Our quaint beachfront units are directly on the beach, with no roads between the rental and the ocean! There are 5 units in the complex, and they all share a semi-private beach. This NEWLY REMODELED unit has been recently upgraded with new flooring, cabinets, and more! This rental offers a cozy dining and living area with kitchen, and a spiral staircase going up into a spacious bedroom with bathroom. The bedroom has access to a shared deck area. Each of the units has a full kitchen with all cookware and utensils, microwave, dishwasher, and stove. Wall unit AC

This place was great. Even though the unit is on the street side, having the design be two floors allowed us to be able to still have an ocean view from on the balcony and just inside the bedroom balcony door. The place was clean and well kept. The shower is large. We had a great stay and look forward to returning.

Nice vacation

We really could not see the beach from our unit and felt a little mislead. We enjoyed the proximity to the ocean. The unit was clean and nicely furnished with a nice kitchen and TV. The unit we rented had a broken heater which could not be repaired and it was in the 40\'s at night. The heater was old and obviously had not worked well in a while. It was loud and woke us up repeatedly at night.

Location was perfect. Next time I hope to rent a unit with an ocean view. Being a senior citizen, I would suggest having a railing on the last few steps down to the patio. Additionally instructions for the Keurig coffeemaker would be helpful, as well as a clock in the unit. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I loved my rental. I love working with the rental company. Units are just like the picture, cute, comfortable and well equipped. The only suggestion I could make is the sand area could use some grooming....lots of rocks, some glass . But that is just a blip on tge radar. Location was great, could just move in. Ocean view getaway

Called ahead of time they told me my patio opened to the beach. When we arrived was real disappointed because we could barely see the beach from our room. The gate to enter the complex drags on the ground so it was hard to get in. The room itself was nice. We had a nice stay but the whole purpose of our stay was to open our doors and windows and enjoy the ocean view . We would have upgraded if we knew there was no ocean view but we were miss informed . We had a few maintenance issues but the company fixed them immediately. I commend them on good service for that. I really wish they did not miss inform me about the location of our room

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a problem with the kitchen light not working. They were so responsive and sent someone to fix it right away. It was clean and comfortable. Everything was great! One towel is not enough especially if you’re staying for a week, most women use 2 towels to shower, so replenishing towels at least every 3rd day is a must.. also ran out of Toilet paper ?.. the sheets are rough and need to be upgraded.. with all of that being said we loved the place and the patio.. and had a really nice time!!

Serene Spring Break Stay

We had two minor issues. 1. Code on the door didn\'t work when we got there. Someone came right away and fixed it. 2. The TV didn\'t work. Again it was fixed immediately. We expect that a vacation rental will have some minor issues so neither of those things were a big deal. Especially since it was fixed within 30 mins. The place was just what we wanted! Right next to the ocean and just lovely. We can\'t wait to come back!

The link to the unit was taking me to another location altogether. You might want to check that out. It brought me to the corner at the Strands beach, it was very frustrating, but there were some nice people that helped nearby. I called for help, the girl tried, but we couldn't really help each other. The property was dusty outside, and there was a lot of trash and other things lying around on the beach and at the dryer and the small ashtray nearby. The smokers were annoying, not your fault but I don't smoke. Also, you might want to add trashcans with lids near the dryer, near the grill on the first patio, and down by the beach. The people that were staying in the one on the oceanfront were very messy and didn't care. Otherwise, it was just what I needed. I really enjoyed the property, the quiet, and being able to hear and see the ocean.

Great location

Although this was one house back from the beachfront, an oceanfront patio was available to use. The home was tidy, compact, but with a full shower and large bedroom upstairs, and sizeable kitchen/lounge. The neighborhood was super clean. Two patios were attached to this unit, one downstairs and one upstairs outside the sliding door from the bedroom. We could catch of view of the surf from here, which was literally a couple stones' throw away.
The only reservation for us was the spiral staircase. We have small/medium sized dog, used to our own home's spiral staircase, but the gaps between stair steps was pretty wide, so we had to monitor him. No issues with that. We'd love to re-visit either this unit, or a larger one of two that are beachfront.

Oceanside Vacation

We loved the location of this beachfront unit. It’s upper deck was a perfect spot for enjoying the sun and eating lunch. The private beach area was great especially since the ocean levels have been so high. The unit was a perfect size for two people. The bathroom could use some updates as it has dirty and cracked tiles and the vanity is in bad shape. A simple refresh would help. Having air conditioning upstairs and downstairs was fabulous! Overall, we loved our stay.

Great spot for a vacation!

Great location, beach is a bit rocky and wish you could get more time on the actual beach especially because the top private beach is small for guests as half of it is reserved for one unit. Over all, the place is nice, great location, clean, easy check in and out process and great experience. The only things I would say is that the top private sand area should be open to all guests or least expand it a bit more. Also, the property could be kept up a bit more but I understand the past year was rough so things take time. Regardless of the minor pit falls, we would stay there again! The price and location are just unbeatable.

Cute & Quirky Beach Apartment

Unit 4 was quirky and cute. Small view of the ocean, and a roof top patio. This rental definitely served its purpose of somewhere close to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and stores. The downfalls - garbages and mattress. The garbage was absolutely horrific all three days we were there, overflowing bins right outside our unit and smelled terrible. The king mattress needs to be replaced, we could feel the springs in our backs.

Exactly what I was hoping for!

This place was small but VERY comfortable and exactly what I was looking for. There are some steps down to the beach that you can lay on at night and look up at the stars with the waves just a few feet away from you. Magical. Fantastic Stay!

We love this area - such a great location. And the sandy area with patio furniture is fantastic. We watched the sun set over the ocean each night and ate our lunch at the outdoor table. 12 year Anniversary getaway

Excellent place to relax

Came here for a week to "work from home" and get in some R&R. The wifi could be stronger but otherwise, loved the immediate beach access. We were in one of the units not directly facing the water (unit 4) but we could still hear the waves and loved our location. Everything we needed was here - towels, dishes, sheets, etc. Very clean, everything was well-laid out and all the shared spaces were really nicely maintained and we still felt like we had our privacy. Super relaxing place. Loved the immediate access to the beach down below at low tide and the proximity to Buccaneer cafe/park/beach within a 2 minute walk. Very family/dog friendly and would come back here in a heartbeat.

Great experience no problems at all.

It was a very fun vacation. The location is great very scenic. The condo is cozy. We had no problems at all. The codes worked, it was clean and comfortable. There was parking. Very simple and relaxing.

Beachfront Paradise

When we arrived to the property we were pretty impressed. It was perfect for our family of 4, well equiped and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedroom is nice and big. My daughter enjoyed going to the balcony every morning to look at the waves. The location is amazing and just a few steps away from the water. We had a great time and we definitely want to go back.
