This oceanfront romantic getaway home is the upper level of a duplex. The perfect place for a quick getaway with fantastic views of the ocean. The full kitchen and living room open up onto an oceanfront balcony, spanning the entire length of the home with a fire pit to light up your nights. There are two bedrooms and two baths, one bedroom having an ensuite bath. There is an oceanfront patio with patio furniture, a BBQ, with the ocean just mere inches away! The left side of the patio is designated for guests staying at the 1029 unit. Relax and lounge with the sound of waves crashing and the cool misty breeze of the ocean. There is no AC in this particular unit, however, the proximity of this unit to the ocean and nearby beaches allows you many options to cool off and have fun.

We had a great stay. The property management company was very attentive and got back with us right away when we had questions. There were 4 of us on a sister's trip and this was the perfect condo for us. We had an issue with the screen door which they need to fix but this did not hamper our stay. I would suggest screens on each window in the front bedrooms so the air could be circulated. We all loved this place and would stay here again.

House was laid out as described, had a wide variety of kitchen and bath items available for convenience.
Many pieces of the apt were in need of repair/improvement, such as towel racks in bathrooms, electrical outlet access and safety, heaters were old and radiating heat from pilot lights that were ON, railing by bedrooms was loose, garage door opener keypad/remote were difficult to use at first.
Location was nice but unfamiliar with the area of town we expected more direct ocean access (just weren’t clear on the access).
That said, we did enjoy our stay. Very responsive staff before check in , nice test instructions with brief info on what to do. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable bedding, good number of towels. Would have been nice to provide an initial supply of bottled water to make the nugget ice.
Would rent from company again, maybe not this particular unit.

We had a great time! It was our second time staying that home. We had previously stayed in the unit below.
The only reason I can’t give it 5 stars was the cleanliness. The floors were so incredibly dirty. My feet were black at the end of the first day and we ended up having to wash our feet multiple times a day because it always felt like we had a film of dirt on them. We had a baby crawling around and it was stressful seeing the amount of dirt on his hands and feet. The property needs to be mopped between guests.

The property was absolutely beautiful! I really enjoy renting directly from Beachfront Only. All associates are kind and professional and I like the text messages checking in to see if anything is needed or if I have any questions. This property although beautiful is need of minor repairs (floor had duct tape, tub has scratches/stains, no hot water in master bathroom sink, electrical outlets). All in all, it was an enjoyable experience and I would definitely rent another property with Beachfront rental in the future.

We loved the place! Beautiful condo! The only issue we had was the hot water didn’t work in the bathroom sink off the bedroom and the tub in the other bathroom is in bad shape, didn’t feel comfortable using it

everything was great besides a couple of things. I had issues with the grill that was addressed. sadly, they couldn't come fix it until the day of my check out day. This is the eight year we have stayed in this unit. The location is wonderful. Being right on the ocean shore is my happy place. I walk my two dogs down to pier every day, have a coffee at Pier View with my husband, and then go back. The property management personnel are excellent. When we had a few issues with a door knob and fire alarm, they were immediately on it. So, in sum, we stay for five weeks in length and every day is perfect. Thank you Beachfront!

We have been to multiple properties through beach front. This property was clean, in good condition and the view was beautiful. It rained all weekend however we were content cooking together and playing games! My husband was a little disappointed he wasn't able to watch the football game on TV and the remotes batteries were low in the master bedroom. Other than that, we had a wonderful time!

Loved our stay

We loved everything about our stay. The view was absolutely amazing. Love all the windows and sitting on the balcony listening to the waves crash. Always on the hunt for pet friendly places to stay and this didn’t disappoint. Below neighbors were quiet. Location was great and the walk to Buccaneer Cafe was enjoyable and the food was definitely worth the trip.
It was a short trip, so we didn’t use all the appliances or amenities but would definitely stay again.
The only con was that the rental is a little older and outlets to charge phones and laptops were scarce (will probably bring a charging outlet / power strip next time) but other than that it was 5 stars for us.

Beautiful location and views, well stocked with kitchenware, appliances, linens, etc., Nice balcony and patio area. Fridge needs replaced didn’t cool properly even after following directions, broken, sticky handle, Need window screens as the entire family got mesquite bites . It was too warm to keep windows closed. The family room carpet/ mat had a terrible odor.Master room fan missing pull chain. Could only have fan on with the light on. Coffee maker stopped working day 2. Overall, enjoyed our stay and location. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great place if neighbors are respectful

Our first day we didn’t have anyone below us so it was really enjoyable and we could leave our windows open to get the cool ocean air without issue. The next day, a large group arrived and were loud on the patio so we couldn’t enjoy the breeze or ocean as much without hearing every word of their conversations. Once they left we got an even louder group…. If it wasn’t for that, I’d say this place was really great. The location is perfect and having a garage was great. It gets pretty moist in there from the humidity and no air conditioning makes that worse but if you’re able to leave the doors and windows open, it’s perfect. We will likely stay at a place without neighbors directly above or below next time.

Beach getaway

The property was great. I don't think you should allow guests to smoke on the balconies. Our last day at the property a family moved in and they were out on the balcony smoking all night. We were right above their condo so we had to keep our door closed because of the made for a terrible experience the last night of a beautiful stay.

We have stayed in this house a few times. It is one of my favorite properties. It was the best! We had a little trouble with the dishwasher but they took care of it so fast! Great service! Ruby’s on the pier is not there anymore! We were sad but they sad another restaurant will soon be there! The beach is getting narrower but we had so much fun catching waves on our boogie boards!!! Relaxing February family vacation

Overall our rental was great during our February stay. Lovely views and sounds of the ocean, but unfortunately, not a lot of room to play in the sand as it is too close to the rocks with the high tide. Our kids were a little bored due to that. It was still nice to sit outside and enjoy the weather and the view. The nicer sandy beaches were not too far to drive to. At the rental, it felt clean, safe, and we felt at home. We were surprised that only one of the bedrooms had a TV in it. We had the room without one and since we shared with our kids, it would've been nice to have that addition for convenience. The living room smart TV only had HULU as a signed-in guest account. We felt limited with what we could watch. I guess we could've signed in with our accounts on other services, but chose not to. Also, not enough outlets in the bedroom we were in to charge our devices. There was a lamp next to our bed that we couldn't even use because there was no plug for it. My parents were in the other room and they complained that the bed and floor were quite noisy. Luckily, we didn't hear it. We were more surprised at how much we could hear people right outside the rental just walking by. We woke up a few times due to that (bedrooms face the street). Beds and pillows were comfortable. Nighttime got pretty chilly. There were a few places within walking distance to grab a bite/groceries, but not enough, so we ordered in a few times. Indoor dining was still closed for almost all restaurants due to Covid. The hot tub was a fun addition that we used quite a bit. The one-car garage is for a small car only. Parking on the street was a little tricky at times. We were really hoping to go to Legoland but were disappointed that it still wasn't open during our stay. Although we got a little bored (due to Covid restrictions) while we stayed here, the place was nice and convenient with great views of the ocean. I'd recommend my friends to stay here.

We have been staying in this unit for 7 years for five weeks each stay. We go down in January and part of February. We absolutely love this time of year in Oceanside. We literally feel like it our home—it meets our needs and we love listening to the surf pounding each day outside of our patio door.

really liked this place, clean with everything we needed. Would note that outdoors each unit has a table with 4 chairs so could be an issue if you or the unit below "borrows" the others chairs. we did not have that problem but probably should have clear cut guidelines that each unit is limited to one set of patio furniture to avoid problems.

Beachfront get away

We had a wonderful time at the beachfront condo we rented in May. The condo was very comfortable for 6 with plenty of room for everyone. The outside patio was perfect fro relaxing in the sunshine. The pictures were somewhat deceiving when it came to beach access, there are huge rocks and small steep stairs needed to get to a somewhat rocky beach, but other than that it was great.

Amazing view!

The view from the rental and patio is amazing! The rental is clean and kitchen well stock. The bedrooms can used ac units. It does get warm and stuffy.
The hot tub was not setup (it was not even plug in) and no one call us back after leaving the message. We finally plug it in and set it up ourselves after the first day. Also no gas in the fire pit.
Still the view make up for all the problems.

This condo was completely clean, well-stocked, and nicely furnished, but best of all is its beachfront location. Walk right out to the sand (no strand or boardwalk in between like many other nearby locations). Close to the pier, but away from the busiest areas. We had a wonderful week here.

Our Home Away From Home

We have been staying in this unit for five years. We love it, love it. We wake up every morning to the waves crashing and end our night watching the sunsets. The place was nice and clean so kudos to the housekeeping staff; however, one of the bedrooms didn't even have a closet. I've never heard of such a thing. Very inconvenient. Secondly, although it was described as having a "private spa," it most certainly was NOT private. It's in the backyard that is shared with the condo below. There could have been and should be a wall separating the two spas. The families in the condo below us had 11 children all together and they were in the spa and back yard continuously so we never got the opportunity to use our spa. Very disappointing. I know the place didn't claim to have a/c but come on. It's southern Calif. Why wouldn't there be air conditioning? The screen door was difficult to slide and eventually one of the rusty and corroded wheels simply fell off so the screen door was rendered useless. The condo is in a great area with a fabulous view. There is room in the garage for one car. Checking out upon leaving was very easy and the only thing we were asked to do is put remotes into a basket on the coffee table. We had a nice stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again...just not during warm weather.

Beach front vacay

We had a wonderful time. The condo was very nice! My only issue was it sleeps up to 8 people and it had 2 small pans, it made it difficult to cook for that many people. The sofa bed mattress is basically springs, ( probably should replace that) we had to go out and buy a couple of air mattresses to sleep on. We would stay here again but we know we would need to bring pans and air mattresses. It is a very cute place right on the beach!

Great Beach House

Quick Getaway!

Quick getaway for myself, my wife and three kids. We've stayed with Beachfront Only before but not at this unit, booking process is always so smooth. This unit was perfect for our little family. Beach access is great, spa was nice and sunsets on the patio is unbeatable. Normally we go to 333 for steaks but we couldn't make it work with the little ones. NEXT TIME!

Great view but lousy neighbors

Its was in a great location as far as ocean view, but no water access due to rocks and tide. Also, we were visiting at the same time as a bachelor party so not the quiet, smoke free beach retreat we had hoped. A few of the area rugs were missing but mostly nicely cleaned.

Overall satisfied with the rental but the condition of the beach is not what was represented in the pictures. There is little to no beach for long periods of time throughout the day. We had to leave the beach house and go to the public beach so kids could play.

First every beach vacation

Walking into the rental we were pleasantly surprised by just how spacious the condo was. The windows were open letting in the ocean air and the sounds of the waves. The condo had everything we could need. The main floor shared outdoor space was great. The spa didn’t work for us (or perhaps it was user error) regardless the management company came out quickly and got things going for us. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of linens. It was a great bonus having the washer and dryer there! We saw whales and dolphins from the property which was amazing. The kids built sand volcanoes in the sandy area without having to actually be down by the water which was nice for the adults. We honestly cannot wait to book the property again.
It would be nice to have plastic cups and dinner wear for beach side meals but we made due. Having beach towels was also a pleasant surprise (we brought our own just in case). The only downside was the lack of a fire pit on the main level that I was told would be there. We went and bought our own and left it with the property when we left.

Oceanside fun in the sun, sand and rocks.

We were there 3years ago in the same rental and there was a great sandy beach. This time was a little disappointing because of the rocks. But,we still had a great time there. During our stay, there were 7 ladies, we painted rocks from the beach and took them around town and passed them on to people to make them smile. Good time had by all even though the sand was gone.

More than we expected!

We had such an incredible time at this place. It was perfect for our group. We had a few friends over on Saturday to celebrate, and the combined kitchen, dining, living room space was perfect. The back yard was also great for a sunset dinner followed by a nighttime hot tub. We loved it so much, we talked about coming back with a bigger group and renting both units! But my personal favorite was falling asleep on the living room coach to the soothing sound of the waves rolling into the beach just yards away! Divine!

Very good location, approximately 1 mile from the Oceanside pier.
The condo was clean and comfortable. Beautiful view of the ocean. The deck was small but the view compensated for the smaller space.
The beach level deck is shared with the main house. To get there you have to walk down 2 flights of stairs, which is fine for most but might be more challenging for someone older.
It was disappointing that no beach chairs or toys were provided.
The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware, however there was nothing extra such as aluminum foil, ziplocs, cooking oil etc...
The rental company was easy to get in touch with and helpful.

It seems that it had everything you needed except some extra items that are not provided. While we do fully stock our kitchens and provide you with a lot of the basic items including spices, we also provide a list of items on our website (under what you need bring) that you will need to bring on your trip which includes cooking oil, saran wrap and foil for left overs. We don't provide maid service so unfortunately we can't provide items that cannot be restocked on a daily basis, we do provide some basics items to get you started such a toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. We do not provide beach accessories as people tend to either take them when they leave or leave them on the beach, but we do have an amazing concierge service that can provide all beach items for you.

It was very fine, miss it already would come back.
Just for your good I did write on paper that bath with the brown vanity door that the upper door hinge needs replacing - no adjustment possible.Also if possible a little more area in the baths to set personal care things - shaving, combing etc. stuff. Awesome Girls Trip!!!

We were absolutely pleased with our beautiful rental! The property was clean, comfortable and quite cozy. It had everything we needed except the fire pit was not working which was not noticed until 7pm on our last night. That was a little bit of a bummer but not worth knocking stars from our review. Fabulous Vacation with 10 Adults and 10 kids

The water was warm, the waves huge for boogie boarding, and the beaches were basically empty of people. The hot tubs kept the small ones totally entertained. Anything we needed was just a phone call away to the management and they responded immediately which was awesome. One warning: The downstairs bedrooms facing the ocean have no windows that open but instead have big sliding glass doors. So for ventilation and a great ocean breeze we slept with the doors slightly ajar. (I know BAD decision!) Unfortunately, our last night a thief slide our door open during the early hours of Sunday morning and entered our room while we were asleep. He took my husband’s bag. (Short version of this story.) Our children were in the upstairs apt and were planning on leaving at 5:00 am so when I heard noises outside our door I assumed it was them collecting all their "stuff" so I yelled out “goodbye." I guess it startled the thief and he ran off leaving my husband’s suitcase opened and clothes thrown on the sand. How lucky we were! The thief left empty handed.

Great place RIGHT ON THE OCEAN!!

Great Vacation rental right on the ocean (not much beach)... Management company was very responsive and we even needed a maintenance person to come by and he was there in 10-15 minutes... Hot tub in the back is nothing fancy but the water felt warm and the gentle jets felt good to relax with and watch the sunset behind the ocean... Pretty cool...
Be sure to shut the fridge tight!! It doesn't close all the way but works great! Be sure to ask how to turn the heat on... Old School gas wall heaters??? We didn't really need the heat, but one night it got pretty chilly and I didn't feel like messing around with the units... we survived... 🙂
There is an awesome little firepit on the back porch and the view is very nice (set back between two other condos)...
Cable works sparatically, but again the management company was very responsive and politely asked me to unplug the box and plug it back it so it could reset... I did and it worked... and I did it again a few hours later... and another time as well... We probably wouldn't have watched so much TV but we stayed during the "big storm"... so that's the fix if it happens to you... No big deal...
Good size garage for your vehicle!! Big plus!!

Oceanside condo

The.location close to the ocean was great. The place was very well equipped and neat, however the couch and chairs in front of the TV had a bad odor of urine especially when the sun hit it. After reporting it they replaced the furniture and rug and the scent was gone. This should have been detected by housekeeping in the beginning. We could not sit on the furniture and it was in the same room as the dining area. Other than that it was a relaxing weekend.

Our Annual Heavenly Beach Experience

Lovely...a beautiful place and view. A special memory for the grandkids. The Easter bunny found the girls, Jazmin & Sharon, and they were thrilled! Good location but noisy

When the problem was descovered, people took car we over quickly. But the problem is a smell of urine. It cannot be taken off so
quickly. Probably be sure you r a n r with conditions no pets. I missed this one and got a trouble for ourselves. The stairs to th Ed beach were to high and did not touch the ground. It made impossible for 70 old ladies and child to go without complications for beach walk. The location is excellent, provided with kitchen and beach amenities. We will be happy to ren th again in the future .

Exactly what we needed

From start to finish this was a great rental experience. The phone app is outstanding, with info the garage, the key code, reminders about street swipers. I felt like there was no detail left out. Also the app gave us info on restaurants nearby. The condo was perfect, clean, spectacular ocean view. Hot tub and lunch spot on the down on the ground level was an absolute treat. Ocean waves crashing and a simple walk off the patio to the beach. Blinds do not work the best but we adapted. Furniture was comfortable and all appliances worked well as expected. Security was not an issue as all doors locked and were keyless. Garage was great. Large crowd of men rented the unit below. Loud at times but totally respected the 10pm quiet time. Friendly group that had a good weekend. We enjoyed the privacy during the week. Walking distance to everything along the beach.

Not Cheap, Minor Inconveniences, But Some Good Memories

Jacuzzi was cold for the 2nd night and the refrigerator didn't work too well. But it is an otherwise well maintained property in an excellent location. We had 8 guests and the layout was perfect. It's too bad the check in isn't sooner than 4PM, especially in the Winter. And a 10AM check out wasn't too good either.

Great family vacation

This was a great vacation property for our family. The view of the ocean is breathtaking from the moment you first walk in the door. The pictures do not do it justice. Everything was clean and well maintained. In the future we will bring extra paper towels and toiltet paper as there was not enough to get us through the week. We stayed here in the middle of October and the weather was mid 70's to mid 80's the entire week. Couldn't have asked for better weather. Water was cold but we were still able to boogie board all week (without wetsuits). There are two flights of stairs that you have to walk down to get to the beach. This became tiresome towards the end as we were constantly going back and forth with our young children. You do have your own patio below with a hot tub but there is nothing seperating your patio from the neighboring patio. We will definitely try to book this rental for our future stays in oceanside.

We enjoyed being able to walk off our patio right on to the beach for walks and shell hunting! Oceanside is great! Lots of great restaurants! Rental had all you need to cook in if you prefer. My only negative was sharing the patio with the guests in the downstairs duplex. While they were there, they used the entire patio and we did not feel comfortable going down, felt like we would be intruding. My suggestion would be to separate better with a fence or plants, and maybe separate entrances. Overall great stay!

We stayed in this condo in mid-February. The location was wonderful, and the beach was beautiful. The views were spectacular. The condo was well-furnished and lovely. My main complaints are that the bedrooms are in back, so you do not get a beach view and the traffic from the street is very noisy. There is a train that goes by all hours of the night. Also, the heater near the back bedrooms was broken, so the bedrooms were freezing all the time. Otherwise, it was a lovely vacation.

Thank you!! We had a fantastic time!! We arrived at 5 pm and we were met by a spectacular sunset view as we entered the place. My husband and I were able to relax and enjoy each other as the stress of daily life just melted away (among other things I'm recovering from cancer). My 3 adolescent kids are not easily impressed and all 3 have already told me they want to go back again. I didn't hear one complaint from them the whole time! They loved the spa, beach, ocean view, collecting seashells, and relaxing on the balcony. We had a great time and everything was provided. The place was beautifully maintained and the decor was great-loved the art work! We could not have asked for better. Thank you. (One suggestion I have is a full length mirror. It could be easily hung where the hanging picture is in the hallway/by the wall heater. My 19 year old daughter and I both would of benefitted from a full length mirror during our stay). When I can I will recommend this place to others and we will definately put it under our favorites list for future vacation spots. Thank you BFO for everything!

We had a wonderful time, the apartment was fantastically located, the beach was great!!
Nobody wanted to leave, because we all enjoyed sitting by the beach and swimming so much. Of course, the sunsets were spectacular!! We also thought it great to be able to cook at home, the only thing missing were a couple of dish towels and a garlic press. All in all it was a great experience that we would repeat anytime.

Very nice condo and super clean! Loved every bit of our stay including our downstair neighbors. ONLY not so positive comment I have is the balcony. That is one of my favorite places in the early morning and evenings to sit and watch the surfers and dolphins. Great view but a little hard to sit on the patio furniture and see over the railing and the great view. Overall a very nice experience.

Great location with a great patio space. Everything was very nice. The only drawback is that you cant check in until 4pm and you have to be out by 10am. We were only staying for the weekend so for as much as we paid for the weekend, we didnt get much time. It would've been worth the money if it werent for the late check in and early check out. With Taxes and fees it cost $900 just for the weekend

The rental was very nice, the view was beyond amazing! The kitchen had everything we needed and that we very much appreciated. The only drawback were the people that rented below us. We did not use our jacuzzi because they used both ours and theirs and they had kids that used both areas & left their beach toys everywhere. We could have called the management company and know they would have addressed the situation immediately, they were very responsive. It should be stated very clearly that each rental has an assigned area and that it is a violation of your agreement if you go beyond yours. If you do the charge should be hefty. We chose not to complain because we opted to enjoy the beach!!!

We stayed at the Beach Front Condo P9201-0 March 9-12, 2012. It was a great three days. We enjoyed the location right on the beach. Also the access to restaurants and the pier were great. We would definitely recommend to this spot. The only thing we encountered that was a negative was that the wireless was intermittent.

I was very happy with the rental itself. I was not comfortable with the cleanliness of the linens. The master room had a pillowcase with bloodstains on it and we found a dirty sock in the sheet for the pullout sofa bed, the linens did not smell fresh and I feel were not changed between guests. The rest of the property was amazing.

Overall we were satisfied with our stay at your property. We would suggest that the carpet should be cleaned or replaced. It's unfortunate that they didn't tile the entire unit, when they were installing tile. It would certainly help to keep this beachfront condo cleaner. We liked the location right on the beach, but didn't like Oceanside community. We much prefer San Diego area, Mission Bay/Beach, Carlsbad or Encinitas. Unenjoyable evenings and nights!

The neighbors to the North of us burned some nasty smelling wood every evening. Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy the evening outdoors because the smoke fumes were so bad. We couldn't even enjoy the patio due to the smoke. We had to close ever window because of the smoke, couldn't enjoy the cool ocean breeze from our rental. Lastly, the neighbors were very loud, up until 2 AM. Not very pleasant evenings and nights.
Hi Linda: sorry to hear you had those unpleasant experiences during the evenings. But, next time, please count on our staff as a resource for you: we are an on-site management team to assist with such issues. If a neighbor is burning materials they are not supposed to be, it can be reported to the city. However, people are allowed to use portable fire pits at their homes and a lot of folks enjoy a cozy fire by the ocean. With regard to the noise: the good neighbor policy in Oceanside is no outdoor noise after 10pm. If the person being noisy is a guest, we can call them directly. If the neighbor being noisy is not a guest of ours, we can report them to the City directly and have the police or Sheriff speak with them, as needed.

Our family had an amazing time here and would highly recommend this condo for a family of four or five. The condo is extremely clean, comfortable and well stocked. The beach is gorgeous and the views can't be beat. The kids boogie boarded all day long and the waves were great as evidenced by the presence of local surfers each morning! The outside area with patio furniture and hot tub was very well maintained and comfortable. Although it is considered "private", the outdoor area is exposed to the other guests staying in the unit below. There is no tangible separation at all, just the understanding that each guest uses their side of the area. We were fortunate to stay next to a very nice family and we all exercised respect for the invisible boundary.
The property is in a neighborhood and requires a short walk to reach restaraunts, etc.

Better than expected!

We received all our check in info prior to arriving so we could go right in. When we opened the the door all we could see was ocean. As far as I am concerned it was better than advertised. Everything we needed was there. All we needed were groceries for our stay. This location is fabulous as it is right on the beach with a back yard you can truly enjoy with lounge chairs and hot tub. The beach is close to private, the unit was very clean and obviously well cared for. The only small problem we had was swiftly taken care of by well trained staff. I would recommend this to any couple or family who want a clean safe place to stay and enjoy. This was our first stay of which I can say will likely be many more. Hats off to Beachfront Only!

Recently I have made arrangements from my son and his wife to stay in a unit while he is being processed out of the Marines. It had taken longer then he anticipated so he called BeachFront and they immediately made arrangements for a place for them to stay the additional time. The perfect get away

Once again BeachFront Only Rentals came through with an awesome get away for my family. The condo was well stocked and perfectly clean. We would stay here again and are in the planning stages of our next escape.

Fabulous Beach Front Stay

Wonderful unit with great amenities, loved the hot tub and outdoor area. Unit was appointed nicely and offered great views. Our fave beach in Oceanside too, we are locals and this was a "staycation" we'll be back for sure.

Once again we had a wonderful time at the beach house with family and friends. Look forward to comming back every year. This is our favorite spot to enjoy our family vacation on the beach.

We had an amazing stay. The property was well stocked and very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on patio and balcony, sipping coffee in the morning and watching sunsets in the evening. My husband and I had tears in our eyes as we left.

Everything was great!
Our only disappointment was that the patio didn't match the picture. The gazebo was gone and a few other things were different. I suggest up-dating your picture just so all expectations can be satisfied. Also, one other suggestion would be to give guests a way to clean the sand out of the spa. Even though we rinsed off sand can still get in. It would have been nice to have a manual spa vacuum to get the sand out.
But otherwise you do a great job of representing your property. I would rent this property again and definitely choose a “beachfrontonly” property first!

Great Condo on the sand.

The condo located at 1029 South Pacific is extremely nice and perfectly located. Management at Beachfront Only is very responsive to your needs. Problems are handled without delay.
We have stayed in several places in Oceanside over the years and the condos handled by Beachfront Only are superior to all other condos we have rented.

AWESOME!

Five stars on all of the above. My grandchildren loved the proximity to the beach. The condo felt like home. Our five year old didn't want to leave the beach. He was getting braver and braver. Wonderful pictures of him in his wetsuit.
Public Relations by the rental staff was "heart warming". --checked to see if we were ok and if we needed anything. We had some difficulty with the umbrella while we were having lunch in the patio. We called maintenance and they came by within 10 minutes with another umbrella. Great service by very professional people.
The condo was spotless. Very clean--everything we needed to be comfortable away from home was available. A special thank you for the coffee grinder, that was a plus. I don't remember the last rental we did in San Diego having all the added extras--like laundry soap, dryer sheets, dishwasher soap etc. that was great. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a "home" away from home. We hope to do it again when the weather is warmer.

This was a great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. We had a relaxing time, the view was wonderful. I would come again and recommend it to all my friends and family.

Other than the glass on the patio downstairs due to the downstairs tenant leaving an umbrella open during a windy period on their balcony where it did not belong, the property was wonderful! Some of the glass is still on the entrance to the patio

and in the flower bed beside the walkway from downstairs. We pointed this out twice, they came to clean, but a lot is still left. Your manager was, however, excellent, and arrived expeditiously when called for service on the heat issue. Many thanks. I will definately use your services and recommend you to my friends.
