Beautiful views!!

Great place with beautiful views. Great communication . Very clean. Loved hearing the ocean waves and the panoramic doors and patio are amazing. As are the tall ceilings. Very well decorated. Spectacular! Beds were very comfortable and it was nice to have the available toiletries. Docked one star just because there’s no filtered water from fridge or sink so we went out and bought a bag of ice and bottled water.(there is a countertop ice maker though. And we were told that the water is ok to drink). A cabinet door in the kitchen was completely broken off when we arrived (the prop manager did offer to fix it but we didn’t think it was urgent nor would affect our stay). Also would have been nice to have foil and plastic wrap stocked. Common spices were available and kitchen was stocked with all necc pots/pans/bowls/knives etc. thank you for a great stay!

Unfortunately, because we are so close to the beach, the filtered water/ice makers get corroded fairly quickly which is why we offer the portable ice makers. We sincerely apologize that this negatively impacted your stay. Additionally, we apologize that you arrived to a broken cabinet door! We will follow up with our inspector, as this should have been reported prior to your arrival. We will follow up with our management team to see if it is possible to add foil and plastic wrap as an additional amenity. Incredible property, amazing stay

One of the best rental experiences we’ve ever had, from top to bottom - the space was luxurious and yet also cozy, well appointed and with a view that made you feel like you were in the ocean itself. We spent a lot of time in the apartment due to my wife’s temporary mobility issues and it was a perfect place to be for a couple of days away. Management was very helpful and friendly. The parking and codes were a little confusing but we figured it out in the end. Thanks for a wonderful stay and we’ll hope to return!

Without a doubt, the view is breath taking! And like others, we enjoyed some dolphins, sitting indoors yet feeling like we were outdoors and simply relaxing. The unit itself was very nice and clean, which is so important to me. Only had one interaction with management, very positive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

The view is amazing and we loved that doors fully open, so it\'s indoor/outdoor living. Spent most of our time on the deck watching the dolphins and birds. There were a couple things that weren\'t working, but the the staff was quick to repair. Overall, it was a fantastic time. We will be back!

Great stay again. Issue with gnats which was resolved the very same day. I love the customer service! Was disappointed that the tv was removed out of the second bedroom. I hope it returns for my next stay.

Our unit had beautiful views, nice comfortable layout. The lower outdoor space is in need of some repairs, maintenance, & upgrades but loved the inside. Again as an owner of a vacation property in Sedona AZ & for the cost per night some upgrades should be considered to enhance the overall quality. We would for sure return to this unit for the views & interior space!

Our recent beachfront only vacation rentals experience was nothing short of spectacular! We were right on the water’s edge, the accommodations were luxurious and exceeded our expectations. The interior was tastefully designed with a coastal flair, creating a serene atmosphere. Props to their decorator! The open living space allowed us to enjoy panoramic ocean views from every angle, while the fully equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze. We definitely recommend this property 1111-1 for an unforgettable beachfront escape – we’re already planning our return!

Had issues with cleanliness right out of the gate. Found chewed gum on the floor by the couch and a drawer full of used q-tips and snack wrappers in one of the guest rooms. From that point forward it was hard to feel fully comfortable with the cleanliness of the property and we were hesitant to put clothes in drawers and felt we needed to wash the dishes before using them. An air conditioning unit in one of the guest rooms didn’t work. Management responded quickly with a portable solution, which was a bit invasive and not ideal but at least it cooled the room at night. The table benches were very flimsy and we didn’t feel comfortable sitting on them. One of the guest closets was full of maintenance equipment and seemed dirty. Other than those issues everything was great. The patio was the reason we booked and that did not disappoint. Loved the glass panels to provide an unobstructed view of the ocean. Didn’t use the private beach patio area but did notice two glass panels were gone on that level and replaced by boards, which took away from the aesthetic a bit. Looked like there were sand bags for some reason down there as well. In general that area seemed kind of messy and unappealing. Loved the property overall outside of some of the initial issues but concerned it could go downhill like the private beach section if not maintained well and invested in.

We love this place! Beachfront only is great to help with anything, and they do it quickly and send maintenance guys over right away that are friendly and helpful. This was our favorite place to stay so far in Oceanside and we highly recommend! We also were able to save some money by going through beachfront only!

The roku living room TV was frustrating. The majority of channels wanted a pin code to access. The tvs in the bedrooms did not have this access barrier. We would have called for assistance but didn't need the TV.

Great location and comfortable accommodations. Pillows and day bed areas seemed dusty. Garlic salt was hard and clumpy but otherwise kitchen was well equipped. Would be nice to have some K cups and sugar complimentary. Written instructions for thermostat and outside heater would have been helpful. Definitely coming back!

The place is perfect for a beach side vacation. For what appeared to be a condo or apartment, it was more like a townhome that was one floor. Every room was spacious. It was so relaxing opening the patio doors to the ocean. The perfect place to vacation. The ocean view was incredible.

This was my second year booking this place, so needless to say I highly recommend it and planning for another stay next year. The view is amazing, the house is comfy and very clean. The rooms are a good size with extra space to sleep separately. The guest services team is great and there quickly with a simple phone call or text. We have used Beachfront Only to book our last few vacation rentals, and this condo did not disappoint. The view is breathtaking. The rooms were a great size. Everything you need is here. If we didn’t have it, we called and they brought it to us. We had internet problems once and they immediately came and fixed it. I can not say enough good things about this condo or Beachfront Only. Second time renting the top unit. We absolutely love the view here! It's spectacular all day and even into the early evening. The kitchen has everything you need to make large meals. Only downsides are the small ice machine and lack of central air conditioning. Since it doesn't get too hot near the ocean, the lack of A/C isn't a big deal at all, but just FYI. Management was great and attentive before, during, and even after our stay. Highly Recommend!

Great get a way

This unit is very roomy and comfortable. The bed and bedding is great! The kitchen is very roomy and has all the items you might need plus room to put you food away. The refrigerator is new and large but the ice maker didn’t work, the water did. This was a big inconvenience. They did provide a small counter ice maker but it was pretty useless.
The balcony is great and the glass walls are wonderful. The sliding glass doors in the living room are very difficult to open and we couldn’t get them to slide open.
The yard was great but the gate to the beach was locked I assume due to the stairs being messed up. I really wish they would fix this issue as it’s a pain to have to haul all your beach stuff down the road to get to the beach to set up. They if you need something or the restroom you have the hike back. Defeats the Beachfront use.

The views from the condo are absolutely breathe taking! You can sit inside eating breakfast and watch the waves crash on the shore. We loved having the beach in the backyard for the kids to play at. We would love to stay here again!

Very Nice Ocean View

The oceanview from the balcony is very nice, loved hearing the crashing waves. Overall, this is a very nice property, but if I'm getting picky, you can see it has been used for awhile. It could use a little touch up with trim paint, etc. It was clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the side bed sleepers came in very handy so everyone could have their own sleeping space. The larger ones do fit an adult. It was nice to have a garage for our suv because the parking spaces outside the garage are not very long and it would be hard to fit a larger size suv in them. The location is good, not too far from anything you would need. I would recommend this property.

Oceanfront Bliss

This is the perfect location to enjoy an oceanfront getaway with family and friends. We felt like we had a lot of privacy (especially during the week when it was quieter in general), good takeout options in South Oceanside, and the views were terrific. Fully stocked kitchen, spacious living/dining area, and great bedroom spaces. We would definitely stay here again.

Great experience. The condo was extremely clean, I felt comfortable walking around barefoot! Very spacious, plenty of relaxing areas. Kitchen had everything we needed. Balcony is nice, comfortable furniture and the grill was either new or someone gave it an incredible deep clean! We’ve rented through Beach Front in the past and will do so again. Perfect location

Ascending the stairway you get your first glimpse of the Pacific Ocean stretched out as far as the eye can see. The view from the dining room and living room is only surpassed by the view from the expansive outdoor deck. You won't want to go back inside after standing on the deck. Luckily there is ample seating with a sofa, chair and a dining table 9with umbrella). A fire pit and a BBQ grill are also available. Inside, the kitchen and bedrooms are immense and comfortable. I highly recommend this property for a few days or a few weeks.

Spectacular Get-Away!

We absolutely love this rental! Very spacious and clean. The 3rd floor deck gave us a beautiful view of the ocean and evening sunset. The personal beach was a great area to play Corn Hole, Ladder Ball and Horse Shoes. The only downfall is that the panoramic doors wouldn't open, which is part of the reason we selected this unit. We called maintenance to fix them, but they unfortunately weren't unable to do so. Other than that, everything was wonderful! We'll definitely stay in this rental again!

Almost perfect...

We are used to renting another place every year in Oceanside thru Beachfront so I'm a bit bias.
Anyways, this place is beautiful, has best views (we are on the top unit) but compared to the price we paid without direct access to the beach is too much.
Also, kitchen cabinet is broken when we got there so we have to be extra careful opening & closing it.
other than those 2 mentioned, then its a perfect get-away.

Quaint, private unit with spectacular view

I’ve stayed at three beach rentals and Oceanside and I think 1111 Pacific might be my favorite. This part of Pacific is a lot quieter and right on the water so the views are breathtaking. We enjoyed how it wasn’t a party scene nearby and during low tide, the beach is perfection. Although small, the two rooms are spacious and cozy. The parking is plentiful as well. I hope to stay here again!

AMAZING! WORTH EVERY PENNY!

What better way to spend a vacation...or a quarantine than a private place right on the beach, surrounded by waves and sun. We thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance of the scenery as well as the comfy home. It was fully stocked with anything we could have needed and we took advantage of the bbq and fire pit as well as our own private sandy suntanning area. My sons brought their beach toys and played in the sand privately with no one exposing them to anything. It was nice to be at a home away from home and we even booked another trip while on our trip. We cannot wait to go back. I highly recommend staying here just please take good care of this adorable place if you do, its very special.

Great place with amazing views!

I really loved this place because of the balcony views and the layout. We extended our stay because we loved it so much. The only thing wrong is the kitchen cabinets need major upgrading and they should put in some Cali Bamboo flooring. Oh! The slider windows came off the track so they had to put them back for us. These three upgrades would make the house absolutely perfect! Still a great place 🙂 we will be back!
