Come escape to luxury in this oceanfront, 5-bedroom vacation rental. This condo is part of a six-unit complex on the beach. There is an elevator available in this unit for easy access to all floors. The building and condo are wheelchair accessible and the rental boasts beautiful slate flooring, a large kitchen perfect for any cook with granite counters and stainless appliances, a living room with a large flat screen TV, views looking out straight to the beach, an oceanfront balcony, and a private spa. This property also comes with central AC. You will be spoiled after your stay here and never want to leave!

This vacation rental is a home away from home. Each room has character, and everything is professionally decorated. You will find everything you need right in the rental, from beach towels to linens, from spices to coffee grinders and garlic presses. We have stocked the kitchens keeping in mind you might be cooking a Thanksgiving feast. Just imagine all of the memories that will be made on your vacation on the beach! BEACH ACCESS: There is a driveway that allows access to the underground parking between the condo complex and the beach. In order to get to the beach, this driveway must be crossed. See virtual tour to view exactly where it is situated.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

Beautiful location

Overall great experience, beautiful views easy parking. Only issue I had was they had someone come work on gate on morning and leave open thinking they would come back however did not and had some difficulty trying to reach and address issue gate was left open overnight and most of next day as repair person did not come until later in day luckily no issues occurred.

Exceptional Property Beautiful weekend

We had the most wonderful weekend at this property. You walk in the front door and see the view of the ocean and you feel special. The location is spectacular. No traffic going by as it is on a dead end. The place is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The front two bedrooms have their own baths and the 3 in the rear share 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a very large window seat for additional sleeping space if needed. Very well stocked. Loved that there were no TVs in the bedrooms. The kids all loved the walks on the beach and never turned on the tv all weekend. Very spacious for a party of 12. Lots of seating and an overall spectacular trip. Will definitely stay again.

Location, floor plan, views were spectacular and created for a wonderful getaway for our group. There were several (minor) maintenance issues that are the cause for my 4 star on general condition... - food catching component needed in right side of the sink. - wheels on bottom rack of the dishwasher are missing and made filling/emptying the dishwasher challenging. - not all shampoo/conditioner/body wash reservoirs were properly filled - main patio furniture missing cushions - ice machine not working - bar stools are too short for the counter Thank you!

Very nice view of the ocean.

This unit was perfect for handicap persons.. There was an elevator in the garage taking you you to your unit. We were a group of seven 70+ year old women celebrating an 80th birthday.The view was absolutely beautiful. The unit was fully stocked with all your needs & very clean. The office was very responsive to questions. The negative was the furniture was very broken down and hard to get up from. In the kitchen the bar stools were to low for bar top. There was only one TV in the living room. It would have been nice to have TV\'s in the bedrooms and luggage cart to make bringing your things up to the unit. The internet kept cutting in and out. I would definitely rent this unit again.

A few pieces of furniture were pretty worn - living room couch, patio furniture. The barstools at the kitchen counter were too short --- couldn't really sit in them and use the counter. Adding a garbage disposal would be good. The view was amazing and location was perfect.

Great location, fantastic view

You can’t beat the location and amazing views! Had a reunion with high school friends. We had enough space to spread out and adequate number of bathrooms. We just had 2 hiccups: the refrigerator was not getting cold fast enough to cool our food and we cannot turn on the grill because the propane tank was stuck! They were responsive though and sent someone to rectify the situation. Overall, the place is amazing!

Christmas Joy

Family Get Together

We always love staying at the beach for my daughters bday. This is the 5th year we have rented from Beach Front. This experience was not as good as others. Construction was taking place next door and workers started making noise at 6am. Also on last day there was a leak in one of the bathroom and service men were in and out of the rental all day. We could not use the main guest bathroom all day. Otherwise everything else was good.
Thank you for your visit Heriberto. It's very unfortunate that there was a plumbing issue during your stay. As you could imagine, this is not a planned event, but it's great to know we were able to respond in a timely manner to get the area under control. Also, It is very important to add that this unit was rented at a discount due to active construction taking place next door. What a fantastic stay at this oceanfront property.
Front row seats to the sparkling ocean and gorgeous sunsets. Everything is well appointed for your comfortable stay. This was so spacious for large groups never felt the least bit crowded. Everything is well stocked and maintained.
Loved the hot tub and walks were just steps out the door.
Our group is already planning a return trip and hope to make this a regular family outing location.
Everything is walk able and great restaurants to chose from but, I don't think you are going
to want to leave.

Fantastic Beach Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at BeachFrontOnly's beachhouse condo in Oceanside. The condo itself is top notch: 5 bd, 4 bath with a full sized kitchen. The place was spotless clean and ready to go when we arrived. The view was amazing. The condo included nice extras like pots and pans, an ice maker, jacuzzi, barbeque, extra fans, two washer and dryers and garage parking. Communication with the management company was friendly and helpful. There is good eating within a half mile to a mile. There is a Walmart 1.5 miles away for stocking up. If I had to nitpick I say that they condo needed some additional utensils for larger groups but there is a convivence store right up the street and we just bought plastic wear. Depending on the time of the year there may not be any "beach" directly outside. At Low tide the water was coming up to the rocks and high tide the water was splashing over. We walked 10 minutes north to the public beach by the pier.

Great family place

Best Luxury Rental Experience

Arrived late. Though a little confused as the unit was labeled “2” and the email confirmation is “B”, the hotline was prompt in helping me get it. Probably better to relabel the emails to reflect actual property names?

Besides that the property was amazing. We had 11 people stay in one and the rooms were huge, the hot tub was nice, the seaside breeze was unbeatable.

So much so, that 12 more from our group decided to rent the next door property for one night more!

Very clean, very nice and very helpful especially Rachel who gave us a discount for that last minute second rental.

San Diego Family Trip

The location and overall condition of the property was great.

We did have a slight issue with the small parking area and were blocked in by maintenance vehicles or cleaning vans multiple times.

We also had an issue with the WiFi. We could never get anything to connect for longer than 3 minutes at a time. The management company reset the modem for us and it was still impossible to use any sort of streaming device the entirety of our stay.

It would be nice to have a broom or vacuum to be able to clean up the messes that are inevitable when a large group stays together.

Other than those few small things... we loved staying here and had a great time.

Had a few issues

There was a few things that didn’t work properly and also I couldn’t get in on time due to the front door not working. They didn’t even accommodate me after wait for one hour with 45 minutes. Dryer didn’t work. Hardly any hot water.
