Perfect Birthday Weekend.

This was a perfect beachfront-prod location to spend my birthday weekend. We loved it from the minute we got here. The beach is an amazing walk path right at sunsets. The walkers and dogs come out to play. It is the best. The location is perfect, clean, and we had no issues at all. We loved the beach access. The open window and an ocean view to die for. I would highly recommend staying here. I will be back again really soon.

The place was very nice. Nice ocean view from living room and bedroom. Nice little sandy beach area to sit out. Our one complaint was for 2 of our 3 days there were workers delivering sand, which took away all privacy while they were there as we were on the bottom floor. They did a complimentary extended stay from 10am to 12pm, but the workers being there for 2 of our 3 days should have been communicated to us in advance so we could have made a decision if that is what we wanted.

We enjoyed such a peaceful time at this rental! The views and closeness to the beach was amazing. You have direct access to the beach but it leads out to some rocks you have to walk over before you get to the water, my water shoes made that alot easier. The beds were not as comfy as they could be but the apartment was perfect and the sounds of the waves will help you get right to sleep! We will definitely be back. Thank you!

We had the most amazing time during our stay in this rental! The pictures don\'t do the size of the apartment justice. Before arriving I was worried we would be cramped and on top of each other, but it was VERY comfortable! Everything was very clean and organized, every cabinet in the kitchen seemed to be labeled and there were extra cleaning supplies under the sink and where the washer and dryer were. The view was STUNNING, just the sound/sight of the ocean was amazing and we saw dolphins while we were there! There were quite a few surfers down in the water as well! The only reason I did not give this rental 5 stars was because the beach access was not as comfortable/accessible as the pictures made it seem. We knew there would be stairs leading down to the beach, but from the pictures it seemed it was stairs down directly to sand/rocks. What we did not expect was sand down to LARGE rocks and that we would need to climb over 2-3 yards of these large rocks to get to the water. The only time we were able to go down comfortably to the beach was early in the morning when the tide was low. During the day we went to the carlsbad beach which was about 10-15 minutes away. Beachfront Only themselves were extremely helpful and accommodating! We had a direct text line with them and they usually responded within 30-40 mins at max to any questions! We will absolutely be booking with this company again!

Amazing stay! I live local but wanted a beach house for my birthday and this place didn’t disappoint. If you love the ocean and want peace, simplicity and tranquility then this is the place . Side note - I highly recommend Beachfront only regardless of the property . All of their properties are amazing but more than that the staff is local and not a huge corporation but rather serving local by local . They are my go to for any friends visiting! The location was good and the view was absolutely amazing. Loved having stairs down to the beach. The tide was really high for our stay so no easy beach walking, but that happens. We walked down to the pier via the street to have beach time. We spent a lot of time enjoying the high tide from the beach setting on property.
The house really needs repairs to the floor and the white chair with navy stripes closest to the fireplace had a big hole on the top of it. The property wasn't cleaned well before our arrival. There was black hair on shower wall and floor when we arrived (none of us had black hair.) Skillets had food stuck to them and the spatula was oily. We had to wash those things before we could use them which is silly with the cleaning fee. The floor was filthy when we arrived. I'm sure it's hard to keep clean with the sand, but it was really dirty when we arrived. The linen was clean.

We absolutely loved staying here! Parking is easy. Access is easy. Beautiful views. Loved being able to just walk out the door and enjoy the beach. Super clean condo. I loved that we didn’t have to clean up anything upon checkout either. Wonderful area to walk and grab coffee or lunch at local places. You can’t beat the off season low rates too! 10/10 would stay here again!

My family and i have rented this property for the last 3 years and have never been disappointed until this year. The property hasn't been kept up very well. The outside was the worst. It wasn’t raked or cleaned up at all before we arrived. My husband and son spent a couple hours cleaning and raking the outside so my grandkids could play outside. The upkeep on the inside wasn’t as bad but it could definitely use some more maintenance to make sure things are working properly.
It is a great property just better cleaning and maintenance is needed.

We love the location. We love the management staff. We have used this facility several times in the past few years as will as other locations with beachfront. This facility has continued to deteriorate with minimal maintenance. In addition, the outside area around the condo has accumulated a trashy look with old furniture, broken toys etc around the facility. I think some TLC throughout the facility (Inside and outside) would be a major improvement. The shower door has a broken door handle. The counter top by the sink is loose and needs to be resealed, a few of the portable fans did not work. A little quality control / inspections would help preserve the high quality experience we first fell in love with. Overall a great stay and we will be back and would recommend. Especially the beachfront management team.

Perfect weekend getaway

Decided to take a weekend off with some friends. All we wanted was to disconnect from the outside world for a weekend and this location provided that and more. It had more than enough space for all of us and places for all of us to sleep. Being able to walk out the door and be right on the beach was perfect with the combination of the cabana, beach chairs, fire pit and grill. It also has a fully kitted kitchen with every glass, utensils, even blender that you could ever need for our time away. I cannot wait to go again.

Our family LOVED staying here and hope to book again soon in the future! It was extremely clean, management was great to work with. We had an issue with the tv and they sent someone over right away to fix it. The kitchen had everything that we needed. Definitely bring water shoes for the beach for the pebbles. Had the most wonderful weekend stay at this Location. The property was as beautiful in person as it was on the pictures. It was clean. and very comfortable. The lounge area was wonderful and so was walking down to the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked and it was very easy to cook meals there. Also had a washer dryer. While we did not need to reach out to the manager I appreciated the communication before, during, and even after the stay. If there was a problem I knew exactly how to get a hold of them. This is the way to vacation.We look forward to staying again!

This is property exceeded all of our expectations! From making our reservation to checking out, the entire process was smooth and convenient.The interior was impeccable. Clean, comfortable, and gorgeous! Our kiddos loved the sandy are right outside our doorstep where we were able to keep an eye on them from the front window. We absolutely loved how close we were to the ocean with our own private walkway. We definitely recommend this property and cannot wait until we return again next year!

When I saw this beach house online, I was told it would only sleep 4. I assumed the hide a bed in the couch was the other area to sleep. We did not wish for our friends to sleep in the living room, and explained to them this information. They ended up renting another beach house. ( in the beach house photo it shows the extra bedroom as a game room. When I arrived it was occupied with a Queen size bed. I felt mislead, and was disappointed we could not utilize the extra bedroom., to share the cost of this beach house. The information online is not accurate. This place can sleep at least 6 guest. It was a lot larger of a beach house than I expected. More than enough room. There is only one very small bath room , for everyone to share. When we arrived the floor had a lot of sand on it. ( it felt like it had not been swept or mopped at all.)We never went without wearing something on our feet. I also, thought I rented a beach house with a Jacuzzi, This is why I decided to got with this beach house. Only to find it did not. I am assuming The jacuzzi is on the 1 st Floor on balcony, We were on the 3 rd floor and could not use the Jacuzzi. I was extremely disappointed. For this price of enjoyment, I feel a jacuzzi would have made the trip a lot more enjoyable in the evenings. On a positive note, It is in a beautiful area, loved watching the surfers,dolhins and relaxing on the beach.
Lillian, this home is advertised as a one bedroom but you are correct it is much larger which tends to be a nice surprise for most renters. The home is not advertised with a jacuzzi, the upper level also does not have a jacuzzi. After researching multiple rentals, we understand you may get forget what amenities you found with a particular home. We truly regret to hear about the floors and wished we heard about it during your stay. We do an inspection prior to every arrival, checking the cleanliness of the floors is a part of the checklist. Weekend Get Away

Needed a get away to relax and unwind. This unit is very comfortable, clean and well appointed. The bathroom is small but functional. we did need to figure out how to work the ice maker, and one ceiling fan did not work - getting the AC units to work - etc. Having a 'Cheet Sheet' of how to operate these would be nice.

Amazing! Steps from the water from your door!

Affordable Beach House Rentals Well Worth It

This the 5th year of my family staying on the beach in Oceanside using a Beachfront only home. These homes are affordable and they give you the flexibility of choosing shorter than 1 week stays. Most other companies require this. They always have it stocked with plenty of towels and anything you need for an enjoyable stay. We hit the Walmart grocery in downtown Oceanside which is 5 mins away and load up on groceries. Everything you need to help you cook is there. Didn't have to drive to a beach, look for parking, unload the car, clean everything off and then re-load the car with all the sand. Its all just outside the door. Already looking into booking next years trip. Thank you Beachfront Only.

Best Staycation Ever

We enjoyed our stay so much and wished it was longer. There was construction next door but it didn't bother us. Location was perfect for the kids to run down to the beach anytime. Rental had ample room, probably more people could stay with us but there's only one bathroom. The firepit didn't work the first day but it was promptly replaced by management. We would definitely go back!

Nice beach access/construction/maintenance calls

This is a very turn-key rental. I liked that we didn’t have to clean the place before leaving. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked nicely. There were several problems, but the office was quick to respond. Unfortunately, this house is right next door to a house that is under construction, so there’s construction noise and it’s an eye-sore. There was a sign up front for permits to do construction on this whole building replacing it with 4 new units. It appears that nothing new is being put into these units so things are not as nice as the pictures. There are weeds scattered in the beach “yard” and when we arrived, there was only 1 broken unbrella on our side of the yard. We asked and someone brought us umbrellas from another property. Also, we had trouble getting the fire pit, bbq, and dishwasher to work right and so maintenance had to come out a few more times. Ideally, there are some written instructions. We had a good time all in all. The person answering the phone when I called was very pleasant and professional.

Perfect Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this property for our anniversary celebration.
Check in/out was easy. We had one service issue, and that was quickly and easily handled by professional staff.
We loved having the beach right outside our window and our door.
Everything was comfortable and towels were abundant.
I'm so sad to see this property was converted to less occupancy (one of the bedrooms converted to game room?), because we would have loved a repeat stay for our family of 6.
