Amazing vacation home sitting on the ocean! This is the UPPER LEVEL of a duplex. This three-story rental has one full kitchen and one wet bar with granite counters, travertine floors, decks off of the living room and master bedroom featuring a balcony with a private spa! The living room, kitchen, and dining all look out the ocean. The master bedroom has its' very own private deck overlooking the ocean. There are 2 washer and dryer units, so when you return home, you will not have loads and loads of laundry! This property has central AC. With Nothing was spared when this rental was built. Come escape to luxury on the beach!

This vacation rental is a home away from home. Each room has character, and everything is professionally decorated. You will find everything you need right in the rental, from beach towels to linens, from spices to coffee grinders and garlic presses. We have stocked the kitchens keeping in mind you might be cooking a Thanksgiving feast. Just imagine all of the memories that will be made on your vacation on the beach! We loved the Vrbo! Beachfrontonly was great to work with. We were frustrated that the kitchen did not have a garbage disposal. Most houses have a garbage disposal. Not having a garbage disposal made it more difficult to wash dishes. We did not like the long walk to the sandy beach by the pier.

The house was nice enough and large enough, although clearly aging. The biggest problem was very poor internet. We weren't able to use the TVs at all and had to connect to the house next door to get anything close to a decent speed. I reported the problem within an hour of arrival and did all the things asked. I was told someone was coming to fix it but that never happened. Also the garage door spring broke and the maintenance ticket indicated someone came and fixed it, but that wasn't true either.

Beachside vacation

We had a wonderful time in the beachside condo. The place was very nice, well maintained, well equipped, and enough room for all 21 of us. It was within walking distance of a good beach but when the tide was out there was a great beach in front of our place. There were restaurants and was centrally located enough to get to theme parks. When we had an issue with noisy neighbors it was taken care of immediately by management. Overall we had a wonderful time at the condo. We will certainly do it again. We could even find street parking during the week but were able to park at the company parking lot on the weekend.

Amazing house and management company

The house exceeded our expectations by a mile. It was beautifully furnished and extremely clean, with plenty of kitchenware and pots/pans for cooking meals for our big group. The views from every floor were gorgeous, and the beds were very comfortable. Location was convenient to the beach trail and town. Had a couple of minor issues, and the staff were very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

Great location, lots of bedrooms

This rental is great for a spectacular view in a less busy location. It’s right after the end of the strand so there’s a lot less people walking around behind the house and no cars. The walk to the beach/pier itself is pretty far so plan accordingly. We had issues with the outlets and the hot tub but they responded very quickly and fixed it. It’s a lot older than we expected; partially renovated with some areas in very real need of more renovation (such as both bathrooms by the kitchens). The floors are very dirty/sticky but everything else was very clean. The parking is two tandem spots in a garage shared with another unit. It would be nice if it was more clearly marked so other renters know which side is theirs. It’s very tight parking but it works.

Great views! Plenty of room

Great views! House had everything we needed. Comfy beds. Carpark a little tight but safe & secure. Floor was a little sandy on main level but not too bad. Plenty of room for our two families and not too far to walk to beaches and we enjoyed exploring other beaches that were short drives away. We loved the views and sunsets each evening. Very efficient check-in & check-out process. Thank you!

4th of July Getaway

We wanted a safe change of scenery after being in quarantine for 3 months. We had a wonderful time. The home was very clean but for a couple of minor broken things and the entryway being dirty and lots of bird droppings. Great value for a large group. Very spacious and nicely decorated.

what A view. Waking up to the sound of the waves on a memory foam instead of the sand was a dream come true for all of us.
We didn’t see the bbq grill that was in the patio but customer service responded to quickly and delivered another one.

Amazing Home - Perfect for Groups and Large Families

Beautiful but rent as an 11 bedroom instead of a 7 bedroom

Please note the 7 bedroom is actually an 11 bedroom. We didnt know until days before check in. Also note that the beach house has elevators but you cannot use them unless you rent as an 11 bedroom. So imagine carrying luggage up 3 flights of steps. Other than that the place is beautiful

Not as satisfied as our last stay

The view was spectacular as usual and the location was good. But the property was not as immaculate and clean as our last Beachfront property. We were so impressed on our last trip we decided to rent a bigger house. The sheets in two of the rooms weren’t clean (sand in one bed and yellow stains on the other). And one of the benches in the main dining room felt like it was about to break in two whenever we sat on it. Overall we still had a nice family trip. Definitely will consider Beachfront properties but will also keep options open!

We Love Oceanside!

This is the second time we've stayed at this house. The location is amazing: on the beach at the end of the strand, within walking distance to The Cup (coffee & beer bar), The Flying Pig restaurant, and Vital fitness. We always visit Revolution Roasters south on Pacific, and the amazing vintage store a couple of doors down.
The house is always very clean upon arrival, and the managmenet company is responsive to any questions or problems. Three points of improvement would be to again have cable TV as we couldn't access any football during Thanksgiving weekend, replace the carpet in the master bedroom, and again have cushions for the outdoor furniture. (The outdoor furniture is NOT comfortbale without cushions.)
Overall, a very spacious house for a large group that has access to all the local activities quite easily.

Just what we needed for our wedding weekend party

We were looking for someplace that could accomodate 14 people and allow us to have our own space, yet be together. This was perfect. The view was spot on, the ammenities lovely, and plenty of space for us all to roam.
Just a few notes: The 2nd floor fridge did not work. It was plugged in and seemed to be on, but was not cold nor was it warm on the outside as it if were running. The 3rd floor hot tub overflowed immediately once two persons were in it. This seemed ok since there was a drain in the floor, but it was quite surprising. It was not clear that we were to park only on the left side of the garage since our garage remote actually opened the right side of the garage, so we thought we could park in both. This led to some frustration with the neighbors, but we resolved it. The wifi is intermittent in this unit, so we had to use another units wifi. This was concerning since there is no cellular service in the units.
All in all though, it was a great vacation and we would absolutely do it again!

Delightful Beach Vacation

We had such a positive experience staying at this beachhouse! It was all beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and the actual workmanship seemed to be of high quality. We LOVED the location too! Such beautiful beaches, and great waves. And the surrounding area of Oceanside and Carlsbad is a charming one. We loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. That was so helpful! And to have the ocean right in front of you is heavenly! The staff was very pleasant to work with, and if we had any concerns or questions they were very quick to respond. The beach directly in front of our place was too narrow to utilize, but we had some great options very close by. A few of the bedrooms didn't have as much cool air circulating through them. But this is one of the first places we have stayed in over the years that has central air. I would definitely recommend this place! It is one of our very favorite ones we have stayed in. We would love to come again!

Oceanside Beach Vacation

We rented a unit that was directly on the beach. For our family we had almost 20 people staying for the week and didn't feel crowded. When we had some small problems (the blender was missing a piece, the BBQ wasn't working properly) they responded immediately. Great service!!!

Wonderful Vacation

We had our 3 children, their spouses and our 6 grandchildren ages 1 year to 11 years. It was The best week together ever. Plenty of space, the views were fantastic. Spring Break Family Vacation

Went to Oceanside for a family spring break vacation. There were 6 families and this house was perfect for all of us. The view of the ocean was magnificent and it was a short walk down the stairs to get to it. Having the ability to open the doors facing the ocean on each floor was wonderful and allowed us to hear the waves daily. The house was clean upon arrival and matched the online description. There were plenty of rooms/bathrooms and plenty of cookware/dishes on each floor. Would definitely recommend this property if you are having a family reunion or a family get away. We did most of our eating at the house, however we did venture to Ruby's restaurant on the pier as well as Harbor Fish and Chips which is a short drive away. The food was excellent at both establishments. Highly recommend this house for a great get away. Would definitely rent again.

Best Family Vacation in Years

It has been a while since our family was all together for a vacation. To say we had a blast is an understatement! We were so excited that our condo was way nicer than it looked in the pictures and we thought the pictures looked great. The pictures do not do it justice! We had everything we needed to cook etc. We had 3 floors, there were 18 of us and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The unit was so clean and it was such an easy check in and out process. The furnishings were great. Beds were comfortable, great for the kids too. Great location, close to the train, beach etc. We want to go here again, but this time we want all 4 floors! We had an amazing time, thanks for helping us make great family memories!

Annual Family Beach House Trip

We've rented from Beachfrontonly for seven or so consecutive years. This experience was, as is typical, very satisfying. This particular unit is the three top levels and excludes the ground floor. While this was a different configuration than we're used to, we adapted very quickly and everyone said at the end of the trip that we liked this unit the best so far. We've already booked our return next summer.
One thing about this property manager is that their maintenance people are so close by that if there are any issues or adjustments needed, they come VERY promptly. That level of service would awrrant 6 stars.
Two nits to pick. One, we do a lot of cooking on this trip. They have plenty of knives but they REALLY could all use a sharpening. Two, the uppermost bedroom has draperies on the side that are good at blocking the light, but the main pull down shade lets morning light flood the room.
All in all an excellent unit and an excellent experieence.

Luxury Property & A Gorgeous Location

Our family had a lovely 4-day stay at this luxury property. The space was VERY clean when we arrived, and is every bit as gorgeous as the pictures show. The location of this rental can’t be beat! The ocean is a mere few steps from the back gate. When we got tired of playing in the waves, we came inside and sat in front of one of the three sets of amazing windows and watched the waves some more. It never got old! We walked to the pier numerous times (0.8 miles away) and ate fish & chips on the beach. It should be noted that the beach directly out the back door is only usable in low tide, otherwise you have to walk 50 yards to the left or the right to sit on the sand. This was a non-issue for us. We would definitely stay here again! We did experience some mechanical trouble with the AC while we were there, and the management company was very responsive and helpful, and remedied the problem for us very quickly. My ONLY criticism would be that when we arrived, towels were set out on beds. As the week progressed, we kept washing towels over and over and I began to wish I had brought a few with us. While packing to leave, we discovered more towels in drawers under the window beds. I only wish the towels had all been set in one place so we’d have known exactly how many were there. Still, we had a great vacation at this property, and we hope to return again soon!

Oceanfront retreat

We were happy with the location--being close to the pier, but were sad about the noise level of the people next door. Also, it was not clear that there were so many stairs. We thought we were going to be on the ground floor with another floor on top of us. It was not easy for the handicapped person we had with us. It was odd to have accessible bathrooms, but not any way to get someone up the stairs. The property was clean and well-maintained.

Perfection

Awesome!! The rental was everything we had hoped for. Deck views were beautiful and the private beach area was much appreciated, since we had many children visiting with their families. Only problem was the late check-in time(4pm) for day 1.

We had a gore to time, only suggest that the outside doors are labeled, also we did not get the house code, only gate and garage, had to call to obtain the 6 digit house code. The surf was a bit rough at times for our little ones, but a very nice place (far too big for our party of 7) but very very nice home

Wonderful place for a family vacation

Everything was excellent, we were a large group so we had two houses. The location was great, the rental company responded quickly when we had questions or maintenance issues(which wasn't very much). They were very helpful in helping book the two houses. They were always very helpful when I called with questions. We will definitely be back. When my six year old niece arrived at the beach house she kept running around saying "this is the best day ever", and I am sure that our whole group agreed with her.

Perfect Spring Break!

This is our second Spring Break in a row with BFO and we chose this property to be closer to the strand, pier and downtown area. This newly renovated top floor property did not disappoint! All of our friends who visited remarked upon the condition and quality of the fixtures in the unit itself. Great views, comfortable bedding, convenient location and all of the thoughtful items such as a BBQ lighter or coffee filters...these little details are what will have us coming back for years to come!

We had an awesome time staying at this beach house. The view is extraordinary. The home is beautiful. The rental agency was great to deal with. We had a wonderful time. Our families were here for our son Wedding. It was a wonderful place for us to relax,eat ,enjoy walks on the beach before all of the events started to happen. The only thing we had a problem with was the couple who complained we were to loud down stairs. We were not een in the condo the evening in question. We were at Old Venice Resturant until midnight. We had a great time! Need a common bathroom on the main floor though. We had asked for 2 blow up beds and they were not there. The staff did answer the phone at midnight though when someone locked themselves out of their room. Maybe TV's in bedrooms. Also, had a hard time finding a grocery store. Local info like train schedule and store locations would be nice. Had a great time. Would totally recommend this place.

We loved the house and its accommodations. Being beachfront was awesome and relaxing. We loved hearing the ocean waves at night. Rooftop deck very nice. The only thing I would change would be maybe a few beach chairs in the garage to use. We had to buy our own and then leave because we were flying home. Not enough beach in front of the house so we had to walk a ways to get enough beach to sit on, but that ended up being okay. You never know when you rent something for the first time, but we would recommend and go back there again.

I am a pretty harsh critic. Most things rarely meet my expectation. It just seems very few businesses if any care about quality anymore. Be it a good meal or vacation spot more often than not something falls short...sometimes drastically short of what you hope for. Having said that it brings me great pleasure to say the B.F.O. property we rented in Oceanside was nothing less than awesome! It was ready to go in every fashion and would accommodate many more people than was in our group. Each bathroom is great and every room has its own. The hot tub was HOT and tip top ready to use upon our arrival. Everything was super clean with enough dishes and utensils for a small army. The place is covered in tile, granite and marble and the beds are comfortable. But all this pales in comparison to the view! The view is really hard to describe it's so great. It overwhelms you from the time you get in until the moment you leave. We were there for 7 days and I watched no TV and didn't even read a news paper. I had no idea what happened in the world during the time I was there and pretty much didn't care. The HUGE window looking out at the Pacific is perfect. Dolphins, seals, pelicans and cool huge military ships were normal to see. It's just WAY better than TV. The property has honestly everything you need other than your food and personal items. The view from the upper patio is also awesome. I could feel my blood pressure lower the longer I laid up there and smelled the ocean breeze and caught some sun on numerous days. Management actually called to check and see if we needed anything, which was a nice surprise. We honestly needed nothing though but it was a nice gesture. I have nothing but great things to say about this place and likely will return next year with some close friends for another week of relaxation and fun. So ok...if you want me to 'find something' to truly nitpick ' I do mean nitpick here it is....

Property management was wonderful when tending to our needs. Although neighboring homes were close we had all the privacy needed. View was great and access to beach was wonderful. Given it being an Oceanside community with some not so fond finds on the beach we hade a fabolous stay and would rent this property again.
