We’re truly sorry to hear about the disruptions and condition concerns you experienced. Noise transfer in multi-level buildings can be challenging, and we regret that this detracted from your stay. For future visits, we would be happy to assist you in finding a top-floor unit or a single-family home, which can help avoid this type of issue. Unfortunately, there is not much we can do as the management company in regards to noise when it is not occurring during noise ordinance times. Of course we always ask guests to be kind and considerate to their neighbors.
We also apologize for the concerns you noted regarding the showers, bed comfort, cleanliness upon arrival, and the condition of the furniture and balcony. This is not the standard we strive to provide, and your feedback has been shared with our housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams so these items can be reviewed and addressed.
Regarding the Wi-Fi and trash information, this is included in our online guest portal. We also acknowledge your comments about towel quantity and in-unit supplies. We do supply the unit with towels based on the occupancy of the unit.

When our team was made aware of the problem, maintenance reset the condensers, and this appeared to resolve the issue.
