Property was very nice, but cleaning crew could have done a better job. There was hair left on the back bedroom pillows and shower walls, and floors were not very clean when we arrived. Also both upstairs & downstairs bedrooms had plaster in spots that was damp and dripped onto extra blankets were they were stored. The sofa downstairs near the kitchen when you sit on it you sank down in the back. We had problem with bbq & property management replaced it for us right away. One suggestion is you have security patrol properties to keep homeless from sleeping in front of your properties. Was looking at renting same property next year for the same week but for a few more days, when I checked your website the price increased almost $500.00 a night.

We love the rental. It was in a great location with spectacular views on every floor. We were disappointed that the AC on our floor wasn't working. Luckily it's on the beach so it wasn't unbearable. In addition, the bbq grill was too weak and very hard to grill. Our maintenance requests were handled in a timely manner and very professionally. Overall, we loved our stay and would recommend this property to anyone.

Our overall experience with the property was amazing! The amenities provide it was exceptional, it felt like we were at home. Loved having all of the necessities already provided such as bowls or utensils, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, cleaning supplies. Only minor details were noticed in regards to the home. The patio Was not as how it was pictured online. There was only one lounger chair, and that one did not have any cushions as presented online. The hot tub seemed a little dirty around the edges, so we were not comfortable going in it. The keypad to the front door worked maybe half of the time. We also got the wrong code for opening the garage, and somebody was outside at the same time we needed to open it, and provided us with the correct code. My daughter mentioned that her bedsheets were not as clean as they could be, they looked clean. However, there were some crest stuck on the edges of the sheets, so she was not sure how clean they actually were. Overall experience was great, and we would absolutely consider staying here again. Customer service provided was wonderful, and I appreciate the daily connection and availability of our agents.

Overall it worked good for the event, a family weekend, we had a great time. I would think the BF Company would have met us there to walk through the property, it seems like that would be a priority not if time permits. The youtube videos were ok. Other than a few items that were not well-cleaned.
Also I think I like the feel of a real family-owned Airbnb. This was our first experience with a company. It would have been nice to have a main contact person from the company (personal touch). Thank you

Great Location... with some issues

The house itself is beautiful. It is right up to the wave break without a beach, so you can hear the waves crashing. However, when we arrived, we were met with quite a few issues. First, the Jacuzzi didn't have water in it. Second, there was a massive leak in the master bedroom roof that was coming down the whole time we were there. There was another ceiling leak in one of the other bathrooms and the garbage disposable didn't work. It didn't make it feel the most sanitary, especially during COVID, but the house was beautiful.

Absolutely loved this house! It has plenty of room for a large family and has a beautiful view and walking distance to everything. The home is equipped with everything you need to cook a large feast or a romantic dinner for two. The beds were very comfortable. Bedding for 4 was provided so bring blankets and pillows if you plan on crashing on the couch.I have nothing but good things to say about this property. I did have a maintenance issue my first night and management sent someone that evening and the problem was resolved. Beach Front Rentals is amazing has excellent customer service. I would defiantly stay here again and I highly recommend.

I LOVE this house!!

I love this house!! We have stayed here four times now because it is absolutely amazing! The fact that it is right on the beach, brand new, and has every amenity you would need, makes it an incredible vacation stay. The house is always amazingly clean, and they offer more than enough towels and bedding. We keep coming back to this house because the management company is so easy to work with and we just can’t rave about it enough! Lots of bedrooms and the 2 stories you get makes it feel like 2 houses. Perfect for adults and kids.

Nice Vacation Home

We stayed here with a few friends plus our kids and had a great time. Location is great, you can't beat the views and proximity to the water. Unit was new, clean, and offered plenty of space for 6 adults, 4 children, and a dog. The layout is a bit narrow and deep, but we spent most of our time downstairs in the living room or on the pateo. Hot tub is small, but it's close to the outdoor furniture, so everyone can be around eachother. There is no sound system, so make sure to bring your own speakers. Beds and couches were confortable. We utilized the tandem garage parking, which is shared with the unit above. We cooked in the kitchen a bit, might be nice to have a few more large pots/pans for more complex meals. Overall a good time.

One of the best beachfront locations we have ever stayed at. GORGEOUS view. For the most part our stay was close to perfect. There were a few things that caused some discomfort:
-The configuration of the house was a bit strange.
-One of the bathrooms had 2 toilets and 2 showers in it, so only one guest could use at a time.
-One of the rooms had a futon, which was NOT a queen size, it was a twin and extremely uncomfortable.
-One room had no doors and was directly connected to another room, so made guests uncomfortable.
-There was not enough sheets for pullout beds(no fitted sheets).
-There was no pillows for pullout beds/futton.
-bottom patio was extremely crowded, with too much furniture and large planters. Hard to move around.
With that being said, staff was absolutely wonderful. Extremely helpful. Kitchen had all amenities. House extremely clean. We would definitely recommend and rent again!

We met for a sibling family gathering and had a fantastic time. Great Location, walk to stores, food and coffee. Beach Front with a full unobstructed view of the water. Tides allow you to hear the crash on the rocks or be able to stroll along the beach. Great sunset views. Everything is brand new and at the best of all technology

From start to finish, the experience with the Beachfront property was wonderful, and nothing short of amazing. Best Oceanside Vacation
