Come stay at this spacious beautiful single-family home in Oceanside with an open floor-plan and private beach. Upon entering, there is a living room with large windows and patio looking out to the Pacific Ocean, which opens to a spacious kitchen and dining room with an accompanying second living area. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and white cabinets. The second living room has ocean views and provides another relaxing space for you to relax during your vacation. One of the couches is a queen sofa sleeper for extra sleeping accommodations.
All rooms have attached full bathrooms. The master bedroom has full ocean-views, a king bed, fire place, TV, and double closets.
Off the side of the kitchen is a patio with full natural gas BBQ and patio table and umbrella, perfect for enjoying a BBQ. The second level hosts the natural gas fire pit, Adirondack chairs, patio with lounge chairs and Jacuzzi. There is also a private queen bedroom with a wine fridge and full bathroom on this level. This property does have a 2-car garage, but if you need to park any other vehicles additional parking is available at our office in Oceanside, located at 1640 Oceanside Blvd, Oceanside, CA 92054.

Second visit a successful one! We love the remodel! Very clean, very organized- best view in Oceanside. Definitely will be back. Everyone is so nice, we absolutely love yall! Only thing I recommend is tongs for kitchen and bbq. Was hard to get the crab legs out of the boiling water and could not really used some tongs lol but obviously not a deal breaker. 🙂 thanks again for another fantastic stay!

Regarding the Wi-Fi and TV, we strive to maintain a 24-hour fix timeline where possible for all reported issues. We see that both the living room wifi and TV’s were fixed within that 24 hr period. Because this is a managed property, we cannot control what the owner gives the guests access to. Unfortunately, this owner chooses to keep some amenities as owner use only. Please note that our website only markets the amenities our guests are able to use.

Even though we have stayed at this property 3 times and love it, we were somewhat disappointed in how the property was maintained and cleaned. (rusty towel bars and fixtures, leaking toilet, range hood did not look like it had been cleaned in quite some time, at least 3 of the portable fans did not work, window blinds did not work properly and we had to rig them to stay down) While we love this location and view, the upkeep has some improvement that needs to be done.

Rocky beach directly in front, but sandy public beach only steps away. Air conditioner would not turn off, nor cool house - odd.

Fun trip to Oceanside!

We had a great time in Oceanside and enjoyed staying right at the beach!
We had a few small hiccups with the property, i.e., fire pit was not working, garage door code didn't work and the overall condition of the dwelling needed a little TLC (screens torn ect.). Even with these small issues we would still highly recommend this property.
We especially loved watching the ocean in the evening with the flood lights on!
There's a park a few blocks away where the dogs loved to run and a bike path adjacent to the park which goes on for miles and miles.
Be sure to check out the Pizza and Pub within walking distance called "Best Pizza & Brew Oceanside" and the wonderful Mexican restaurant called "Anita's Mexican Restaurant & Cantina". Both are located on S. Coast Highway and the food is excellent at both restaurants.

Family vacation

The house was beautiful and wonderful location. We had a jackhammer going at 7am right outside the bedroom and it kept going until 1pm. We notified the management company and they said they would send someone to talk to the construction crew but we never heard back from them on the outcome or if they even sent someone. There was throw up all under the toilet bowl clearly wasn’t cleaned between guests. Everything else was spotless. All in all it was an amazing trip and amazing house.
Thank you guys for your visit, and for your feedback. We're happy you enjoyed most of your stay. It is disheartening to just now hear about the cleanliness issue in one of the bathrooms; we'd like to hear about these issues immediately to allow us the opportunity to make it right. Private beach is secure and great for children.

The private beach is the highlight for this property and was beneficial in allowing us to social distance during COVID. The property was clean and well stocked. Maintenance is average with noted peeling interior paint in several areas, and two small baths that have had no updating and are not to standard for a luxury rental. I would recommend this property as the private beach amenity compensates for the other issues.

Perfection

Our family of nine, five adults and four children (ages 6,8,12&14) spent five fabulous days during Thanksgiving week in this amazing house. The property is even more beautiful than the pictures. The house has everything you would need, the kitchen is very well equipped and we especially enjoyed the extra refrigerator in the garage as we brought all our food with us. The grocery stores are all close by but because of the pandemic we didn’t want to leave the house. The beach is beautiful and the kids surfed and biggie boarded all day. The nice fenced beach area was great for the younger children our dogs. We loved the beautiful sunsets

Very cozy right on the beach

The house was very spacious and had everything for us other than clothes and food. It was perfect for my dogs, having the huge private beach area for them to run around in. The garage was even big enough to fit my full size truck in. We had a great couple of days there with no regrets. We left very relaxed and pleased with choosing that home for our stay in Oceanside.

Very nice Beach house!

For sure, it is a very nice house!!
However, the house was not clean (kitchen, dishes... were dirty). The awnings were not working and no one fixed them (we called the property management but they never called back). Check in at 4pm is very late (we paid an extra $280 to arrive at 2pm!!) and check out at 10 am is too early (we had to pay again $280 to stay until noon).

Best rental to date!

Wedding & Thanksgiving in SoCal

Left on hold a few times and forgotten, should not be the case with this expensive of a rental! Should have a locals discount as well- would encourage us to promote your service and all around a good idea. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Multi-generation family vacation

This house has a great location in Oceanside - right on the beach on a very wide lot with a great private sandy area, easy access to the beach & ocean and super deck space with nice hot tub and a gas fire pit. Kitchen was very well appointed - we ate all our meals at the house. Everything we needed to cook/bake/grill was provided. The house was very clean for our arrival and as soon as you walk in it has that great "wow" factor - the photos are nice but seeing it in person is nicer. We were 10 people ranging in age from 23 to 85 and had a great stay with plenty of space for everyone. Again, the house is terrific but I will mention a few minor issues: The 2 main bedrooms (kings) are very nice - the other 3 are a bit small plus they do not have great air flow. The shower in the main master is very poorly designed - cannot reach the handles without getting in, water temp is hard to regulate, very awkward to stand under the shower head once you get the temp right. Would be nice if there were some boogie/surf boards and a few cruiser bikes available. There are lots of speakers throughout the house (inside & out) but for some reason renters are not allowed to use them. Same with the roll out awnings over the decks. Overall, a great rental property that is well managed.

Fantastic beach house

Loved the house, location, amenities! We had hoped this would be our “go to family beach house”, but sadly there were many maintenance issues. We had a toilet that did not work for the entire time we were there....4 nites, 5 days....and it was located in the bunk room where had planned to put all 5 little kids. Although we reported it as soon as we arrived, and there was a work crew all the next day, it was never repaired or usable. So each of the three-year-Old children had to sleep on the floor in their parents bedroom, so they wouldn’t wander in the night looking for a bathroom. The other 3 children had to use the parents room as well.
Two rooms had air conditioning problems and had huge stand alone AC Units in the room with big tubes leading out the window....lots of noise. The main part of the house never cooled off either.
The firepit didn’t start because we could not locate the timer, as the instruction book told us we needed. When we called maintenance, the guys that arrived said it did not use a timer, and further more, they had to turn on the main gas line, in order for it to start.
There were other issues as well.....all so sad for such a gorgeous house!!!

Milestone Birthday on the Beach

Our family of 13 had a spectacular time at this home, right on the beach. The gorgeous property takes up two lots, so it is very spacious, indoors and out. The walls of glass windows allowed us a close-up view of the waves from the master bedroom, living room, dining room, family room and kitchen! The fenced-in private beach area was ideal the 5 young children to play safely in the sand. We’d love to return, soon!

Great Getaway

I can’t say enough outstanding things about our experience. The home was everything andd more than we had hoped for. Fully stocked kitchen, great bedroom accommodations with each room having its own bathroom, newer washer and dryer, large hot tub, deck seating and fire pit very nice. We had a fantastic 4 day stay with easy check-in. Maybe only small inconvenience was the TV remotes needed batteries and were not the easiest to use. Easy access to town, while also private and quiet location. Loved the private beach access.

BREATHTAKING HOME ON THE OCEAN!

This is a knock-out property! Perfectly ideal in every way sitting on a huge waterfront lot. Tasteful decor and wide open spaces with fantastic views of the Pacific Ocean from virtually every window. We loved the hot tub. Overall VERY SATISFIED!
Few dislikes: Bed in the second master sags in the middle and was uncomfortable. Beautiful wine cooler, but only TWO mismatched wine glasses! Absolutely Beautiful Property!

This property is perfect for a family gathering. Plenty of space, plenty of sheets/towels, amazing view (sunset was spectacular), a beach backyard for kids to play, direct access to the beach, hot tube. I only wish we could have stayed longer. One thing to note...all of the bathrooms are connected to the bedrooms. So if you have a family/friend get together, folks not staying at the property will have to go into the one of the bedrooms to access the bathroom. In other words, there is no guest bathroom. Other than that, it’s perfect!

Lovely location

The house is lovely and large - very comfortable for our group. The only down sides were that the hot tub was not very clean and that the heat did not seem adequate for the size of the property. We used the fireplace quite a bit to get the place warmed up in the mornings. While not really an issue for us, because it was winter, the beach is very narrow (non-existent at high tide) so opportunities for walking along it were very limited. But the neighborhood is great for walking and bike riding, and the location is very convenient to restaurants. We had a great stay.

This place was a dream come true. My family had everything we needed. The place was very clean and the views absolutely stunning! The staff was EXCELLENT. THE Barbecuer outside was having a problem. Unforgetable!

From the time we stepped through the door, our time spent here was a dream. We found that this rental was so spacious with our large family, yet not enough to get separated. The two large gathering areas with huge picture windows was our favorite spots in the early mornings and late evenings when we weren't out at the beach. The gated sand area was perfect for our smallest family members to play all day. the location was great too! There wasn't anything that we did not like about this place. We are hoping to book this rental again soon!

The house is great. We had a wonderful time.
The pictures are accurate. The access to the beach was as advertised. Bring beach shoes. There are rocks in the water that tumble around which can hurt a bit. Not really damaging.
A few annoyances. The fridge stopped working. But, management was quick to try to fix it. They brought in an extra fridge for us. The AC in the bedroom with the bunkbeds and the one by the kitchen did not work well. Almost no air flow. Also, note that there is no AC in the room downstairs on the deck. The dryer does not work well. We tried to use it to dry our towels. Never got dry.

The dream is real

You know that moment when someone screams for joy, and then 16 other people have the exact same reaction? That was our experience upon waking into this magnificent beach house. Way more than enough room and amenities for our four families, each with a mom/dad/2kids. The sandy okay area backyard d was hours of fun each day. Easy rock steps for beach access to play in the waves. Easy walk into town for beers, burgers, coffee, donuts, more. We had the windows open all day, listened to the ocean at noon guy, cooked enormous meals each day. Grill was great. Hot tub is a bonus. Everyone loved this house and all we did was have fun and talk about the day we return

Our Family Vacation

Beach house was beautiful and location perfect. The only disappointments were that some of the amenities were only able to be used by owner (Interior window blinds- the sun got hot in the afternoon and some of these did not work properly. When we called about them we were told they were for owner use only. Outside retractable awnings were off limits also as well as stereo speakers- same story. The bed in the back bedroom - behind the kitchen needs replaced. It squeaked really loudly anytime you would even move to turn over and was not comfortable. All other beds were find.

Fantastic beach property

Loved how close it was to the ocean

We had a wonderful family vacation! We loved the open design of this home and all of the windows facing the ocean. We also enjoyed having our private beach area, chairs & umbrellas, fire pit, and hot tub. We did have several issues when we first arrived; however, property management quickly responded. The house is so beautiful, but would be even better with just a little maintenance, such as placing a handle on the screen door by the kitchen and replacing the door so that it will close properly without being latched. Also, the shower in the master with a half shower door allows water to soak the bathroom when one takes a shower. Despite these annoyances, it was so wonderful hearing and seeing the ocean 24/7!

AMAZING HOME!

What an absolutely beautiful property. The house is equipped with everything you need to have a beautiful stay at the beach. So many gathering spaces perfect for a large group of people. The decor is stunning, the location and views are breathtaking. Only two small complaints, for a LUXURY Beach Rental, it was disappointing that the property does not have air conditioning, I wouldn't want to stay here in July or August and the access codes for the gate were not correct so we had to make a call to the property management group.

Great stay

The house was perfect for our large group, lots of space. There were only a few hiccups - we didn't realize that one of the bedrooms was not connected to the main house directly and you needed to talk down the backstairs to access it, and there didn't seem to be any sheets for the pullout couch in the living room. Also the diagram showed that there were 2 pullout couches, but there was only one. Also the towels seemed like they were just purchased and had not been washed because fabric particles came off on your skin after showering. All of that aside, having the private beach front was perfect for the surfers in the group. Really good waves right out front. If they fixed the few things I mentioned this house would be stellar.
Also, we were surprised when we asked for a late check out (make a note the check out is rather early at 10a) they told us it would be an additional $250 for the extra 2 hours for a noon checkout. When we were paying over $3000 for a weekend (with taxes etc) it seems odd to charge for a "late checkout" when the original checkout is earlier than most hotels.

This was a long weekend with our children and grandchildren to celebrate our 50 th wedding anniversary. We were 13 all together.
We were very comfortable, the bedrooms with larger beds and bathrooms were very comfortable. The room for kids slept 3, as we didn't trust the wobbly bunk beds with our young children or teenagers. But there was ample bedding for the couches. A few kids oriented activities for the house and for the beach, would have been appreciated for those visitors who come by plane.
It is a beautiful home and we enjoyed the views of the ocean...even on a rainy day. Management was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Great beach house

Such a beautiful house and such great views. Love how big the living room is. We had lots of family staying there and had others over for dinner and yet it didn't seem crowded at all due to the huge living area. The only fault I could find is that the 2 additional bathrooms were very small compared to the other 3 really nice updated bathrooms.

Perfect venue for our Family Getaway/Reunion

This house is so beautiful, spacious loaded with many amenities...big TV in the living room, fully equipped kitchen and big made it easy to prepare our meals; as well as enough seating for dining. We love the fire pit that kept us warm, and enjoyed making smores and added bonus of providing romantic ambience at nighttime. The big tub/jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing and was a big hit for both adults & kids in our group. There are plenty of lounge chairs & umbrella for relaxing and enjoying the ocean breeze; sandy play area for the kids. Location is great, an ocean front and literally few yards from the beach.
The house was beautifully appointed, and designed with floor to ceiling windows affording everyone to enjoy gorgeous sunset from inside the house or from the terrace.
Everyone in my group liked, enjoyed and so impressed with this beach house. The kids loved the house so much, they were sad and did not want to leave.

We could not figure out how to operate the awnings on the lower level as it gets too hot in the afternoon & could not enjoy the spa until sundown.
