This vacation rental is a home away from home. Each room has character, and everything is professionally decorated. You will find everything you need right in the rental, from beach towels to linens, from spices to coffee grinders and garlic presses. We have stocked the kitchens keeping in mind you might be cooking a Thanksgiving feast. Just imagine all of the memories that will be made on your vacation on the beach! All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

Perfect Family Getaway

Our entire family celebrated my father\'s 75th Birthday at this gorgeous Beachfront Rental. The rooms were spacious and the beds were so comfortable. Our friends and family were amazed at the space, especially the rooftop deck where we gathered to take beautiful pictures. The app was so user friendly and provided all the information we needed, prior to checking in. If you are looking for a new luxury rental, this one will not disappoint!

Beautiful Beachfront Home

My family and I had a wonderful weekend in this beautiful oceanside home. We all loved the place! We got to experience beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Spent quality family time together. Space was perfect. It was very relaxing. We are planning to rent again. Strongly recommended. We asked for a couple of items and they were brought to us in a timely manner. Some suggestions: patio lighting, towel hangers in bathrooms, shower curtains that extend to the wall not stop halfway, outdoor blankets readily available near entrance to patios, stocked paper towels, TV in kitchen area and/or bedrooms.

Awesome Property With Breathtaking Views

A fantastic stay with stellar service from Beachfront. Our extended family (pod) was in dire need of a staycation and this property (827-1) was the perfect answer. The view from the property was second to none. The brand new property was well appointed. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Three decks with views of the beach can't be beat. We had an issue with the hot tub not working but the staff- particularly Peter and Nancy - were responsive and went above the call of duty to make our stay complete. We will definitely be returning!

Literally Ocean Side

You can't possibly desire a better view than this - three floors of spectacular ocean views. Home was brand new, clean, spacious and fully stocked! We enjoyed the roof deck and hot tub immensely, loved having main areas like kitchen/dining and family room front & center on the ocean....literally all you can see. Oceanfront Rental P827-1

Our stay was amazing! And your company is so attentive with continued emails and text messages before, throughout and after our stay.. Our grill wasn’t working and someone came out immediately to fix after we called. Then at check out we were cleaning and then read your check out requirements and realized you don’t require anything but to enjoy our last morning stay and to lock all doors. You really do what’s needed to take care of your guests and not to mention the home is gorgeous and views are speechless!

Many positives!

Overall this property is fantastic. It's located directly on the water and the views are as great as the photos. It's located in a long line of other Beachfront properties all on the same block. Our group of 10 had a wonderful time.

Pros:
-Location and view far outweigh some of the concerns. The retractable walls make the space even better.
-Plenty of sleeping arrangements and space. A daybed and several sleeper sofas provides lots of bonus space.
-There are actually 6 bathrooms (and 7 toilets). One restroom has two showers and two toilets... if they had just put wall in the middle it would have been two different bathrooms.
-The kitchen is well stocked with enough place settings for 12 and even serving platters which was a nice touch.
-The rooftop is stunning. A great place to enjoy your company, relax and soak in the sun.
-Maintenance was quick to respond when needed.
-Because the property was new, everything was clean and the furnishings were in good shape.
-Two car garage (but tandem and shared with another unit) is nice. Street parking could typically be found within a few blocks.

Cons:
-By far the most frustrating thing was the lack of cell service... even on the balconies and rooftop (strange indeed).
-The wifi wasn't much better so it didn't help. The service is daisy-chained from one building to the next on the block so not super surprised.
-The property was VERY new when we rented so a few things weren't exactly figured out. We had to contact maintenance when circuit breakers popped after turning on normal lights.
-Some of the key codes for all the various doors weren't as noted in the arrival information
-No sheets/blankets left in the property for the sofa beds so we had to contact housekeeping to bring more.
-Difficult to get a hold of management when there was an issue due to lack of cell service and poor wifi.

Heavenly Stay!
