This is a perfect private getaway for anyone that want an escape from home! The building and condo are wheelchair accessible and the unit boasts beautiful slate flooring, a large kitchen perfect for any cook with granite counters and stainless appliances, a living room with a large flat screen TV, views looking out straight to the beach, an oceanfront balcony, and a private spa. This property also comes with central AC. You will be spoiled after your stay here and never want to leave!

This vacation rental is a home away from home. Each room has character, and everything is professionally decorated. You will find everything you need right in the rental, from beach towels to linens, from spices to coffee grinders and garlic presses. We have stocked the kitchens keeping in mind you might be cooking a Thanksgiving feast. Just imagine all of the memories that will be made on your vacation on the beach! BEACH ACCESS: There is a driveway that allows access to the underground parking between the condo complex and the beach. In order to get to the beach, this driveway must be crossed. See virtual tour to view exactly where it is situated.
All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

Great View!

Drawback was the fact that they have all the lights on timers & the hallway constantly lights up with any movement which during the evening can wake you up. Furniture could be updated. We had a wonderful time. It is not easy to find a vacation spot that is wheelchair accessible. This was terrific. If I had one suggestion, it would be that the large bathroom had a vanity where one could put toiletries. I brought a bar stool from the kitchen into the bathroom for that purpose. Not a huge deal, just sharing.

Everything was fine, except that the entrance to the unit, and the elevator area are really dirty, as they were when we stayed there the first time. Also, the two sofas were filthy as was the patio furniture so we had to cover them with blankets before sitting on them. The outside umbrellas tipped over in the wind, and the fire pit did not work. The best parts are obviously the view, and a lovely huge kitchen that had everything you could want for cooking. I had asked for a complimentary one extra hour at check out as my husband is severely disabled and is super slow to get moving in the morning, but was turned down. Very VERY greedy management in my opinion, since we were repeat business. $100 for an extra hour? Ridiculous.

This Beachfront property was better than to be expected. It is extremely spacious with a gorgeous view. The beds were comfortable except for the mattress on the sleeper couch, my daughters opted to seep on top of the couch after a night in the sleeper. The kitchen is very large and well supplied. I might suggest some larger pans, since this house is made for ten guests.

Overall we were very pleased with everything which worked out really well for our family. I did found the inflexibility regarding early check in to be quite unpleasant. The units were ready for us and why we couldn't have both at 2 PM after paying the $200 fee is unclear to me. It would have been SO easy to make our initial impression more favorable by allowing us to enter both units at 2 PM.
A couple of things to note. We found that there are a number of doors that can use some WD40 on the hinges as they squeak quite a bit. The bathrooms can use some shelving or additional storage areas as there is no space to lay out one's toiletries. As a safety measure, it would seem that there should be a way to open the accordion doors to the deck from the outside as someone could easily be locked out. On the plus side, one of the dishwashers was not draining and you had your tech there on a Sunday morning to fix it which was very impressive! Overall, a great experience and everyone enjoyed their stay.

The unit was in a fantastic location, and the view from the patio and inside, with its wall of windows could not be beat. It was huge, there are enough bedrooms and bathrooms for a small army, but there were not enough towels to go around, and the place is dingy. It needs a good scrub and paint job. And not to mention the small lobby off the parking area where the elevators are. It was grimy and filthy. That was disappointing when I’m spending over $500 per night to stay there. And there was not a single detail regarding where the parking is. We were in unit 5 and the parking area, once we found it, had a no parking sign in the stall for unit 5. I felt very uneasy about parking there, thinking my car might be towed. My last complaint is that the cushions on the patio furniture should be replaced with something that can be wiped off. They are cloth and they remain wet due to humidity. Not fun to sit on a wet cushion. So if the place got a scrub, a paint job, a variety of towels provided, clear parking instructions, and better outdoor cushions, it would be a fantastic place to stay.

Oceanside Girls Getaway

We were looking for a 4BR property with a great view of the water for a 50th birthday trip, and we sure got it! This location can't be beat. We spent most of our stay sitting on the fabulous balcony patio enjoying the sounds of the surf. The interior of the apartment was clean, nicely appointed, and comfortable. Easy walk to coffee, market and restaurants. The Strand ends just north of the property, so you have great access to walk along with beach, without all of the car traffic right under your window. The only drawbacks of the property were very spotty wi-fi and finicky shower heads (low flow and squeaky). Overall, however, it was fantastic, and we would definitely return!

Unforgettable View

The property was exactly as advertised--well-maintained, adequate amenities, location, elevator, secure parking. Beds were comfortable and fans were a welcome addition in each room. The lr furniture lacks a bit in comfort--we mostly sat outdoors bc of this. Lighting was a bit tricky but once you get used to it, no big deal. Overall, it was a quiet, beautiful place to seek refuge from the regular rigors of everyday life!

Family weekend getaway at the beach

I guess it was hard to get a person to fix garage gate and was not too happy about waiting for a response from company about what to do because gate would not open. We had to basically push gate open to park. It was not acceptable to have the company simply tell us to park on the street as there were zero places to park on the street.
The WIFI was very, very slow. The unit has only 1 TV and it was always buffering, very hard to watch sports. An upscale place like this needs to have very fast Wifi.

A beautiful property overlooking the ocean

A very nice property! It was VERY clean, kitchen had enough utensils to get by, with the exception of the garlic press. Their garlic press is broken abd needs to be replaced! They also need new knives! There were no knives for chopping, only smaller cerated knives. The dishwasher isn’t secured with screws, so the racks tip forward! The refrigerator needs to be replaced. The ice maker doesn’t work, and it got so cold in the vegetable bin, it froze fresh veggies. Because it fits next to a wall, it wasn’t conducive to pulling the ice maker out because the freezer door couldn’t be opened enough. Always a poor design to box a refrigerator in, not allowing access to drawers and/or the ice maker,
Overall, it was a great property for our needs. When we ran out of propane for the fire pit, we called and a new one was promptly delivered! They supply a Mr. Coffee drip coffee maker. Knowing that, we brought our Keurig from home.
I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this property. I would, however, strongly suggest the dishwasher be secured and refrigerator be replaced!

Allow me to help you make your decision - choose this unit!

I have rented several units through BeachFrontOnly, and this has been my favorite unit so far. This unit is exactly 1⁄2 mile from the pier, which is a 10-minute walk along the beach which has several parks, and playgrounds for small children, and several restaurants and shops. Inside, this unit is tremendously spacious, it was great for 8 people (my family, my parents, and my mother-in-law). Each person had their own room and the view from the living room and balcony were spectacular. Plus, there is a small convenience store that has all your basic needs (including diapers and wines) just a 2-minute walk from this unit. The private elevator makes sure that anybody with leg issues will be able to enjoy the unit. And the kitchen is large and allows the ability to make great meals, when you do not want to order take out. Every room had windows that allowed the sound of crashing waves to lull you asleep. The firepit was a great place to make smores with our kids. Lastly, the customer service from the rental property team was amazing, we had several small issues and they responded quickly to each one of them. I would highly recommend this unit for anybody, especially families.

The View and Location is Perfect

This vacation was worth the splurge. There just too many doors and not all of them worked. There is a small walk out patio that was never cleaned. Not all our maintenance requests were resolved but we made do. We also returned one day with someone parked in our assigned space. That was unexpected unexpected a bit inconvenient. I guess the view and location made up for those issues.

3-Night Oceanside staycation

The view from the condo is absolutely incredible! When you wake up in the morning and walk down the hallway, you are greeted by the ocean. The panoramic doors and large deck make it really special. The unit is very spacious and can fit a large family easily. I counted bedding for 14 with the sofa beds. The condo (especially the kitchen) is extremely well-stocked. One hassle is that there isn’t a garbage disposal (to empty food scraps into the trash is smelly and just plain gross). Two garage parking spots is a real plus. Loved having an elevator. There is one TV in the living room that uses streaming service. WiFi is strong.
The exterior of the building is very ocean-weathered with rust. Anything metal is crusty and rundown. Looking down from the balcony, there are two drainage ponds on the ocean side that are pretty unsightly. They are empty with dirt, weeds and I even saw dog poop.
All that can be lived with for the spectacular condo. All except...the sounds of the train blaring. The tracks are just a block away. Every time the Coaster/Sprinter passed through the intersection of Coast Hwy and Wisconsin, they blasted the horn. This continued until 3AM each night. It woke me up every time and the last night I checked the clock...1:25AM, 2:28AM, 2:59AM. It started back up just after dawn. The trains may be going to the north Oceanside train yard because there can’t possibly be passengers in the middle of the night. I have never had so little sleep on a vacation.
It is very enjoyable to lounge on the deck, take beach walks (sand only available in the afternoon as the waves make it all the way to the rocks other times) and take in sunsets worthy of a screen saver.
The exterior of the building is very ocean-weathered with rust. Anything metal is crusty and rundown. Looking down from the balcony, there are two drainage ponds on the ocean side that are pretty unsightly. They are empty with dirt, weeds and I even saw dog poop.
All that can be lived with for the spectacular condo. All except...the sounds of the train blaring. The tracks are just a block away. Every time the Coaster/Sprinter passed through the intersection of Coast Hwy and Wisconsin, they blasted the horn. This continued until 3AM each night. It woke me up every time and the last night I checked the clock...1:25AM, 2:28AM, 2:59AM. It started back up just after dawn. The trains may be going to the north Oceanside train yard because there can’t possibly be passengers in the middle of the night. I have never had so little sleep on a vacation.

Beautiful beach house

Condo is beautiful and literally on the water. View from balcony is amazing. It was clean on arrival with exception of a dirty towel left in one of the bathrooms. The one negative would be the lack of a sandy beach in front of condo. We had to walk about 1/4 mi to sand, which made it inconvenient for the kids (and lugging all the beach gear). Other than that, we had a great weekend getaway.

Great vacation!

Super location but not sand front, a bit of a walk to the beach. Clean, big place, close to everything. Jacuzzi wasn’t working but not needed. Bedrooms great, bathrooms clean. Patio was fabulous, windows opened wide open. Buy ice, refrigerator isn’t adequate to provide ice for a large group.

Spectacular Setting

Soooo Happy With This Place !!

It was our first time staying in Oceanside. With so many choices of where to stay, I wasn't sure where to pick. This house looked new, clean and modern online so I decided to chose it. I couldn't be more happy. It was even bigger, and better than the pictures (which never happens). We felt like "Ballers" in this house. Everything was like new and so clean. The location is perfect! Low tide during the day gives you your own beach right in front. Huge patio with great furniture and BBQ was our favorite part. Highly recommend this house. We are definitely going back. The ladies at beachfrontonly are amazing!!

Incredible oceanfront experience!

Our stay was beyond incredible - from the comfortable unit to the convenient location to the wonderful oceanfront view - the stay was perfect for our family.
The accommodations were spacious, clean, and modern. It was all very nice, but the signature draw had to be the view....more than a view really; the entire waterfront wall of the house opened up full width to a spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped balcony, bringing the feel and sound of the wave action right into the living room! Amazing!
Another unusual feature is the dining table - the biggest I've ever seen by far. No need to extend it with an extra table or squeeze in chairs - this table went on forever and comfortably accommodated our entire group for meals and games.
I can only hope for another get-together in this beautiful place! Thanks much for sharing it.

Unit was beautiful although it was not the unit we booked due to a repair issue at the original unit. Communication was poor as we did not hear anything about the move to a different unit until less than a week before. We did not get info on the new unit until the day before our arrival. We were given a n access code to the unit only, not the garage or the front gate so we could not get in. Had to contact to get this info. There were also inside door codes that were not provided for which we had to call in as well.Overall, the property manager made good on everything, but communication was frustrating at best.

Overall Fun

Just need to make sure propane is full for bbq or fire pit. Need to have an electric can opener. The manual one is difficult to use and was not working well. Third time I have used these properties and we alway have a problem accessing the codes to get in. I always have to call the office for assistance. Overall a 4

Perfect Stay

Fabulous oceanside family home

Beautiful Weekend

I rented this condo for a family gathering of 10.
Upon arrival, the spectacular view from the entrance into the living area was amazing. The panoramic doors opened the entire living area to the outdoors. The condo was spotless and fully stocked with utensils, dishes, spices and appliances. The living area was more than adequate for our party. The views and gorgeous sunsets were awesome! The staff was helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend this condo. There is nothing more soothing than the sound of waves against the rocks and the endless ocean views. This was my first rental with Beachfront Only and I would definitely rent this property again.

A Beautiful home!

Our family stayed in this unit and had a wonderful time. The view is amazing! Saw Sea Lions and dolphins and enjoyed the sounds of crashing waves. We practically hung out on the patio the whole stay.
