We loved the location, but I will shop for a different property our next visit there. The couch was very uncomfortable to sit on, you need to have the cushions you sit on re done, they are flat and uncomfortable, we sat on the extra pillows from couch on top of the cushions. My friend with us is in furniture sales and says you can have the insides replaced easily enough so you don't have to get a new couch. The outside couch is about to break in the center so we would not sit on that. There is a problem with the pigeons roosting there on the sun shade, you need to get an owl or some fishing line up there to deter them or something, we kept trying to shoo them away. Some better supplies for kitchen are needed, the ONE sautee pan is scraped up and loosing its teflon coating, and that is unsafe for use. We cooked in the large boiling pots (plenty of those) that were not the correct type for what we were cooking (breakfast, eggs, etc..) because they were at least safe. There were no Pizza pans. But luckily we were just 3 people so we made due. The views were amazing and the hot tub was hot and we truly appreciated that! The beach towels and extra blankets were a nice bonus too! The beds were comfortable and bedding was nice. Oh, and the P trap in the bathroom off the hallway needs cleaned out, sink barely drains.

Furniture is a little dated/old. Teams/support is top notch.

This was a great location, easy parking and perfect walking distance to town and food. The checkout always scares me, but with Beachfront Only it was easy. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Overall good. This was our third rental with you this year. We were in 809-6. The 2 couches need to be replaced, I had better in college. The bathrooms could have cleaner. I had an issue with the back garage gate. It was left open most of the day Sunday. People off the street were riding their bikes into the garage, that’s not acceptable, as it’s a security issue. I’m sure you can improve that. We will be back!

As usual, it was exceptional. Great location/view and accessibility to everything. Only one issue....please, please, do something with the deck furniture. Especially the wooden couch. Please replace the cushions. We're coming back no matter what but that was the only downer. Thank You!

The view was amazing. Listening to the sound of the ocean waves is the best. The house fit our family nicely. The kitchen was well appointed. Bathrooms were small with not much counter space. Our only complaint was that the balcony was not clean, and the pigeons have made a horrible mess in the awning above the space, and feathers and bird droppings were on the deck.

We rented this for my sisters birthday with my whole family. Being raised in Oceanside and being able to come back and have this experience just like when we were kids was wonderful! The condo was fully equipped with anything you could think of. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will be back!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. There were 4 couples who stayed and the lay out and bedroom/bathroom setup was perfect for us. We hope to come back again!

This was our third stay at this location and the first time we have been disappointed in its condition and cleanliness. Outside, the cover of one patio cushion was ripped, the artificial turf on the deck smelled like urine, pigeons roosting on the sun sail are creating a bird dropping problem. Inside, two dining chairs were unusable, there was a great deal of dust on the decorations and ceiling vents, there were crumbs on the table, a chair and in the silverware drawer, there were coffee drips on the cupboards, the bar stools were visibly dirty, there was hair in the shower, the floor throughout was very dirty and a mouse ate from an avocado that was on the island. We appreciated the quick and courteous response of your office staff and cleaning supervisor, as well as the improvements to the garage and gate. We love visiting Oceanside and hope we can return one day to a cleaner, updated rental.

Our family spent a week at this place after several years of similar vacations near Mission Beach. This was by far the biggest, nicest place with the best views we have ever gotten in this price range. It was well maintained with comfortable bedding, really responsive hosts, easy parking, a really short drive to Carlsbad and about a half mile walk to a cute pier and beach with two adjacent playgrounds that were perfect for my kids. We would definitely come back!

We stayed here twice this year, once in May and so happy with the home we went again in September. This house does not disappoint it is clean well stocked convenient and an amazing view. Responses from management were Addressed quickly including one maintenance issue very responsive. Finding a home with three king beds almost impossible and the fact that we can bring our doggies everything is a plus plus plus with this unit
