I have already recommended to friends and shared the direct contact. One and only small issue. Turning the shampoo bottle backwards doesn’t make it body wash. Love the place.

Pros: The view is stunning in the private beach is perfect although there's not exact water access you have such a nice space to hang out or maybe barbecue. Small children have plenty of place to play in the sand. It was super easy for my kids to play with kids in neighboring properties. They were even sharing their beach toys. Waking up to that view everyday was amazing. we've been back a week and we talk about it everyday. The two larger bedrooms are extremely comfortable. The two smaller bedrooms are fine for children in my opinion or possibly if one person slept in them. I would not put couples in the smaller bedrooms. But I would definitely put two adults and bigger bedrooms and then two children sharing the smaller bedrooms which would make it very easy for eight people to stay there. If you're flying in please note you're going to have to buy a lot of things. You're not going to have any Beach equipment. We drove so we brought all of our beach toys boogie boards and Beach chairs. I rent beach houses a minimum of once a year for the last decade. And I went home throughout the year and another one to two times. So I've stayed in a lot of rental homes. I will say this had the least amount of amenities when it came to equipment to go to the beach and cooking utensils. You're almost made me not book this house when I read others that mentioned that but I'm glad I booked it anyways. It was not that expensive for me to buy on boogie boards considering my children use them all the time and we bought our own beach chairs because we use those all the time. So I looked at it as an investment. The location is so good. You have plenty of restaurants and less than 20 minutes of walking. You can easily go to Carlsbad on the train or even Santa Barbara if you want to. I think Santa Barbara is three and a half hours from the Oceanside train station. The management company was extremely communicative which was nice. I noticed there was nothing to clean up after yourself such as a spray bottle with surface cleaner. We were there for six nights and went through all the paper towels because we didn't have anything else that we could use to clean up spills. They did bring Clorox and wipes for me. So if you want to be someone like me that likes to keep the place clean throughout the week you might even want to come with your own bottle of multi-purpose cleaner. Otherwise you're pretty good at communicating so you can reach out and hopefully we'll get to you ASAP. I'll definitely at this house to one of my top five favorite houses I've ever stayed in. I would probably give it a 9 out of 10 if the cleaning products and things like that were there but that's just something that is personal for me. Some people would not care because they don't want to clean at all while they're on vacation even if it's after themselves hahaha. But I can tell you you would not be disappointed staying here.

And of course, the unparalleled advantage of being directly on the oceanfront. Waking up to the immediate sounds and sights of the Pacific, with direct access to the beach, was an absolute game-changer. The views were spectacular, offering a perfect backdrop for both active mornings and tranquil evenings. The prime location amplified the entire vacation, transforming it into a truly memorable escape. Overall, this vacation rental delivered an exceptional blend of sophisticated comfort, operational efficiency, and a truly immersive coastal experience. It definitely exceeded expectations. Can not wait for more events like this in the future.

Overall the unit was great, very clean and open. The hot tub was great. I was disappointed to see the washing machine was no where in sight, we are a family of 5 and some people don’t want to do laundry on vacation but I would have liked the opportunity to wash our wet clothes as a washing machine was listed in amenities. We liked sitting in the common area on the first morning but a couple houses down they were using heavy machinery to add more boulders which was very loud so it did take away from the “relaxation” part. We thought maybe later in the day we could sit down there but the other guests were out there for a while which was fine but they left all of their towels and blanket and trash all over the chairs and never returned. I didn’t feel like cleaning up their mess to sit down there. All in all it was fine.

Had such a great time at this property. House was beautiful, location was perfect. The jacuzzi was an added bonus! Would stay here again!

Relaxing and amazing ambiance.

We weren’t provided with enough towels, the shared space downstairs we didn’t use because it was constantly occupied by the guests below us, the master doesn’t have a ceiling fan and was very hard to cool down, the flooring around the hot tub was soaked with water the entire time and we didn’t use it, and it really isn’t suitable for 10 people as the two small beds in the one bedroom are only for one person and are very uncomfortable. Wish it would’ve been properly described because we would’ve rented another unit so everyone got a good nights sleep. We did address these issues while we were there.

This unit it gorgeous and so big. It has a beautiful curved staircase and good size bedrooms. The main bathroom is huge and so modern - loved the shower! Nothing like sitting in the hot tub on the balcony in December and watching the sunset. A wonderful way to celebrate my birthday before Christmas. The staff at Beachfront has always been so helpfu. I needed some help on lighting the fireplace and they guided me through it. I\'ll definately be back!
