This is an amazing unit in a triplex, which sits directly on the beach. There is a large spacious living room with a fire place to warm up near. The kitchen has granite countertops, in addition to great appliances. The entire unit overlooks the Pacific Ocean and even provides a pathway onto the beach. This unit has everything you could possibly need for an amazing beachfront vacation!

Amazing stay! I live local but wanted a beach house for my birthday and this place didn’t disappoint. If you love the ocean and want peace, simplicity and tranquility then this is the place . Side note - I highly recommend Beachfront only regardless of the property . All of their properties are amazing but more than that the staff is local and not a huge corporation but rather serving local by local . They are my go to for any friends visiting! The location was good and the view was absolutely amazing. Loved having stairs down to the beach. The tide was really high for our stay so no easy beach walking, but that happens. We walked down to the pier via the street to have beach time. We spent a lot of time enjoying the high tide from the beach setting on property.
The house really needs repairs to the floor and the white chair with navy stripes closest to the fireplace had a big hole on the top of it. The property wasn't cleaned well before our arrival. There was black hair on shower wall and floor when we arrived (none of us had black hair.) Skillets had food stuck to them and the spatula was oily. We had to wash those things before we could use them which is silly with the cleaning fee. The floor was filthy when we arrived. I'm sure it's hard to keep clean with the sand, but it was really dirty when we arrived. The linen was clean.

Disappointing.

No answer on maintenance line, no answer on after hours emergency line and extremely slow response via text. Managememt team, specifically Peter and Diana, are completely unfamiliar with the concept of customer service. Great location but unit is run down - the pictures in the listing are clearly from many years ago and are inaccurate. Not worth the price and extra fees.

While we do apologize for the inconvenience, the issue you experienced during your vacation was addressed in a timely and efficient manner by industry standards. Our maintenance team is very experienced in dealing with and addressing issues that may arise at one of our properties. In your situation, the shower required a new cartridge to stop the water. The staff member made the correct decision, as when dealing with water/plumbing issues it typically involves shutting off the main line to the property. This property has 3 units in total and doing so requires our team to notify all guests of the potential issue. In total, we feel like we addressed the issue and resolved it as quickly as possible to stop any further interruption to your trip, including dispatching a plumber to assist after regular business hours. Our trusted team is able to resolve issues without you needing to be at the property, and while we appreciated your concern, your evening’s enjoyment was more important to us. Which is why our team informed you that you were welcome to leave the property to enjoy your last night in Oceanside while our team dealt with the issue.

My family and i have rented this property for the last 3 years and have never been disappointed until this year. The property hasn't been kept up very well. The outside was the worst. It wasn’t raked or cleaned up at all before we arrived. My husband and son spent a couple hours cleaning and raking the outside so my grandkids could play outside. The upkeep on the inside wasn’t as bad but it could definitely use some more maintenance to make sure things are working properly.
It is a great property just better cleaning and maintenance is needed.

We love the location. We love the management staff. We have used this facility several times in the past few years as will as other locations with beachfront. This facility has continued to deteriorate with minimal maintenance. In addition, the outside area around the condo has accumulated a trashy look with old furniture, broken toys etc around the facility. I think some TLC throughout the facility (Inside and outside) would be a major improvement. The shower door has a broken door handle. The counter top by the sink is loose and needs to be resealed, a few of the portable fans did not work. A little quality control / inspections would help preserve the high quality experience we first fell in love with. Overall a great stay and we will be back and would recommend. Especially the beachfront management team.

Perfect weekend getaway
by Joseph TordesillasDecided to take a weekend off with some friends. All we wanted was to disconnect from the outside world for a weekend and this location provided that and more. It had more than enough space for all of us and places for all of us to sleep. Being able to walk out the door and be right on the beach was perfect with the combination of the cabana, beach chairs, fire pit and grill. It also has a fully kitted kitchen with every glass, utensils, even blender that you could ever need for our time away. I cannot wait to go again.

We had an issue with the tv and they sent someone over right away to fix it. The kitchen had everything that we needed. Definitely bring water shoes for the beach for the pebbles. Wonderful place to relax

Had the most wonderful weekend stay at this Location. The property was as beautiful in person as it was on the pictures. It was clean. and very comfortable. The lounge area was wonderful and so was walking down to the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked and it was very easy to cook meals there. Also had a washer dryer. While we did not need to reach out to the manager I appreciated the communication before, during, and even after the stay. If there was a problem I knew exactly how to get a hold of them. This is the way to vacation.We look forward to staying again!

When I saw this beach house online, I was told it would only sleep 4. I assumed the hide a bed in the couch was the other area to sleep. We did not wish for our friends to sleep in the living room, and explained to them this information. They ended up renting another beach house. ( in the beach house photo it shows the extra bedroom as a game room. When I arrived it was occupied with a Queen size bed. I felt mislead, and was disappointed we could not utilize the extra bedroom., to share the cost of this beach house. The information online is not accurate. This place can sleep at least 6 guest. It was a lot larger of a beach house than I expected. More than enough room. There is only one very small bath room , for everyone to share. When we arrived the floor had a lot of sand on it. ( it felt like it had not been swept or mopped at all.)We never went without wearing something on our feet. I also, thought I rented a beach house with a Jacuzzi, This is why I decided to got with this beach house. Only to find it did not. I am assuming The jacuzzi is on the 1 st Floor on balcony, We were on the 3 rd floor and could not use the Jacuzzi. I was extremely disappointed. For this price of enjoyment, I feel a jacuzzi would have made the trip a lot more enjoyable in the evenings. On a positive note, It is in a beautiful area, loved watching the surfers,dolhins and relaxing on the beach.
Lillian, this home is advertised as a one bedroom but you are correct it is much larger which tends to be a nice surprise for most renters. The home is not advertised with a jacuzzi, the upper level also does not have a jacuzzi. After researching multiple rentals, we understand you may get forget what amenities you found with a particular home. We truly regret to hear about the floors and wished we heard about it during your stay. We do an inspection prior to every arrival, checking the cleanliness of the floors is a part of the checklist. Please call us during your stay should there be any issues we need address. We look forward to having you back at the beach! Affordable Beach House Rentals Well Worth It

This the 5th year of my family staying on the beach in Oceanside using a Beachfront only home. These homes are affordable and they give you the flexibility of choosing shorter than 1 week stays. Most other companies require this. They always have it stocked with plenty of towels and anything you need for an enjoyable stay. We hit the Walmart grocery in downtown Oceanside which is 5 mins away and load up on groceries. Everything you need to help you cook is there. Didn't have to drive to a beach, look for parking, unload the car, clean everything off and then re-load the car with all the sand. Its all just outside the door. Already looking into booking next years trip. Thank you Beachfront Only.

Best Staycation Ever

We enjoyed our stay so much and wished it was longer. There was construction next door but it didn't bother us. Location was perfect for the kids to run down to the beach anytime. Rental had ample room, probably more people could stay with us but there's only one bathroom. The firepit didn't work the first day but it was promptly replaced by management. We would definitely go back!

Nice beach access/construction/maintenance calls

This is a very turn-key rental. I liked that we didn’t have to clean the place before leaving. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked nicely. There were several problems, but the office was quick to respond. Unfortunately, this house is right next door to a house that is under construction, so there’s construction noise and it’s an eye-sore. There was a sign up front for permits to do construction on this whole building replacing it with 4 new units. It appears that nothing new is being put into these units so things are not as nice as the pictures. There are weeds scattered in the beach “yard” and when we arrived, there was only 1 broken unbrella on our side of the yard. We asked and someone brought us umbrellas from another property. Also, we had trouble getting the fire pit, bbq, and dishwasher to work right and so maintenance had to come out a few more times. Ideally, there are some written instructions. We had a good time all in all. The person answering the phone when I called was very pleasant and professional.

Check in/out was easy. We had one service issue, and that was quickly and easily handled by professional staff.

FANTASTIC GETAWAY!!!

Perfect spot for a relaxing vacation by the beach

We really enjoyed this property. It's clean, well decorated, open and totally beachy vibe. We loved being right on the beach which made it very relaxing. We saved a lot of money by buying groceries and using the fully stocked kitchen and it kept us at the rental which we really enjoyed. Wife and I and a wonderful anniversary weekend

The rental was very nice and clean. Had every utensil needed and every appliance needed. Very comfortable stay. The bed was cozy. Then the veiw was spectacular. A few steps down was the ocean so during low tide we walk the beach. A quick 5 min drive to the peir was worth it walk around the shops more than enough bars and gastropubs and there's a movie theater.and varitity of restaurants around. We had a great weekend wish it was one day long but we would deffently come back.

Fun for kids, relaxing for adults

Upon arriving, I was disappointed in the parking situation. The listing says 3 parking spaces. I originally thought I would have access to a garage, but I must have confused this with another beachfront rental I was looking into. I immediately called and even though I was quite upset, the beachfront personnel on the phone were pleasant, listened to me and kindly corrected me. Be aware the 3 parking spaces for unit #3 is: 2 in front of garage and 1 on the street. Our 4 door jeep could not fit lengthwise in this space without sticking out into the street and forget about parking an SUV that's got 3 rows in the driveway. The unit was clean and had plenty of beach towels and bath towels. There is a washer and dryer and some laundry detergent. There are plenty of dishes for cooking and even some spices. During low tide the sandy beach was wonderful and during high tide it was great to hear the waves crashing on the rocks. Our sink backed up during our stay and we lost power in one bedroom for a full day, but the beachfront personnel sent over a handyman to fix the issues within hours of me contacting them. As far as location, we loved being on the beach, but I wasn't impressed with Oceanside city in general, too busy. The outdoor shower was very handy. The outdoor chairs, grill and gas fireplace provided for unit #3 was great! There are 2 bedrooms. A full bed in one room and a king plus daybed with trundle in the other. The living room has a sofa bed plus a daybed with trundle.

Beach stay Oceanside

We absolutely loved the location and the house. It was very cosy and clean and perfect for a getaway with our small children.
The only (minor) thing we missed, was a good coffee machine (it has one, but only filter coffee). A Nespresso machine would be very nice. But, besides this, we can really recommend this place!!

We had a lovely time

Oceanside is a beatiful place. Our beachfront condo was right on the beach and listening to the waves all day was lovely. We had all of the amenities we needed. There were 4 of us. The one bathroom was no problem (it is small and no tub). It would have been nice if the sizes of the beds had been listed. My parents had to sleep on a full size bed as I was with my son and there was only the one room with a king size bed meaning that another couple without kids is a little cramped. We loved the general living space and the outdoor space did not disappoint. It was hot and the claim that there is air conditioning is really inaccurate. Although there was units (that would fit in a window) they were not sufficient to cool the space.
The property management was responsive and helpful. Also, I stayed with my elderly parents and I have a bad knee. It would be nice if the stairs to the beach went all the way down to the water. Walking on the rocks was very challenging. My parents were not able to do it and if you wanted to bring a pop up and chairs down to the beach it was a struggle. Had it been cooler we would have been much more comfortable.
The views and the location were stunning!

Oceanside beachfront

The house was clean and exactly as pictured in the website. The beach was great and easily accessible. The staff was responsive and addressed my concerns the next day. I would highly recommend beachfront only rentals. A few things to improve 1) lighting in the stairway going down to the unit 2) A/c was working but not strong enough to keep the kitchen and living room cool 3) we had issues with the other units using the patio exclusive to our unit but the staff did tell them and they eventually followed 4) patking says 3 cars, but more like 3 compact cars or 2 mid sized suvs 5) lights and ac had timers with 4 hrs max so we had to wake up in the middle of the night to turn the ac back on.

Beautiful location

The location was perfect all you had to do was walk right down the steps and your at the beach. There was a couch that was In the living room that was pretty beat up and one of the a/c units was barely working. There were blinds that were see through in the living room area and in one of the bedrooms. There were guests at the property that would have a camp fire at night and they could see right through our windows- there was no privacy at all and maybe those need to be changed. Also the parking is very limited, we came with a suburban we barely had room to park it, we did get a ticket because it was left out on the night that the sweepers come through. The parking spaces do need to be made bigger for larger vehicles.

Relaxing Getaway Spot

Everything was wonderful, perfect location, private, spacious and beautiful home. The house was spotless upon arrival, the beds were so comfortable to sleep in and you couldn’t ask for a better view. Even though it’s a triplex, we never once had any issues with our upstairs neighbors, they were another family as well who we would see pass by and say hi but that’s about it. The property mgmt company was on top of it as well with email responses within the hour of us having any questions. Overall my family intends to make this spot an annual summer vacation trip now.

Truly beachfront

The property was just as described - indoors was clean and well appointed and the outdoor patio was wonderful. The only sort of downer was that the beach was all rocks for most of the day, but there was a bit of time while the tide was out when there was sand. We had an awesome weekend.

Great location with all the fixings

Wonderful family fun. This is our second time renting this unit. We live the location and pet friendly. And you are on the beach. We had to call for assistance since my hubby could not get the football game and they came out to fix. All the kitchen pots and pans where brand new. This place has everything. We played board games, football and listened to the waves.

Beautiful House Great Location

This 2br was very spacious, well equiped including washer and dryer in unit. Great patio area for children to safely play in while we prepared lunch inside. Everything was very clean, enjoyed the awesome window views of ocean and dolphins, as well as swimming and surfing in front of unit each day. Close to pier, dining, and shopping. Returning Vacationers

We have vacationed in Oceanside every year for Fall Break for 5 years in a row. We have booked our beachfront rental with Beachfront Only each time and have never been disappointed.
This rental was perfect for our family of 4 plus Grandma and Grandpa. Plenty of room and the view was amazing. Love that you can open up the doors and windows to feel the breeze and hear the ocean. The kids played on the beach all day every day and we could sit right on the property and watch them.
The designated patio and sand area right outside the door is worth the money. However, it can be crowded and overwhelming with both units above you. During our stay there were parties of 15-22 people at a time.
Overall, we had a great time and we will be back but will probably try to find a unit with less company above us.

The BEST vacation!

You know how places are never as good as the picture? Not this time! This was the absolute BEST location possible. We had made-to-order weather to boot. House was perfectly laid out for a family gathering. Private beach with soft sand right out your back door. Morning light was gorgeous. Fun to watch the surfers. It appears to be a great spot to ride the waves and we were entertained all day watching surfers and even a couple of dolphins catch the waves. Management company was top rate with meeting our needs. We will for sure come again. It was magical. Note that this place only has one bathroom. We did not find this to be a problem. It is priced competitively, probably because of that, and we thought it was a good value. Its a splurge to stay beachfront, but if you are going with family to stay and enjoy the beach we thought it was well worth it.

Perfect for small family

Great location. Plenty of room for small family (we are a family of 5.) During our stay, we encountered a small issue with our patio umbrellas. Management sent someone out to take a look and the broken umbrellas were replaced in no time. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations. Can't wait to be back. Most relaxing vacation ever!

The condo was beautiful, clean, and had tons of amenities that aren't even listed on the website. I was surprised to see it had a dishwasher and a washer and dryer. Everything you could possibly need was there. It was so peaceful and private and the beach is just below the condo. Plenty of beach space during the day. Amazing falling asleep to the sound of the waves right outside our windows. Loved our stay.

Beautiful View

When we arrived, everything looked great inside the house. Very spacious. There were 10 of us, and there could have been space for more! Tons of appliances available and the outdoor seating was great. Right on the beach and the view was amazing! We did have to street park though, because the spots provided weren't big enough for our cars because of the cones.

Perfect for a young family who just wants to play in the sand

We loved staying at the beach house. It was very clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen and was perfect location. My 2 toddlers loved being able to walk out the front door and play at the beach while we sat on the patio. We BBQed one night and had a campfire. We had a great stay. We'll definitely be back!

Awesome Condo!

The condo was beautiful and clean with all the amenities we needed. Lots of towels, beach towels and even s'more s skewers for the fire pit. The parking was tricky. There are two spaces, but extremely short- we had to park sideways to make our Tahoe fit. The renters on the third and second floors (frat spring break and a fifteenths bday party) were loud, but no fault to the owners.

Nice Beach Location

We enjoyed the beach house, but didn't enjoy having people from upper units hanging out on the patio right outside of our living space. We also would have liked to have restaurants within walking distance. The unit itself was fine, but if we would have had anymore people it wouldn't have worked for us.

Spring Break Vacation

We stayed here for an early spring break vacation! It was a fabulous time! We loved being able to be steps away from the ocean our whole stay. The property was clean, had lots of appliances and a grill! We mostly just grilled and stayed at the beach house each night. The location is also just a mile away from the farmers market that we enjoyed one night. Would definately reccomend this property to anyone, won't disappoint!

Weaver get away

The location is perfect for a relaxing get away- close enough to get to city life but ideal for a quiet and private beach vacation. The views are amazing! Sunsets incredible! Heaven on Earth

We celebrated my mom's 95th birthday at an amazing Oceanside beachfront house, and she was ecstatic. Everything was beautifully appointed, luxurious, sparkling clean, and very comfortable. We woke to high tides and surfers catching the first waves of the day. Gulls and pelicans flew by. Occasionally we saw dolphins. As evening drew near we walked slowly along the beach, looking for shells and good skipping stones. Every day brought a sunset more beautiful than the last. Great restaurants are close by, but we usually ate at home. Everything we needed was there, including lots of room for dinner guests. After everyone left we'd sit by the fire and talk about the old days. Take a last peek at a million stars out over the ocean, say good night, and fall asleep to the lullabye of the sea. These memories are precious to our family. Thanks for providing an ideal backdrop for the event!

Most wonderful place

Best Location in Town!

We enjoyed a couple of nights at this beautiful beach front condo. It was a perfect getaway with some friends and kids. Our 1st floor unit was perfect with the little kids. We will be returning for sure!

Thanksgiving 2016

This Review applies to all 3 units (P5131-1, P5131-2 and P5131-3) that we rented from Beachfront Only Vacation Rentals during the week of Thanksgiving, 2016.
All 3 units were clean, well-organized and adequately stocked. Outdoor areas/porches were neatly arranged and fully functional. The 5 (five) parking spaces that were provided for our vehicles was more than adequate. Location on the beachfront provided a semi-private area for our family of 13.
This rental facility was an excellent venue for our children and grandchildren.
I just received this unsolicited comment from my daughter/son-in-law, who have 2 children and are expecting their 3rd:
“I feel like that entire week went by SO fast and I can't believe we're back to work today-- I miss the beach house and the waves so much!!! ???????? ”

I love this place so much!

My husband, son and I had a wonderful time. What a great place! Very spacious and clean. To be able to look out all the windows and view the ocean is breathtaking! Oh, and the sound of the waves and the sunsets are amazing. The property was very clean and beautifully decorated. Everything we needed was there. You can't get any better than being able to walk out the front door and step right on to the beach. One of the nights, we got to walk to a fabulous restaurant nearby. Absolutely loved it!

What a great experience!

All there was a warm appreciation received from our 8 year old saying thanks for giving us a wonderful weekend experience. It's new property expected to have a new facility, don't have to worry of anything to bring for any household use. Equipped with gas grill. Just firewoods and smores sticks. Besides 7 minutes away from Walmart, Costco and restaurants.

An Amazing time!

We had such an amazing time staying right on the beach in this beautiful home! We rented the downstairs unit and had our own section of the private beach. From check in to check out the entire process was so smooth. All of the information you need to check in and for your entire stay is provided on the "Glad to have you" App. The staff was wonderful! I couldn't have had a better time watching my mother and her grandsons enjoy the ocean and play in the water, right outside of our door!

Great stay in Oceanside

Had a great stay in Oceanside. The rental location was perfect, walk out front door straight to great beach. It was clean and ready when we arrived. There was 7 adults, and it had plenty of room too sleep and move around. Definitely plan on staying there again. I highly recommend.

Beautiful View!

Great view, beautiful duplex. Except one TV didn't work. Referigator did not keep our food cold.Barque didn't work well. Neither for the people above us. For the nighty rate they could of made sure everything worked
