Come escape to luxury in this oceanfront, 5-bedroom vacation rental. This condo is part of a six-unit complex on the beach. There is an elevator available in this unit for those who have difficulty climbing up stairs. The building and condo are wheelchair accessible and the rental boast beautiful slate flooring, a large kitchen perfect for any cook with granite counters and stainless appliances, a living room with a large flat screen TV, views looking out straight to the beach, an oceanfront balcony, and a private spa. This property also comes with central AC. You will be spoiled after your stay here and never want to leave!

This vacation rental is a home away from home. Each room has character, and everything is professionally decorated. You will find everything you need right in the rental, from beach towels to linens, from spices to coffee grinders and garlic presses. We have stocked the kitchens keeping in mind you might be cooking a Thanksgiving feast. Just imagine all of the memories that will be made on your vacation on the beach! BEACH ACCESS: There is a driveway that allows access to the underground parking between the condo complex and the beach. In order to get to the beach, this driveway must be crossed. See virtual tour to view exactly where it is situated.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

Aside from a few cleaning issues, a broken bathroom door and a broken microwave with a note saying “do not use” taped to it with a bandaid upon our arrival everything was wonderful! The management company was extremely responsive and helpful. They sent the cleaners back to do a better job cleaning the floors and mirrors and had their maintenance crew dispatched within minutes to repair the broken door. There was an extra microwave on the counter since the main one over the stove was broken. The counter one had some quirks (wouldn’t open after warming unless it was unplugged) but we managed. The bedroom/ensuite off the family room did have a slight stale bathroom smell that comes from being used a lot but it was manageable. Probably needs a DEEP bleach cleaning in every corner and crevice and maybe a good air freshener. Parking was great, floor plan, beds and furniture were all great! Kids are already asking when we can go back!

Far from sand. No outside space

An Incredible weekend with generous space for our group. Loved the size, loved, loved, loved the outer patio, really appreciated the elevator and would definitely return. Giving an overall 4 Stars with a few minor nicks. 1. The empty pools by the entry gate were not a lovely site and could be cleaned up at least if not in use. 2. Parked in the handicap spot because we need extra room to unload the wheelchair and the designated parking spots are too narrow with two vehicles. Was asked to move so the guests with us were forced to park on the street to leave loading space for my disable husband. 3. Definitely would have appreciated more toilet paper and, for the price, feel you could spring for at least small tvs in the bedrooms so people can enjoy their coffee and news in bed while vacationing. 4. Check Out Time is too early and late check out fee WAAAYY too high. BUT! Just room for thought. Plan on returning. Would be lovely to see some of the suggestions in place next time. The front gate did not close easily and needed a lot of effort to push the door close. So the building was open pretty much all day for anyone to walk in. There were also no baking sheets in the kitchen for the oven. Lastly, the floors were very dirty. But over great location and very nice decor

Location was terrific, we had a great time. The barbecue needs some work. Propane tank was nearly full, but after 15 minutes of heating time the temp only reached 220'. We gave up and grilled burgers on the stovetop.

The place was lovely, very clean, great location. We were very disappointed that the jacuzzi didn’t work until the morning we left. That was one of the main reasons I selected the property. The staff was responsive to our texts and very friendly. The downside to the location is that lots of kids park in front of the property, drink in their car, and blast their music, even at 6am. Not the best experience when you are paying to hear the ocean waves.

The place was absolutely beautiful and the location perfect! We did have some minor hiccups: no communication from them when we got here and it took multiple calls and texts and emails when the gate had half of us locked out the people next door said it's been messed up all week. In the middle of the night the smoke detector was going off and we couldn't figure out how to turn it off it eventually ended up in the fridge because we couldn't get a hold of their after hours maintenance until 9 the next day. Then the next night the gate alarm was going off at 230 a.m. The shower in the bathroom in the main hallway needs to be fixed it makes a loud noise when on so we didnt use it. But everything was beautiful! We would definitely stay here again.

Great location on beach

The house was in a excellent location for restaurants.
Nice area for walking next to ocean, also walking through a nice town and shops. They have a nice farmers market near by.
The one bedroom did not have a closet. It also didn’t have a dresser to put your clothes in.
Unfortunately the house next door (not our complex) did not observed the 10:00pm curfew. After two nights of it I called management about it. They said they would check it out. But that night the people were up parting till 2:00am.
Called again to report. That night they were quite by 10:30pm.

Family Vacation 2021

The location was perfect with easy access to the beach. The grill was less than adequate as the knobs wouldn't control the flame and only the back part of the grill functioned. The garage gate malfunctioned and would not open so we had to park on the street a couple times for awhile but a repairman was sent out fairly quickly. More bath towels would of been nice for the size group we had. There was plenty of sleeping accommodations. There was several nights that it was noisy well after 10 PM. One suggestion we have is that perhaps some folding drying racks could be available to hang swim suits on as there was no where to even hang bath towels let alone suits. Overall a great stay for our family!!!

Perfect oceanfront getaway!

OMIGOSH! This place was fabulous! It exceeded our clean, so spacious, so many amenities, perfect location with a great view. We loved walking to the pier but mainly enjoying our friends in this wonderful space. I called in a few minor things that needed addressing and the management company was ON IT right away and took care of EVERYTHING to our satisfaction! We all would DEFINITELY go back and highly recommend this unit. Parking for 2 cars was convenient in the clean lot underneath the condo, and had an elevator! We enjoyed having the front doors fully opened so we could listen and watch the waves. The fire pit, bbq and jacuzzi were also appreciated. 5 stars!!!

Found our annual beach house

We all loved the rental so much! I feel like a lot of the time a rental isn’t quite as spacious as the pictures make it look, in this instance it was so much more spacious than we expected. It was so perfect, fit our family perfectly, perfect location, loved the beach between the rental and the pier, not too bad of a walk to find a nice sandy spot to set up for the day. It was absolutely perfect and we will definitely be coming back! The assistance line was also super helpful when i couldn’t find where to access the garage for the property, didn’t realize the street wrapped around the front.

Covid getaway

Perfect stay on the beach!

We had plenty of room for our large party of 25, the kitchen is super well-stocked with plenty of plates and cookware, LOVED the view and being able to walk a short distance to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!
