This phenomenal 4 bedroom oceanfront rental is perfect for a small family vacation.
The common grass area is shared amongst the 4 units. Please note that due to recent weather predicaments the backyard isn't at it's full size as sink holes have formed.

This vacation rental is a home away from home. Each room has character, and everything is professionally decorated. You will find everything you need right in the rental, from beach towels to linens, from spices to coffee grinders and garlic presses. We have stocked the kitchens keeping in mind you might be cooking a Thanksgiving feast. Just imagine all of the memories that will be made on your vacation on the beach! All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

We loved staying at our beach rental it was comfortable and convenient. Only complaint is rug in living room could use some attention and kitchen counters had so me dryed on food that wasn’t properly cleaned up.

Everything was wonderful! We were dismayed to see the damage to the yard from the ferocious winter and were disappointed that we no longer had any kind of beach access. The couch cushion covers could use a wash. Everything else was great.

Love this Property

We love this house! Agree w other reviews that there were maintenance glitches when we arrived and periodically—lights and outlets that didn’t work. Windows needed washing —because the views are wonderful. Batteries missing from garage opener. But Allison and the maintenance team were very responsive and helpful Always answered texts and came by as promised. We would highly recommend a new kitchen faucet. It is simply not the right size for the sink and no sprayer makes washing dishes even harder. Great stay!

Good afternoon,
The house was great, but we did have some issues. Let me list them,
1st, when we arrived one of the garage doors was open, after investigating the cabling attached to the door was messed up the property management team quickly took care of that.
2nd, there was dog fesses in the back corner of the yard by the gate, this took two visits from the management team to get cleaned up properly (we did not have any pets and did not want to get blamed for that).
3rd, the bathroom next to the bedroom at the entrance, would not refill every time we had to lift the tank lid and mess with it to get the tank to refill.
4th everything on timers was a drawback especially the air conditioning, we would wake up in the middle of the night sweating because the air condition would not maintain the set point since it was on a timer. And we were in the shower and the lights would shut off due to the timer.
However, once we got settled in and adjusted to what we needed to due , we had a great time.
Maybe some suggestions, install screens on the downstairs bedrooms to help keep the fly's out. There is also a rat running around in the back yard area at night.
Also maybe post some information about tides and where people have access to, when we arrived the upstairs neighbor was chilling in the backyard on the chairs and on our second to last day the other upstairs neighbor had her dog pooping in the yard the same spot we ask to have cleaned up. And last a schedule for garbage pickup so we know when to take out the trash or recycling to the street. We wanted to help with this but didn't know the schedule. Also, the grill and the table under the gazebo were both out of gas and the gas tanks were empty. I had to go get them filled.
Know what we know now we will be back again; the house is beautiful and has a great location. We enjoyed watching the dolphins every morning and napping in the heat of the afternoon.

It's nice to have three generations of people living in a holiday home in Ocean Front, especially with the kitchen so well equipped that you feel like you're vacationing at home, In addition, the Nearby Town Center is also near and convenient, which impreses me the most. I think Oceanside, a city, can often visit.

Wonderful Stay! Smiles for Days!

The property and location were just perfect for our staycation! My family and I got to do all our favorite water activities just steps from the property. We surfed, boogie boarded, bodysurfed, and frolicked every day we were there. And... it was in October! The home is so spacious and clean with plenty of kitchen space for cooking and preparing food. The gas grill right outside helped with making the perfect burgers! We walked to the pier, ate at a couple of fabulous nearby restaurants and mostly hung out at the amazing property enjoying the views and water! Reserving online was easy and I appreciated the correspondence with the team at Beachfront Only via texting. It made everything a breeze! I will definitely be recommending this place to friends and want to come back! Some of our best memories were made here!

Fell short !

Location was wonderful. Our stay was fun, friends and were there. But there were a few very concerning issues. Upon arriving the smell in the garage was unbearable. The trash from previous tenants was not removed. And the real deal breaker was the large area of black mold in the walk in closet near the downstairs master bedroom. Our grand children are deathly allergic to black mold!.The backyard was riddled with cigarette and cigar buttons. All the beach toys, boogie boards,, surfboards etc.. were in the other garages on the property so we had to ask the neighbors to borrow them. There was a huge sink hole taped off with caution tape in backyard. It wouldn't have been so bad i guess if we were just there for the weekend but not the case. We were there for 6 days. So it wasn't cheap. Hate to give bad reviews but hopefully this can help the renters and the rental company.

Best beachhouse getaway!

My friends and I celebrated my 40th at the condo for 2 nights. We were blown away by the size of the property, its location and the amenities. All we did was eat, chill, hang and tall. We also walked down the coast, when the tide was low, and the pier, which was a nice stroll from the property. The only minor setback was some of the fan did not work and the AC barely reached the upstairs bedroom. But overall, the property was great and my friends and I are looking forward to booking again in the future with our family.

Great Family getaway

This was the most relaxing and beautiful home with lots of space for two families. We enjoyed ourselves cooking and relaxing. Watching the sun rise and sun set from outside and listening to waves was amazing. Definitely would stay again. I would recommend this home to anyone wanting to get away and relax. Gorgous Home

This house is gorgeous and the views cannot be beat. But there are a few things that needed fixing. The picture in the master bedroom is wrong, it shows a beautiful large master but they actually put a wall up and made it two rooms. Horrible and completely ruined the room for me. The bones of this house are very good, decor is great but they need to pay a little attention to detail. Fire pits didn't work, stove was on the fritz, master bed is slanted and broken. Also, the beach access is questionable. You need to be pretty athletic to scale it safely. Be cautious here. But overall, this is a gorgeous property, very comfortable and I would visit again.

While this property does have the benefit of having stairs with direct beach access, they can be slippery or wet during certain tides of the day.
