This property was exceptional. Very clean, great location and well stocked kitchen needed for a large group to have a great beachfront experience. We have stayed in other beachfront homes along the California coast for years, this was our best choice because of the location, size and overall cleanliness of the house. We will return.

We had a great time. Plenty of bath towels & beach towels. The kitchen was well stocked. Could use a deep cleaning when my son in law couldn’t find his shoes. Location & view was great.

The size the location, the furniture everything was great. There are a few hiccups when I was talking to the management company. They messed up on where we’re supposed to park a couple times and then they told other people to park in our spot a couple times so not a huge deal but it was a little stressful and then we called out someone to fix our AC and when we left for dinner, we came back and it wasn’t working anymore. The fan in our room was also broken. We told them that and also the fan in the bathroom was broken, but I think our room was the only one with all things broken. Everybody else was fine.

Amazing home! Would book again!

House was great. Disappointed that refrigerator was not working…had multiple families staying and planned to eat most meals in but unable to keep food cold/safe so that was disappointing and had to throw out groceries bought and wasted money

We had such a wonderful experience at this property in Oceanside! The views were unbelievable!! We had plenty of room to spread out! I would have loved to see some games for the kids and beach chairs to use.

First I would avoid any unit that uses a car lift. For 4 days the people that should have been using the lift refused. Creating great inconvenience for us. Every time you wanted to leave or come home, you would have to track down the people in # 6 and ask them to let you in. Had to stay on the street one night. Very disappointed management allowed this to happen . The code to the garage didn’t work for the whole week, again needing someone to get out of the cars and run around inside to let us out. I received a text 4 days after we were home saying the issue had been fixed !! No communication from management re: these issues. This was our 4 time staying with Beachfront, something has changed, and not for the good. House has seen better days…

Once again had a wonderful stay in this unit. We were very pleased to see new flooring and a new hot tub installed. The staff are always quick to respond with requests.

Third time vacationing with Beachfront Only! Great place and location for our family beach and surf staycation in Oceanside! We’ll be back again!

We had an awesome stay! We had 14 people in the house and there was plenty of room and having a bathroom in every room was AMAZING! Loved the fact that the hot tub was a better one than what was pictured! Loved that the kitchen had so many items stocked in the cabinets! Every person enjoyed the entire stay and dreaded heading back home! Will definitely stay again!

The oceanfront house not only exceeded our expectations for the week, we also received text message updates and fast responses from the Beachfrontonly staff which made us feel like we had our own concierge service.

The condo was clean and well maintained. The views of the ocean were spectacular. Our party of nine were very comfortable with plenty of space for all. We enjoyed every minute!

We enjoyed every second of staying at amazing place, any questions or issues were momentarily solved by the nice and knowledgeable crew, I would definitely recommend this beautiful condos to everyone. The kids were so happy, they wanted to stay more, and we will come back in summer for sure, thank you all who manages and gives service to make things easier and better.

The staff were amazing. Available to take care of or call anytime. A professional company that maintains and manages properties above and beyond.

This was a birthday weekend for me there 6 adults and 6 children what a blast!! The sound of the waves hitting the rocks was so relaxing so was having enough room for the whole group I will never forget this wonderful trip.

Very nice home. Bathrooms for every bedroom is a big plus. Great views.
