Relax and lounge with the sound of waves crashing and the cool misty breeze of the ocean. This home is fully-furnished and professionally decorated with coastal decor. The kitchen and living room open up to a large oceanfront balcony, perfect for hanging out, dining, and sitting to watch the sunset. There are two master bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bath, and both have direct access to the oceanfront patio along with 2 more additional bedrooms on the middle level. This home is perfect for families with children! There is no ac in this particular unit, however, the proximity of this unit to the ocean and nearby beaches allows you many options to cool off and have fun.

We loved this place. We will probably return. Lovely property. Almost seems underpriced considering it's on the beach. The only drawback is that the beach isn't very useable during high tide because of the rocks, but is quite a nice beach at low tide. With that said, the sounds of the waves crashing on the rocks at high tide is spectacular.
The house itself was nice and functional. Beds were very comfortable. The split levels of the floorplan take some getting used to, but not a big deal. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

We have been using Beachfront only for years and our stays have always been great. We are a group of women all over 65 and have been making great memories in Oceanside. We did have some issues and have sent an email to management in regards to it, we have not heard back from them. We do understand that this is an older property, but some things are simple fixes that make no sense why they were not done before this property is ever booked. The bigger issue should also have been noticed by the cleaning crew and anyone else that went into this property. I would recommend this property if things are fixed.

Everything was great perfect view. If you have a large SUV it won't fit in the garage but you can park in front of the property. Property just needs a little touch up but I would definitely stay again!!!!

The location right on the beach was wonderful! I will admit I was surprised at the rundown condition of things for the price, which in total averaged $440 a night, after cleaning fees and taxes were added. I tried opening the window in the kitchen and it came apart, many of the electrical outlets don't work, the kitchen cabinets aren't flush and don't close all the way, the glass blocks in the walls are cracked and flooring tiles are broken. BUT...there are so many nice things to say as well! The backyard leading to the ocean is a DREAM. It's beautiful, clean, open, and the large living room / kitchen area is beautiful and tastefully decorated. The TV is huge, and all of the streaming channels were included and free. Anything you could want is stocked in the kitchen and closets (except laundry detergent). The front door lock was easy to use, but there is no light in the door area so it's a little sketchy. And did I mention this place is HUGE? It has 4 large bedrooms, and they are enormous. This is the perfect rental for a large family, but was also perfect for just me. I enjoyed my stay there!

We had a few issues with the front door code locking and unlocking the unit. The code had to be entered a few times to unlock, never opened on the first try. Same with locking the door when leaving. Also the smoke alarms kept beeping... one battery was changed then another failed later the same day with no response from the text message I sent to have the battery changed so I had to pull out the battery. BBQ grill was not working well, hard to light, low flame. Other than those issues the unit was great.

You can't get any closer to the ocean than this

It was great being this close to the ocean. High tide comes right up to the edge of the patio. You have to walk up the street to get onto actual beach, but we didn't care about that, loved sitting on the patio or deck enjoying the surf. The rental was clean and spacious (four bedrooms) but scruffy, as you might expect from a place that's been around for a while. No air conditioning is understandable this close to shore, but the interior has suffered from dampness. A few things were baffling, like lack of ceiling in a bedroom closet with exposed ductwork, insulation, etc., that leaves the space wide open to vermin, though we didn't see any. The fan in one bedroom was so noisy we couldn't operate it at night, which made things uncomfortably warm and sticky even with windows open. There were no outlets in the kitchen for the coffeemaker, toaster, etc., but after texting about it we promptly got a powerstrip. No icemaker. There are two washers inside but dryers are up on a shelf in the small garage, so you have to go outside and into the garage and stand on a step stool to reach them. Bathrooms were clean but evidently haven't been upgraded in years, although placement of big vanities outside two of the bathrooms was helpful. Overall, we're glad we stayed for the ocean but the interior could have been a lot better with some maintenance and upgrades. Note: We didn't see signs about street cleaning and got a $58 ticket one morning for being street-parked.

Easy. Easy check in. Easy to find. Easy access, house had mostly everything. It was very close to restaurants, Access to the beach was not difficult. Very close to the Pier. Bike rides were incredible with the sunset view. Most importantly it was clean. Spotless clean.
Access to the beach was not kid friendly, but still able to enjoy the beach front. Gorgeous view/sunsets. You will need to buy cooking oil/spray. You do share the backyard. But will definitely rent again. Nice decor. Comfortable backyard. Weather was so nice, not having AC was definitely not a problem.

My feelings overall on this rental are mixed. The location right on the water is amazing. There are panoramic views of the ocean from the upper level which are stunning. The unit itself is rundown and in dire need of a deep cleaning. There was an unbearable mildew smell and dampness in the entire house that makes it feel like you're staying in a basement. The washer is rusted and the doors do not open properly. I had to call the management company to let me in while we waited outside since the front door would not open properly. I will say that the management company is very responsive and helpful. The property just needs to be fixed. I would probably rent another unit with Beachfront Only but would not stay in this particular unit again.

Amazing Location

We had a lovely time at Beckoning Beachfront Duplex! The duplex is much larger then the pictures and descriptions which is so nice. And the view and direct access to the ocean is hands on the best. No streets in front of your ocean view or people looking inside. Very private. We enjoyed our stay and had the best weekend! The property management were extremely helpful and supportive when we needed an emergency location to stay at during a red flag fire warning that kept my family without electricity for days.

Best Vacation Ever

We stayed out of beautiful beach house in Oceanside California. Everything was perfect from all the amenities, silverware, view, betting, toiletries, in basically everything you needed except food. My kids loved waking up and looking at the ocean and playing outside in the Jacuzzi. They loved playing with all the games we made delicious dinners and cupcakes. My daughter said this was her best vacation ever and we have been a lot of places. I'm a nurse fighting on the front line of covid And this was just the break I was looking for. We made so many great memories.

Could Not Have Had A Better Experience

We loved this beach front property. While you weren't able to walk out the door and right on the beach the raised patio deck was tremendous for sitting, relaxing and enjoying the Ocean view. A short walk in either direction out the front door in either direction (right around the corner or down one block) provided easy beach access.
The customer service from Beachfront Only was terrific. We had two minor issues - when we arrived one of the chairs on the deck was broken and the large sliding door was missing a screen. A call to management had the chair replaced in less than an hour and the screen door replaced the next morning. Could not have asked for anything better.
Beds were very comfortable and the overall amenities were excellent. We went out to dinner only two nights - once in Oceanside and once in Carlsbad (just 10 minutes away), the rest of the nights we were having such a wonderful time we elected to stay in and enjoy each others company in this amazing property. Would definitely recommend this place to friends!

Nice but service wasn’t as expected

The property met our families needs to a tee with the sand in the “yard” and the ocean below with steps. Our oldest ones could enjoy the ocean and we could enjoy the little ones in the sand without any worries. The property was a bit outdated and from the front looked a bit opposite of a diamond in the rough. We had multiple garage door issues, non functioning ice maker and a smoke alarm that went off in the middle of the night repeatedly. We called, filled out a form thru the app, and texted and never got a response. One day our child’s wheelchair was stuck in the garage for over four hours. We continued to try the key pad and finally we were able to get it out. Disappointed in the overall service provided.

Wondrous family reunion at the beach

22 of us gathered in a Beachfront Only home and the three condos next door to be all together as a family...our 14th time in a Beachfront Only property...we love the beach and the exquisite care you take of us during our stay...a great week was had by all, from age 1 to age 76....thank you. Didn't know it was a shared house

Loved our stay until we learned that there was a single family staying above a house meant for 21 people. You can hear everything both ways and they decided to submit a noise complaint. We were playing a board game. Anything we did was going to be heard and the backyard while beautiful was shared in very close quarters with the other family. Just wish we would have known that. The picture shown is only 1/2 the backyard and not private.

Relaxation after the holidays

Our experience was very relaxing. It was perfect for the amount of guests we had. I loved having the private garage and the sound of the waves 24 hours a day. We would definitely come back. There were a few set backs in the beginning, the home was not ready until approximately and hour later than expected. We could not get the bbq to work and the shower doors were broken in the master bath. Other than those minor set backs we enjoyed our family get away.

Awesome...beautiful property...and as usual any issue, this time the leaking and then cold hot tub, was repaired diligently by you...we are sad about the disappearing sand since we have little ones...the gap in steps is not amenable for our older guests to reach the beach....this has become a home for us annually...thank you

We are sad about the disappearing sand as well. The City of Oceanside has replaced the sand for the last 30 years. This was the first year that it was not completed (and boy do we miss that sand). Great Location / Pretty Good Condoc

We loved our time at this condo. The location and beach access were terrific! There were a number of broken things when we arrived (broken shelf in fridge which wouldn't allow access to bin below, broken toilet seat, broken bottom tray on dishwasher, kitchen cupboard door that wouldn't close - 3" gap, screen door broken). This is an older property and it is not as nice as the pictures portray. However, the Beachfront Only folks were great and fixed all the problems within 24 hours. We had a super time with a large family group. All in all, a great vacation.

Steps from the beach

This property was a great! We brought our Girl Scout troop (11 girls and 6 adults) - plenty of space for all. Loved the layout and plenty of beds, bathrooms, towels and living space - indoor and outdoors. Kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. The girls loved making S'mores at the fire pit and enjoyed the hot tub. Clean and safe location. Steps down to access the beach was convenient and made it safe. Close to the heart of Oceanside. Walking distance to main public beach.

Family Reunion Fun!

It was great! The house was nicely appointed and appeared to be recently updated. We had plenty of space for all 19 of us although not each of my married children had a private room. There was Beach access but you had to go down steep stairs at low tide and go over some large rocks to get there. Everyone in the family had fun and wanted to come back again. Plenty of boogie boarding for all! Even though the beach was not private, the only people there were those renting the properties in the area, seemed private.

Just What We Needed!

The property was exactly what we were looking for to celebrate our mom/grandmother's birthday. It was clean, comfortable, well decorated, had plenty of parking, and was RIGHT ON THE Beach!!! It was fantastic, we could sip coffee on the porch while watching the dolphins. Or grill while the kids played in the sand or took a dip in the jacuzzi. We were a little worried about sleeping arrangements since the photos of the rooms weren't very clear but there were plenty of beds! We did have a couple issues with the fridge and gas firepit but the company was very quick to respond and got it fixed almost right away. Our only complaint was that the back patio/outdoor furniture split seemed a bit unfair with the top unit since ours slept more people. Other reviews don't mention it but there is a staircase down to the water so we had no issue with the rock barrier. A suggestion for other guests though: bring water shoes. The beach itself has a ton of pebbles/small rocks that were not comfortable on the bare feet. We are definitely coming back and making this a tradition!

Family Legoland Trip

There was 9 of us ranging from 4 yrs old to 51 yrs old and it was perfect. Plenty of room to roam and the view was spectacular. There were neighbors upstairs on 2 different occasions but we never really knew they were there because of how things where set up.
Were rented the house mainly to go to Legoland and it was perfect for that. It was only like 15 to 20 minutes away and 30 minutes for the fishing trip at Point Loma for the guys that they went on. You can't beat the prices for houses in Oceanside and I will use Beach Front Only rentals again. This was our first time ever renting a vacation home and it was so smooth and a perfect transaction......very happy campers we are.

Amazing location with beautiful sunsets

We could not have been happier with our stay. Amazing location, less then a mile to Oceanside pier with ocean access, and hot tub. We stayed here as we were competing in the Oceanside 70.3 ironman. The only things we were not aware is the ocean access is rocky and not beach, but we could have done more research to know this and we wish the hot tub was bigger because of the amazing sunsets. Overall, very happy with our stay.

We enjoyed our stay overall

The Bad: The plug in one of the master bathrooms downstairs didn't work, and the handheld can opener is broken (gears are stripped) both of which are minor issues. Our only major complaint is that the property description did NOT mention the fact that the back patio area is shared with the unit upstairs (no, the description doesn't make clear that there's a unit above this one either). There are two hot tubs in the rear area so at least you aren't sitting next to a half naked stranger but the close proximity still made things a bit awkward. Had we known in advance the back patio area is shared we would have definitely selected a different property. Some might not care one way or the other but we certainly thought it was more private when we booked the property. Also, at high tide there's little beach area directly in back of the unit but that was a minor problem for us.
The good: The property itself was great for what we needed. It was roomy, had plenty of beds which were comfortable, the kitchen had almost everything we needed (although we could have used a grill and a better spatula). Cleanliness was adequate as well and we were comfortable overall. It was also very nice to have a washer and dryer available. So long as you don't mind sharing the back patio area (as well as listening to noise from the upstairs unit), we would definitely recommend this property.

11 Friends stayed in this house for five days. The only thing we wished it had was a fire pit. Also this is a duplex style home and you share the backyard with your upstairs neighbors if that part is rented out. Had we known, these were attached, we might have rented both units. We had a great time and the property was amazing.

Spring Break Getaway

Had a great time! Ran out of gas the last night we were there. It's great they host the Ironman competition in Oceanside, but very inconvenient that we had to pack and load our car the night before we left. we couldn't park on pacific street from 4a.m. to 4p.m. Check out is 10 a.m. we had a wonderful time!

Amazing location with beautiful views. I loved the open kitchen and living room. The house is a little run down: sliding doors didn't open or close easily, lights didn't always work. But the kitchen being fully stocked with kitchenware was very convenient. Kind of a bummer we had to share the patio with other tenants. Otherwise, great place to stay.

Family vacation

It was a wonderful vacation for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. The beach is right in the backyard so we enjoyed the ocean to its fullest, when the kids were tired they could play in the sand while the adults lounged. The patio area gives you a wonderful view and has everything you need for oceanfront dining for every meal. The rooms, kitchen are very well designed to make good use of the proximity to the ocean. There's plenty to do around the area too, the carlsbad village, state beach, oceanside pier etc. All convenience stores are within a few minutes driving distance. We really enjoyed our stay here and will come back for a longer stay. Hopefully, it will be low tide during the next visit so the ocean would be more kid-friendly.

A Good Time was had by all

We stayed in this condo with our 4 kids and I think it is a great family friendly place. I liked that the bedrooms are on the ground floor so that the noise from the upstairs neighbors cannot be heard while everyone is trying to sleep. The location and access to the beach was perfect. The beach was better than our prior stay at Mission Beach which was overrun with 'spring breakers.' We found a great organic grocery down Oceanside Blvd called Frazier Farms and it is a very quick trip to Legoland. I would have given this place 5 stars but the bathrooms were not particularly clean upon our arrival and the septic was a little smelly in one of the master suite bedrooms; however, I fully acknowledge I am probably over the top on the neat freak scale. Overall, we had a great time and I would stay here again (and expect to clean the bathrooms immediately upon arrival).

Spring Break Getaway

We arrived to the cleaning people still servicing the home. we noticed a few things had not been cleaned and we were missing some items. Called the management company and more towels were provided.We learned that there is no cell service in the home only on the street. This was an issue with a few work calls that needed to be completed in the home with the internet. There is a home phone provided that we were able to use. However I feel the details of the home should have included this information. The details state that their is parking for 2 cars. The garage is very small and the driveway is even smaller. Our SUV's would not fit in either so we had to use street parking. This was not a huge deal as there wasn't much street traffic however I could see this as a concern if it was a busier time of year.
The best part of the homes that it is RIGHT on the beach which is wonderful! To listen to the ocean in the master bedrooms all night is purse heaven.The home is outdated and needs some attention. The bathrooms have a funny swamp smell and the shower/tubs are small. One of the showers is like a RV type and the other doesn't drain very well. The pictures that are posted for the rental are a little deceiving but if you want to just chill on the beach it is nice.The beach towels are the cheap kind and I would have brought some others. There are NO beach toys or items for the ocean but we found a small surf shop to rent boogie boards. It is a wonderful place to plop down on the beach and enjoy the amazing ocean and let the kids run back and forth in complete safety. The home sleeps lots and the beds are comfy. The washer and dryers are nice to have but the dryer made horrible noises and the washer leaks if not secured really tight. There was no scooper for the laundry detergent so you become creative.

Thank you for your comments. We take great pride in the cleanliness of our homes. It is very unusual to find the cleaning crew still there upon arrival. There were guests who departed that same day of your arrival. It is probably that the home was left in an unusually difficult state. This can take longer than anticipated to clean. For large cars or trucks, there is almost always ample street parking right in front of the property. We really value your feedback.

The only small problems were that we ran out of toilet paper and had to go buy our own. Also, someone poured a bunch of coffee all over one of our vehicles the first night. Great Vacation Location!

The condo was everything we expected and then some. Very roomey and very functional for out family of 11. The beach is literally off the deck making it easy to get food, drinks, and use of restrooms. Hot tub great after hours in the ocean. This is an excellent condo in evry way. One DOWNSIDE. Be aware that there is another unit above this one and you can hear every step and jump form the people above. Forget sleeping until the occupants above retire for the night. Very annoying, but other than that, this condo is outstanding.

We expected our check-in and check-out to be non-eventful and it was! We will rent from BeachFront Only again and again. The 1027 Pacific property is older but in good condition; however there is a foul odor near the fridge/pantry that needs to be attended to. Other than that, this property met our expectations and thus we'll return. This property delivers exactly what it promises and is ready to move in and enjoy. Lots of everything you have in your own home. Renting from BeachFront is a Zero risk rental.

We have vacationed several times and it has mostly been very enjoyable. This time our car window was broke and items were stolen from our car. This did make us feel a little uneasy and unsafe. I was also a little upset due to the fact that 2 of your staff had been to our unit and the upstairs one that morning and not one of them mentioned the window was broke. I called and nitified the staff and they said they would send someone over to clean up the glass. They never came so I cleaned it up. The rental is nice and the beaches are unforgettable. We had a great time this time as well as the others.

Oceanside beachfront house

Our family rented the house wanting absolute beachfront and the house delivered! The PROs: place can sleep lots of people, three bathrooms, open kitchen/dining/living space, huge table for large gathering, great deck and outdoor area, the sun and moon set RIGHT in front of the house (-: , great beach outside the door, the entrances to house and garage were managed by a keyless system which was very easy to use, you could walk to a few restaurants and other places were a quick drive away. The ways to improve: put a notice to keep the master bath door closed to avoid sewer smell (the bathrooms use a sump pump), stock the kitchen with better cooking utensils--all of the pots were missing lids! Aluminum foil, etc. would have been nice. Two CONS that were easily overcome: the two bedrooms that slept the most people were a flight of stairs away from their bathroom and the only exit to the beach was through the downstairs bedrooms so kids and their sand streamed through. Overall, a great place and we would rent again!

The staff at beach front only were very professional and took care of every detail. The house was spotless clean. It was not fancy or luxurious- best described as basic. Feels very much like a rental in that there are signs and instructions throughout house but they are helpful. A little quirky with some things like the sheeting in one shower ceiling which moves when the doors open and close & washer and dryer in master bathroom. Larger cars like our suburban will not fit in garage. BUT we would come again in a heartbeat- hottub is always ready - awesome views from kitchen and patio.

2 family beach getaway!

Really great, shared the house with another family of four and there was PLENTY of room, total of 4 kids ages 2.5, 4, 7.5, 7.5. right on the beach, nice walk to the pier, good restaurants/grocery close(most not really walking distance with those kids)! Very clean, still with privacy even with all those folks, definitely would stay here again. Only one garage space, but street parking was never a problem.

Family Christmas on the Beach

Overall we were very satisfied with our week on the Ocean. We rented it in order to celibrate Christmas and our 50th wedding anniversary with our kids and grandkids so there were 12 of us and it easily accomodated us. The property was everything we expected it to be from viewing the pictures and description on the website. Our only complaints were minor issues: difficulty closing a couple bedroom & bathroom doors, shortage of electrical outlets due to the age of the building (12 people trying to charge phones, iPads, etc.). We would definitely go to for any future plans.

IT WAS AMAZING!

Wonderful Rental....Needs some slight repairs/replacement

We really enjoyed our stay. However, one of the king beds is broke and the dining tabletop is tacky from the finish wearing off, ocean air does that. Also, bring chip clips for the bedroom curtains or the neighbors are getting a view;)
We were shocked by the cleanliness for the size of the home. It is a huge rental and very clean. There are 2 washers and dryers, which is a big help. FYI the white dryer is heat. Also, the king rooms have no windows for the breeze and the doors are not an option to leave open. It gets hot even with a fan. You really need a window in the summer. Overall, we love the location and would stay the cooler months. Beach Front Only is super easy to rent through and we had ZERO problems from start to finish.

Very comfortable rental

It was a wonderful accomodationFor a large family gathering. The weather was very foggy there but as soon as we went inland it was sunny. If you want to be in San Diego I would recommend getting closer to that area as traffic makes it a long trip back and forth with small children.
Oceanside is located in Northern San Diego County and is a central location for those looking to go to both LA and San Diego. We have locations in Oceanside, Carlsbad, & Encinitas so for your next visit with us call our reservation staff and we will place you in a property closer to that area! Coastal areas tend to get marine layers during certain times of the year, typically it will burn off from mid-morning until early evening. Weather is always temperate in San Diego! Very nice experience. Had a couple of issues that were addressed in timely ways. The hot water heater was not working initially, it was promptly fixed. The entry code on arrival was wrong. A phone call got a prompt correction and access. The sump alarm went off on several occasions which unfortunately woke sleeping little ones. The management was prompt on assessment. Having said all that, the condo was well equipped to handle a large party like we had. Convenient location to groceries, theatre, beach activities such as fishing and surfing

What a wonderful location for a women's retreat! Outside of needing a few more light bulbs, this home was perfect! great outdoor space, room to get away, so all 12 of us felt refreshed! Plus, the main area was perfect for our retreat sessions! We want to do this again next year!

Great Family Beach House

This was a family vacation for myself, my husband, our kids and grandkids (8 adults 5 kids) The house was perfect for our needs. The only thing I would change about the house is having to go out to the beach through the master suites. If you don't have children who nap, this wouldn't be as much of an issue. Overall, a great house.

Fall break getaway 2011

This condo is perfect for two couples and a ton of kids. The beach was only accessable through the bedrooms so our room was constantly full of sand. Two of the bedrooms have loads of sleeping room with bunkbeds and window seats that are the size of a twin bed, but only one small bathroom on another floor! Stairs are tile and we had a couple of slips and owies. Kitchen has very ligtle storage for your food and little work area, but we managed. Odd for a place that sleeps so many people, owners must eat out. Perfect area! I am a return customer with Beachfront Only, but will not stay in this condo again.

Family Beach Adventure 2011

A great time was had by all at our family beach adventure. The location and size of the beach house was perfect for our family of 10. The positives far out weigh the negative but for a house that sleeps 14 to only have 5 chairs at the dining table was not acceptable. My guess is that originally there were 8 but since they were inexpensive, when the other 3 broke, they were not replaced. The linens need replacing as the sheets and bath mats had holes in them. The hot tub was great but in a house that size again should have been larger. But those were minor set backs for a very, very enjoyable vacation. Thank You.

The location was excellent - truly the ocean is in your backyard. The Condo was nice - and fairly soundproof.
On another note - the phone did not work, the dishwasher did not work, the coffeepot did not work and the can opener worked only in spots - I cut myself trying to open the rest of the can ...

Perfect Family Beach Time

We've been to San Diego several times, but this location and our luck with the perfect weather made this our best family vacation ever. Everything we could possibly need was supplied from towels to dishes. Directions supplied ahead of time were extremely well presented and easy to follow. The only problem was that the water heater was unplugged by previous renters to allow for plugging in a DVD player in one of the bedrooms. Once we discovered that, we had no other problems. We chose hot water over watching DVD's. We especially liked the patio area where our toddlers could play in the sand while adults were in the hot tub. We all (five adults and five children) wish we could have stayed longer and hope to return someday. The BeachFrontOnly management are the best we've ever worked with. Thank you very much!

Oceanside Beach House

We loved this beach house. We received good value for the money we spent and we had a fantastic time. There were no hidden or additional costs when the bill came, and everything about the house was just as it was advertised to be. The area is safe, and very central to many different family activities.
The house had some general maintenance issues, but nothing major and we listed them when we checked out, so I'm sure they will have been taken care of.

ONe suggestion is for a more direct path to the beach instrad of over the large rocks. A few houses down they had some stairs that we used, or we needed to walk out the front of the unit and use the public access down the street. I was not aware of the rocks and wall between the property and beach. THe photos do not show this. For some this would have not been a problem, but for a blind, mildly disabled individual like my daughter this did pose a problem. In the future I will ask about modifications for the disabled prior to registration.
Hi Leslie: thank you for the feedback! Per your suggestion, we built a brand new cement staircase from the patio area onto the beach. Our guests can now enjoy easy access over the rocks and onto the beach. Another option you may like to consider for your next visit is one of our beautiful properties at 809 S. Pacific Street. We have four custom-built luxury condos at that location: two 6-bedroom condos and two 5-bedrooms condos. The properties are ADA compliant and each unit has garage parking for two cars. Plus, there is an elevator from the garage up to the condos. Great Condo on the Beach

This unit was great - with the possible exception that the yard (spa, BBQ, etc) is literally shared with the adjacent upper unit in the duplex. Zero sense of privacy. The property would be much better if the area was properly divided by a small fence or more vegetation. Even with this minor problem the condo was great and we had a wonderful time. I would rent this unit again. BeachFront Only (as a company) really seems to have its act together. They were professional and friendly at every step in the process.

Our family loved our stay

This was our second year at this beach house and we had just as great of a time as we did last year. It fits our family of 8 adults and 5 kids perfect. Last year it was right on the sand ,but due to heavy rains this year, that washed away the sand, we had to climb down rocks. Was a bit tricky for some! The house is well stocked and very comfortable!
