Amazing vacation home sitting on the ocean! This is the UPPER LEVEL duplex. This three-story rental has one full kitchen and one wet bar with granite counters, laminate floors, decks off of the living room and master bedroom with a private balcony/ The living room, kitchen, and dining all look out the ocean. The master bedroom has its' very own private deck overlooking the ocean. There are 2 washer and dryer units, so when you return home, you will not have loads and loads of laundry! This property has central AC. Nothing was spared when this rental was built. Come escape to luxury on the beach!

This vacation rental is a home away from home. Each room has character, and everything is professionally decorated. You will find everything you need right in the rental, from beach towels to linens, from spices to coffee grinders and garlic presses. We have stocked the kitchens keeping in mind you might be cooking a Thanksgiving feast. Just imagine all of the memories that will be made on your vacation on the beach! All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

Great Vacation

Love this place! The new spa was a highlight and having two fully equipped kitchens made meals a breeze. The home was spacious, clean, and in a perfect beachside location. Plenty of space for a larger group. Call dibs on the top level bedroom, you wake up to the best sunrise.

Excellent rental, would do it again. One note, the shampoo and soap dispensers should be re-filled with fresh material, they smelled rancid as if they had been left to sit too long. We ended up purchasing our own soap and shampoo. This was minor, and it was a wonderful stay.

The internet kept cutting in and out, we missed the new years countdown because of it. One of the showers had a broken door. Also the kitchen utensils weren’t very good quality so it was difficult to cook. Otherwise we had a very great stay. Small improvements would make a huge difference.

Nice big place. Great location. Maintenance can use some help. A C third floor didn't work even with all doors and windows closed. Hot water third floor hard to get going. Grill stopped working after one night, maybe ran out of propane. Some windows cracked, not a huge issue. Nice property.

The property had absolutely gorgeous views of the ocean and having sliding doors to take in the sea breezes was priceless! The location is spectacular and access to the ocean and beach is very convenient. The property was spacious, and it was wonderful to have two kitchens that were well stocked. Property management responded quickly with a delivery request for additional fans. The property was clean in all the important places, but my mom pointed out (as moms do) the lamp shades were dusty. But since fans and air-conditioning were full throttle due to the heat, that small detail was noticed as dust floats. Some needed improvements were noticed: Most front and center, AC unit inability to cool 2nd floor back 3 bedrooms (vents were open, we checked). Walking in on our first evening it was 84 degrees inside. The signs said not to open doors windows as it would turn off AC which we wanted to work with the upcoming sleeping hours. It would have been a much nicer impression if the property could have started cooling off a few hours before our visit to enter in at more comfortable temperature. Everyone suffered a lack of sleep due to lack of cooling and fans. It was very annoying to have the AC turn in after every 4 hours especially at night. Refrigeration / Freezers were subpar along with windows not opening/ closing well, dishwasher bottom tray falls off track, main bedroom upstairs lacks ceiling fan, bottom drawer of white dresser is unusable. The hook rack on the wall on the 2nd floor back bedroom fell completely off when a light summer dress was hung. The property definitely needs an uplift and does not match the value for which we paid.

Best family retreat ever

These beach front properties are so relaxing. You feel like you are the only one on the planet. The homes are designed with maximum view of the ocean and minimal view of neighbors. Beachfront Only properties are well managed and the service that you get is hotel quality. Just pick up the phone and call with any needs. Our family does a wellness retreat each year and we are now only going to Beachfront for rentals.

Oceanside Beach House

Wow! Wow! Wow! Our beachfront home was everything we thought it would be and more!!!! Absolutely beautiful views, great location, and everything you needed at the house!!

Our only issue was with the Key Concierge service- we do not recommend this at all! We preordered groceries and alcohol delivery through this service. Our alcohol delivery never arrived. I. Spoke to a rep at Key Concierge who shared the delivery was on its way and to “hang tight” as it was a big order. Nobody every arrived and key Concierge never returned my call. Very frustrating way to spend our first night on vacation.

Spring Break 2021

Great multi-family venue right on the beach where the road ends (no cars!) Good coffee shop one block away. Everything was wonderful except the smell of the trash cans in the garage at times drifted through the adjacent floor. The cans should be outside or scrubbed on a regular basis.

KILLER VIEWS - GREAT LOCATION

Great property on the water in a perfect location.
House is as advertised and the 2 kitchens set up is very helpful. Who doesn't want TWO fridges full of food~! Any small issues that came up the management team handled quick & easy. This is the third time I have stayed with Beachfront Only and I hope to do it again next year. Nothing disappointing about this property.

Amazing Beachfront Retreat

This is a one of a kind amazing and relaxing property. My family had a blast and we got to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. I could not as for a better location as you can hear the waves all night and they will put you to sleep. Kids had a blast on the beach and in the spa. Only down side was the check and check out times were very late and definitely would not be considered a days stay in my personal opinion.

Fabulous Oceanside rental!

This spot is PERFECT for large families. Enough room on all the floors to spread out, gather together in the common areas, have private space time.
The only caution I have is that it IS a three story home so any persons with disabilities may want to ask if the elevator used for the cleaners can be used.

Great Family Holiday Celbration

As parents/grandparents, we hosted a total of 15 family members over the Thanksgiving holiday!There was plenty of room, units were found to be in very clean and well appointed furnishings/equipment.
Only issue was activating the heat function the last two days/nite of our stay...the weather tuned chilly enough for a need for heat, all doors/windows were checked to be secure but we could not get the heat to function at the thermostat.

Beach Week 2016

The beach house was perfect for our large extended family. Having two separate living/ kitchens was great. Each bedroom was very comfortable and the location was perfect. Two things were aggravating-- one garbage can for an entire week was inadequate. We were fortunate to have air conditioning but it didn't work downstairs. After having repairman there for an entire day it still didn't cool the two floors because the control wouldn't allow us to put the temperature down past 76. Also there were signs saying if we opened any Windows the a/c would shut off. Plus most of the windows were nailed shut. So update your information to avoid confusion. But even those two things couldn't spoil an otherwise wonderful week at a beautiful spot.

Best Vacation Ever

Our family if 16 had a fabulous vacation this week. The pictures don't do it justice. It was equipped with everything we needed to cook family-sized meals. The maintenance crew was quick and very helpful in fixing minor requests for repair.
