We had a couple maintenance issues but they were handled immediately and very professionally. Great service through Beachfront. Loved being able to order groceries and having them delivered when we arrived! The house had many bedrooms and bathrooms which we needed for our large family. View is amazing. House did get very hot during the day. Not many windows in the bedrooms open so we had to run a lot of fans. Fans were supplied so that was nice. Would have been good to have a few more of the larger oscillating fans. The ping pong and pool table was used by many of the family members as well as the hot tub. We had a wonderful family vacation!

I would let a friend know about the property but I would also let them know about the ant issues we had in the home and also the issue of no air conditioning in some of the bedrooms which makes it very hard to to sleep at night.

We've rented this property before and appreciate the consistent quality bedding and well stocked kitchen. The big issue is the price - it's just way to expensive for a stay with so many flaws. For this price, there should at least be two hand towels in each bathroom (not one). For this price, appliances should not be failing or poorly installed in kitchen. For this price, soap products should be refilled before a stay, lightbulbs/fans should work, there should not be trash under the sofa, etc etc. The maintenance and property management professionals I met during my stay were extremely responsive and kind. But there is a detail orientation that is missing. Maybe you should stay in your own properties? However, bottom line, we had a great time. Love the ping pong table and folding glass doors. Love the A/C. Love having second refrigerator in garage. Love having extra hangers in bedrooms.

Family reunion and we love the location!! The communication of the management company is excellent! The home was clean and had everything we needed. One minor suggestion is to add more plants and spruce up the landscape. We will be back!

Overall the stay was great! Check-In was easy, everything was clean and the video guides made everything easy. The location was also great, we saw dolphins and seals right from the patio!! Our only hiccup was that the outdoor fireplace was out of propane, but everything else worked great. The parking was also a struggle, the garage was pretty right for two cars and finding nearby parking for our fifth car was tricky, though they were very transparent about that. Overall we had a great experience and the location was great!!

First of all the people at Beachfront are some of the best people I have worked with. They are beyond nice and responsive. Very much appreciated them and their professionalism. We really enjoyed the property we stayed at. Just four days prior to our planned getaway we were advised by another property owner we had made reservations that our reservation had been cancelled. We were quite distraught as our whole family party had made arrangements for travel and had purchased venue tickets. We were able to secure this property for our family with only a few days notice. Again, the Beachfront people were awesome to work with us. The property has superb views overlooking the ocean; a perfect gathering place for our family. The kids loved the hot tub! The parking was perfect for our vehicles. I would certainly recommend it to others. Just a note on the amenities - bring your own beach equipment (boogie boards and such, as there are none available at the property). We did have a few issues with some of the doors not working, but Beachfront was there to assist us in remedying the issues. It really was a great venue for us. Thanks!

We loved our stay. Great home for extended family gathering. Used 7 of 8 bedrooms with king or queen beds. Loved the main kitchen/dining/family room and patio for family gathering. The bluff and ocean view were enjoyed by all. We had one casualty - we broke one long stem wine glass. Sorry. If you let me know how to pay for it, I would be glad to do so.

We had such a great time! The location was clean, well-maintained, and very accurate of the pictures on the site! Everything worked great and wish we could stay longer. BFO was very helpful in answering questions and they were very helpful! Highly recommend!

The house is nice and in a great location. Great view of the ocean and beach and spending time in the hot tub on the back deck was a blast. For reference the neighbors are really close. We didn't have a party, but even being outside talking after 9 was too loud as the noise carry's even when quiet. If you are planning a party be mindful of noise as the house calls for quiet time at 9. I could see this being tough even for a family let alone a larger group. Outside of that the house was nice, easy to get into, short walk to the beach, clean, and an amazing view.
