cannot be restocked on a daily basis, although we do provide some basics items to get you started such a toilet paper, paper towels and cooking spices etc. The pool heater is turned on the same day you check in, in December when the water is cooler, it might take more time to heat up. Our one week vacation was GREAT.The property and the house was CLEAN to the MAX.All the pictures were EXACTLY as described.Customer service was special , on time and did thier wake up and go to sleep on the ocean is something to remember.I highly recommend it for all my friends!There is just one thing I did have problems with the internet and the phone is on the same connection so I did not have phone either. My cell didn't work for the same reason. I would defitnitly want to have access to the steps down to the ocean next time. Beautiful spot in need of some care

We LOVED the location. Such a cool spot.
However, this property needs some TLC.

If some things were addressed, we'd gladly come back.
The steps of despair: The stairs were sketchy. After checkout we were told the Stairs were supposed to have been blocked off, due to the hazard they'd become.
This is a lose/lose situation. Get a guarantee in place the stairs will be repaired and usable by the time you arrive.

No cell signal in house, just FYI you need to walk a few blocks to make a call if landline goes out (it's tied to the cable, ours was out most of the trip).

None of the lights turned on for the upstairs deck
The lights for downstairs deck are not screwed in, the full light enclosure just hanging freely by the wires (not safe).

Construction: When we booked this house 5 months prior, I was told construction would likely be done by the time we arrived. BS. This process won't be done until 2018 at their current pace. They start at 7am some days. Circular saw and nail gun in use.

Bed of Nails: The King in the master bedroom is brutally hard. The rest of the beds are just fine, but the master was like sleeping on the floor. Just FYI.

Great place for a reunion!

This house was the perfect setting for our college reunion. We essentially had the beach to ourselves, and the pool was a nice bonus. There are 100+ steps down to the beach, which made it challenging for the kids but they didn't seem to mind it. There are also a few steps that were a bit wobbly. Given the cost of the rental, I was expecting the stairs to be in a bit better shape. Something also happened to the hot tub on our last day (the water drained completely), and we called management, but because it was 6 PM on a Saturday there was little that could be done. Aside from these two issues, everyone enjoyed the house immensely. Would definitely rent again if in the area!

Nice beach house for Family Retreat BUT...

This house is a great place to get your family together. We had a few small things but it's not a new house. Could use some minor maintenance. I guess I'd like to think when you pay GOOD money for a special trip it should be perfect. Needs several electrical things fixed, front door handle falls off, leaks in the rain ,master bed hard as a rock, front room need some privacy on front door if you use as a sleeping area. front sleeping bed/couch needs cleaning. The views are amazing though. The spiral stair case to the bottom floor is not for everyone. I would recommend but with caution.....

Family Gathering

Fantastic house and pool. Kid's swam every day for many hours. Beautiful view. Descriptions provided are accurate. So much to do in area to suit interests of everyone. Great restaurants nearby.
Only problem was that our daughter was stung in the foot by a Stingray just before leaving. PAINFUL! Also, many stairs and hardwood floors too, so a bit treacherous for little ones.
We enjoyed ourselves tremendously. Don't bother to bring anything. They have it all. Hope we can return sometime.

Encinitas Beach View

Our group spent 5 nights at this beach rental in Encinitas. It was great to wake up each morning to an ocean view. After a toilet repair and water hearing issues fixed in the pool, our stay was very enjoyable. The maintenance response was quick and helpful. A suggestion would be to perhaps add updated furniture to the living area. All-in-all, we had a good time.

Awesome property. Will rent again!! Lots of room to spread out for a large group so you are not on top of each other. Has every amenity and then some. Only issue was with the pool. Extra charge for heating but had a hard time keeping it warm.

Great Beachhouse

Loved the location of the beachfront property. Had an enjoyable stay and Encinitas is a great surfer town with plenty of cute shops, good dining and beaches. Cardiff on the Sea is located just a few miles south and also has some more dining options. The 113 steps down to the ocean make for a great leg workout on the way back up! Beautiful private beach that is within walking distance to public beaches with lifeguards. Loved having the pool option for our teenagers and the spa and firepit were great to have for nighttime relaxing and s'mores. Would stay here again

Best family vacation ever

We loved every minute of our stay. The ocean views were beautiful and the accommodations were spacious and lovely. Great place for fairly large family gatherings. The best part was the warm swimming pool and hot tub--the kids and g-kids loved having both just outside their doors. The only time they shivered was coming out of the May ocean. The 118 vertical stairs were slightly daunting, but private access to the beach worth the hike. Weather was near perfect (no May Gray). Nice fire pit and barbeque. Also happy to have a few boogie boards etc. Every one had a wonderful time and would love to do it again. Thank you.

Beachfront staff was very nice & helpful. The property location & views were amazing. The pool & hot tub were nice. Overall the property was very clean, however some small details were overlooked. There are several light bulbs out (fridge, oven, outdoor railings, 2 showers, etc) and the icemaker doesn't work. Would rent again though.

We arrived to a wonderful beach house, just as described online. We were blown away by the view and the 122 stairs down to the beach. My daughter decided to walk the stairs 11 times one day for some exercise. 🙂 We should have given the management our cell phone. We arrived with a broken thermostat and never got around to calling them even though this was quite inconvenient. When we arrived home, the management had left us a message on our home phone asking when they could come by to fix it. Helpful, but not helpful.

Oceanfront retreat

The location of our rental E0221-0 was perfect. With private steps to the beach, our own pool and spa it was great. The house was spotless but furniture needs improvement--very uncomfortable. The living area needs more seating for that big of a house. I was concerned when previous reviews stated a number of 'unfixed' problems such as pool light, back deck lights, spa jets and uncut grass so I called BeachFront Only a month before our arrival and ask if these problems were being addressed. I was assured they were being attended to only to arrive at the house and find nothing had been fixed. Very dissapointing. With a few changes this rental would be fantastic.

Wonderful reunion!

We rented the property because we were in town for a wedding/reunion. It was large enough to accommodate a lot of people for sleeping and showering. The pool & hot tub was a plus. The lights around the pool weren't working and we weren't sure if the hot tub was supposed to have jets, as it was hot, but no jets? A great view of the ocean and we did see both dolphins and whales, which was exciting! I would definitely recommend this place. We only had a few days of sunshine being so close to the ocean this time of year, but that is something you take a chance on no matter where you go. It had everything we needed,as far as towels & dishes, so it worked out perfectly!

3 Generation Vacation

This was our annual "Family"(6 adults/4 children) vacation. The location was beautiful..Unbelievable sunsets over the ocean. The house was older than we expected, but comfortable for us. Having younger grandchildren, we were a little concerned about the maintenance, missing outlet covers,the pool & hot tub lights did not work or the outside shower along side the beach stairs. Also, the icemaker on the refrigerator broken. Overall, we did enjoy our stay.

My family and I enjoyed this lovely home on the beach. There were so many features that made this vacation home enjoyable! We have stayed with Beachfront Only several times and decided to try Encinitas area. We typically will stay in Oceanside. I loved this property. Very clean, very nice pool/spa and steps leading down to the waters edge in the backyard. My favorite thing inside the house with the indoor grill... we used it every night! Again a wonderful stay with Beachfront, very professional staff, love love loved the area !!

Beautiful house in a beautiful location

Everyone in the family loves this house! The views of the sunset are amazing - from all levels of the house and patio. The access to the beach is wonderful (and good exercise). the pool and hot tub were great.

Loved our girlfriend getaway at your amazing house!

This was our first time staying in Encinitas and we just loved it! Every year my girlfriends and I plan a special getaway without kids or spouses and this year we chose to hang out at a beach house.

We found the rental company to be very friendly and knowledgeable about the home and the area (thanks for the suggestion of the Potato Shack for a yummy breakfast).

We felt very pampered lounging around the pool deck and enjoying the hot tub in the December sunshine! The private stairs down to the beach replaced our need to go to the gym and relieved any guilt we had for indulging on the sweets!

We didn't want to leave the home, but we managed to pull ourselves away for an outlet mall shopping trip in the next town over (Carlsbad).

We always share cooking meals and found that the kitchen had everything we needed and was spacious enough for us ladies to work together.

One of my most special memories was the toast we gave to "our best friends" while watching the sunset over the beautiful ocean.
We will be back next year!

Wonderful Property, Wonderful Location!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this property. The living room was large enough for all of us, and the kitchen is beautiful. We loved all the patio/deck space. The pool was also a plus! The property management company was wonderful and catered to our every need. I would recommend this house to anyone! We will definitely be returning to Beachfrontonly.
