Overall, very nice. We would suggest removing about half of the furniture from the front patio to make it more comfortable and accessible. FYI Upstairs shower hose holder is broken and there is a crack in the master bedroom window just above the AC unit. We enjoyed the neighborhood and the proximity to restaurants. We would return.

Just a beautiful house that was comfortably appointed with all the amenities you need. This is exactly what my friends and I were looking for when we planned this beach getaway!

We had a wonderful time and would come back again. I will list a few problems that were readily corrected. Cars were in our parking spaces and after a phone call the problem was corrected. After getting g out some dishes and utensils for a meal we noticed they were not clean. We tried the dishwasher and it was broken. After texting for a while we got an appointment with a maintenence person. Within 2-3 hours Freud came and determined we needed a new dishwasher. He went and found one and came back the same day to install it. After that we had a dishwasher! Everything else was great and like I said, our problems were solved quickly and we appreciated that very much.

We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and organized. The view is amazing and we enjoyed sitting and watching the surfers and dolphins.

The views are amazing, beach and neighborhood are very friendly you do have to walk a small distance (1/2 a block) to get down to the beach as the visible stairs in the photos no longer exist. Location is walking distance ( but on a hill, one of our visitors could not walk up without a struggle) to restaurants bars and breakfast spots in between some light local shops. House was stocked and clean… some small issues some the same as others had stated nothing that stopped our fun and enjoyment. We simply altered the staff who offered to come right away but we asked that they wait until we checked out. The staff was very attentive and checked in often to make sure all was good via text.

We had an amazing trip. The house is stunning and only a view minor complaints. The house was fully stocked with more then we needed and everything is close to the house for shopping and restaurants and coffee shops.We will definitely come back to this house because of the breathtaking views. The size of the house is perfect for a larger family. You have plenty of space and seating areas for everyone. We felt safe at the property and it was really quiet, but we were the only family there. There is another unit at the property but no one was staying in it at the time we were there.That being said, the house needs a deeper cleaning the floors were really dirty and the dinning room table hadn’t been scrubbed in a while. The Bunkbed was a little shaky so I didn’t not allow my kiddos to sleep on the top bunk. The downstairs bathroom door doesn’t close and you have no privacy. I do agree with the master bedroom shower it’s super small so we used the other two showers mostly. The house was perfect for my family of five. If we had a larger party or more kids that we needed to put into beds we could have.

The location for this unit is amazing. Insane ocean views. Amazing sunset views. Walk to bars / restaurants. Short Uber ride to downtown Encinitas. Be WARNED the bathroom in the primary suite in NOT good. The shower is terrible. You can barely fit in the shower it is so small. The rooms are just ok. The common area / kitchen is great. The rooms / bathrooms all need updating.

It was a blessing. As recently widowed of 33 yrs. I needed this retreat for me and my family so much. Thank you, thank you. I got to sit and watch the ocean while the family surfed, swam, and enjoyed the beautiful accommodations. It was perfect. We all want to return.

My family and I had a great time down in Leucadia. It was very relaxing and peaceful.

Overall, we had a great time. One of the showers did not work at all. We never called Beachfront maintenance, as it didn't impede our daily routines. The shower in the master bath is very, very small and not acceptable at these rates. The folding doors would benefit from some WD40. Beds were great; towels etc. very nice. Great views; ample, appreciated parking!!

Aside from the loud party beneath us on our first night, the house and location was perfect. We had a very relaxing time.
