We do want to note that as soon as we were informed of the issue with the sofa sleeper couch, our team installed a Murphy bed in the living room to provide alternative sleeping accommodations. Similarly, when we were made aware of the Wi-Fi concerns, our team installed two Wi-Fi extenders and ran a speed test to confirm the connection was working properly.
That said, we also recognize your comments about the condition of the furniture, bedding, and cushions, and will be reviewing these items closely with our team to ensure they are addressed.

Reliable WiFi is important, and we regret that the connection was unstable, we have since updated the living room’s WiFi extenders to improve connectivity. We also want to apologize for the interruption you encountered with the hose; this is not the level of professionalism we expect, and we’ve followed up with our team to ensure it does not happen again. Lastly, regarding parking, we do advertise in all listings that this unit’s space is located on a lift. While this is a standard feature in the building, we understand it may not be ideal for larger vehicles, and we’ll continue working to make this as clear as possible for future guests. We truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve.

Hello Beth, Thank you for your thoughtful feedback and for recognizing our property management team’s responsiveness, we’re glad we could assist quickly during your stay.
We’re sorry to hear the experience didn’t fully meet your expectations and appreciate the time you took to share your concerns. We’ve installed entry mats at the doors to help minimize sand indoors, and we hope this small upgrade improves comfort for future guests.
Regarding towels, we do provide extras, which are stored in the living room TV console. It seems those may have been overlooked, and we also didn’t receive a request during your stay.
As for the hose access, we understand the need for rinsing off; however, for safety reasons, we restrict guest use as the water comes out extremely hot. We’re currently reviewing better alternatives to help with sand cleanup while maintaining guest safety.
We also appreciate your note about the patio table, it’s scheduled for assessment and replacement if needed, and we’re exploring upgrades to the patio furniture to make the outdoor space more enjoyable.
