We had a great time again in Oceanside. So many places in walking distance and discovered a couple of new spots like Shootz. The bedroom could use some room darkening shades in the room closest to the kitchen, but we made due. Highly recommend.

I went here with my best friend since we had to cancel a 10 day trip to Utah due to a family death. We decided to do a three day trip beach front. Have never done that. We were sooooo beyond happy with this place. We couldn’t have been more happy with our whole experience. The management company was incredible responding to any text we sent. Definitely coming back!!!

'Can't beat the proximity to the water and the open view! (I did miss having a deck tho!) The sad couch and window cushions in 819-5 need replacing--soiled/worn out. Needs more teaspoons! And 4 adults for 6 days require more than one extra roll of toilet paper. :- / (I expected to find more under the kitchen sink. Silly me!) Overall, it was a wonderful week, thank you! This is our third stay at these properties. We absolutely love the ocean view which keeps us coming back. Also love having fully equipped kitchen. Only recommend a couple things. Upgrade of knives getting worn out & a little rusty. Master bath water pressure super low. These are just things to point out. Won’t keep us from coming back next summer for our fourth visit.

This was our third trip to same condos in Oceanside. Absolutely loved the place yet again. Ocean view spectacular. Will be planning our 4th trip soon. Only recommend a couple small things. Water pressure in master was super low. Knives in butcher block dull & rusty. Recommend upgrades. These are super picky items. View & experience out weighs everything else.

First the good: a/c added is wonderful. we didn't need to use it so don't know how effective it is but appreciate the addition and hopeful for it making the units habitable in late afternoons. Maintenance staff was superb. Numerous issues gave us the opportunity to meet 5 of them. All excellent representatives of your company and helped us decide to return by telling us that units are being refurbished and refurnished. Office staff helpful as always. Having rented from you several times in the past made the degradation very obvious. Broken, dirty furniture in the living room. Nothing to sit on to watch tv as orange chairs were too low and small and one was broken, and arm chair was filthy. Mattresses worn and lopsided. Would not hold two people. Linens thin and dingy. Cheapest toilet tissue and half-full soap containers just disrespectful to guests staying ten days. No more garage door opener- a safety issue because of needing to stop on very busy Pacific Street to get out and open door. TV problems and 20 minute kitchen timer issues were reported to office staff. The kitchen timer issue is also a safety hazard. Drawer pulls are all sticky. I bought and used Lysol wipes but the knobs should be replaced. The coffee cups are too small to even hold 8 oz of coffee. Guests who use 10 oz and 12 oz settings on Keurig are in for a real unpleasant mess. Can't imagine why this hasn't been reported. I bought paper cups. Microwave needs repair/replacement. Speak to Wyatt about this issue. Could go on but you see the situation by now. So why are we coming back in October (reservation made before we left)? Because this property is as close to the ocean as we can get. And because your excellent staff has assured us that someone has been hired and furnishings have been ordered and that all will be better. Thank you to Wyatt, Sotelo, Nathan, Jim, (another maintenance man whose name I forgot), Abby in office and one more in office I talked to about the tv and kitchen light problems. Decent stay, only real complaint is that it felt as though there was a family of 30 living underneath us. Very annoying to deal with all of the noise, and late through the night hearing conversations outside around midnight.

The condo was beautifully decorated and the view was stunning. Only issues we had were a can opener that didn’t work and the wifi connection. Can opener very, very minor issue, just mentioning so that future renters don’t come across the same problem. Internet issue was a bit annoying, but did help us disconnect and enjoy our surroundings without distractions! Overall, we loved this beautiful property! Well kept, clean, modern, secure and garage parking was a nice surprise and a major benefit! We will be back!

a really nice and aesthetically pleasing home to stay. my friends and i really enjoyed the view and it had the perfect amount of space for all of us. we also really enjoyed how convenient the home was with the amount of amenities provided. there were just a couple things that we wish were better as the curtain blind at the very front was hard to adjust up and down and the showers were freezing cold on our second night. however besides that everything overall was amazing!

The experience was ok. We had decent communication with the management. My only complaint is that the first day we didn't have any hot water and the management would not compensate for the inconvenience. Nothing like taking an ice cold shower and having family run in hot water from the microwave. The view was amazing, quiet and relaxing. There was mostly everything we needed.

Hi, My husband and I loved staying here. The view is out of this world, and the cleanliness of the property was very appreciated. We would love to come back, but will wait until new mattresses are purchased. Both king mattresses are very worn & slopping. It's extremely hard to sleep, because the mattresses are worn out on each side of the bed, creating a big hump in the middle. Place is clean, location amazing, communication with staff is also outstanding. Check out is really a hassle though. A 10am check out is very stressfull. You barely have time to make breakfast and run. You should conside a 10:30am or 11am check out. Those 30mins can make a difference.

It was a wonderful place. View was fantastic. Our hot water went off 2 nights, and had to have someone come and turn it on so we could get ready for our adventures. One night there were 4 young local men having a birthday party, a lot of other young people joined them. It was right about my bed time. Kitchen had everything we needed. The place was actually larger than we thought it would be from the pictures.

The condo was great. I would happily stay there again. We had two reasons to seek service. The first, no hot water, was resolved within an hour. But the second, another tenant taking our parking space and then later blocking us in, took too long to resolve. After a few hours, your staff should have come to the site and either knocked on some doors or towed the vehicles. I should not have had to leave my car parked on the street overnight. At the very least, I should have been offered a small credit. Other than that frustration I was very happy with my rental and will use Beachfront Only again.

Had a cold shower due to heat broke. The mattresses are old and hard to sleep. The shower drained slow. The garage door didn't work. The view was fantastic.

Amazing Get Away!

My husband and I was recently here for our anniversary. It was definitely an amazing experience! The pictures on the website is as described in person. The location is close to restaurants, shops, and the pier walking distance. You'll find yourself not using your car so much unless you plan to go more than 2 miles away from the unit. I would suggest to bring your bikes, skates, scooter, etc. The whole 4 days we were there, we used our car probably twice as the majority of the time, we walked. It is definitely one of the prime locations in the area as it is super close to the ocean. Customer service was done via text and they are very responsive. The only downside is in one of the rooms, the portable AC unit tube touches and lays on top of the corner of the bed. It's due the angle of the window and how the room is arranged. I'm not sure if the AC unit is there during winter time but during summer expect it to be there. Checking in and out was very easy. You are provided one parking spot in the garage. I would advise to read thoroughly the details they send you as it is very helpful. We definitely want to come back and make this an annual trip! So happy we came across this property. It was very relaxing as all we did majority of the time was watch the waves. We watched no tv during the whole stay.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

Our unit was clean and well furnished. The ocean view was magnificent, the crashing waves outside our window and the smell of the ocean were wonderful.
Morning walks on the strand and beach to the pier and the area shops and restaurants were perfect.
Bedrooms were small and cramped with furniture, difficult to maneuver at night.
Overall, great experience, we will be back !

Great View, Great Place

We went to Oceanside with another couple for some much needed R and R. This condo was the perfect place for just that. It was very well appointed with a great kitchen and comfortable beds. The bedrooms are a little tight for space and no closets, but other than that it was perfect. The view is spectacular and the complex was quiet. We needed a new coffee maker and the host responded almost immediately with a new one. They stayed in touch prior to our arrival and throughout our trip to ensure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

What an experience!

What an experience! First time in oceanside and first time beachfront! Rented the 819 #5 unit! It is exactly like the pictures!

I had lots of????? Some days they responded right away and sometimes they didn't.

Overall loved the property! It's about a good 20min walk to pier.

There were kichen items I wished they had: Tongs, coffee and tea

Loved the concierge services! Took advantage of toddler's travel and bike rentals from keys concierge! Love and appreciate the delivery and pick up services!

There was a separate parking lot for additional parking. It would be best to drive another car bc it's a little too far for to walk back.

All good but would suggest the full glass doors opening toward the ocean have a acrylic 3' shield from bottom with aluminum rod on top that is not attached to wall I believe this would fail if someone fell against it. Also the rear bedroom shower rod curtain is outside the shower since granite wall is not 90 degrees (allows water on bathroom floor) - this could be fixed with an angle shim. Second floor is best view but has no balcony, hot tub, nor BBQ. Nice place has everything you could need.

My family and I loved this space ! The ocean view was beautiful ! You could hear the waves crashing even in the bedrooms if you don’t like that the windows are pretty sound proof !

Amazing view from the living room

The view is amazing, front row ocean view without going out to the beach. Perfect. Why it’s not 5 stars, several reasons: No hot water the first night. We had to take freezing cold shower and the emergency number for the management company was already closed after work hour. No resolution that evening. They did send a service guy the next morning and fix the problem but this whole ordeal dampened the experience. There is a big hole by the window with either air duct vent connected to a portable machine, I couldn’t figure out what. Didn’t want to investigate more but it’s an eye sore for this place and definitely not presentable for what we paid. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

It’s All About The View!!

Upon checking in, we were a little disappointed, but have since attributed most of this to exhaustion. We found the garage to be very tight quarters and not user friendly. It took nearly an hour to get it to close the first night and called for repair. It worked for a day then quit again. The 2 portable air conditioners were supposed to be held in the windows with what appeared to be aluminum foil and cardboard. The bedroom unit had a section missing which left the room exposed to the outdoor elements or possibly critters. A screen would have made us feel more comfortable about it. With that being said, the VIEW and sound of the waves hitting the rocks upon opening the large floor to ceiling windows far outweighed any concerns at all. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets sitting/laying in front of those windows that we’ll never forget. The rental company was extremely attentive and the unit itself appeared well stocked and clean.

Perfect Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay here. You walk into a beautiful place that is cleaned, organized and a spectacular view. They have a fully stock kitchen for those of you wanting to cook with bowls, utensils, silverware, seasonings, etc. The rental has a gorgeous view that you can see from the kitchen and living room with two chairs and two day beds that you can sit/lay and enjoy the view. And if you thought it didn’t get any better you are literally seconds from the sand/beach and water. It is on the second floor but provides so much more privacy being higher. Every aspect of this place was perfect for a getaway, romantic or with a small family/group of friends. Also, checking in and out was so smooth. Everyday you receive a reminder from property management to contact them anytime if there is any issue or any additional things you may need. We loved it the first day so much that we actually booked an additional night. It was the quickest process. We highly recommend and can’t wait till we can go back.

Amazing Oceanside Mini Vacation

We had an amazing 4 day stay at a most elegant apartment in Oceanside with a very incredible view. The apartment was immaculate with very modern furnishings and well-stocked kitchen. The property was better than pictured. We were located at the far end of "The Strand" which provided the secluded experience we were looking for but close enough to walk to the beach and famous pier. The beds and pillows were so comfortable - how did they get the towels so super soft? There are really no restaurants within walking distance but all the meals we had delivered were fast and hot.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The only negative is that this unit does not have ac. Is misleading that you think it has central ac buy it doesn’t. They wheel a portable ac. Definitely not the same. Luckily it wasn’t hot when we stayed.

Nice Respite from Covid

This property has a great location in Oceanside right on the water. While there is no outdoor patio on this second floor unit I did not felt like it detracted from the unit at all because you could leave the huge doors open and get the ocean breeze and sounds of the waves. We loved sitting in the big chairs or on the little reading nooks. The place was very clean and all furnishings were nice and modern. Kitchen appliances were well equipped only wish there has been a few normal necessities like saran wrap or tinfoil. There is no ice maker so you do have to make your own ice. One small negative for us coming from Texas was lack of AC at night. The breeze doesn't make it to the two bedrooms. They did provide several fans in the room but with down comforters it was a bit stuffy sleeping at night for us. The beds were also fairly worn on one side causing some back stiffness in the mornings. Parking for this unit is luckily in the front space of the garage. I would not have wanted to be in one of the lift spaces as it was difficult to get your car in and out. We also had other renters park in our space one day was was crazy trying to figure out who it was and try to move cars. There was very little parking on the street to be aware if you have more than one car. We had two sets of families below us that were pleasant but over the weekend had a large group of young men that were partying pretty hard until late in the evening with very loud music. The downside of the nice open door view is that we overlooked the top of their beer pong board and were not able to enjoy those two days very much due to their craziness. Oceanside Retreat

Overall we had very nice experience at this unit, however there were some issues. We had a 4-PM check in time but it was not ready for us until 4:30. Laundry was piled up in the garage so we initially could not park. On day 2 there was a carpet cleaning van parked in front of the garage and we could not exit with our car.
The kitchen knives are very dull and need sharpening, lots of drywall screws have popped up, one of the rotating fans located next to the sliding doors is noisy. One more item, the access to the garage can not be locked or opened from the outside with the pin code.

Spectacular views and relaxing atmosphere

The views were absolutely spectacular. Listening to the seaside waves was incredibly relaxing. By far, this is the best location I've stayed at on the California ocean side. I felt as if I were in Hawaii with the view. The condo was in immaculate condition when I arrived and I left it the same way. It was spotless and very tidy. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the housewares to cook a meal. It was a nice to have plenty of soap for dishes, dishwasher and they even provided soap for the washing machine. The place had very comfortable chairs, sofas, and beds. The sheets were very clean and in great condition. I loved that I did not have any issues with the internet. I would definitely choose to stay here again with my family. This trip was with my 10-pound dog and he enjoyed the view of the ocean and people watching, while I enjoyed writing my book. The team at the office were so helpful and extremely friendly. I am very grateful to them for placing me in this beautiful condo for a week. I loved that I could order my lunch to be delivered with no hassle. The location was perfect and easy access to walk to the market, restaurants, coffee shops, and the strand. Simply amazing. I look forward to booking this location again. Thank you!

Oceanside - Four Days in November

My wife Patty & I were so pleased with this unexpected mini vacation. When we landed in San Diego (from Troy, MI) on Wednesday, Nov. 7th my wife called our daughter to tell her that we landed. To my wife’s surprise my daughter had the dates mixed up. (Busy mom with two young boys & husband) Once we got to her house we said that we would add FOUR more days. Relaxing

Perfect for a week-long getaway without any preparation or planning. Views were breathtaking and condo was nicely appointed, very clean and had everything we needed. We brought our dog and were able to park our car inside the garage, everything was easy. We loved the area with a few fantastic bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance (Bagby, the Pig, Kombucha spot all good) that became our favorites. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night and didn’t want to leave.

Fabulous Condo on the Waterfront!!!

I surprised my husband with a weekend at this rental for his birthday and we both LOVED it. I cannot find one negative thing to say -- everything was perfect and just as described. Location is amazing - very close to The Strand but without the car traffic. And you feel like you are right on top of the water! The inside of the rental is clean and very well done; furniture is very comfy. It had everything we needed. Bagby's Beer Company is a restaurant in walking distance that should not be missed! Perfect weekend and we will definitely be back.

A little piece of paradise

Pictures tell a thousand words, and for this place you just need one; gorgeous! Me and my family really, really enjoyed our stay here. It is enough for us to be spending some time at the beach, but to spend it on top the ocean was breath taking. We enjoyed waking up to the sounds of the wave and the sights of dolphins, surfers, dive bombing pelicans as they search for fish, and end our day with watching the sunset over the Pacific Ocean.

Fabulous. Exceeded expectations. As good or better than the pictures. The bedrooms are small but you’re right on the ocean so get over it. Great location, walk to the market, coffee, restaurants. From the moment we walked into the apartment, we were thrilled with the clean, beautiful apartment and the spectacular view. Everything was exactly as described. Glorious!

Lovely property with an amazing view. We loved it. The ocean is loud and it was glorious. Lots of surfers to watch. Amazing pub with, in my opinoin, Michelin-star-level food is within walking distance. Flying Pig was so good that we ate there twice. Beach access was a bit of a walk, but that wasn't a deal breaker for us. We happened to visit during a heat wave of 95+ temperatures. There was one AC unit in the living room. Initially the unit didn't work, but we placed a call and it was serviced promptly. When it failed again, a new unit was promptly brought to replace it. The new unit worked properly, but it wasn't able to keep up with the extreme outdoor temperatures. We were warm during our two-day stay, even with cool nighttime temps, and that was disappointing. I feel like at this price point, some accommodation should be made to have additional AC available on extremely hot days. That is why I gave it four stars instead of five. Otherwise the stay was great and would get five stars. We would definitely return as long as it wasn't during a heat wave.

Vacation get away

Everything was great for the 2 br and the stay was very relaxing and really enjoyed the area alot. However only one thing I would like to include, The Request Keys service concierge. When I called to place an order Food/Beverages for the room, I was told to place my order and I did text in my order. Then I got a text back and was told unfortunately they were unable to find someone to deliver my order. I think they should have informed me before I placed my order that no one was available at the time. that is the only thing that I was concerned about. However every thing else was great.

Great Getaway in Oceanside

We literally spent hours sitting in front of the open floor to ceiling windows watching wave after wave crashing. We even rushed back every evening to watch the sun set. My husband is a clean freak and he commented several times on the cleanliness of the unit. We had a problem with the BLU-ray and maintenance responded right away. We appreciate such attentiveness. The property manager was always just an email or phone call away. We'll definitely be back!

Simply Perfect Way to Enjoy the Ocean

Wonderful experience in a quiet, new, well appointed condo that looks directly at the Ocean. You couldn't be any close to the beach. Beautiful unit, great views, great service

Reservation process was easy. Any service requests were promptly addressed. Feature to open all windows facing ocean was great! Bedrooms are on the small side, suggest using the 2nd bedroom as the master since there is more space on sides on bed. Only downside was a dirty floor.

Overall the place was great. The family upstairs or should say families upstairs were very noisy. I counted 11 people. I think large parties should be required to have ground floor as we could hear every footstep. Other than that we enjoyed our time at the beach!!

We absolutely adored our time at this place. It is even more beautiful than the pictures can show. The proximity to the ocean and the cleanliness of the place were bonuses, but even better was the fun area surrounding where we stayed. Great Stay / Indoor Balcony

It's like having the ocean in you living room!!

Our accommodations were superb! The view and the open-air experience was just amazing! The decor and comfort of our condo contributed to our vacation as well - even to the cozy and comfortable bed/bedding! We watched dazzling sunsets every evening and woke up to the spectacular ocean view every morning and the surfers provided free entertainment! We walked/ran along the shore and on the pier. Our friends stayed a few doors down and they too had a fantastic condo - 3 floors - because they had about 20 people for an extended family weekend... We highly recommend Beachfront Only rentals and hope to return again very soon!

When we arrived the dishwasher was full not sure if they were clean or dirty so I ran them again and put them away! The beach was perfect with amazing views! On our last night the renters downstairs threw a party till 3am ruling our last night to sleep, relax and hear the waves crashing???? overall I give it a 3 out of 5 stars! You should be picker about who you rent to. Loud families are ok 20 year old party people are obnoxious, rude and inconsiderate!!

Thank you for the review. We apologize about the dish situation - the housekeeper did seem to leave the clean dishes in the dishwasher. He have talked this over with the specific housekeeper. Please let us know if you are ever bothered by noise. We have very strict policies regarding noise disturbances and we have an on-call staff 24/7 to address these issues.
