The IRONMAN® and IRONMAN® 70.3® Triathlon Series is the world’s premier full-distance and half-distance triathlon series consisting of over 150 qualifying races in 50+ countries, regions and territories across the world. Athletes from around the world travel to Oceanside for the IRONMAN 70.3. The course consists of the following: 1.2 mile swim in the Pacific Ocean, 56 mile bike loop through Camp Pendleton, and 13.1 mile run along the coastal community in Oceanside.

One of the most unique races out there, the Oceanside Turkey Trot, begins at Civic Center and ends with full stomachs. The Turkey Trot offers several different route options for people of all ages.
