If I have only a one word field to describe this Beachfront Only property that word is immaculate. You know how when you travel and do rentals, you almost always need to downgrade expectations from the description to not be disappointed upon arrival. Usually more wear and tear than shown in the photos, which are a decade old. The Beachfront Only descriptions and photos were exactly as shown online. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen/dining and living rooms were fully stocked to get you started. You know how some rentals you start getting out the pots, pans, glasses, dishes and silverware and they look old, mismatched, like from a moving sale, and burned/blackened from misuse. Not Beachfront Only. Everything was clean and organized, ready to use. When they say their crew will ‘sanitize’ the property for the next guest they mean what they say. Everything, every room, was maybe cleanerthan the home we left to travel here. Lot’s of good restaurants and shops all along Coast Hwy and in the harbor area. Great farmers market on Thursdays and an evening market with hot food vendors too. The town center is around Pier View Street. Not too far of a walk along the ocean. Sunsets were amazing and stars were bright. Service calls, we had a couple. When we first arrived, late, after hours, the garage door code did not work. Twenty minutes later we had access. Some of the wall sockets were not powered and we couldn’t locate the breaker box. Thirty minutes later we had a service call and power was restored. The Internet access went out one time. Sixty minutes later, back up. Wildlife viewing right on the balcony. Dolphins and Sea Lions, Pelicans and Gulls, Humans on surf boards. Some days it’s nice to just sit by the open balcony and watch the ocean for visitors. Lots to do in town and short drives from Oceanside. We particularly loved Balboa Park in San Diego and the La Jolla Cove Sea Lion habitat. I am pleased to add my name to the list of guests who have had an incredible stay.

We had a great time! The view and location was great and we would def stay again. One thing I would highly recommend is to make sure and give the guest parking in front of the lift the directions to put down. We had to leave Sunday morning for a football game and a guest left the car lift up and we didn’t know how to get out which took some time off of our game day.

Place was in great shape, clean, view was incredible. I do wish the WiFi signal was stronger but everything else was great. Would do again.

We had a great time again in Oceanside. So many places in walking distance and discovered a couple of new spots like Shootz. The bedroom could use some room darkening shades in the room closest to the kitchen, but we made due. Highly recommend.

First the good: a/c added is wonderful. we didn't need to use it so don't know how effective it is but appreciate the addition and hopeful for it making the units habitable in late afternoons. Maintenance staff was superb. Numerous issues gave us the opportunity to meet 5 of them. All excellent representatives of your company and helped us decide to return by telling us that units are being refurbished and refurnished. Office staff helpful as always. Having rented from you several times in the past made the degradation very obvious. Broken, dirty furniture in the living room. Nothing to sit on to watch tv as orange chairs were too low and small and one was broken, and arm chair was filthy. Mattresses worn and lopsided. Would not hold two people. Linens thin and dingy. Cheapest toilet tissue and half-full soap containers just disrespectful to guests staying ten days. No more garage door opener- a safety issue because of needing to stop on very busy Pacific Street to get out and open door. TV problems and 20 minute kitchen timer issues were reported to office staff. The kitchen timer issue is also a safety hazard. Drawer pulls are all sticky. I bought and used Lysol wipes but the knobs should be replaced. The coffee cups are too small to even hold 8 oz of coffee. Guests who use 10 oz and 12 oz settings on Keurig are in for a real unpleasant mess. Can't imagine why this hasn't been reported. I bought paper cups. Microwave needs repair/replacement. Speak to Wyatt about this issue. Could go on but you see the situation by now. So why are we coming back in October (reservation made before we left)? Because this property is as close to the ocean as we can get. And because your excellent staff has assured us that someone has been hired and furnishings have been ordered and that all will be better. Thank you to Wyatt, Sotelo, Nathan, Jim, (another maintenance man whose name I forgot), Abby in office and one more in office I talked to about the tv and kitchen light problems. Decent stay, only real complaint is that it felt as though there was a family of 30 living underneath us. Very annoying to deal with all of the noise, and late through the night hearing conversations outside around midnight.

The condo was beautifully decorated and the view was stunning. Only issues we had were a can opener that didn’t work and the wifi connection. Can opener very, very minor issue, just mentioning so that future renters don’t come across the same problem. Internet issue was a bit annoying, but did help us disconnect and enjoy our surroundings without distractions! Overall, we loved this beautiful property! Well kept, clean, modern, secure and garage parking was a nice surprise and a major benefit! We will be back!

Ease of reserving, payments, check-in process, response from management group, location, comfort of the property. All around a great stay. Centrally located to all attractions.

We’ve stayed with Beachfront 3 times now and love it every time! The home is beautiful and relaxing, and the perfect distance to the beach. Any time at had a question or a minor issue it was resolved very quickly. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

I did had garage issues in the beginning but it was resolved within 24 hours. Other than that a very comfortable stay. Unit was clean and was comfortable. Very great view of the ocean and easy access to beachfront.

Had a cold shower due to heat broke. The mattresses are old and hard to sleep. The shower drained slow. The garage door didn't work. The view was fantastic.

Beachfront Only is the best for beach rentals. The staff is very professional, the service from all the team members exceptional. Our unit was heaven in earth. Everything we needed to be comfortable, it felt just like paradise, living right on the beach. .
