This charming beachfront rental unit is a part of a duplex that sits on the edge of the Pacific Ocean, located in beautiful North County San Diego, where the weather is pleasant all year long. This gorgeous rental is fully furnished and professionally decorated, with every necessary amenity. This rental has stunning ocean views all along the west side of the house, with an oceanfront balcony off of the living room and kitchen. There is also a private lanai in the front of the house with patio furniture and a fire-pit.

Amazing views

The views are amazing, beach and neighborhood are very friendly you do have to walk a small distance (1/2 a block) to get down to the beach as the visible stairs in the photos no longer exist. Location is walking distance ( but on a hill, one of our visitors could not walk up without a struggle) to restaurants bars and breakfast spots in between some light local shops. House was stocked and clean… some small issues some the same as others had stated nothing that stopped our fun and enjoyment. We simply altered the staff who offered to come right away but we asked that they wait until we checked out. The staff was very attentive and checked in often to make sure all was good via text.

Wonder Beach Views

We had an amazing trip. The house is stunning and only a view minor complaints. The house was fully stocked with more then we needed and everything is close to the house for shopping and restaurants and coffee shops.We will definitely come back to this house because of the breathtaking views. The size of the house is perfect for a larger family. You have plenty of space and seating areas for everyone. We felt safe at the property and it was really quiet, but we were the only family there. There is another unit at the property but no one was staying in it at the time we were there.That being said, the house needs a deeper cleaning the floors were really dirty and the dinning room table hadn’t been scrubbed in a while. The Bunkbed was a little shaky so I didn’t not allow my kiddos to sleep on the top bunk. The downstairs bathroom door doesn’t close and you have no privacy. I do agree with the master bedroom shower it’s super small so we used the other two showers mostly. The house was perfect for my family of five. If we had a larger party or more kids that we needed to put into beds we could have.

Great Location

The location for this unit is amazing. Insane ocean views. Amazing sunset views. Walk to bars / restaurants. Short Uber ride to downtown Encinitas. Be WARNED the bathroom in the primary suite in NOT good. The shower is terrible. You can barely fit in the shower it is so small. The rooms are just ok. The common area / kitchen is great. The rooms / bathrooms all need updating.

Location was amazing. Views were incredible. The common area downstairs was very nice as was the kitchen. The bedrooms and the bathrooms were disappointing. The shower in the primary bathroom is basically unusable. I had to shower in the other bathroom upstairs. The timers on the fans and small a/c units were a little annoying but we figured them out. Wish there was more information about how to utilize some of those items. Otherwise an enjoyable long weekend for my family and I.

Wifi was not good, had to go to the street out front to make a call or send a text. We had 9 people staying in the house which is max number. The staff contacted us the second evening we were there and said we were too loud, so we were quiet. The next day, we were at the beach below(no service) management kept text me that we had cars parked in neighbors driveways (we did not) they said we had a complaint about loud music (we did not play any music). Then that evening they said we were loud again, we were just watching a football game. Frankly I felt harassed on Saturday and due to that, I was unable to enjoy my day because I was constantly trying to find somewhere to text back. We paid our fair share to be there, I don't appreciate being bothered all day when we were not doing anything wrong. Although the location was beautiful, we will NEVER return to that rental!!! Very unfortunate, we could have referred many people, but will now make sure that they don't book there. We love Beachfront only though, we have used to book other trips and they were great!

Overall, we had a great time. One of the showers did not work at all. We never called Beachfront maintenance, as it didn't impede our daily routines. The shower in the master bath is very, very small and not acceptable at these rates. The folding doors would benefit from some WD40. Beds were great; towels etc. very nice. Great views; ample, appreciated parking!!

Spectacular View!

The photos of the view from the balcony don’t do it justice! It’s such an amazing view- so nice to sit outside and watch the waves come in. We loved everything about our stay. Very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and immaculately clean when we arrived. We got an early check in which was great. The location is ideal, close to the beach, restaurants and the Coaster station. We’d definitely stay here again!

Birthday Getaway

While the outside of the property needs a lot of love, the inside was everything I was looking for to celebrate my birthday. The view is exceptional and the unit has everything you could need. The rental company has outstanding customer service and the unit itself was incredibly clean. My only criticism is that if the other unit is occupied outside privacy is a problem. While it was fun to have the guys reunion screaming happy birthday to me at 10 p.m. my kids were wondering what was going on :). Awesome spot and thanks to Allie for finding me a perfect place to enjoy my bday!

Amazing ocean views

House could sleep a lot of people. We had 11 in our group. Kids enjoyed the hot tub. Adults enjoyed the ocean views and ocean sounds. Fell asleep every night to waves crashing. Saw dolphins and seals daily. Easy walk to beach. Rented surf boards and boogie boards. Loved Encinitas!

Great location, awesome view and plenty of room. The shower in the master bath is basically unusable (3’x 3’) for an adult size person. The others two showers needs faucets repaired for the water temp setting. One bedroom has bunk beds instead of a queen bed as pictured. Overall it’s a nice place and we’d stay there again.

Beautiful view

It’s a decent rental, nothing is perfect. The master suite shower is extremely small and the water pressure in the downstairs shower was horrible. Bathrooms can be updated and kitchen knives. Was not impressed by jacuzzi. We felt very lucky that the other renters were great! So glad because if your out in your balcony that could be awkward. TV set up in the living room is not in an ideal spot with seating arrangements. Also I feel the floors could have been cleaned better. I know it feels like complaining but we did overall enjoy our stay just want to be honest about some of the stay. One more thing considering we were on vacation we felt a little stressed about noise after dark we weren’t having a party or anything like that but just playing games with our kids, felt like we couldn’t even laugh.

Leucadia Condo

The location of this condo cannot be beat -- right in downtown Leucadia and near the Beacon's Beach Access. The condo was not 100% what we were expecting from the pictures. A little more run down and dated than advertised (the refrigerator was literally falling apart which we let them know about upon check-in) but the view of the coast and ocean was just as pictured which was very nice. One downside that you don't notice from the pictures is that another very large condo is right underneath you and their back porch is literally right in front of you when you look outside so it is not very private if you want to hang outdoors on the porch. When we arrived they were having a large party with beer pong and lots of cans and cups everywhere with loud music so it tainted the beautiful view until they checked out later in the week. Having 4 bedrooms was really nice and 2 of the 4 had nice large TVs in them. The wifi was in and out throughout our stay which we let management know and after a few hours they fixed the issue. If you are going for location and view and can overlook that the place is a little rundown this is your place.

Amazing Stay in Lovely Leucadia

We had an absolutely magical stay at this oceanfront home. We couldn’t wait for every day for the next beautiful sunset. The property management was very responsive and quick to resolve any issues. Be prepared for the very tiny shower in the master, but at least there is an en suite which is nice. The kitchen is nicely stocked and we were able to cook plenty of yummy meals with the appliances. Would be nice to have a Keurig instead of Mr. Coffee!

Beautiful Beach Property

The home was beautiful and spacious! It had so many amenities, but the best part were the accordion doors that fully opened to the beach view! They let all of the fresh, ocean air into the home and every sunset was beautiful! The neighborhood is friendly and there a many small shops and eateries nearby! The whole family loved it!

Best oceanfront view!!!

The views from the home are amazing. The comfy furniture and gorgeous fireplaces in the living room make you never want to leave. The bathrooms leave something to desire as they are outdated and there is no place to put your things. Some hooks and shelves that are corrected installed would go a long way. The location is awesome on a residential street with close beach access and walkable to cute restaurants and coffee shops.
