Last minute getaway. It\'s hard to find a ocean view place that allows us to bring our two Labrador Retrievers, but this one did! Huge plus! There was no one in the upstairs rental while we were there, so the whole back yard area was all ours. Worked great for the doggies. Bbq worked great for dinners. The ocean views are spectacular, as are the sunsets. The huge windows in back are great, and you don\'t really have any neighbors in a position to see in so blinds can be left open all the time for the view. It\'s a short 20min drive to the Del Mar dog beach which we went to often. There was no sand directly in front of this property, but a short walk along Pacific then to the Strand toward the pier gives you a beach if that\'s what you want. We were just after the views! Great experience, will rent again.

The view was beautiful and inviting. It was like we were in the ocean. The facilities were good but overall some updates are needed considering the cost. I was hoping for a loyalty benefit of early check (30 min) but no can do. The shower was lukewarm and old. Stays at other locations have offered more amenities. Hosts kept in touch often. Overall, a peaceful getaway for some needed R&R!

Beautiful location. We had a problem with the dishwasher, but one call and they were right on it, problem solved.

This is my second time with this company and I am so happy to have found them. They are extremely professional and always available right away if you have any concerns. I highly recommend it!

The location was very clean. With breath taking views. The company was very very responsive and helpful. We will use Beachfront again on our next stay in Oceanside

Great stay! Perfect location. Had a small noise problem with a vacation rental neighbor but the staff addressed it immediately and was all good.

Our vacation was perfect! What a view! On-line pictures do not accurately describe the beauty. We spent every moment outside watching the dolphins, ships, surfers and crashing waves against the boulders. The sunsets were magnificant, enjoyed our mornings drinking coffee overlooking the ocean. he house was spotless and laid out perfectly. The masters were split with generous closet space. The office/extra bedroom, there is no closet but a futon, also has a third full bath, which we appreciated. The kitchen is recently remodeled and has new applicances. Restaurants, the beach, stores, all were in walking distance or a short car ride. We had a small issue with a lock and property management responded professionally and immediately. We didn't want to leave! Thank you so much.

Do not stay here, or in any Beachfront Only property. Research Beachfront Only Vacation Rentals, including the Better Business Bureau. I wish I had done this before I booked. They have a shameful reputation with renters and in the communities where they do business. Sure the view is glorious, but not with random strangers walking around your yard. You will have no privacy. The yard is shared with the upstairs renters and anyone else they send to the property without warning. When we arrived the yard was a wreck and not as pictured. They installed artificial turf while we were there, which did not offset the disruption and total lack of privacy of living in a construction zone. They also added a fence that entirely blocks beach access. Had we known that the beach access advertised in the property listing was false, we would not have chosen this property. 1. No beach access, though the posting explicitly reads “BEACH ACCESS: 11-15 steps” 2. Strips of scotch tape with human hair stuck in it on the master bedroom wall. I scratched this off the wall myself after asking 3 times to have it cleaned. 3. Something dark brown smashed into living room rug. 4. Red stains on pillowcase. 5. Huge crusty yellow stain on throw pillow. 6. Window shades are filthy and one with red stains. 7. 2nd bedroom ceiling was crumbling and sink takes hours to drain. 8. The yard “update” was left unfinished with large potted plants overturned, and a huge pot of dirt and garbage left by the firepit along with an upended yard post in an orange pail. 9. No screens on 3 of the 4 beach facing windows. To enjoy the ocean air you must open the door, which lets in bugs and lets out your pets/toddlers. 10. Filthy outdoor sofa. I wouldn’t let my dog sit on it. 11. Artificial trees and plants literally dripping with dust. 12. Garage too small for my Cherokee. I got a citation for blocking street cleaning. Signs for street cleaning schedules are not posted near the unit. 13. And finally, we had ants.
