Dear Beachfront Only Team, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. We are looking forward to exploring more of what Oceanside has to offer. The facility was very clean and the location was exactly what we were looking for. We particularly appreciated the comfortable master bed, the spacious kitchen with ample cupboard and refrigerator space, and the lovely outside amenities. Additionally, Peter provided excellent assistance during our stay. I would like to offer the following suggestions as constructive feedback to further improve the guest experience: - Arrival Directions: It would be helpful to receive an emailed photo or map of the facility clearly showing unit locations, as the unit numbers are currently difficult to see. Detailed arrows indicating the gates and stairs would make navigation much easier. - Guest Welcome Guide: A physical welcome package with instructions for the Roku remote, dishwasher, laundry machines, coffee maker, vacuum, and the specific mechanism for the front door clasp lock would be very beneficial for guests. - Furniture & Storage: Adding a second nightstand in both bedrooms and a small table in the bathroom for personal items would compensate for the lack of dresser and counter space. - Maintenance & Safety: Please ensure all electrical appliances, including the BBQ and fire pit, are in working order. Additionally, installing a hand rod on the inside of the shower door would greatly assist with safety when entering and exiting. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Great experience overall. The couch is very uncomfortable compared to the one that was there the previous years we were there. Second bedroom bed was not comfortable recommend a regular mattress. The daybed sleeper and trundle were more comfortable than the bed in second bedroom. This is our 5th time renting this unit and will continue to rent.

The location of this Airbnb is absolutely beautiful—right on the beach with stunning views. The space itself was lovely, and we truly enjoyed the setting and overall atmosphere of the property. That said, I do want to share some honest feedback regarding cleanliness. During our stay, we unfortunately encountered rat droppings in the unit on more than one occasion. This was unexpected and concerning, especially given the otherwise high-quality feel of the property. I’m sharing this not to be negative, but in hopes that it helps the host address the issue moving forward. With improved attention to cleanliness and pest control, this place could be exceptional. We really did enjoy our time overall and appreciate the opportunity to stay in such a beautiful location.

A beautiful stay 2 items Gate location for unit 2 and 3 should hv a different code then unit 1 I've entered into unit 1 because it's the 1st gate you see You should stay how many stairs you need to go down to get to 3

From the moment we walked down the right side of the bldg to open ocean views and realized "holy cow we have the entire bottom with pano ocean views" to the interior open and inviting, to BBQng on the open beach front with sunset views! WOW the staff was nothing short of AMAZING!! Very responsive and attentive to any questions we had. We will be back every year and book with Beachfront!! highly recommend!

We loved the property, the layout and breeze. We loved waking up to the ocean waves and walking on the beach looking for sand dollars.

We rented this beachfront property to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It was absolutely everything we wanted and more! Perfect location to spend time with our fur babies. The house was immaculate and very well decorated and appointed. It was just so relaxing and easy… EXACTLY what we were looking for! The property management team was excellent in responding to us and very helpful. We hope to go back!

This was a perfect beachfront-prod location to spend my birthday weekend. We loved it from the minute we got here. The beach is an amazing walk path right at sunsets. The walkers and dogs come out to play. It is the best. The location is perfect, clean, and we had no issues at all. We loved the beach access. The open window and an ocean view to die for. I would highly recommend staying here. I will be back again really soon.

The place was very nice. Nice ocean view from living room and bedroom. Nice little sandy beach area to sit out. Our one complaint was for 2 of our 3 days there were workers delivering sand, which took away all privacy while they were there as we were on the bottom floor. They did a complimentary extended stay from 10am to 12pm, but the workers being there for 2 of our 3 days should have been communicated to us in advance so we could have made a decision if that is what we wanted.

We enjoyed such a peaceful time at this rental! The views and closeness to the beach was amazing. You have direct access to the beach but it leads out to some rocks you have to walk over before you get to the water, my water shoes made that alot easier. The beds were not as comfy as they could be but the apartment was perfect and the sounds of the waves will help you get right to sleep! We will definitely be back. Thank you!

We had the most amazing time during our stay in this rental! The pictures don\'t do the size of the apartment justice. Before arriving I was worried we would be cramped and on top of each other, but it was VERY comfortable! Everything was very clean and organized, every cabinet in the kitchen seemed to be labeled and there were extra cleaning supplies under the sink and where the washer and dryer were. The view was STUNNING, just the sound/sight of the ocean was amazing and we saw dolphins while we were there! There were quite a few surfers down in the water as well! The only reason I did not give this rental 5 stars was because the beach access was not as comfortable/accessible as the pictures made it seem. We knew there would be stairs leading down to the beach, but from the pictures it seemed it was stairs down directly to sand/rocks. What we did not expect was sand down to LARGE rocks and that we would need to climb over 2-3 yards of these large rocks to get to the water. The only time we were able to go down comfortably to the beach was early in the morning when the tide was low. During the day we went to the carlsbad beach which was about 10-15 minutes away. Beachfront Only themselves were extremely helpful and accommodating! We had a direct text line with them and they usually responded within 30-40 mins at max to any questions! We will absolutely be booking with this company again!

We absolutely loved staying here! Parking is easy. Access is easy. Beautiful views. Loved being able to just walk out the door and enjoy the beach. Super clean condo. I loved that we didn’t have to clean up anything upon checkout either. Wonderful area to walk and grab coffee or lunch at local places. You can’t beat the off season low rates too! 10/10 would stay here again!

Decided to take a weekend off with some friends. All we wanted was to disconnect from the outside world for a weekend and this location provided that and more. It had more than enough space for all of us and places for all of us to sleep. Being able to walk out the door and be right on the beach was perfect with the combination of the cabana, beach chairs, fire pit and grill. It also has a fully kitted kitchen with every glass, utensils, even blender that you could ever need for our time away. I cannot wait to go again.

A wonderful experience we thoroughly enjoyed. We will be back.
