We had 3 families with 7 kids in our group. It’s right next to a little cove that the kids thoroughly enjoyed playing in. They could dig in the sand and boogie board. We could watch them from the balcony which was fantastic. The little sandy spot down the stairs is also a fun little area. However, the owner of the middle section of the three story beach house was very displeased that we had children playing in her sand. We had to have a conversation with her and the rental property to settle the issue since we were told before our arrival that the kids could play in that location. The views from the balcony were fantastic. We had such a great time. It’s located walking/bike distance to a little market, which we ended up needing to use several times. It’s a close bike ride to the pier. Our only other complaint outside the confrontation with the elderly lady who lives on the middle section, would be that the beds were small. It’s extremely hard to fit two adults in a full. All of the beds were small except one room. The master had two fulls. Most definitely should be bigger. Another thing to note, they have their fans and lights all on timers. We stayed in the master with our two little kids. It was hot, even with the AC. So we turned the fans on. But the max timer is 60 minutes. It was very frustrating having to wake up sweating in the middle of the night and having to repetitively turn the fans on. The bright blue lights also shined in our eyes the first night. The second night we had to tape a cardboard box over it. But otherwise, it was a great stay.

this is the first property of yours we haven’t loved. the chair cushions were thin and we could feel the wood support through the cushion. we used pillows to give it more cushion. we were surprised the beds in the “master” were two full. perhaps the description mentioned that - it seems like they were meant for at last queen mattresses because the beds didn’t cover the width of the headboards. i woke up with 3 spider/bug bites on my face and one on my neck. it may need to be sprayed for bugs. there wasn’t a grill starter to start the fireplace. the first night monty singed the hairs on his arms lighting it with a lighter. the second night we used a piece of paper to light it. i’m sure a huge group would have loved it at the rate it was offered. for us, two people, to spend 1k a night, we were hoping for something that was more comfortable and not so clearly a rental that is made for income. pila xian

This was a great experience for me and my family! We had a lot of people (including teenagers and kids) and it was very accommodating to our needs. I loved how stocked the kitchen was with enough dishes for everyone, and then extra. The beds were very comfortable (and I have back/neck problems). The kids were all saying how comfortable they were too! Overall, it was a great experience and the house was awesome!

Love Love Love this unit. We had the whole family of eight with three teenage boys and there was lots of space for everyone. Comfortable beds and sofas. Amazing fireplace. Kitchen well stocked with enough dishes, cutlery and serving dishes for everyone. Lots of towels and extra bed linen. And the ocean just beneath the balcony. A family holiday of a lifetime. This has to be one of my favorite places to stay. The beds were comfortable, the fireplace with the roaring ocean was amazing and it’s quiet and made me feel very safe. We sure will rent this again. Beachfront Only is the only company I would recommend staff is amazing!!

We recently stayed at this beachfront property with a group of 14 people for three days, and it was perfect for our needs. The location is unbeatable, with breathtaking views right outside the window. The rooms were just as pictured—spacious and comfortable, providing ample space for our large group. I particularly loved that there was only one TV, which encouraged us all to come together and enjoy each other\'s company. The team was very accommodating, quickly addressing a couple of minor issues, and everything was clean, including the beds and towels. This property made for a memorable and fun beach getaway. Can’t wait to return

From the moment we checked in, they went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or promptly addressing any concerns we had. We spent hours watching the waves crash against the shore and couldn\'t get enough of the stunning scenery!!

We spent our days swimming, sunbathing, and beachcombing, and our evenings grilling and watching the stars from the deck. It was the perfect retreat for our family, and we\'re already counting down the days until our next visit!

The house itself was beautifully decorated and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. we came over to the Rental beach property on 20 March- for a week! we added an additional day which was really pricey, but since we were already there we decided to extend our stay! The location is ideal I had never stayed at Oceanside before we really enjoyed it close to the Harbor close to Legoland direct access to the beach! The view is incredible the house was perfect except for the sliding glass door out to the patio it was very difficult to maneuver and it has a lot of gaps which require insulation so it let a lot of cold air in at night! It was not a deterrent to our stay but I just feel like it needs to be a little bit more user-friendly as well! The flight was clean and had everything we needed some additional heaters that we used because we tend to run cold but we realize that plays to the fullest and left out better than we found it! Looking forward to our return!

This property is amazing! Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and common space. Large kitchen stocked with everything you could need. I just wish the company was more flexible with early check in and late checkout. We were also all pretty disappointed that there was no sand on the beach so we couldn’t walk there. Other than that, would definitely recommend staying here!
