This BRAND NEW lower level beachfront rental is fantastic find for any family vacation. Open up the expansive panoramic doors, let in the fresh breeze, and just relax as you take in the phenomenal ocean views ahead. Enjoy local restaurants or prepare a delicious home cooked meal in the gorgeous fully stocked kitchen. Either way, you can't go wrong in this 6 bedroom, 6.5 bathroom, oceanfront duplex.

*This unit does have stairs to access entry way.

BEACH ACCESS: There is a driveway that allows access to the underground parking between the condo complex and the beach. In order to get to the beach, this driveway must be crossed.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

Not as clean as last year especially floors. Too much trash accumulated in garage. When one tenant leaves, the trash bins should be emptied for the next tenants. The fire pit did not work and we hooked up the propane tank correctly. Nice property, just needs more care.

Parking was one of the worst parts of the stay. These are large units so they are perfect for large groups which means multiple cars but there are only 2 parking spots. Additional parking is available at the office but that’s not always convenient because someone needs to drive you there. You could walk but it’s a lot of hills and if you’re a senior it’s pretty strenuous. Also while unloading on arrival and loading when leaving the “parking police” threaten you with tickets if you park in the street in front of the driveway. It is nice that the street is not a thru street on the back - ocean side. Check in was a challenge. The door codes didn’t work and it took several phone calls to get in the unit. Because if this occupying the unit was delayed but when I asked what would happen if we were a little delayed at checkout I was told we’d be charged extra. It was okay for them to be late but not okay for us. We were told the sandy beach was a 5 minute walk. That’s not accurate if you need to get beyond the rocks - we had some younger children - and want to get to easy sand access.

The location was perfect, close to pier, coffee shop, market and close enough to downtown to walk to. The house was spacious enough that 14 people didnt feel like we were on top of each other. It was very clean and when i did text with a question or request i had a immediate response. Of course the the view was amazing! Will be returning!!

Excellent location, clean and comfortable, especially the beds. We only had minor issues, most were quickly dealt with. However the garage door and internet stopped working the last day of our stay, and were not addressed while we were there. We also had mobility challenged people who had issues navigating the stairs. They joined our group because we had a ground floor unit. Somewhere you need a disclaimer about the flight of stairs required to access the living area.
