Everything was great

Great walking distance to store, 20 minutes to beach.

We had a great stay. Unit is on second level so we didn’t have an outdoor patio. Big glass doors were perfect, for a great view of the Ocean, strand and the pier. We saw dolphins off in the distance. Unit was clean, beds were comfy. Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook a meal. Best thing was being able to just walk outside to the beach.

We were thrilled with the view from the living room, especially with the glass doors open. We couldn\'t have asked for a better location. The sight, sound and even the slight spray from the crashing waves was awesome. As another reviewer mentioned there is no beach access from the unit but there is plenty of beach access within a 5-10min drive or even a walk if you\\\'re so inclined. We even were able to see a number of dolphins and sea lion right out front of the unit. We found the unit very clean and well kept. It was also nice to have an enclosed garage to park in. Again as another reviewer mentioned, the coffee cups are TINY and not our preference to try to drink from. Both beds were very comfortable. On a side note, in case this would be of concern to others, the patio from the downstairs unit extends beyond this unit so when the other renters are in their hot tub or just hanging out in their patio, they can look up and see you if you\\\'re sitting in the chairs in front of the glass doors (which we were the entire time we were inside the unit). This didn\\\'t bother us. If I had a suggestion it would be to have some beach chairs and umbrella available for use since there isn’t a rental for those items at the closest beach. We experienced a very enjoyable, relaxing stay and would definitely recommend this property and plan to return

You cannot beach this location!!! If you want to hear the waves crashing all day long then this is your spot! Within walking distance to the pier and restaurants. The only things we found that could use improvement are 1) the shower faucet in the 1st bedroom seems to be backwards. When it seems like it\'s all the way on hot, it never gets hot. We finally figured it out after the first 24 hours to turn it to cold direction and it got hot. 2) there is a 3 foot fence/divider when you pull into the garage that SHOULD NOT be there. I scratched my car on it when pulling out. Other than that, I\'d highly recommend.

Was a incredible location very clean and well stocked easy walking distance to the Thursday night street fest

We stayed for 5 days and had a fantastic experience. The condo is so close to the water that at times you feel as though you are on a cruise. We sat at the window for 4 days straight having a difficult time pulling ourselves away from the amazing view.

The T.V. is also very small, but we weren't there for that and never even turned it on. Both beds were very comfortable. Individual A/C units and ceiling fans were in both bedrooms. There were a few minor issues (exhaust fan in the master bath wasn\'t working, very loud/squeaky door for the under sink cabinet in the master bath and the ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom made a loud scraping noise) but they really didn\'t detract from our overall stay. On a side note, in case this would be of concern to others, the patio from the downstairs unit extends beyond this unit so when the other renters are in their hot tub or just hanging out in their patio, they can look up and see you if you\'re sitting in the chairs in front of the glass doors (which we were the entire time we were inside the unit). This didn\'t bother us as there was a lovely family staying there with adorable little ones who liked to wave and say \"hello\" to us in the morning. People walking or jogging on the path outside can also look up to see you. All of my communication with the host/property management was via text. I found them to be very responsive and they answered any questions I had very quickly. We experienced a very enjoyable, relaxing stay and would definitely recommend this property.

The unit had a beautiful view, however, I had to park on the street because the lift was blocking my other parking spot. The TV was waaay to small, our door lock broke, not our doing, but the office was quick in sending someone over to replace it, and the wifi never did come on, so we had to go outside to the street to make or receive calls or texts. But overall we had an enjoyable week, minus the hiccups. Would stay here again just not it that unit, don\'t want to park on the street again.

The unit is small and has very limited storage. We had several maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. Staff is friendly and responsive. We had a major incident, not our fault or the management, that necessitated our being moved. Staff was courteous and efficient and over delivered to keep our vacation on track.

It was a great place with a wonderful view. The pillows in the living area did have a bad smell. I also wanted to let you know the main bathroom shower drained slow. Lastly the last night we were there someone down stairs was Smoking weed. I did have my two young children and was a bit upset at this.

Clean, Pet friendly, beachfront with a great view, well equipped, garage parking…what else could you want?
