Come escape to luxury in this oceanfront, 5-bedroom vacation rental. This condo is part of a six-unit complex on the beach. There is an elevator available in this unit for easy access to all floors. The building and condo are wheelchair accessible and the rental boasts beautiful slate flooring, a large kitchen perfect for any cook with granite counters and stainless appliances, a living room with a large flat screen TV, views looking out straight to the beach, an oceanfront balcony, and a private spa. This property also comes with central AC. You will be spoiled after your stay here and never want to leave!

This vacation rental is a home away from home. Each room has character, and everything is professionally decorated. You will find everything you need right in the rental, from beach towels to linens, from spices to coffee grinders and garlic presses. We have stocked the kitchens keeping in mind you might be cooking a Thanksgiving feast. Just imagine all of the memories that will be made on your vacation on the beach! BEACH ACCESS: There is a driveway that allows access to the underground parking between the condo complex and the beach. In order to get to the beach, this driveway must be crossed. See virtual tour to view exactly where it is situated.
All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

Exceptional Property Beautiful weekend
by Dana BeiselWe had the most wonderful weekend at this property. You walk in the front door and see the view of the ocean and you feel special. The location is spectacular. No traffic going by as it is on a dead end. The place is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The front two bedrooms have their own baths and the 3 in the rear share 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a very large window seat for additional sleeping space if needed. Very well stocked. Loved that there were no TVs in the bedrooms. The kids all loved the walks on the beach and never turned on the tv all weekend. Very spacious for a party of 12. Lots of seating and an overall spectacular trip. Will definitely stay again.

Location, floor plan, views were spectacular and created for a wonderful getaway for our group. There were several (minor) maintenance issues that are the cause for my 4 star on general condition...
- food catching component needed in right side of the sink.
- wheels on bottom rack of the dishwasher are missing and made filling/emptying the dishwasher challenging.
- not all shampoo/conditioner/body wash reservoirs were properly filled
- main patio furniture missing cushions
- ice machine not working
- bar stools are too short for the counter

Very nice view of the ocean.

This unit was perfect for handicap persons.. There was an elevator in the garage taking you you to your unit. We were a group of seven 70+ year old women celebrating an 80th birthday.The view was absolutely beautiful. The unit was fully stocked with all your needs & very clean.
The office was very responsive to questions.
The negative was the furniture was very broken down and hard to get up from. In the kitchen the bar stools were to low for bar top. There was only one TV in the living room. It would have been nice to have TV\'s in the bedrooms and luggage cart to make bringing your things up to the unit. The internet kept cutting in and out. I would definitely rent this unit again.

A few pieces of furniture were pretty worn - living room couch, patio furniture. The barstools at the kitchen counter were too short --- couldn't really sit in them and use the counter. Adding a garbage disposal would be good. The view was amazing and location was perfect.

Great location, fantastic view

You can’t beat the location and amazing views! Had a reunion with high school friends. We had enough space to spread out and adequate number of bathrooms. We just had 2 hiccups: the refrigerator was not getting cold fast enough to cool our food and we cannot turn on the grill because the propane tank was stuck! They were responsive though and sent someone to rectify the situation. Overall, the place is amazing!

Family Get Together

We always love staying at the beach for my daughters bday. This is the 5th year we have rented from Beach Front. This experience was not as good as others. Construction was taking place next door and workers started making noise at 6am. Also on last day there was a leak in one of the bathroom and service men were in and out of the rental all day. We could not use the main guest bathroom all day. Otherwise everything else was good.
Thank you for your visit Heriberto. It's very unfortunate that there was a plumbing issue during your stay. As you could imagine, this is not a planned event, but it's great to know we were able to respond in a timely manner to get the area under control. Also, It is very important to add that this unit was rented at a discount due to active construction taking place next door. Front row seats to the sparkling ocean and gorgeous sunsets. Everything is well appointed for your comfortable stay. This was so spacious for large groups never felt the least bit crowded. Everything is well stocked and maintained.
Loved the hot tub and walks were just steps out the door.
Our group is already planning a return trip and hope to make this a regular family outing location.

Fantastic Beach Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at BeachFrontOnly's beachhouse condo in Oceanside. The condo itself is top notch: 5 bd, 4 bath with a full sized kitchen. The place was spotless clean and ready to go when we arrived. The view was amazing. The condo included nice extras like pots and pans, an ice maker, jacuzzi, barbeque, extra fans, two washer and dryers and garage parking. Communication with the management company was friendly and helpful. There is good eating within a half mile to a mile. There is a Walmart 1.5 miles away for stocking up. If I had to nitpick I say that they condo needed some additional utensils for larger groups but there is a convivence store right up the street and we just bought plastic wear. Depending on the time of the year there may not be any "beach" directly outside. At Low tide the water was coming up to the rocks and high tide the water was splashing over. We walked 10 minutes north to the public beach by the pier.

Best Luxury Rental Experience

Arrived late. Though a little confused as the unit was labeled “2” and the email confirmation is “B”, the hotline was prompt in helping me get it. Probably better to relabel the emails to reflect actual property names?
Besides that the property was amazing. We had 11 people stay in one and the rooms were huge, the hot tub was nice, the seaside breeze was unbeatable.
So much so, that 12 more from our group decided to rent the next door property for one night more!
Very clean, very nice and very helpful especially Rachel who gave us a discount for that last minute second rental.

We did have a slight issue with the small parking area and were blocked in by maintenance vehicles or cleaning vans multiple times.
We also had an issue with the WiFi. We could never get anything to connect for longer than 3 minutes at a time. The management company reset the modem for us and it was still impossible to use any sort of streaming device the entirety of our stay.
It would be nice to have a broom or vacuum to be able to clean up the messes that are inevitable when a large group stays together.

My experience here was such a perfect experience for me and my family, the amount of space this house provided was out of this world, the house is, as quoted by my family who came and tarried for, too long as I say, is "LIKE A MANSION" lols, just a hopscotch away from the beach which was so awesome. Oh my gosh and the view the sunrise and sunset was worth the amount I spent for a couple nights in this house, I would pay it again If I ever come back to Oceanside. The stay at the house made me wonder and take in the thought of moving here, Not kidding. the bathrooms were huge, the rooms were indeed a home vacation rental, I would come back to this rental my next planned family vacation, hands down.

Hit and Miss

The condo is really beautiful, no question. The accordion windows overlooking the ocean makes the entire livingroom feel like a large balcony. The condo looks larger in person. The location is nice because it is at the end of the strand so you don’t get all the car and pedestrian traffic. The beaches have a lot of rocks unless you go beyond the pier, but we were ok with that. There were a few negatives to the place that keep it from getting 5 stars. The refrigerator was broken when we got there. It never got to the recommended temperature. The property manager was very good at bringing us a temporary smaller refrigerator. It worked well, although we had to buy big coolers for extra storage since we were a large party of 17. The other issue was that it didn’t feel like the air conditioner worked. It never got below 79 degrees in the condo even when we were gone all day. Luckily there are fans above all the beds that helped out. The gourmet kitchen could have used a few more larger pots, pans and bowls. We ended up buying larger aluminum trays for our meals. Overall the place is beautiful and we had a really great time. I would recommend this place, but I definitely would t advertise that it sleeps 21. We were maxed out at 17.

As a suggestion, the next time you book with us, please let reservations know if you would like to book a property with more bedrooms or bathrooms. Perfect Family Vacation Home!

We were visiting the area for a family wedding and rather than stay in individual rooms, we wanted a place to comfortably accommodate us all! This worked out perfectly for us and we could not have been more pleased. It was clean, decorated nicely, well appointed and of course the views were AMAZING! The sleepers in the bedrooms were much larger than they look in the pictures and although we only needed one, it's good to note that they exceeded our expectations! We would DEFINITELY recommend it and if we're in the area ever again with this big group, we would stay again!

Wonderful BeachFront Stay

My family thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful home over Christmas break! It was very comfortable for all 15 of us and we enjoyed all the amenities it offered. Parking was easy, the hot tub was nice and warm, the kitchen was perfect with everything we needed, and the BBQ and patio were great for cooking out with a view. The extra linen for side sleepers were perfect and beach towels were appreciated. Highly recommended and hope to return again!

Mom's surprise 81st birthday

The family came in from all over to surprise mom for a weekend at her favorite place - the ocean. The location and view were sublime. Sunsets on the balcony were amazing. Parking was easy underneath. Elevator to help bring all of the things upstairs easily. The house itself is beautiful, everyone was wowed by it. Spacious and very comfortable. It was a great weekend.

This beach house was incredible. The rooms were spacious with big comfy beds, the feel of the house was open, clean, cool. We were right at the start of the strand so it was quiet and secluded yet just a quick walk to the town of Oceanside and the beautiful pier where you can dine on fries and shakes while watching the sunset. The staff was extremely friendly and made sure our stay was exceptional. WI'll definitely be booking here again next trip to San Diego.

A magical week

The place was clean, photos did it justice. Note though that there are no amenities - no shampoo, conditioner, not even coffee, condiments, etc. so make sure you bring your own.
We rented all four units of this building for a wedding, but even during the rental period there were maintenance folks coming in, leaving gates open, etc. which was concerning since we did have a dog on the property.
Overall though, the property is beautiful, description online is accurate, I'd definitely recommend this property for people looking for a getaway.

Cleanest VRBO rental we've stayed in.

Oceanside retreat

We really enjoyed our stay. We come back every year. I highly recommend BeachFront Only. The staff responds right away whenever there is any kind of problem. We went to Knotts Berry Farm, however the train was not running for some reason, so we had to drive there. The property is very near the train station and we always like to use it to go places (Seaport Village and Knotts Berry Farm).

Lovely Family Vacation

We rented this condo in order to celebrate my father's 80th birthday. It worked perfectly. My brother and his wife brought their two boys. My husband and I brought our 16 year-old daughter. The condo was very comfortable. We loved the proximity to the beach and the ocean view. We had one minor mechanical difficulty, a stuck drain plug in a sink, which the maintenance crew fixed within a couple of hours of my email. All in all, we were very happy.

As a first time VRBO customer, I was a bit nervous. All of my worries disappeared as soon as we walked through the front door! Amazing views and the condo was beautiful! Making the reservation was simple. No checking in was great. They e mailed us the entrance code and we got in right away. Great staff!

Place is gorgeous, unfortunately, we didn't sleep well due to smell of gas leak and we took our showers on the first night with NO WARM WATER. In the morning, while some of us are in the middle of a shower, water went off. Just wishing someone would have notified us that they are fixing something. We learned about it after experiencing NO WATER while showering. But otherwise, would have been a great vacation. Staff is helpful and kind especially Briana.

We like this beach house and appreciate the elevator for our wheelchair bound family member.
It would be helpful to have an electric grill in the kitchen and some mixing bowls.
It would also be helpful to consolidate the kitchen utensils enough to have room to put some food.
The beach towels were the same solid color as the bath towels so it was difficult for the children to distinguish.
Don't get take out or pick up a catered dinner from Los Tacos! They didn't include 4 of the items that are on the printed order form for our taco bar (pico de gallo, lettuce, cabbage and guacamole) . Very disappointed that when we called back about it they offered no apology, said it was too late to get it that evening, but maybe they could give us the lettuce, cabbage and pico if we came by the next day!

Beautiful Condo with a great view

Enjoyed our stay with our 4 married kids and their spouses and one grandson. Condo is spacious and well appointed, with a wonderful view of the ocean. While the beach directly in front of the condo is very narrow and covered with water at all but lowest tide, there is a nice beach just a couple hundred yards south of the condo. Or, if you like lots of people and activity, the main Oceanside pier is a leisurely walk just half a mile to the north. We did both and really enjoyed our stay.

I came here with a large group of friends after running a race together, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate and relax. The view was truly unbelievable- right on the water. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Everything in the house was in great shape, and we all fit comfortably. The in-unit washer/dryer were hugely convenient too. You could tell the owners of the property really care about giving their guests a great experience. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Bi-coastal Family Vacation

My husband, daughter and I traveled from NJ to spend a week with my husband's family from the Sacramento area. All ten of us really loved the condo. It was ready for us upon arrival,the unit was immaculate and had more than enough starter items; toilet paper, dish detergent, etc. All of the the bedrooms were large enough and had plenty of storage space. Although we had four kids in their 20's, rather than going out in the evening, the condo was so comfortable and inviting, they stayed home with their parents. The view of the Pacific was spectacular and it was so nice to hear the waves when falling asleep. I can't rave enough about this condo, we had a wonderful time!

Most memorable vacation-terrific views and stay!

My family had always stayed at hotels during our vacations and were hesitant about a rental house. My friends urged me to rent out a house because it would be more economical and feel more like home. We ended up renting from Beachfront and were AMAZED at the accommodations from the moment we walked into the property. You are greeted by a very spacious and well thought out floor plan, providing privacy for each person. And oh, did I mention the view? That's the first thing you notice when you walk in the door! The vast ocean and the waves crashing against the shore- the best lullaby ever! Also, the team at Beachfront Properties thought of everything to make our stay truly feel as though we were at home. From extra linens and beach towels to having all kitchen supplies on hand. The only thing I do recommend from them is adding on an apron and a clock in the living area. Also, I wished there were some boogie boards that they can rent/loan out from the property instead of walking all the way down to the pier. Other than those minor inconveniences, our stay was fantastic and we would definitely recommend staying here. I know we will be coming back again, God willing.

Sheva was very helpful when assisting us to find a beach house. She recommended a house for us that would accommodate our large group. She even suggested a house that would be better due to the fact that we might get a little noisy. She was very prompt in responding by email to my many questions. The pictures of the house did not do it justice. The house was gorgeous, had everything we needed and was the perfect location to everything. We enjoyed our stay 100%. No complaints. Cleaning crew came 10 minutes after check out. A bit early, but totally our fault for not being ready. We would definitely rent from beach front only again and would recommend to anybody. We very much enjoyed our stay at Oceanside. The condo is right on the beach front with a large bay window looking out over the ocean. We had our children, spouses and grand children, a total of 20 people. There was plenty of room for all and it was very comfortable. The Making of a Great Family Memory

We loved staying at this all inclusive unit. It was beautifully designed and decorated with a fabulous view of the ocean. The Staff was very quick to respond to any request and did so with professional courtesy. There was plenty of "private" space and plenty of "gathering" space. Our only complaints were (1) there was no fly swatter, and (2) the access to the beach was limited. There was no pathway close by our unit so we had to walk quite a way down the road to get to it. Otherwise it was fabulous and I would recommend it to anyone. Our family had a wonderful time together there. A memory that will last forever.

Met or exceeded expectatoins in most ways. Door locks (back doors) did not work properly or I couldn't get them to work. Front door worked fine. Some blinds were broken and the ceiling fan light fixture in the front bedroom was on the sink with a repair ticket.

This was the first time we stayed at this particular home. We've been coming to Oceanside for the last 4 years for company retreats. The kitchen and living room is huge and worked great for our meetings. The downside is that the bedrooms were on the small side.

MLK Weekend Family Men's Getaway

This was our 3rd use of Beachfront Only and the 2nd at this Oceanside location. 15 men! Me,Dad,Uncles,Cousins,older nephews, and two best friends. From here, San Fran, and Texas. The five (5) bedrooms very comfortably accomidate all 15 adult men with the large queen and king beds as well as the singles in each room. Someone will want to sleep on the living room front window bed and wake up with that ocean view...The large open kitchen,dining,and living areas are great for our continuous group cooking and eating family style only going out donuts and a can opener (BRING YOUR OWN)...When we wern't eating, we were playing Hold 'em, watching NFL playoffs (Go 9ers), or walking to the Oceanside Pier on a sunny 76 degrees January afternoon... We've been doing this guys trip for 6 years now. It's the highlight of the year for all of us, and Beachfront Only Vacation Rentals has been great to us the last three trips... did I mention to bring your own can opener.

Our stay was very nice! The property was beautiful and the staff was good! The only minor complaints I would have is that there should be tv's in every bedroom, and a nice big patio/balcony would have been great. The other one isn't really fixable....You have to walk a distance to get to the beach, even though its beach front property. So, the views are great, but our ideal vacation would have been to let the kids run onto the beach as we sat on the patio and relaxed.

Excellent place, watch out for the upstairs unit!

Overall a great vacation stay at this unit with 2 things to be aware of. First the pros: +beachfrontonly was professional, place was clean, communication was excellent +location of this unit is great, with fantastic view of the water, and you can hear
the waves crashing from the unit +layouot is conducive to family gatherings which is key, open kitchen, nice big living room, and again, those views... +oceanside is a nice little town with easy driving to SD attractions (i.e. within 30 minutes) like legoland,
the children's museum, zoo, etc). Couple cons: - our first 2 nights the upstairs unit was inhabited by a family of 16 with teenagers and we could hear them running around all night, up and down the stairs and just across the floor in general. It was to the
point of impacting sleep and we were happy that they were only there for a few nights. So hopefully your upstairs unit, if inhabited, is not filled by a late night bunch! - the beach very close is pretty narrow, so if it's high tide you don't have a beach
to lounge on right out front, at low tide it's fine, but just be aware that at high tide your beach option is about a quarter mile north to the pier. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay and interaction with Beachfront only.

Fun Family Beach Vacation for Colorado Family

Excellent Property

The property was outstanding. Clean, high standard construction (appliances, counter tops, bathrooms, etc) with awesome ocean views. The property management team was excellent. They made us feel at home and went out of their way to help with every request. The only item lacking was a beach in front of the property. The surf comes right up to the rocks and you need to walk about 100 yards to the left or right to get to the beach. That is the only thing that prevents this property from being absolutely perfect. I'd say it is a 4.6 out of a possible 5.0.

The Hudson Family Reunion

We had our first family reunion of 23 people including 2 babies. I had to get cribs and called management and they recommended a company and when we arrived the cribs were there. The condo's are beautiful, clean and the kitchen is completely supplied. My sister-in-law is a caterer and she would call me from Indiana and ask if she needed to bring anything for cooking. She said the kitchen had more in the kitchen than she had in her kitchen. Everyone had a ball and wants to do it again. I recommend the condo's we stayed in to everyone...you won't be disappointed.

Thanksgiving 2010

We had a group of 15 in this beautiful condo for the week and it met all of our needs. It was clean and well maintained with plenty of space for all. Young kids were safe and had tons of fun on the beach. I hope to return in the near future.

Wonderful family vacation.....

We will definitely do this again, with or without our family. We all had a marvelous time. The condo was large enough that we were not falling all over each other and perfect to host a guest chef and cooking demonstration in a birthday celebration. Very well equipped for the evening and a perfect setup with the counters around the kitchen. The view of the ocean was fantastic for sunrise and sunset.

The only complaint we had was the last day my family was there ants started getting into our food but other than that it was perfect. We will stay there again!
