We have stayed here before. Love the convenience and proximity to Oceanside and restaurants. Last time there was a L shaped couch. It has been replaced with a couch and loveseat. Not comfortable. Toilet running in master bedroom. Told you and it never was fixed. Guy came out but didn't have the part so it just ran constantly. Kitchen cabinets need tightening. Wish the A/C would run more than 4 hours at a time in Master. We had to get up in the middle of the night to turn it back on. Maybe an 8 hour ability to leave on would be good.

This was our third time renting from Beachfront Only. This trip we rented P1111-1 which was an amazing property. We’ve had nothing but good experiences with Beachfront Only. The staff are quick to respond with any issues and are very helpful and friendly. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful and memorable family vacation. From sitting on the amazing patio watching the waves to exploring downtown Oceanside we had a family vacation that we will remember forever. We will definitely be renting from Beachfront Only for our next vacation.

property management company was extremely responsive and quick to fix a couple minor issues when toilet wouldn't flush and problem with water heater.

Great place with beautiful views. Great communication . Very clean. Loved hearing the ocean waves and the panoramic doors and patio are amazing. As are the tall ceilings. Very well decorated. Spectacular! Beds were very comfortable and it was nice to have the available toiletries. Docked one star just because there’s no filtered water from fridge or sink so we went out and bought a bag of ice and bottled water.(there is a countertop ice maker though. And we were told that the water is ok to drink). A cabinet door in the kitchen was completely broken off when we arrived (the prop manager did offer to fix it but we didn’t think it was urgent nor would affect our stay). Also would have been nice to have foil and plastic wrap stocked. Common spices were available and kitchen was stocked with all necc pots/pans/bowls/knives etc. thank you for a great stay!

One of the best rental experiences we’ve ever had, from top to bottom - the space was luxurious and yet also cozy, well appointed and with a view that made you feel like you were in the ocean itself. We spent a lot of time in the apartment due to my wife’s temporary mobility issues and it was a perfect place to be for a couple of days away. Management was very helpful and friendly. The parking and codes were a little confusing but we figured it out in the end. Thanks for a wonderful stay and we’ll hope to return!

Again yet another amazing and relaxing stay at this beachfrontonly property! The spectacular view, fully stocked kitchen, spacious living/dining area, great bedroom spaces and overall cleanliness keep bringing me back. What I also appreciate is the prompt service from the beachfrontonly staff. I had a concern regarding making a future reservation and Nancy took the time to fully address my concerns and left me with a wonderful lasting impression. I highly recommend this property!

Without a doubt, the view is breath taking! And like others, we enjoyed some dolphins, sitting indoors yet feeling like we were outdoors and simply relaxing. The unit itself was very nice and clean, which is so important to me. Only had one interaction with management, very positive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

The view is amazing and we loved that doors fully open, so it\'s indoor/outdoor living. Spent most of our time on the deck watching the dolphins and birds. There were a couple things that weren\'t working, but the the staff was quick to repair. Overall, it was a fantastic time. We will be back!

Great stay again. Issue with gnats which was resolved the very same day. I love the customer service! Was disappointed that the tv was removed out of the second bedroom. I hope it returns for my next stay.

Amazing views from our top floor condo! We appreciated the garage and spaciousness of the unit. Also, you were very responsive to our needs and we thank you for that. One suggestion would be to have lamps in the living room to cast a more cozy light.

Our recent beachfront only vacation rentals experience was nothing short of spectacular! We were right on the water’s edge, the accommodations were luxurious and exceeded our expectations. The interior was tastefully designed with a coastal flair, creating a serene atmosphere. Props to their decorator! The open living space allowed us to enjoy panoramic ocean views from every angle, while the fully equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze. We definitely recommend this property 1111-1  for an unforgettable beachfront escape – we’re already planning our return!

This was my second year booking this place, so needless to say I highly recommend it and planning for another stay next year. The view is amazing, the house is comfy and very clean. The rooms are a good size with extra space to sleep separately. The guest services team is great and there quickly with a simple phone call or text. I can not say enough good things about this condo and highly recommend it. This property is for sure FIVE STARS.
