Our family of 18 enjoyed the rental for a 2-days getting together. The view was incredible. We even saw dolphins in the water. The house offered plenty of rooms and spaces. Our children can each have their own quarters. The hot tub was very nice. However there’s not enough kitchen plates for us. The lower kitchen was not equipped with plates or utensils. A few items were not working including both refrigerator’s ice makers. Two portable ice makers were provided on the counter but very noisy. Window screens were missing or broken. The queen sofa bed was stuck and unusable which was a surprise at late night. The repair crews responded swiftly next day but they couldn’t fix the problem. My youngest son had to sleep on the main floor sofa and he was bitten by bugs that night. We would like to be back again if it’s better maintained.

My family of 17 (ages 6-80 years old) had the most incredible time!!!!! This house is gorgeous and unbelievably stocked for cooking in-with the view-we were not about to go ANYWHERE!!! With three sprawling levels, we had so much room to stretch out. This is my 2nd time renting from BeachFrontOnly and as always, the management team was top notch. Its so wonderful to be able to text away with quick responses. The beds were so comfortable and tons of towels, toilet paper etc. were provided. I honestly wouldn’t change a thing-other then I wish I was going back today;)

We had an unforgettable time, and will be coming back again. The Management Team was top notch, responded to everything we needed. The sunset and ocean views from all 3 floors was spectacular.

We loved the location and size of the house. Rental company was so polite, informative and accommodating!!!. It was perfect for our celebration!!! Thank you. ? A couple suggestions: lAdditional kitchen supplies would be great .. like ziplocks, coffee, tea. As well as extra towels, blankets and pillows. *Also new bright caution tape needed on edge of step at hot tub deck. Our daughter fell off the step and had a pretty bad tumble. And even after that, a few more of the party missed that same step. Thanks again for everything.

Great time spent with family. We loved all the amenities. The rooms were perfect and accommodating for our group.

I appreciated the ease at which the process to rent was. The house was perfect for our needs. I look forward to returning again too.

Our family group of 14 Adults had a wonderful experience. A couple of small issues were quickly addressed by the staff. The view was amazing. The ‘pounding’ waves a couple nights broke the fence on the bottom Pago& left behind few rocks… but was thrilling to watch from the main patio above!! The space was clean & spacious for our group to enjoy

It was a beautiful location for our family group of 12 adults. We were close to activities in San Diego and enjoyed Oceanside & surrounding areas. We had a couple of concerns that management was very quick to take care of. The beach front is rocky (no sand nearby) but the huge picture window & outdoor patio were wonderful to enjoy the crashing waves. Loved our stay!

Hello We have stayed in his house several times. We enjoyed our stay very much! There were a couple issues. There was glass all over the lower patio area. Our grandson cut his foot! We picked up 20 or so pieces and called your office. A crew member came to clean up. After he left, we continued to find glass and our daughter stepped on glass and cut her foot! This glass had clearly been there for awhile....nothing was broken while we were there. Also, there was a gas leak on a heater unit in the downstairs area. The smell of gas was very strong ,and we didn't need the heater, so we turned off the gas supply and the smell went away. That was a potentially dangerous situation. Other than those two issues, everything was nice. We were surprised by the storm damage on the lower patio! We appreciated the temporary fence. What are the long term plans for repair? We always enjoy the hot tub but were surprised that the top level hot tub was gone! Our grandkids were a bit disappointed by that.....it was a favorite spot! Thanks again for a nice, family weekend in such a beautiful setting!

Had a great time at our rental. The views were incredible and we had plenty of room to spread out. Having rented a lot of places, one of the greatest benefits was being able to check out without having to clean up. When you're trying to catch a flight, that came in extremely helpful.

The views were amazing. The beach access was close and there was always parking. The free on street parking was amazing to have.
