Great Place!

The view is amazing and we loved that doors fully open, so it\'s indoor/outdoor living. Spent most of our time on the deck watching the dolphins and birds. There were a couple things that weren\'t working, but the the staff was quick to repair. Overall, it was a fantastic time. We will be back!

We have stayed in this unit 4 times now for a week each time. We love the location and view and every time before has been great. This visit had quite a few issues. On the first day, I stepped on a nail sticking up out of the floor because the transition strip for the flooring was missing. The repairman was excellent and we were happy. Then the double washer and dryers had an issue. We had to call for help twice ending up in both sets being out of order for the duration of our stay. It wasn't too bad because there was a unit downstairs in the garage that we could use. Then we had an excessive amount of bird feathers and bird poop covering our balcony. I think the wind blew it all down off the roof in the night. We realize it's a common problem but had no way to clean it so we had to get help. This happened again near the end of our stay but I didn't to be a pill and ask for help again so we just dealt with it. If there was an awning it would eliminate this problem. Also, the umbrella on the balcony had a defective base. We would fill it up with water so it wouldn't blow over but the water would leak out in a few hours so we couldn't really be on the balcony comfortably. A couple of other issues we ran into at this house- the oven does not work neither does he garbage disposal. We have loved every stay but this time I felt very frustrated.

Should this occur again, do not hesitate to inform us so we can get our exterior cleaning crew on the job.We have noted your suggestion about an awning and the leaking umbrella base. We appreciate you bringing these things to our attention. As for the oven and garbage disposal, we apologize for the inconvenience. These issues are usually addressed in our cleaning and maintenance protocol and we will make sure to do better in the future.Our text and email service is always available between 8 am and 8 pm to address such issues and concerns, aiming to resolve them within a 24-hour timeframe, supply permitting. Again, we apologize for your stay.

Great stay again. Issue with gnats which was resolved the very same day. I love the customer service! Was disappointed that the tv was removed out of the second bedroom. I hope it returns for my next stay.

Our unit had beautiful views, nice comfortable layout. The lower outdoor space is in need of some repairs, maintenance, & upgrades but loved the inside. Again as an owner of a vacation property in Sedona AZ & for the cost per night some upgrades should be considered to enhance the overall quality. We would for sure return to this unit for the views & interior space!

Our recent beachfront only vacation rentals experience was nothing short of spectacular! We were right on the water’s edge, the accommodations were luxurious and exceeded our expectations. The interior was tastefully designed with a coastal flair, creating a serene atmosphere. Props to their decorator! The open living space allowed us to enjoy panoramic ocean views from every angle, while the fully equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze. We definitely recommend this property 1111-1 for an unforgettable beachfront escape – we’re already planning our return!

Had issues with cleanliness right out of the gate. Found chewed gum on the floor by the couch and a drawer full of used q-tips and snack wrappers in one of the guest rooms. From that point forward it was hard to feel fully comfortable with the cleanliness of the property and we were hesitant to put clothes in drawers and felt we needed to wash the dishes before using them. An air conditioning unit in one of the guest rooms didn’t work. Management responded quickly with a portable solution, which was a bit invasive and not ideal but at least it cooled the room at night. The table benches were very flimsy and we didn’t feel comfortable sitting on them. One of the guest closets was full of maintenance equipment and seemed dirty. Other than those issues everything was great. The patio was the reason we booked and that did not disappoint. Loved the glass panels to provide an unobstructed view of the ocean. Didn’t use the private beach patio area but did notice two glass panels were gone on that level and replaced by boards, which took away from the aesthetic a bit. Looked like there were sand bags for some reason down there as well. In general that area seemed kind of messy and unappealing. Loved the property overall outside of some of the initial issues but concerned it could go downhill like the private beach section if not maintained well and invested in.

Great location and comfortable accommodations. Pillows and day bed areas seemed dusty. Garlic salt was hard and clumpy but otherwise kitchen was well equipped. 2nd time renter

Second time renting the top unit. We absolutely love the view here! It's spectacular all day and even into the early evening. The kitchen has everything you need to make large meals. Only downsides are the small ice machine and lack of central air conditioning. Since it doesn't get too hot near the ocean, the lack of A/C isn't a big deal at all, but just FYI. Management was great and attentive before, during, and even after our stay. Highly Recommend!

Great get a way

This unit is very roomy and comfortable. The bed and bedding is great! The kitchen is very roomy and has all the items you might need plus room to put you food away. The refrigerator is new and large but the ice maker didn’t work, the water did. This was a big inconvenience. They did provide a small counter ice maker but it was pretty useless.
The balcony is great and the glass walls are wonderful. The sliding glass doors in the living room are very difficult to open and we couldn’t get them to slide open.
The yard was great but the gate to the beach was locked I assume due to the stairs being messed up. I really wish they would fix this issue as it’s a pain to have to haul all your beach stuff down the road to get to the beach to set up. They if you need something or the restroom you have the hike back. Defeats the Beachfront use.

Very Nice Ocean View

The oceanview from the balcony is very nice, loved hearing the crashing waves. Overall, this is a very nice property, but if I'm getting picky, you can see it has been used for awhile. It could use a little touch up with trim paint, etc. It was clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the side bed sleepers came in very handy so everyone could have their own sleeping space. The larger ones do fit an adult. It was nice to have a garage for our suv because the parking spaces outside the garage are not very long and it would be hard to fit a larger size suv in them. The location is good, not too far from anything you would need. I would recommend this property.

This is the perfect location to enjoy an oceanfront getaway with family and friends. We felt like we had a lot of privacy (especially during the week when it was quieter in general), good takeout options in South Oceanside, and the views were terrific. Great experience. The condo was extremely clean, I felt comfortable walking around barefoot! Very spacious, plenty of relaxing areas. Kitchen had everything we needed. Perfect location

Ascending the stairway you get your first glimpse of the Pacific Ocean stretched out as far as the eye can see. The view from the dining room and living room is only surpassed by the view from the expansive outdoor deck. You won't want to go back inside after standing on the deck. Luckily there is ample seating with a sofa, chair and a dining table 9with umbrella). A fire pit and a BBQ grill are also available. Inside, the kitchen and bedrooms are immense and comfortable. I highly recommend this property for a few days or a few weeks.

Spectacular Get-Away!

We absolutely love this rental! Very spacious and clean. The 3rd floor deck gave us a beautiful view of the ocean and evening sunset. The personal beach was a great area to play Corn Hole, Ladder Ball and Horse Shoes. The only downfall is that the panoramic doors wouldn't open, which is part of the reason we selected this unit. We called maintenance to fix them, but they unfortunately weren't unable to do so. Other than that, everything was wonderful! We'll definitely stay in this rental again!

Almost perfect...

We are used to renting another place every year in Oceanside thru Beachfront so I'm a bit bias.
Anyways, this place is beautiful, has best views (we are on the top unit) but compared to the price we paid without direct access to the beach is too much.
Also, kitchen cabinet is broken when we got there so we have to be extra careful opening & closing it.
other than those 2 mentioned, then its a perfect get-away.

Quaint, private unit with spectacular view

I’ve stayed at three beach rentals and Oceanside and I think 1111 Pacific might be my favorite. This part of Pacific is a lot quieter and right on the water so the views are breathtaking. We enjoyed how it wasn’t a party scene nearby and during low tide, the beach is perfection. Although small, the two rooms are spacious and cozy. The parking is plentiful as well. I hope to stay here again!

AMAZING! WORTH EVERY PENNY!

What better way to spend a vacation...or a quarantine than a private place right on the beach, surrounded by waves and sun. We thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance of the scenery as well as the comfy home. It was fully stocked with anything we could have needed and we took advantage of the bbq and fire pit as well as our own private sandy suntanning area. My sons brought their beach toys and played in the sand privately with no one exposing them to anything. It was nice to be at a home away from home and we even booked another trip while on our trip. We cannot wait to go back. I highly recommend staying here just please take good care of this adorable place if you do, its very special.

Great place with amazing views!

I really loved this place because of the balcony views and the layout. We extended our stay because we loved it so much. The only thing wrong is the kitchen cabinets need major upgrading and they should put in some Cali Bamboo flooring. Oh! The slider windows came off the track so they had to put them back for us. These three upgrades would make the house absolutely perfect! Still a great place 🙂 we will be back!

Loved it, but new beds are needed.

The beds were soft, but sagged in the middle. Like sleeping in a clam shell. The maintenance folks need to turn the mattresses regularly and the beds need to be replaced more often than these. Concerned for our upcoming week long beachfront rental in Encinitas. Hope the beds are better there.

Breathtaking view!

Beautiful Ocean Retreat

We had a wonderful 5-day stat at the property.

Pros: The location can't be beat. There are 180 degree views of the ocean from the living area and deck. We spent our evenings hanging at the house, taking in the view an enjoying the sunset. The furniture on the deck is perfect for relaxing and the fire-table makes it even more cozy. We ate dinner at the condo every night because we didn't want to leave the view! The living and dining area is incredibly spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms are a good size as well and the little built-in beds were perfect for the kids.

Cons: The path down to the beach is treacherous. There is a steep drop off between the first and second steps. The steps themselves are at an angle and there is no railing. It would be hard for someone with mobility issues to get up and back. The neighbors actually let us use their stairs for getting our kids up and back. Once we made it down there the kids had a lot of fun splashing in the waves and it was so nice having the beach right by the house. The unit also does not have any beach amenities. This was in the information provided by the rental company so we knew what to expect. I just mention as we've rented a number of properties at this price point at other beach locations and they provide things like sand toys, beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards, etc. We had to go purchase these items for beach days which was not ideal since we couldn't bring them home.

Overall we had a wonderful stay and I would definitely return!

The floors were so unbelievably filthy. We went through a whole large of wet swifter and still coming up black. We couldn’t walk bare foot or socks because they turned black. Seems it had not been mopped ever. Same goes for the patio that needs to be power washed and scrubbed. This was our only disappointment

Sunrise, Sunset and Ocean Views, this condo has it all!!

We just finished an amazing girls trip that had been planned almost 1 year ago. How are staying resulted in us rarely leaving the condo. The views from the balcony or undescribable, and give you no reason to leave. The condo accommodated five of us very comfortably, and the kitchen dining area was equipped and easy to use. We grilled everyday and enjoy the most breathtaking sunsets from the balcony. I highly recommend this rental as a relaxing getaway for some much-needed down time. We will be back again!!!

Memorable experience!

The unit was exactly as mentioned in the overview. The staff were very helpful in providing replacements when requested. This is our 5th year using Beachfront only and our second stay at this unit. We love our stays each time! Units are always clean and welcoming! Stuff is out going and great. We had a issues this last stay with the patio doors. Made one call to the office and with in a few mins we had someone over to help out! The views are never disappointing. From the morning views of surfers, evening sunsets, great weather ever time (early Sept is when we go). We tell everyone about our stay and always tell our friends that this company is the way to go! Will always use whenever we are in Oceanside!!!!

It is obvious that this owner has put a lot of thought and money into this property.Howver renters, the sea and the sun, and some neglect has rendered it not as pristine as it was 2 years ago when we first rented P-1111. Third year in a row

We love this house, it suits our family perfectly. However this year we were struggling with the front sliders, they had a very hard time locking into open position and trying to put them back they kept falling out of the track, they are going to need repairs or someone will get hurt. Also the air conditioner in the master bedroom is barely blowing cool air, it couldn’t keep up in the afternoon heat, that also will need replaced.
We also had a ceiling fan break while we were there and I was very impressed by the prompt service. Overall another great experience.

Awesome experience

We greatly enjoyed our 5 day, 4 night stay at this ocean front rental. There was so much space to spread out and had large bedrooms. All supplies such as cooking utensils, dishes, and cookware to bedding were supplied. Everything was very open and clean with large windows and huge balcony overlooking the ocean. We had an issue with the TV and the fire pit outside and they sent maintenance over in a very timely manner to fix it. Customer service was very friendly and easy to work with.

We spent the entire month of February in the amazing condo. We actually watched them clean another of their properties. They were actually taking out the dinnerware & silverware and hand washing everything, before putting it all back in place!

We had a small window issue that was repaired within an hour. Because we had a small issue with the large window, the manager of the glass company came out and made the repair. He also suggested the other two large living/dining room windows were leaking, (moisture building up) that they have a ten year full warranty - that the owner/management company) should call and they will replace both windows at no charge.

The management company was extremely accommodating and attentive to any of our requests/questions..

Great condo - great view - and we had a wonderful time. Thanks for sharing.

Never dissapointed

Fourth year using beach front only. Never disappointed. Beautiful condo. A little surprised it did not have what one would consider a master suite bathroom. Was hoping for a whirlpool tub and it did not have one. Stand up shower only. Did not ruin the stay tho. Beautiful condo. Clean and up to date. Definitely looking forward to next year. Our annual rental

The house is great, fits our family needs perfectly. The only complaints are that the steps to the beach this year had a large drop with rocks below making it slightly difficult to get to beach with small children. Secondly, every time we arrive the house is sweltering hot and takes hours to cool down. Lastly the floors have grooves in them that the sand settles in so
The first day your feet are filthy. I have heavily mopped both times after arriving and then the floors are fine. The house is close to pier, lots of parking, and lots of amenities. The couch could also stand a good cleaning.

Stunning location, perfect apartment

My husband and I and our two closest friends stayed here for 3 nights in April and it was sublime. The location is absolutely stunning and we enjoyed sunset BBQs on the terrace all three nights. The apartment itself is equipped to a high standard and is extremely spacious and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute, in fact the only disadvantage is feeling like you should explore the town and into San Diego rather than relax at Oceanside! Get away while winter fades in Colorado

This was the perfect vacation condo for us. The pictures are true to form, we were so pleased with the location, the fabulous ambience, the comfortable beds, everything we needed to feel at home. A wonderful trip

Great location! Everything you need is right there! Only a few things that could have been fixed. There was patch work on the ceiling and sides that were not painted, wifi was horrible (we couldn't even use it), the floors were dirty upon arrival ( my feet were black. So, I went and purchased floor cleaner to clean them). The umbrella on the sand was inoperable due to having such a small stand.
Everything else was amazing. Both rooms offer partial view of the ocean. It was nicely decorated. The beds were wonderful; we slept great.

Relaxing Getaway

Great location and beautiful place! The third floor has the best views, spent every breakfast on the patio watching the dolphins and surfers go by. It is a 15 min walk to the pier, where there was live music and bike rentals. All of the appliances are top of the line but mostly used the gas grill which came with extra tanks. You won't run out of propane! We went down to the water everyday to boogie board and even fished off of the shore. Downstairs there is a small enclosed entryway where we left our sandy shoes and boards so that we wouldn't have to drag dirt upstairs. The only downside was the stairways. I wouldn't recommend this place for small children or elderly, unless you have someone to carry them up and down to the beach. The stairs down to the beach does not have a handrail and is slippery! Be careful!

A few days at the beach

Loved this place! The photos are just how this condo looks--neat, clean,spacious, upgraded with all the amenities needed for your stay! The view is gorgeous. Beds are very comfortable. We didn't have the correct code when checking in & we called the phone number.The representative was very helpful & apologetic that we weren't given correct code.Rocks in front of condo & mostly high tide prevents you from walking/laying out in front of condo, but common area with sand/chairs & fire pit help. I enjoyed hearing the constant waves crashing against rocks on shore. We tried to book for one more night but unfortunately was already booked. This was a great staycation for us and we are planning our next stay here!

Scenic Serene Beachfront

Open air living room, quiet, well appointed upper unit which was perfection for a bridal shower along with providing out of town accommodations for the bridal party-girls memorable weekend. Pristine property with breathtaking oceanviews. This was less expensive to rent for the weekend and more intimate than renting hotel/restaurant venue. Pleased with our selection. The photos of the event are gorgeous with the ocean backdrop. The girls were thrilled.

Lovely Upper Unit

We have stayed in many beach rentals and this was by far one of the best. This was a beautiful, light, and airy third floor unit with wonderful views. The décor is tasteful and relaxing. There is a full and modern kitchen and we made numerous meals without any problems. The beds were fairly comfortable and the extra side sleepers are a plus (and surprisingly comfortable). Our three-year-old slept in one of the small side sleepers and found it quite cozy. The balcony offers great views of the ocean and pier. We even watched dolphins swimming by one day. Most of the renovations in the unit have been tastefully done. There are just a few places where the workmanship is questionable, but the overall feel of the unit is very pleasant. We enjoyed going down to the beach via the easy (but steep) steps in the back. The beach was sufficiently wide and was not overly crowded or busy when we went in April. Our children enjoyed sifting through the shells and playing in the sand. We wish there was an outdoor shower to rinse off before coming into the unit.

When we first got to the unit a few things were missing, but the rental company responded quickly when alerted.

Other families who consider staying here should note that there is a slightly steep flight of stairs in the unit up from the street-level entryway. The steps down to the beach from the shared patio and yard are steep, with no handrails. The beach is also rocky in places, so water shoes would be helpful. There are no bathtubs in the unit, only showers, although there are handrails in the showers. The parking space for this unit is not in the garage, but in a very narrow space right next to the garage. The floors in the unit are also beautiful, but were slightly hard on sensitive feet, so house slippers or thicker socks might be helpful.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this unit and will be returning.
